The thermal pools and facilities were impressive

Absolutely lovely staff who were so nice and accommodating our entire stay. The pool with the bar and restaurant right next to it was fantastic and had an amazing view. The beach dock area was also fantastic, plenty of chairs and a nice place to swim in the sea. The free shuttle service to Porto was perfect and very convenient running every hour. The location being up the hill from Porto makes it a bit unwalkable unless you want to do a downhill/uphill walk - the shuttle service makes up for this except the shuttle does its final run at 19:00. The rooms were clean but could definitely use some updating.

Very nice and comfortable place. Beautiful view! Great staff. Rooms are big with a big balcony with view of the sea. No complains. Everything was exceptional! There were a lot of steps to get to our room. Not to mention the steps to go to the private beach. I mean “a lot” more than 200 steps. But it was fun!

The thermal spa was great it is just aging a bit but overall good, the pool was nice and the sea views were exquisite. The food was absolutely amazing and the waiters were wonderful. I liked that they had free shuttle to the town but unfortunately around the port areas there was a lot of trash which took away from the beauty so it would help to have more public trash bins. Nothing in rooms like brochures with hours for pool, spa, restaurant made it frustrating because I had to go to the desk multiple times to ask. The pool and spa close too early and the pool restaurant doesn’t open til 1 pm for lunch, the dinner does not open till 8 pm. We went to relax and get rejuvenated but the spa to get treatments was booked for the entire stay just 2 openings which was ridiculous. We asked and paid for a sea view in our room and the sea view was a small corner on the terrace with more roof top than sea view. They also had a private beach which we were looking forward to but it is 280 steep steps up and down no lift available so we unfortunately did not use the private beach,

Had some issues with the a/c upon arrival but it was fixed within half a day. Confirm which room you booked with the hotel as photos show different types of rooms for the same prices.

Just the comfort of the bed, but that is about everywhere I go.

We loved our stay here. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful, especially Anna, Joe, Norma and Federica and Dario. The room was large and I loved the tile on the floors and the sea view! The swimming pool is great and so are the inside thermal pools. It's a long walk down to the sea (close to 300 stairs), but worth it once you get down there. The sea deck is a perfect place to relax, sunbathe and access the water. Swimming in the med there is amazing! The restaurant at the hotel has beautiful sea views that are incredible for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The breakfast at the hotel has everything you could every want. I'm still thinking about it! The hotel is a short bus or taxi (15 Euro) ride from Ischia Porto (the town/port area), or you can walk. It took us about 20-25 minutes to walk to town. There is a free hotel shuttle to town, but it has limited times available to take it. We had a great experience at Le Querce and would definitely stay here again! Loved everything, but there could have been a few more food options at the sea deck area. A few later times for the shuttle to town would be helpful.

I loved going up and down the 250 steps to the beach where there is a deck jutting into the sea with umbrellas and beach chairs. so relaxing and picturesque.
