Great location, lovely family run hotel with nice staff. Comfortable beds and good sized room and bathroom. Breakfast was good. Great value for money.

We liked everything. Nice family owned hotel, located minutes away from the Aragonese Castle. Bus station nearby, easy to get to from the main port. Wonderful people, very nice room with a balcony with a great view. Cozy room, clean and comfortable. Nice food, excellent tasty breakfast with many options and also great choices of dinner. They also organize tours of the island for the hotel guests. Be sure to ask about it. We will definitely be back here. Nothing bad really. I would have liked a harder pillow, it was a little bit too soft for me, but this is strictly a matter of personal preference. Anyway, there are already 2 pillows per person in the room so if you like a harder pillow, you can use them both. Some minor refurbishment works can be done, but there is nothing to ruin your stay. And from what I talked to them, some works are already planned later this year when the season is over.

The room was quiet and roomy. Location was excellent, with buses nearby to go to différent beaches and sites. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Very good breakfast! Outdoor tables in a beautiful setting. À thermal water pool was a plus. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would definitely return!!! Nothing really

Cozy with family feel, convenient location 20 minutes walk to the port and short walk to the restaurants and shopping. They had sufficient breakfast with home made croissants that are to dye for.

Hotel Europa is a beautiful little gem of a hotel situated in a great Location in Ischia. It's a short walk from the port and close to beaches and restaurants. The staff were all super lovely and nothing seemed too much hassle. Our room was comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean and fresh. We had a room that looked over the pool and the mountain and the view was STUNNING. We even bought a bottle of wine one evening from the hotel and took it up to enjoy from our balcony - such a lovely atmosphere. We only stayed for two nights but we have said if we did return, we would stay at Hotel Europa again. It had a lovely friendly feel to it. Although we didn't go into the pool, the pool area was lovely and like a sun-trap! It was interesting watching the pool fill up again each day with the natural mineral water! The views from the roof terrace were also delightful and we spent a lot of time up there and on our balcony. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to those visiting the island. A great space and great value for money. Thank you for hosting us on our first (and definitely not the last!) visit to Ischia x If I could give any feedback, it would be that the hotel could do with giving time to the 'little' things. Our bathroom -whilst you could tell it had been regularly cleaned- could have benefited from a thorough deep clean, around the base of the toilet for example and the tiles in the shower (although clean you could see) could have done with a deep scrub, as you could see stain build-up on them. And our balcony railings were starting to peel and rust, so a re-fresh of paint would be good. Things just looked a little 'tired'. PLEASE don't be put off, this feedback is very light touch and more as a suggestion to the hotel!

As a solo traveler, the welcoming atmosphere of Hotel Europa was wonderful to receive. Delicious breakfast each morning, helpful staff always available to recommend daily activities, and the boat tour (if available) were highlights. The evening meal was consistently well prepared and of great value. My room felt safe and I had a wonderful view of the castle from my small balcony. The location was great -- highly recommend!

Consider your luggage unless you are very strong or book a room on the ground floor, there isn't a lift. Didn't bother us as we stored our heavy bags in Naples. Everything was good

The room was nice, the AC worked quiet and well, the room was clean, the view was great, the breakfast and dinner were a bit basic but completely OK. The bus stop is nearby, and the Aragon Castle is very close. I would say that if you came to enjoy the sea and the beach, then this hotel is not the best option. Also, ferry port is not so close: being with luggage, you should take a cab or a local bus.

Excellent location and service. Breakfast was perfect as was the cappuccino! I would go back any time. Nothing that mattered

The staff was extremely friendly and eager to offer tips about the place, local areas and everything on the island. The rooms were tidy and luminous, with a lovely view. The hotel's atmosphere made this business trip a wholesome scientific adventure. Ci vediamo a nuovo a Ischia !

I arrived at 9 p.m. when dinner service was finishing, but they prepared a lovely delicious meal of fish, pasta and salad for me. There was also an open view of nature, trees and the distant sea and partial view of the Castle Aragonese from my room.

We loved the thermo pool. I spent a lot of time in pool price of evening meal was a little expensive. Cheaper to eat else where. Breakfast was included in room price and was really good.

Excellent breakfast, fresh handmade bakery goodies to die for! The hotel has friendly staff, a great location, and is close to the city center and the castle. We couldn't enjoy the thermal pool because it was raining :( Cozy room, not as big as we would prefer, but not unusual for Europe

Our favourite hotel in Ischia

Well located, close to the amazing castle and nearby the beach and nice restaurants. The building is not new but very well maintained, super clean and with all we needed. Breakfast really tasty and with a lot of choices. The thermal pool is also a gift after the exhausting day. The staff is one of the friendliest and nicest we ever had in a hotel, always with a smile on their face and willing to help. They also managed to rent a motorbike for us. I would 100% recommend it and go back if I ever visit ischia again.
