After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried, but you got exactly what you paid for. + Great location + Clean and large room + Very nice staff, the helped us with the requests + The half-board was simple, but 4 courses and choice from two dishes. + Very pleasant and cosy indoor relaxing pool with hot water - I'd just suggest more variety at the breakfast. Maybe some eggs and sausages, better bread and new drink and coffee machines.

The hotel was more a senior home for retired. It has 4 stars but doesn't meet criteria of even 2 stars. Very poorly equipped with old and warned out furniture and bed covers. Walls were wet and dirty, room was freezing cold and stinking like old people. Food was horrible with even worse service and terrible noise in the canteen. Hotel has one indoor jacuzzi where the water was luke warm and had so much chlorine, that it was burning our skin and noses. It was the worst hotel experience I ever had.

Clean hotel, polite staff, hotel facilities, relaxed atmosphere, spa pool and the onsite massage treatment facilities. Room allocation - when we booked the hotel on 21 Oct for our 23-28 Dec stay we selected and booked a triple room as the larger room provided a sofa bed (something to sit on) besides a queen size bed. When we got to our room it was a double, with no sofa bed. I went to enquire if we had been given the wrong room, as we had booked a triple but we're given a double room, only to be told the hotel had no spare triple rooms???? We had booked and paid for a triple in good faith on the 21st October how has that room type NOT been allocated! Bookers beware.
