Staff rating was because there is no staff, except for online interface. Everything worked okay though. Nice neighborhood.

It is all street parking and you will likely not have any interaction with staff. There was also ants in the bathroom coming through some of the shower tiles and the main room's floor hadn't been mopped prior to checkin. For the price, it was great to be in Kenton but this place misses many marks.
