Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests appreciating the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff, but expressing concerns about the safety and cleanliness of the surrounding area. The breakfast is a highlight for many, but issues with parking and noise at night are common complaints.

The property was dirty and multiple people ( I couldn’t tell if they were guests or not) were always in and out of the lobby asking for money and cigarettes. I booked this property for the advertised hot tub and was informed it had been broken for a long time and didn’t sound like it’s going to be fixed any time soon. Check in took over 20 minutes as the single front desk staff member argued with a customer who had no reservation and wanted a discount on the deposit, which they were given.

The location is convenient. There were homeless people camped at the parking lot. The hotel is old, carpets smell, elevator is bumpy and vandalized. The bedroom chair was stained. It can be noisy at nights. It’s two blocks from a strip club.
- 3/5
Room is clean but bathroom is dirty and old with black mold at the grout area. Staffs are not friendly and they’re only work for a paycheck. Homeless sleep right outside the parking lots.

Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.
- 3/5
The staff was so friendly that I felt I could give them a hug to say goodbye. The breakfast was decent. Within a short walk was a great Target store, lots of decent restaurants and banks. It was easy to wash my clothes at the motel's laundry room. This is an old establishment so the rugs were worn, the shower/bath tub didn't have a plug so I couldn't soak my feet (but then baths take up a lot of water) and I was disappointed there was no decaf coffee.

Breakfast room was dirty and homeless folks took a lot of the food. Homeless folks were dirty and smelled, did not have shoes and made the breakfast experience not very good.

Old furniture, bad smell, terrible clean

Older hotel, location not greatest
- 4/5
This property is worth reviewing because it gives a poor first impression but it’s a mixed bag. The brown carpeting and mocha paint make it look shabby. The inside of the elevator is dirty. The rooms need an update. And the surrounding neighborhood has some sketchy homeless/drug camps. That said, my room was clean, bed was good and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was above expectations and coffee was excellent. And security at hotel and in parking lot seemed adequate. Overall, the place is rundown but not a bad deal for the price, as long as you set expectations appropriately.

Came on vacation to Portland it was highly disappointed in the hotel. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, the upstairs reeked of marijuana. It gave like the impression that some of the people lived there. It had to old mildew smell. The breakfast was highly disappointing, and overall just felt dingy. The bathroom was terrible. The toilets did not flush properly low flow. The shower had two settings either boiling, hot or ice cold. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Our stay at Ramada Hotel by Wyndham, was great. Our was well kept cleaned. Staff are nice and pleasant . Breakfast was good. Parking was Free. It was an easy access to all the places we went to visit and it’s 11-14 mins to the airport!

N/A They have a laundry facility onsite however you have to spend $8.00 to just semi dry your clothes.. the room we were in had Zero Air-Conditioning!! The room also kept getting really humid/muggy…just a very unpleasant experience

Very comfortable pillows. I didn’t feel safe. People smoke pot in the parking lot. I could hear kids running around upstairs. Shampoo bottle was completely empty from day 1.

It appears that this Ramada Inn may have become accommodation for people going through rough times and transitions in their lives. The sidewalks around the property were covered in trash and old diapers. There is no 'business center', I also did not see a 'fitness center'. While the room itself was clean and well maintained the rest of hotel was shabby. In the breakfast room there was a cabinet door falling off its hinges. Homeless people on the streets surrounding the property. Staff were helpful but this hotel is not a good place for tourists to stay.

It was awesome The price to stay only because the first time I ever stayed there It was a lower. Now is high, but I guess that comes with the territory

I am a bath person. After spending all day in intensive care at Adventist, I was looking forward to a hot bath; no stopper. I tried to shove a wash cloth down the drain, so I did have some success.

This hotel was very clean and had recently been updated. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to stores and restaurants. The hotel felt secure, they locked the door from 9pm to 9am and you could not enter without your room key. The breakfast was a nice addition. This hotel met our needs for our one night stay.

The room way great, however something spilled on the comforter and my friend who stayed with me told the front desk around noon yesterday. We took all the bedding off because coffee was all over. He put the bedding outside and they staff took the bedding, and no one ever came to bring it back, still! I'm still here, it's been over 24 hours with no comforter, no sheets, no towels, no room service and I asked for it combine with my friend 4 times and still, nothing. I have a huge headache and just want to sleep, we didn't sleep last night because no bedding! I just want to lay down but can't! We have spend over 1,000 here in the past 2 weeks and I'm shocked this is how we are treated.
- 1/5
Hot tub was not working, the first room they put us in smelled of Meth…… yes meth, homeless walk in to take breakfast, and a lot of sketchy activity happening surrounding the building. Horrible hotel, it’d never recommend this place to anyone
- 5/5
Check in was very simple. Paid in advance thru a travel app for the cheapest rate, it was a great price for the room and an awesome buffet style breakfast with the works! The eating area was very clean, food prep area was also.
- 2/5
The room was not clean. Old beer can on the window. Bathroom side wall sprayed with unknown substance (poop or blood, hard to say…). Did not feel sure the sheets were clean… it was honestly gross and I’m not even picky. Staff, however, was sweet and helpful.
- 4/5
Like the remodel
- 3/5
The room was clean but badly in need of updating. There were stains on the drapes, the desk chair was very worn. I was looking forward to taking a nice, long hot bath only to discover that there was no way to plug the tub. I improvised and stuck a hand towel in the drain and then was able to run a bath. The fold down chair in the tub was completely in the way and the shower head kept slipping down and was very difficult to use and direct the water. I won't be staying here again.
- 1/5
My girlfriend was kicked out the moment she entered the lobby. No reason was given. I forfeited the room, because there is no way I will stay somewhere we are not welcome.
- 4/5
There was no plug to plug the bathtub to take a bath
- 4/5
Everything was Wonderful. Breakfast was good, except for some of the tenents were rude. Im sure the hotel does't care for people taking so much food to the room. I mean, at least 9 full plates of food
- 5/5
Their breakfast was very good and it was quite a nice and clean in my room on the third floor. Yes there's homeless that's Portland pretty much everywhere so you might make your entry and exit brief but I found it to be perfectly safe.
- 5/5
Manager James ALWAYS delivers an excellent experience. Security improved with new, tall wrought iron fencing. The rooms received new furnishings and fixtures maintaining the upscale “feel”.
- 5/5
Breakfast was really good
- 1/5
The room smelled like marijuana so bad! Everything was outdated the mattress was very uncomfortable and like a brick! The walls in the bathroom are cracked the toilet barely flushed, you would have to hold it down for about 30 seconds. The smell in the place was so bad! The mini refrigerator was buzzing all night long. All in all horrible stay

Manager Jimmy takes time to know me personally and is always aware when I am coming for a stay. Excellent staffing service. Rooms have been upgraded very nicely!
- 4/5
Parking did feel safe and was very easy to get in and out of.
- 4/5
Staff was wonderful.
- 5/5
There were two staff at breakfast that did a good job of keeping everything stocked even though it was busy.
- 2/5
The staff at breakfast was rude and would not let me bring anything up to the room for my daughter. The bathroom was discussing we didn't even shower there. I took pictures because it was the worst hotel I have ever stay at.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable however, there were several spots of damage. One such spot was an actual hole in the floor. It was small but big enough for a child’s toe to get caught in. I reported it to front desk staff. The front desk staff are awesome by the way. Very kind and helpful.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure and temperature was good. The breakfast area was clean and the food was decent. All the staff was kind and helpful. The parking lot was clean and well lit. My only issue was the curtains were not long enough to block out all the light from the parking lot.
- 4/5
IT'S NOTHING TO SPECIAL, PRETTY BASIC & A BIT OUTDATED THROUGHOUT. STAFF WAS FINE NO ISSUES. BIGGEST ISSUE FOR ME WAS THE LACK OF PARKING AND I HAD TO PARK MY VEHICLE OFF THE PROPERTY ON A DARK ROAD WHERE I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND CHECK ON IT AND IF YOU KNOW THIS AREA THEN YOU KNOW THE ENTIRETY IS SUPER SKETCH TO SAY THE LEAST.. Car was fine in the morning. Just make sure to take any valuables out of the vision of anyone..
- 2/5
Very friendly workers. Very very good breakfast for a continental breakfast. Would almost come back for the breakfast. Unfortunately there was a tiny little army of tiny ants in the bathroom. To be fair to the hotel we did not ask for a new room we killed the little ants and went on our day

The building seemed a little ran down and the elevator was a bit slow for going one flight.

Very dirty and cockroach on breakfast area .
- 5/5
I like that it was pet friendly and had breakfast included. Also the staff had good customer service, it was easy to Park and the room was really clean. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely come back.
- 5/5
Excellent costumer service
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
It wasn't a bad little place. Conveniently located to get to most places. Some things were sort of odd, such as the bathing suit or what looked like one tied under the sink in the bathroom?
- 4/5
Almost people on drug addicts everywhere and laying down in the parking lot.
- 1/5
The room was completely not up to code at all the place needs shut down
- 5/5
The breakfast is so very good
- 3/5
Lobby was being vacuumed during breakfast making it hard to converse with people at table. Staff were polite and friendly
- 4/5
Very old conditions, needs whole new everything in the room. I would not stay here again.
- 2/5
The rooms were gross with stuff on the celings. The hot water wasn't hot just kinda warm every time we tried it. Its in a terrible part of town. Just was a overall bad place to stay. Almost 200 bucks for one night and this place was basically a motel 6. Fool me once. I will never stay there again.
- 4/5
Staff friendly, clean room. Parking difficult at times.
- 2/5
But then hotel was hot and muggy in the halls very dreary. Homeless fled the surrounding areas people sleeping in their cars. Very busy people constantly in parking lot outside hotel. Didn’t feel safe in parking lot at night. Room had some questionable spots and stains. Bed mattress was almost non-existent Sat on bed and felt like it fell through extremely uncomfortable. The motel was very understanding and gave us a refund for our last two nights and we were able to move. We appreciated that a lot.
- 1/5
I stayed there for 30 mins and decided to book another hotel. The people staying at this hotel all looked questionable. The only good thing was the gentleman checking us in, good customer service. As soon as I entered the room I got hit with the cigarette odor although it was non-smoking. I didn’t know the area so my fault for booking here, it was closed to the grotto that’s why I chose it.
- 1/5
When I arrived there very tired just wanted to sleep they couldn't find my name under the reservation so they had a call Expedia to see what's going on. It's took them 30min and finally I got my room. The bad reviews was because expedia!!!
- 5/5
The bed and towels was super white you fell goo
- 4/5
Good place
- 5/5
Everything
- 3/5
If you’re looking for value, this is it. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not it. The homeless hang out around the building, parking lot not secure. Rooms were nasty, tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a year, with water stains, bad caulking and broken porcelain. The floor had partial LVP installed. The LVP that’s down was lifted and I kept tripping on it. Refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. Dis I mention the homeless ? EVERYWHERE
- 5/5
My stay was the best day I’ve ever stayed in a motel and I thank you so much for everything and my name is Sonia
- 4/5
Clean room comfortable bed
- 3/5
Didn't feel unsafe, but the homeless surroundings the area and hotel grounds was a little unsettling.
- 4/5
Lots of traffic noise. Property close to dining and Adventist hospital. Easy access to I-5.
- 2/5
There was a shower cap over the smoke detector in our room. And our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. It had looked like blood to be on the walls and I needed to go get wet wipes to wipe off all the surfaces and I wiped off white streaks from the headboard. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom. The tub had black in the tub and on the caulking. Even worse, the Expedia pictures show a location with green grass and there is no green grass anywhere near this property. Also, all the homes around the area were boarded up and it is across the street from a marijuana dispensary on a very busy street with bus traffic. I am surprised that Expedia suggest this hotel anyone this place is an old dirty hotel in a BAD neighborhood.
- 3/5
There were homeless camped all around the property and the property appeared to be temporary housing for some of them. We were (two senior women) uncomfortable parking and walking to the entrance with so many people around. The furniture and fixtures in the rooms and hallways were worn out, but it was clean, staff nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Despite that, I wouldn't stay there again. I was a bit scared by all the homeless camped yards away.
- 3/5
For a budget option this was just ok. The neighbourhood is quite dirty/sketchy with drug users in the parking lot often. Did not feel comfortable walking to the car after dark. The bedroom itself was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were super friendly so overall it was an ok stay since the location/individuals outside are out of the hotels control.
- 2/5
Would not stay here again. Old and outdated bathrooms form late 70’s or early 80’s. Area is dangerous.
- 3/5
Hotel was ok! Older decor! But it’s in a shady area! Homeless people surrounding the hotel. Not very comfortable getting to the hotel at night. I checked out after one night.
- 2/5
Breakfast was included
- 2/5
Wasn’t terrible but definitely makes you question your safety. Halls are hot and stuffy. Floors creeks makes you question the structure. Breakfast wasn’t it kinda felt like it was from days but I could have been in my head on that part bc I was questioning everything. Check in was smooth. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Manager Jimmy has an excellent staff from decades in the hospitality industry.
- 2/5
It's in a bad neighborhood - street people sitting on the curb. I wondered if maybe rooms were rented by the hour and it seemed like people were living here. Saw some really questionable people in and out of here. Creepy! Left a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I dont want anybody coming in while I stay here. Room is nice except for the bathroom - way out dated and shower head sticks out of an open hole, trim around tub is gaping apart.
- 5/5
Staff very helpful and polite.
- 2/5
We are from out of state so we’re unfamiliar with the area. There were homeless folks on all four sides of the hotel including men cat calling me and my daughter. Trash all around outside. The parking lot we were assigned was at the back of the hotel and the exterior door was broken so we had to walk the entire way around at night to get in. Pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal right in front of us. The property is severely dated. There was an animal in the walls that kept us awake, there was a significant leak under the sink, there was only decaf coffee provided in the room and overall we just didn’t feel safe at all. The staff was however very friendly and housekeeping did great with what she had to work with. I shared our experience of the animal in the wall and the leak and wasn’t offered any discount at all. Super disappointed and will never choose Ramada again.
- 3/5
Hotel felt secure.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay. It would be nice to have a little more variety for breakfast.
- 1/5
Homeless line the sidewalk just outside of the back parking lot, there is a fence but easy for homeless to take advantage proximity to steal from cars. Don’t expect much out of desk staff. The person who checked me in came across as annoyed as I entered the lobby. Then told me I would have to pay a deposit just in case I smoked. Most just say you’re subject to a fee. No coffee in the room so I asked for some from the desk, she said she didn’t have any. By the time I tried the machine for hot chocolate and water came out I didn’t bother to go to desk. Just checked my CC and no credit. I’ve be overcharged. The only reason I booked this hotel is it was the closest to the hospital!! You know linens and cleanliness were ok but something as simple as the peep hole needed to be repaired. I stuffed a tissue into it. Many hotels are old, but this one needs be closed down. When leaving I saw another desk employee arguing with a customer. I handed my keys and left. This hotel was busy. It comes across to me as a bait, demand a smoke deposit, conveniently not credit and wait for people to call and demand it. Not the way to do business!
- 3/5
Generally good, but a bit stuffy.
- 2/5
This hotel was close to our family. The room was considered ADA. Nothing could be further from the truth. There was a huge chair which affected movement. The shower was a regular step over tub. An awkward tub chair was provided but unstable. Lots of handrails (a plus). Cracks and pieces of exposed tile in the surround. The in room phone was dead. I told management. It was never fixed the entire 4 nights we were there. Breakfast was sufficient. Wrought iron fence surrounded property (good). Homeless encampment on the street behind the property. All guests appeared to try to park at the front of the property due to the encampment. We will not be staying here again.
- 3/5
There were small gnats int the bathroom and sink area so we had to buy flying insect spray. When we sat on the bed it made a horrible noise and we thought it was going to break. They served a hot breakfast with eggs and sausage. They did not, however, have prepared oatmeal, only instant oatmeal that was flavored, not original. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
No fault of their own....they are in a terrible location. Homeless encampment on the back side and plenty of characters walking about. DO NOT stay here if you are a single female, totally did not feel safe. The homeless encampment blasted their boom box and the front desk attendant seemed undeterred by it when I said maybe I should change rooms if that goes all night. There is a weird smell I could not place but it reeked through the entire hotel, a mixture of mold, stale smoke and cleanser. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean, the bed comfy and lots of pillows. Breakfast was hot and ample, although some patrons ate like it was their last meal....again, no fault on them. This location is right off the hiway, so convenient but again, has serious safety issues with all the homeless abound. Portland is famous for doing nothing in protection of its citizens, yet alone visitors.
- 3/5
it was just ok. The staff was ok, not friendly, not unfriendly just ok. We had no parking when we came in late so it was difficult understanding how to open the third lot. It was inconvenient but it was ok. (I would not park my car outside of the gated parking, it didn't look safe) The whole property smelled like a particular cleaning fluid. Not a really bad smell but not a good one. Ok Our room did have a bad smell but we cracked the window and it was not cold outside so it was ok. The bed was too soft but it had good sheets and pillows so ok. After so much lack of attention to detail I had such a low expectation for the breakfast that I dreaded going downstairs. The breakfast was just like the picture on the expedia site. Nice surprise. Overall it was ok for just one night. Ok?
- 4/5
The hotel was located perfectly to the event my family attended. The staff were friendly. The only concern I have is the tv remote does not work. My daughter went to the receptionist and asked for a different tv remove and was told the remove will work.
- 1/5
I tried calling to cancel and the lady was extremely rude to me and wouldn’t cancel my reservation
- 2/5
Room was not clean. No cover over bathroom vent. Caulking around tub needs redone.
- 4/5
We have stayed at this hotel a few times before, which is why we returned on this trip. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and after waiting about 10 minutes, I went to find someone. We had hoped to have an accessible room, but they were all spoken for. It was clear that our room had recently been remodelled, though some things (like the tub) were a little "rough around the edges." The toilet was rather small for adults, and we had to stand in a corner to open the door. However, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding.
- 2/5
When we arrived about 8:00 pm. there was no one at the desk to check us in. We yelled for someone, but there was no response. After about 10 minutes, the phone rang and the clerk emerged from a back office to answer the phone and we told her we had been waiting. We booked a one bedroom suite and were disappointed that there was very poor lighting. The dinning area had no lights at all the living room had one lamp and the bedroom had one lamp, but it was very dark for us. The sofa in the living room area was well worn out and uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Jimmy and his staff provide excellent service. New fence around the perimeter ads additional security to the property.
- 5/5
Good place but pay 2 dollars if you drink that water in the room
- 1/5
While this is an older property it should be in much better condition both outside and to rooms. Bathtub was not functional, mold around tub wall and most importantly is that room did not have "do not disturb" door hangers and when asking for one at desk they said they did not have any but would make certain that housekeeping was advised not to enter room. Upon returning to room housekeeping had been in room even though front desk was asked and said they would not enter room. I will never book with this hotel chain again.
- 4/5
The hotel was near by lots of restaurants, and near my destination. Will book again in the further.
- 1/5
The place insulted me, amd I am having with the return of my deposit
- 1/5
Not very friendly..... property is old and run down... they charge way to much for the condition it's in
- 1/5
Although the room was reasonably clean, the area is bad with lots of homeless people around and on the property. Couldn't use the rear stairway near our room because of the sketchy people hanging around the rear entry. Would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Checkin was smooth, room was adiquate. Could smell bleach. Breakfast was available, coffee was out though. I did get charged again for taxes after checkout, but when I called, they promptly reimbursed me.
- 4/5
Shower head was leaking, electric outlet didn’t have a cover,
- 4/5
Room was fine but we were kept awake until 4:00AM by a party next door. We’ll probably look for another hotel when we’re in Portland again.
- 1/5
Two delivery drivers from my company were staying there and people tried to break into the truck overnight. Lots of sketchy people around.
- 5/5
Will recommend to others and /or we will stay again.
- 5/5

Dont leave anything in your vehicle. Changed my reservation from a 2 queen to a king bed. Not what i booked. Its a kinda gross room, hallways, elevator, etc..
- 4/5
Very comfortable bed slept very welll my husband had surgery so I sent the night there
- 3/5
Night clerk was very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
The stay was horrible. The bed sheets in the room were soiled and the lady at front desk was very unprofessional handling the situation. Eventually got a different room. The corridors have a bad smell. One night a homeless guy sought refuge spent the night at the bottom so the stairway
- 3/5
Once in the room, I tried to turn the TV on and the remote didn’t work. I flipped it over to find that there were no batteries in the remote. It was too late and I was too tired to try and contact the front desk for a replacement so I just went to bed.
- 2/5
The people that worked here were very nice, but the place is very run down. Things not working, questionable stains on the carpet, and a general sense of super sketchy.
- 5/5
Yes

- 5/5
It was great
- 4/5
Homeless camp right by north parking lo
- 1/5
This place and the staff are a joke. That’s all I have to say. You’d have better service at a motel 6.
- 3/5
The hotel is old but very clean. It's on a very busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise all night. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Also, the hotel is not in a very good neighborhood.
- 5/5
We had a great stay. I liked that you had to use room key to open entrance doors. We did not have breakfast. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
Manager Jimmy and staff always provide excellent service! I have been staying there for two decades.
- 4/5
outside smells like cat urine. bed was hard. am front desk agent was great.
- 3/5
Large homeless camp next to the motel made it uncomfortable.
- 4/5
even though a guest in the room next to mine one night, had a fight at 0445 one morning, I had a very pleasant stay, the staff was great and the beds were very comfortable. There is some need for cosmetic improvements but they are so minor. I will return.

This was very basic. It’s an old property. There was an overly perfumed/air freshener smell in the room. The bathroom was old. No coffee maker, no blow dryer- but did have a holder for one on the floor. Our room was right next to a strange patio and windows that looked like it was on the back of the elevator, so our privacy wasn’t guaranteed. Although it was a no smoking room, the window had a big cigarette burn on it. The bathroom was older, the tub was too high up and that was difficult to get in and out of for myself with mobility issues. There was a grab bar on the wall next to the tub that I appreciated though. Finally, I use a walker and on the floor, there’s vinyl wood flooring, there is a very large uneven lip on the floor that is a fall risk, for a walker, a shoe to get caught on. The evening we checked in 8/14/24, the front desk girl was very sweet, but the next morning, the girl working barely acknowledged us. Won’t stay there again

Parking is small, end up pk on street. back of pk lot are homeless makes the kids feel unsafe and unable to sleep. We all worry that our car will get cracked in. smells in the hallways. Hear people screaming in the hall way. Fire fighter were here right before us...not suggested if you have kids. Only great thing is breakfast for this stay.

Didn’t feel safe leaving anything in our vehicle overnight - especially in back parking area. Probably just perception rather than reality but would have preferred to only bring in over night bag as walk to our room was quite far.

I chose this hotel because in the Description at list that they have a cherry blossom park On their property. This hotel room was an extra $20 a night and I chose to pay That for that Specific and what block of homeless people doing drugs, and walking around in the nude. When I brought this up to the representative at the front, he just brushed it off and said I don't know. Was so full of homeless and crackheads that it was very unsafe to walk around with a child or a pet or being a woman. The stairs that come down to the lower levels also reeked of feces and urine. The gym on site did not have working AC and the machines are very old. Hot tub was non-functioning and looked disgusting. The only good part about this hotel is that it is right near the highway that is about it.

Efforts to have them changed fell on deaf ears. Bathroom curtains were old and worn out. Overall, this is a poorly kept motel charging price of a hotel

I requested adjoining rooms and was told they didn’t have those at their property. We were given two rooms on different floors, both had adjoining doors in them. The place was in the worst neighborhood I’ve ever seen. There was obvious drug and prostitution activity happening in the hotel and surrounding area. We felt it necessary to take all of our valuables with us when we left the rooms for dinner. There wasn’t any room in the parking lot so we had to park on the side street next to a large homeless camp. We were afraid our car wouldn’t be there in the morning. When our charges went through after check out we noticed that they didn’t honor the price we’d booked under this website!

Even tho the hotel says “NO SMOCKING ROOMS” the room was very smelly to cigar and something else. Carpets, floors, walls EVERYWHERE and everything was dirty.

Close to relatives I was visiting and with a location convenient for dining and shopping.

The property was tired, a lot of people wandering in and out. No way to make tea in the room only catered for coffee drinkers.

The homeless encampment behind the building and no tv channel info.
