    The room was insanely gross. We got into our room and kicked off our sneakers. Walked around the room unpacking and then sat down. We noticed the bottoms of our feet were black!! The pillows were paper thin. I'm not even exaggerating here, there was no fixing in them. The hotel has a horrible smell when you walk into the lobby. The line to get help at the front desk was crazy long, due to only 1 person working, and it was a weekend. The pool and hot tub had not been cleaned in awhile. We wanted to swim but ended up never using our swim suits due to the smell, the color of the water, and the amount of dirt, things floating, and grim in the water. Normally this hotel chain has an amazing breakfast. This location has watery/slimmy scrambled eggs, no cereal or pastry options and the waffles didn't taste right. Oh and there were homeless people walking the parking lot and a few that looked cracked out. Overall, I'd never stay here again, even if I was paid too. Horrible experience!

    Carpets stained. I stayed 5 days no one cleaned my room and I was only given 2 towels for the 5 days. You can hear every time someone walks by or shuts their door. The whole room shakes I'm assuming from the construction. Construction workers smoking right in front of main entrance.

    Front desk staff were all amazing. Friendly, cheerful, efficient. Breakfast hours had changed but they did offer muffins, yogurt, and apples for earlier check outs. Pool was closed. Property currently being renovated but that did not interfere with our stay.

    They offered breakfast It was way over priced for the quality of my stay I had booked it from Friday- Monday half the time there was no staff member at the front desk, I tried calling the front desk several times and no one answered, we were given 2 towels for the entirety of our stay we were there for a soccer tournament so my grandson needed more than 2 towels and when I went to ask for some I was told they didn’t have any clean towels and that they would try to get me some before our checkout, which didn’t happen I asked on Saturday, we went swimming in the pool which was itself an odd thing because the the jacuzzi was cold and the pool was hot, when we got out there were no towels there either so we had to go dripping to the elevator then up to our room. One other thing is they only had one disabled parking spot available because the other one had a broken metal pipe structure covering it. We also had some very annoying people in the room next to us that were fighting and banging things around from about 1 am till about 3:30-4 am which is when I discovered that they would not answer the phone at the front desk. Needless to say it was a miserable, costly (expensive) stay . Lesson learned

    It’s dated. It’s not fresh or new. It’s affordable. The pool and hot tub are nice. What sets it apart is the staff is excellent. They go above and beyond. Handle stressful situations like when site overbooks with grace and kindness even when people are mean to them. Hats off to the staff.

    Nothing Got there at 10 pm room was not clean or ready for us...had ro wait then when we got checked in and went up to the room it still was not clean...at 3am we heard out door being tryed to open then it opened my sister and mom both ran tords the door and pushed it shut it was a member of the staff..we tryed to call front desk no answer went down to talk to them there were 3 of staff members there..they said we were not checked in even threw we were we and that we were marked as a no show..we had to sign stuff when we got there and they put my card on there files so I know we were checked..in we were booked for 2 nights we only stayed 1 night we have 3 littles with us and we did not feel safe they could have handled it better like knock on the door...called the room..or something we left after the frist night we asked to talk to a manager and was denied...we told the front desk lady to check us out eay and why...she never checked us out I had to manually check us out the next day..we are not happy and did not feel safe

    Kinda run down honestly, not what I normally expect from La Quinta. Hottub wasn't very hot, pool was freezing, both had murky colored water. No pool towels. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either, just okay. Probably won't stay at this location again.

    I loved that the pool and spa were open 24/7. The room was spacious even for 4 of us. Got a free upgrade to a suite and free breakfast, thanks Booking.com! No towels in the room. No soap, no hair conditioner. The ice bucket had a clean bag tucked in with a good two inches of water in the bottom of it. There were obvious messes left from previous guests that got ignored, like pink something on light switches and also the wall unit for the air. I didn't disturb it because I'm kind of hoping its still there. The light above the coffee bar didn't work. The remote for the main tv also didn't work. The pics are of the bathroom, I am a professional cleaner and we didn't use the shower so there is no reason for soap scum to be on the floor. I understand staffing issues, but this is a training/management issue. Whoever is checking the rooms is not paying attention. I worked in hotel housekeeping for years. This is laziness, not understaffing. It would be a much more pleasant property if the rooms were cleaned and stocked as they should be. The overnight front desk staff could benefit from a supervisor and additional training.

    The Shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient. The employees all seemed nice. The shower had fantastic hot water. Which helped when I had to clean it the first night. Also the air conditioning/heater worked well. Outside of that it was alot of money wasted, cold eggs, dirty floors, no sanitizer for the equipment in the gym, no towels anywhere, pool, gym. The ratings and pictures are definitely not what it really is.

    Nothing Everything horrible customer service will never stay there again. One of the staff was so disrespectful to my fiancé. She's diagnosed with autism and they treated us horribly I could not believe it. And after our stay they charged my debit card with 6 or six other transactions on of 500$ one of 250$ on of 100$ one of 50$ one of 15$ and another of 10$ dollars.

    We made our reservation through hotels.com (which we've used numerous times before). I had the confirmation and everything needed to check in. When I got there the person at the front desk could not get the La Quinta computer system to interact with the hotels.com computer system. I stood there for over 40 minutes trying to check in. There were at least 5 people in line behind me that were also waiting. At one point she said I could sit there and wait, but wasn't sure what the point of that would be other than to waste more time. She finally ended up cancelling our reservation and sending me out to my car to call hotels.com. When I called them, they had no idea what the problem was because on their end it looked fine. They tried to call the hotel, but no one answered. The person trying to check me in tried to call the manager several times, but got no answer. So I would say the staff was not trained at all in how to get past any computer cliches that might occur. At no point did she try to call hotels.com to see what the issue was. Very happy that she cancelled our reservation though. I called hotels.com and they got us into a much nicer place for the same price. Also, the La Quinta Inn looked very dirty and you couldn't pull your car into the front of the lobby because there were tiles falling down so they had it taped off. Very bad experience.

    The staff was extremely rude when checking in. We had called to inquire about early check in and the phone call went well. She said because of the holiday they couldn’t guarantee an early check in but said we could check when we were close and if there was a room ready we could check in then. No mention of a $65.00 fee for early check in. When we arrive the front desk lady was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. I could understand a reasonable fee for early check in but that was way too much. It wasn’t busy at all and I was very frustrated by how we were treated. We won’t be staying there ever again.

    The room was clean and nice. The food was not good. Eggs and sausage sitting in a bunch of water to where you were scooping a cup of water with your eggs. Both tasted over boiled. The staff were friendly, but could be overheard to not be happy, "can't wait to leave", etc. Elevator button for second floor was broken as we learned from a couple trying to get to their room. Front of hotel is under construction. Parking spaces are so narrow, every 3rd car is over the lines necessarily.

    The facility showed many signs of less than favorable maintenance and cleanliness. In the room we dobt think the floors were even vacuumed as we found a luggage tag on the carpet and rinkled up papers in the drawers. We could no use the refrigerator because it would a rotten hole in the cabinet and fall over. In the swimming pool I cut my leg in the pool on something, and I stepped on a furniture bolt by the hut tub. The hot tub was cold and the swimming pool water was very hot. Not at all impressed.

    First room the AC was not working, they gave us another room, the TV remote was busted, and the bathroom door had 2 big gashes and the lock did not work. Additionally, no one cleant the room for the 4 days we were there. When I asked the Front desk, they said they clean rooms every three days. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Lobby and stairs were dirty. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor.

    Housekeeping never came in three days to the room. It was a bit disappointing as they cleaned other rooms, but not my own. There was no trash can in the room so had to use paper bags. Breakfast could have been better. It was ok but was not the best. The spa was closed the first day,, and painters were by all the windows the first day. No explanation or apology was given.

    The staff are amazing, the pool and hot tub were closed the entire time I was there, which is unfortunate because I chose this hotel based on the fact that I thought that there would be a pool and hot tub available. Their breakfast was really gross. The eggs were runny and the meat did not taste like real meat. On top of that, our bed had weird stains on the under sheet. It looked like blood. On top of that a hotel is currently undergoing construction to the outside of the building. My husband and I noticed that the workers were putting wet cement directly on plywood that was not treated. It looks like they are going to have a lot of issues with that in the future because plywood is definitely not meant to get wet like that. Anyway, if you stay here, good luck.

    Hotel looks to be under construction, Rooms too old need to update. None of the outlets worked. Also I booked a month ahead and paid in full for a king suite. When I arrived it was a regular room. They were completely sold out. What was the point of pre booking and paying upfront. I asked to cancel but there were no managers in the property. I left to find another hotel

    Night 2 the room next door was very loud. At 930pm we called the front desk to ask what time quiet time was. The front desk staff said there was no quiet hours so they would not send someone up to ask the loud party to quiet down. At 12:30 we knocked on the loud room door and they still didn't quiet down. Not until 130am did their party stop. Breakfast day 1 was ok. Day 2 it was cold. But there was plenty. There was construction in the parking lot/outside which blocked off a lot of parking. People were smoking Marijuana by the front entrance. Hotel needs a makeover for sure. Staff had poor attitudes and did not care that we were unhappy with our stay.

    I guess they really dont clean that much like vacuuming and wiping because there is a very dry bones of I dont know that is so visible beside the minifridge. And I found small earring in the floor. The breakfast is not much to choose but it can be filling. But the thing is, we only stayed for a night but why we need to endure on the dirt that supposed already been clean. The staff said that she will change the room but we have all our stuff settled already for a night. We pay right but that room is not worth the expectation. Just hire more cleaners and be clean. Thank you

    This place really sucked because we had car issues and we had no service available to call so we ended up not getting there until 6:30 the next morning and we thought they would understand so we told them all this when we checked in and we were under the impression that we would be able to stay until the next day because we had already booked and payed for one night however when we got settled in after breakfast we went to lay down and got woke up repeatedly over and over until we went down and payed for another night so not only did we not get a full night we ended up paying over double for a one night stay I will never stay again at this horrible misunderstanding piece of work for a hotel. The only nice person out of all of the staff was the breakfast lady everyone else really was not nice or helpful or accommodating for our circumstance and we don’t have money to throw away like that and the place was not clean like you would expect for paying that kind of money. Motel 6 is like royalties compared to this LaQuinta Hotel.

    This hotel is a great find! Very friendly staff, clean room, and great amenities. It is very close to the airport taking only about 5-10 minutes in the shuttle. Restaurants are close by but not really walkable but Uber eats was quick and easy. This was also an amazing value compared to surrounding hotels. The breakfast spread was pretty average for complimentary but still very good and The breakfast attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The fitness area was clean and the hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature. There was a little construction going on but did not affect the station (just the look). Highly recommend if you're looking to stay on site and relax in a quiet and safe environment.

    The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room.

    Very nice place was under renovation so was in disarray but still better than most with a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was included with scrambed eggs, sausage, waffles ect. Would recommend for comfort, location to airport and all freeway entrances a block away.

    We had booked the wrong state by accident. We wanted Portland. Maine but mistakenly booked Oregon by mistake and when we phoned to cancel we were refused. We are still trying to get our money back by going corporate head office but can’t seem to get through. Terrible customer service!!!!!

    So i stayed here during the construction and i have to say i was not happy about the work starting at 7am other than that every thing about LaQuinta was outstanding the breakfast was hot and fresh the staff was super helpful and good at their work the room was smallish but comfortable and clean. I used the pool and hot tub and they where clean and i had a good time using them. All in all i would stay here again and i would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. They should consider having construction start later in the morning closer to check out.

    The toilet valve stuck when flushed so we shut off the feed line and had to return back on to flush. Not a big deal but we told the desk twice and it was never fixed or room changed. We were busy so just put up with it . Not impressed with staff

    Staff was wonderful. Room felt dingy-bathroom had stuff on the walls that shouldn’t be there. Toilet handle was loose. Dark hair on the floor-(we don’t have dark hair). Stains on a bench- something spilled and dried on the bedside table. Pillows were very small and flat- maybe 2 inches thick in a super wrinkled pillowcase. Not sure if the bed linen was clean. I wouldn’t stay there again.

    This was probably one of the most disorganized hotels I have ever stayed at. Check in was slow and unprofessional (three people behind the desk, one trainee) and the other two chatting with her casually and laughing while half heartedly checking me in. After a slow 10 mins (I had already done pre check in on my phone thankfully), we went up to our room, opened the door and two dogs came rushing to us barking, the room was occupied. I was traveling with 4 kids too. We all went down to the lobby, the front desk didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, the girl actually said “that shouldn’t happen.” And they spoke to each other trying to figure out which room to give us. The room was OK. Not cleaned very well (the floor), there were ants on the one side by the wall which we dealt with for our whole stay but I made sure to keep the floor clean and not leave food around. We had two bath towels (and hand towels, for 5 people), they had said all the laundry was being done so no extra towels were available yet. The pull out couch had no bedding for it. I was given some sheets later that evening once the laundry was done but no blanket. So I didn’t sleep with a blanket for the 4 nights we were there, just top sheets. The beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Housekeeping staff were so helpful and much more caring than front desk staff. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety but well stocked for what they had.

    Checked into a room dirty hallway and room, AC did not work, phone line cut and on the floor. They transfers us to another room. Dirtier, closet door was gone off the hinge, phone physically intact but not working. We were exhausted so we made the most of what rest we could have. Someone jiggled doorknob and left. Could hear this progressing down the hall. AC worked until 4am when it hissed on and off then finally died at 4:30AM. I went down to reception and saw someone talking to themself in the hallway while swaging back and forth. I reported this to the guy in the front desk and he approached the person. He lent me a fan. Too late to move, we opened the window but was a bad move as right outside was the highway to the airport! Too noisy. Shut window and thankfully, the dusty fan helped with circulation. Manager is aware of the status of their establishment. Continuous influx of people checking in and out. Young lady at check in is rude. She is also responsible for answering calls, setting up and maintaining breakfast. A impossible situation for her. Dining area: food empty, clients milling around impatiently. Pretty run down over all. Company seems to have turn their backs on this establishment. Will not come back here! Poor maintenance of facilities and room. Poor security. We did not feel safe! Breakfast was wanting and all processed carbs and malfunctioning dispensers.

    We had the room with the 2 queen beds with a couch and chair. The staff was wonderful and so helpful and the property was very clean. A bit dated but great option for the price, the chair was the only complaint it was fake leather that was almost completely peeled off, we just didn't use it as it was a bit off putting.

    The first room that we went into smelled like feet after a soccer game and the air conditioner was squeaking. We changed rooms and the second one didn't smell but the air conditioner every time it turned on made a terrific squeaking and grinding noise. You could hear people going in and out of their rooms and walking above you all day and night. Did not get any sleep at all. When the floor in the bathroom got wet it was almost slimy. The chocolate chip cookies when we arrived was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were really trying to help us and we're very professional. Breakfast was very basic and average. The pool was open 24 hours which was nice for a late night dip.

    It was a very convenient location to stay. Very close to Walmart, target, Costco, food places,and other necessities. +/- 30 mins. drive to Multnomah falls, not a far drive to Japanese Garden neither, and most especially it’s close to the Grotto where me and my kids enjoy visiting often during our stay. Thank you to the staff who are very approachable and kind. We enjoyed our stay. 😊

    The room next to ours had a strong smell of marijuana that carried directly into our space. It was overwhelming at times and not something any family—especially with infants—should have to deal with. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, there was no urgency or concern shown. Even worse, no effort was made to move us to another room or offer any kind of refund so we could find accommodations elsewhere. On top of that, basic amenities were lacking. The pool had no towels available for guests, which is something you expect at even the most average hotels. When asking staff about it, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Tub was full of water when we arrived and we ask no one came to clean and drain it. Overall, the staff came across as rude and uninterested in resolving issues or ensuring guest comfort. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here—especially for families.

    We had a very early morning flight and had to catch a shuttle at 3:30. I was very thankful the shuttle started at 3:00 am. Driver was courteous and got us there quickly. Wi-Fi was fast, lots of cable channels. All in all it was nice experience. We would definitely stay there again.

    Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. They said they had to wash them by hand and brought them out 4 clean plates at a time and then we had to wait again for the food that had run out. I'm not making this up or exaggerating. I've never seen anything like this before.

    Destiny, the manager, tried very hard to fix the issues. A staff person released our reserved room ( 2 queen beds) before we got there even though I had called ahead to confirm late arrival. In the ensuing move the next day to the appropriate room I lost my fan and phone charger. Destiny loaned me her own private fan for the duration of our stay. The only day we requested out of a 6 night stay to have our room cleaned it wasn't done. Destiny came in the evening to pick up our towels and brought them back when they were washed and dried. Construction at the front entrance required alternate doorways. Magnetic locks on elevator doors were not working and the cover doors had to be propped open. Food at breakfast was limited in the last half an hour before closing.

    Very convenient location. Many people walking in and out, smoking near the front door (staff handled it). Pool families leaving puddles of water in lobby (barefoot). Not a lot of parking. I tried to cancel before checking in because the parking lot had different types of sketchy people in the parking lot and nearby. They did not allow to me get a refund. I gave it a shot, staff was doing their best. Multiple things were alarming, I would not stay again, it looked like people were living there instead of normal hotel guests. The room was CLEAN and acceptable. The outside factors were not expected.

    Property being remodeled and under construction but alternate entrance was available. Parking limited due to construction so be prepared to street park if the parking lot is full. Indoor Pool and Hot Tub was awesome and open 24/7. Breakfast was minimal but not bad. Staff were professional, and helpful. Room was clean but only one outlet worked so charging was a pain. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean. AC worked but was loud. As mentioned previously the property was being renovated so looking like they are updating. Nothing to eat within walking distance so be prepared to drive or order in. Directly in flight path so airline noise is loud and constant outside but I didn’t notice it in my room at all.

    The the entrance of the property was under repairs with caution tape while contractors were working. I figured out another way to enter the hotel and there was a sign apologizing for the inconvenience. However no one was at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes along with another guest and noticed $160 in quarters unattended on the counter. When the person arrived, she was courteous but didn't acknowledge that we were waiting. She didn't have a name tag. I had paid in advance online but it was around 12:30 pm and she said there would be a $35 fee if I checked in before 3pm. That is posted on their website but since I flew from North Carolina and had been traveling 10 hours I was hoping for an exception. I understand following policy but I prepaid and if a room was ready why couldn't I have it.I couldn't freshen up and went to tour Portland. I return around 6pm to finish checking in. I mentioned that I was checking out at 4 am to catch my flight and asked about the grab and go breakfast. She said they would have it ready and confirmed the time. I left the counter not knowing where my room was and came back to ask. At 4:15 am, I checked out and asked for the breakfast bag. The gentleman at the counter said they didn't leave one. He offered to unlock the dining area so I could get something. That was nice but he didn't turn on the light, I had to ask what did they usually include in the bag and only saw one item he listed..apples. I was rushing and fixing a quick bag in the dark.

    The front desk staff were pleasant but the rest of the staff were rude (breakfast attendant, housekeeping). The housekeeper wouldn't even speak to me or get her linen dumpster out of the way for me to exit the elevator and get to my room on the 4th floor, and when they were cleaning rooms they turned the deadbolts open and let the doors slam as they entered and exited nearby rooms constantly, as though guests aren't resting. Breakfast was disappointing. Cramped space and they had no plates/bowls out. You had to knock on a door and ask some gnome-like woman for a plate or a bowl and then she seemed annoyed and surprised that you need basic utensils to consume breakfast! Also, they only had bitter dark roast coffee available. Other issues include the floor shaking and drilling noise from their renovations, plus a slow, janky elevator. And also, there was a blood (?) stain on the drapes and a used Q-tip on the floor in the room. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the towels and bed linens themselves were clean. But overall an unpleasant stay.

    When I went down to breakfast the next day, there weren't any plates available. I grabbed a bagel because I could carry it on a napkin. I had expected noise from the airport, but it turned out the highway noise was more distracting and noticeable. Through all of this your staff was great. Apologetic about the room and breakfast issues. Helpful with check-in and check-out. Everyone I encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. The main reason I am giving your hotel a poor rating is because both my son and myself have what are most likely bed bug bites.Our arms and hands are covered in them. We had to wash everything we brought with us including the luggage. It will be another week if we find out if we were successful in our efforts to stop an infestation in our home.

    Dirty stained sheets at checkin. When they came to fix it they took all my towels. Then the elevator broke and I was on the top floor. When i asked for towels they left "1' at the front desk for "because there was a shortage ". They dont clean your room when you stay there for a week unless you get downstairs in the morning and ask them to. Would not recommend.

My bathroom was restocked but obviously hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The toilet had pee and toilet paper inside it with a piece of toilet paper on the seat. The back of the toilet had an inch of dust. The bathtub was disgusting and could have easily sparkled with a spray and a rag. The floor had brow crap in the corners that would’ve easily come up with a broom or vacuum. To add to the rundown, dirty feel, there was no ice machine on the 3rd floor so I took the stairs to the 2nd floor and it said, “Out of Order, use ice on 4th floor.”

    I was assigned room 202. I didn't like being so close to the elevator. The room is kind of small too. The hotel is close to the airport which I heard the planes flying at night. The bed was okay to sleep on. If you look for a hotel close to the airport this is a good choice. I stayed there because it was closer to be near my family. The free breakfast is okay.

    Clean room. However, no cable on TVs. Homeless people walk by at night and can hear them yelling. The appearance of the hotel outside needs remodeling such as painting the graffiti in the front. Breakfast was convenient but cooked foods were not cooked well.

    Had a very rude staff member. The toliet in our room didnt work, they expected me for the entire night to plunge everytime i had to use the bathroom. They said the second day they were upgrading me except the tv in the upgraded room didnt work and smelt like pee.

    Checkin 10/14/25 to 10/18/25 at 9:45 pm gave a room 219. Room smell bad and shower handler broken cannot turn on hot and cold picked up the shower handlemess around to turned water. DO Not stay La Quinta hotel very poor maintenance hotel. Not happy to stay check out on 10/15/25. I still have 3 nights unused. They will not refund to me.

    They only activated my key card for one night when I was staying for free. The blow dryer was broken, sheets, bed, and bathroom linen all had little stains on it. Stains on the bench in the room and on the curtains, curtains were ripped. Computer chair at the desk was broken. Breakfast food wasn’t the best but the staff in the breakfast area were really nice. The pool and hot tub area smelled like a pond and not sure if they even use chlorine

    The floors were very dirty in the hallways and sticky in the room. All of the walls were scuffed up and they were dirty. There was small trash, pills and dirt between and behind furniture in the room and bathroom. The staff were all nice.

    Staff was very nice, cleaniness of room, ok, but not the best, chair in room was filthy and torn, should not even be offered to someone to sit in. Hot Tub not working, Pool was ice cold. could not use either. Breakfast was ok, but if it is to go until a certain time, then all food choices should be made available. Saw a family come in with small kids and their choice was yogurt and fruit.

    Not clean. Room smells because air filters are not maintained. I checked. They are full of dirty lint. Pool smelled like a swamp and had green scum. It appeared that the housekeeping was somewhat completed, but maintenance is otherwise lacking.

    The lobby was dirty needed to be vacuumed, but everything else was great. Destiny was so nice. I didn’t like the fact that you have a $75 hold. I need the money. I’m going on a trip but you took it off my credit card anyway it’s inappropriate that’s all I can say to charge all that.

    There were many problems: 1. hot-tub wasn't working; 2. pool was freezing; 3. One of our rooms had blood splatter on the bathroom walls and hair (we have pictures), 4. The breakfast had run out of coffee; 5. The lamps had outlets, but they had loose connections so our devices didn't charge; 6. Bed frames need replacing; 7. No toilet paper in the pool restroom. The hotel is very antiquated and needs a complete renovation.

    I stayed here as a small vacation for myself and my partner. We were both pleased with the atmosphere and the cleanliness. There is a free breakfast that takes place everyday downstairs from 6:00-10am and an indoor pool as well. The staff was really kind and it was easy to book the room and check in. We enjoyed our stay thank you La Quinta by Wyndam : )

    Our needs were fulfilled accordingly. Staff was mostly friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there was a power outage for hours and no generator response, not only warm and loud, once we opened the windows for some air, but bit scarybecause we were in the top floor with a guest on wheelchair.

    The hot tub was out of order. There were cookies for guests on the counter that were uncovered. I called about the TV not working twice, but they could not assist me over the phone, but advised they would call me back after contacting maintenance. I never received a call back, so no TV to watch all evening. The outlets on the lamps didn't worth (all 3 of them). The room was freezing cold but the ac wasn't on, not did I ever turn it on. Hair in the bathroom. Walked in to breakfast at 907am (ended at 930a) and greeted by Destiny who advised they're not bringing it anymore food but were welcome to the leftovers that were still out. Leftovers?! Then, The breakfast that was available was subpar. Don't plan on staying at this location again.

    Our room was good. There were big stains on the carpet and it looked like someone had thrown coffee at the window curtains, but otherwise the room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Fridge and microwave were great. Location was great near airport and we felt very safe there. Parking lot was very full for first couple weekend days we stayed but got better. Breakfast was adequate at best. Very packed in small room and no place to sit. Selection was OK. They kept running out of plates and we had to wait for clean ones daily. Orange juice was watered down and gross.

    The staff was friendly. Our room was pretty dirty. We used the pull out couch and there was dirt and some tissues popped out from the middle of the mattress cushion. The walls had marks, it looked like something was splattered. We were only there to sleep, the location was convenient for our early flight. We chose this hotel because the reviews said it was a clean place but unfortunately it was not. The hotel definitely needs some care. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    The bed was interesting. It was comfortable but it was rounded on the edges, you rolled off it. There is no way this hotel should be rated as a 8.5, either Expedias rating system is broken or they receive kickback to market the hotel at a higher rating.

    It was difficult to reach anyone at the front desk, using the phone provided in the room. Some outlets were useless. The microwave plate didn't spin. The included breakfast was extremely limited and not replenished fast enough. You were lucky to get eggs that were at room temperature and maybe some yougurt. Also, the swimming pool area had multiple spiders.

    Room was not a suite, toilet had stains in the bowl. Drywall flaking off and left unrepaired. Carpet in hallways was atrociously dirty, just gross. Building in general needed a lot of remodeling work done. Pool and hot tub were nasty and water was cloudy and dirty unless they put so much pool chemicals in it that just entering the room burned your eyes, and that’s putting it mildly. Breakfast was terrible, no waffle mix the entire stay, rotten fruit, powdered eggs, old bread. and juice machine was heavily watered down so the juice didnt taste right at all, we wound up just eating elsewhere for breakfast every day. Definitely a sketchy area around the hotel, so lock your vehicle and don’t leave anything in the vehicle overnight. I would not recommend this place for any family vacationers. A dump that has some pictures that did not match the actual condition of the place

    We had a big room. Buffet breakfast was ok. In our room, there were items in the fridge and items underneath the sofa bed that was not cleaned out from the previous occupants. The laundry area was cramped, had top loading washer but it was cheaper than going out but a very long wait for it to be available because of the number of people wanting to use it.

    I considered calling the front desk to ask for a new room, but theres no phone in the room. Chose to not talk to front dest staff in fear the room they'd move me to would be worse. None of the outlets on the lamp worked. So enjoy your 1 outlet in the entryway and in the bathroom. Pool was super cold, and the whole area was very small. Maybe 2 tables with 2 chairs each. I dont visit PDX often, but next time I will pay more and hopefully stay at a cleaner hotel. I will say, for a positive, the beds were comfortable and the front desk clerk who checked us out in the morning was very kind and friendly.

    The location is further out from the city than i thought. Upon arrival while checking in there was a dead body being wheeled out of the elevator!! Staff handled it well and were very friendly. I cant fault them for life happenings but did put an uneasy feeling. Also was told this isnt the only time its happened! Hotel needs alot of improvements. Lots of wear and tear. Tv didnt work, air conditioner made a loud noise, had food or something in the grate, room wasnt really clean feeling, alarm went off at 6am from a clock in the room, couldn't shut it off. Breakfast was very limited and wasnt appetizing. I couldnt eat it. Other than the staff being very friendly and helpful I would rate this place ALOT lower. Definitely not worth the money
