Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location near the convention center and Moda Center, as well as its friendly and helpful staff. However, guests frequently complain about the noise from the nearby train and street, as well as the outdated and run-down state of the rooms and facilities.

It did what we needed, to sleep after a concert. The tv did not work at all, that would have been nice.

Worst hotel stay ever. The carpet was stained. I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. It was gross.

The outside of the property was scary, especially at night. The room was decent inside. But the morning clerk was very rude and dismissive. I will not be staying there again!

Started with surprise deposit even after prepay for room. Non working elevators. Walking up 3 flights to discover a dimly lite room with a mysterious wet spot that reveals the next morning a large dark color spot....shower never drained...

We checked in after our wedding, we've stayed here multiple times before with no problem. Elevator was broken so my Wife & I had to traverse 3 flights of stairs after being on our feet all day, then had to do it again because our key cards didn't work. When we finally got into the room, the entire room was dirty, stained and reeked of a foul odor. We asked for a different room but were told there was none availiable of the room we paid for & would have to downgrade. We ended up having to Uber home at 4 in the morning. To his credit the front desk clerk did everything he could but the situation was totally unacceptable. Certianly put a damper on our wedding night.

I have no idea how this got such a high rating overall but my stay was unfortunately not very good. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property was questionable at best. Broken elevator, doors from the outside propped open at all times (safety concern), toilet not bolted to the ground so it moved a ton with each seat, concerning amount of rust all over shower drain and soap holder, etc etc. it was cheap but even for being cheap it lacked any comfortable qualities. Wouldn’t recommend.

So three of us went to this hotel we got two rooms when we checked in we were told we had to pay extra for parking that was not on the description. We then were told the elevator did not work so we had to walk up three flights of stairs went to the room. This is like 8 o’clock tired shopped all day wanted to sleep. No, there were buses back-and-forth all night long. I do not think I got one wink of sleep. The windows are not soundproof. The place is falling apart. The icemaker didn’t work pretty much. Nothing worked. I plugged my charger in didn’t charge. I would say this is the worst experience I have ever had and will never go back. I had to put down $100 deposit on the room which that was never even mentioned in the booking as well on my debit card.

I've stayed here several times. It appears to be under new management once again. I think this is the second change in less than a year. The elevator did not work during my stay. I noticed more graffiti on the building from my last visit.
- 2/5
In the room, everything seemed clean but the TV did not work and there was a big broken shard of glass (a broken mirror, we thought) hidden behind the TV stand on top of all of the electrical cords.... the shower was decent and clean with good water pressure but hard to get the temperature
- 2/5
The elevator was broken, the room door wouldn't close, the facilities were outdated, and the carpet was dirty. Fortunately, the staff member switched me to a different room.

Location They required a $100 security deposit. A $20 fee for parking and a missing knob for the shower to turn on and off. I didn't see it till I woke up that morning.

Room itself was okay, but my boyfriend cut his foot on broken glass in our room that was already there, suggesting an incomplete clean prior to our arrival. When we checked where he got cut, we found glass shards and a blood stain/BIOHAZARD! It has been two weeks of me trying to get acknowledgement from the property of this hazard and some form of compensation with no responses. Very disappointed and would not recommend, and I am not a picky traveler. DON'T STAY HERE.

Help and price
- 3.5/5
Great price and location, comfortable and clean accommodations. No noise issues. The building does rumble slightly when the lightrail nearby passes, but I personally found it a nice noise, not obtrusive / didn't keep me awake. I did not get her name but the woman who worked the front desk was very nice and helpful. The elevator was out of order, which was difficult for us as both me and my partner have physical disabilities. Also our room keys frequently stopped working, but the employees fixed them each time very quickly.

I was only informed that the elevators were not working AFTER I checked in and paid. There was no ice, my ceiling was peeling and im not really picky when it comes to hotel rooms but this one was bad.... the stairwell we were to use was also sketchy and not in the lobby. I also heard the receptionist talking about how the elevator has been out for weeks so this was a known issue and probably should have been a point to lead with. Ended up booking another hotel because I genuinely felt unsafe by the end. .
- 1/5
I never stay at this hotel again , I didn't formally check out but left my stay early . Due to being woken up by an employee who came in my room and rudely woke me up asking me who I was and why I was in there and he also wouldn't really allow me to speak or believe what was saying . Apparently I wasnt on the guess list because I left all my belongings at the home I was leaving which was explained to the front desk employees the night before . I didn't have my id , which we switch it in my friends name and used her id which we could do . . I was staying there leaving a domestic violence situation and had my 2 year old daughter with me who he woke up too ... All I know is it very unprofessional and vaiting that I need treated that way.

Elevator wasn’t working! Roomed smelled funky, very stingy with toiletries, no channels on TV, door keys did not work. Overall a rating of 3
- 0.5/5
Nothing except check in guy who was clearly overwhelmed and honest about not getting refund . No elevator working — for over 3 weeks 4 stafff I asked told me, no ice machine, tv didn’t work , and the door to stairs to get to rooms - outside close to street and the camped out homeless who actively doing drugs — pot, fentanyl, meth and crack … I asked them as I wanted them to make sure I was gonna be safe overnight . I brought them food and dry emergency blanket and sundries I bought when I realized the dump I was staying at—-left open 24/7 which was not visible by anyone in hotel only the 4 dudes camping out on street while 2 girls with them were inside working . So every floor and the street entrance propped fully open as elevator busted. No safety chain or extra lock in room I propped chairs there . Room next door — door to room in mine lock not working and fridge was placed in front.

Location to the MODA center. Kind staff. Offered free parking pass due to elevators being down. Elevator was broke down and we had not been notified ahead. Carpets in room were very stained. Lamp shade was stained with a red substance that looked like juice. Back of curtain was stained with a different red. Toilet did not flush well. Bathtub paint was peeling badly. Sink took hours to fully drain. Outside of facility was messy with garbage all around. Cannot open window for fresh air. Ice machine closest to our room was out of order.

Checked in after a two-hour wait just to get hit with a surprise $150 deposit that’s currently holding my debit card hostage. Room vibes? Heavy cigarette smoke, broken lamps, loud neighbors, and a scenic view of an encampment. The real star was the AC, which was completely dead during a hot Portland day, effectively turning the room into a sauna. Front desk promised a manager would call me three days ago, but I’ve been completely ghosted. This wasn’t a stay; it was a survival challenge. Refund required
- 2/5
Elevator broken, ice machine broken, security doors broken, bathroom light bulb...dead. Even the interior door handle of my room fell off. Not the safest of hotels.
- 2/5
The only good thing is how close it is to the Moda center. The property is a complete mess. The elevator was out of order so you have to walk up the stairs that you access outside. They leave the access door open all night so anyone can just walk into the hotel. My original room was booked for a king bed but when I went to the room someone was already in my room. So had to walk back down and get a new key to a new room. The room was ok but dirty and the bed was kinda hard. Coming back from a event in the middle of the night was scary do to the fact there is homeless people sleeping outside and the access door is open all night. I was also worried that they might have given my room to someone when I was gone.
- 3/5
I booked this online and of course it doesn't look like what it looks like online. Starters the elevator didn't work. Secondly, there seems to be to be accessible to the homeless/drug users . I think for the area this place is very outdated. The furniture is old. The carpet is old and stained. The bathroom is old. The molding is cracking. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again.
- 2/5
The downside - We were on the third floor and the elevator did not work. The door to enter the building to go upstairs was on the outside of the building. It was necessary to prop it open to give us the ability to enter. That also allowed access to all of the homeless in the area or anyone else that may or may not belong there. The first day, I was able to adjust the shower enough to use it, but the second day, the handle to turn it on would not work so we had to use it at the very warn temp or not use it at all. We left early because of this.
- 4/5
Property needs some updates. It is a bit older and showing wear. Nice bed though :)
- 1/5
The elevator was out of order. The ice machine was out of order . The adjoining door did not have a lock. The TV wasn't getting a signal. Any one of these would be manageable but all of these existed in my one night stay.
- 1/5
No elevator ( I'm disabled), TV would not work, switched rooms to queen ( I booked a king), ice machine broken, room a disaster, ceiling falling through, should I continue? I think not Ill move on form this experience. There's no such thing as you pay what you get for because paying a dollar for this experience would be a complete overcharge. I left a few things in the room that I really needed and returned to the property later today and was completely disrespected by the front front desk gentleman just adding another layer to the notch of absolutely the worst service and property I can ever come across and I will tell you if you guys let anybody else book rooms there you should have to be investigated
- 1/5
Elevator was out of service all four days and beyond. Ice machines did not work. Very run down from a year ago. Would stay here every year for the past 10 years for its location and price. ( very good price for the location.) now charges fees that weren’t being charged before.
- 5/5
they were really good to me and my son
- 1/5
Don't look at the pictures online and think "that doesn't look so bad". It's awful. They put a piece of tape on your key card and write your room number on it. There's people living in this place that shouldn't be. No amenities. Parking is $20. They don't tell you that. I moved rooms 3 TIMES because the tv's didn't work. Carpets in every room have huge stains. Bathrooms are from the 70's. They have old surge protectors everywhere just hanging. The worst place I've stayed at in Portland. I'm not exaggerating, this place is awful. The Max train goes right by all night long. Walls are paper thin. Only good thing was the nighttime front desk guys. They apologized and did everything thru could to help. Don't stay here.
- 2/5
Took them 30 minutes to get us into our room. They said it had something to do with using this app never have I ever had a problem like that before. Forces you to pay for parking that one is more annoying than anything. Room was nice bed was good toilet rocked back and forth.we got a knock at our door at 9:00am asking when we were going to check out. I was like checkouts at 11: 00. We were two girls traveling alone It made me feel extremely uncomfortable because I did not know if the man asking worked there. When we made it down at 10:55 the person behind the counter told us to have a seat while he went up and checked our room. About 20 minutes later he came down and said that The room looked good (duh we stayed one night) And we were free to go. Will not be staying there again probably will just go across the street.

I would give this place a negative star. Room toilet was out of order, do not have maid service at all, do not want to give us extra blanket but finally gave us a used blanket. Asked for towels for four of us and gave us three. Over charges my room, charged for open self park area and charged us “early check-in” at 4:30pm. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
- 1/5
Unsecured parking (homeless man clipping his toenails next to our car in the morning) very disorganized check in process. Was told a room number, went to the room, card key didn’t work, went back to the front desk and was told a different room number. Shower and bathroom were very grimy. Will not be staying there again. Plenty of other options in the area, don’t waste your money here.
- 4/5
Feel that they definitely bank on the convenience of how close it is to the convention center because the rooms could definitely use some updates
- 2/5
This hotel desperately needs updating. The last time I was here a couple years ago, it wasn’t that bad. But this time, I was really disappointed. I had to change rooms because the first room smelled like smoke. The carpet had stains and just seemed dirty. The location is great if you are going to the convention center. The staff was friendly though. Hope the owners soend the money to update it.

Good location for Moda Center events
- 1/5
Choosing this hotel is based on location or cost alone because it is not worth it. No ice machine on any floor, except one, and it is broken! The drapes didn’t close all the way, so I had to use a hanger with clamps. I discovered that the water tasted like sewage when I was brushing my teeth! Good luck on adjusting the water temperature in the shower! I’ve had to swipe my keys many times before it unlocked to door open! On several occasions, I’d have to go the lobby to reactivate the keys! No coin-operated washer and dryer! No luggage cart! Tub doesn’t appropriately drain! The housekeeping needed sign hung on the door for three days, no service. The pictures do not match the pictures displayed on the website! No coffee service as in depicted in the lobby pictures. Questions or issues are answered with “I’m sorry, I’m new here.”! ONE working elevator! I had to use the third-floor trash can because there were none on the second. Never staying there again!
- 2/5
Property staff overwhelmed by number of guests. Parking lot too small when hotel full. Charges $20 per day for parking but mixed messages for when to pay, if you need a slip for the car, will they tow. Different desk staff provide different answers. Only allowed 1 room key which took 3 trips back to the lobby to work. All appliances unplugged at checkin. Other patrons reported the same. This included heat/ac, cable box, etc. No remote in room when checking in and 4 remotes later and 4 hours later issue finally resolved. Vending machines were empty. Never could get clean towels This hotel was not expecting the surge in guests and it showed.
- 1/5
Nightmare! Sketchy staff, extremely rundown building, not clean at all, no housekeeping or even fresh towels during 3 night stay, no drinking water available for 3 days, no working tv, wasp nest outside window... all reported to staff and they did nothing about anything even after multiple requests. Police came to "speak to" front desk clerk one night after a fight with customers, prostitution and homeless on site... don't even risk it. Would NEVER stay here again
- 1/5
There is no balcony. The door is sealed shut and a big red sticker notifying you. I wanted a room with a balcony, they said this room had a balcony, this room did not have a balcony. It had one but you couldn't use it.
- 3/5
NOISE: The Portland public transit runs down the street immediately past the hotel. and is noisy, loud, rumbling...all night long, at times like thunder, and at times, like a Vegas casino or boxing match, with annoying bells and buzzers throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you. SECURITY: Both of our key cards failed to open our doors when we returned to our rooms - after midnight. Not the safest feeling in the world. Elevators is excruciatingly slow and only one seems to be working. EXTRAS: Not indicated when making reservations, there is a surprise $20 per car daily fee to park your car ON THEIR PROPERTY WHERE YOU'RE ALREADY PAYING PREMIUM PRICES for a dank, depressing and loud room with broken keys and a slow toilet. STAFF: Proprietors were very nice and pointed us to a fantastic Indian restaurant nearby. Bottom line? For nearly $150/night, I expected better. And Motel 6 is actually nicer generally, with free parking.
- 2/5
The location is walkable to the Moda Center. Staff is not helped by the owner, who walked in to a line of seven people waiting to check in, and the poor clerk was trying to make us sit down in the limited seating rather than let us stand in line “because the owner wants you to.” Then the owner walks in and out without a word or a hand. I couldn’t get into the room with my card key, but I could get in to the room next door that was empty and dirty which he originally assigned to me. Even when clean, the room felt dirty. The carpet felt like you shouldn’t go barefoot. The beds were creaky, uncomfortable old spring mattresses. The light rail woke me up several times during the night due to zero sound insulation from the windows. Suffice to say I came home and took a shower rather than use theirs. They charged me twice for parking. I had to call it to their attention when checking out. I think I’ll stay at the Hyatt across the street next time and pay extra so I don’t lose any sleep or self respect next time I go to a show in the Rose Quarter!
- 2/5
Doesn’t even offer any kind of continental anything. Not worth the money
- 4/5
Exceptionally price this hotel is well located with a nice view of the city. Under new management it seems that they are trying to take a tired older facade and make improvements (painting, bedding, etc). The management and is extremely helpful and nice trying hard to accommodate their guest. I have stayed there at least five times and will continue to due so.

Fairly beat up old hotel that is getting renovated. My room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. Location is good
- 3/5
The carpet had many stains all over. Even a fake finger nail was visible next to the night stand. Our refrigerator froze all of our food the first night of 4 nights. We let the front desk know and they advised us to turn it zero and that did not work. It was mute as the food was ruined by the freeze. It was more a business area and there were coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance.
- 3/5
We usually spend a night here when we are going to an event at the MODA and we just love the location. However we stayed 4 nights this time and it was underwhelming to say the least. Our first room was in terrible shape and dirty. Multiple things wrong with the room but the inoperable peep hole was what did it for me. I asked to change rooms and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got our new room and it was much better but when we realized there was no shower rod or curtain we were told we could change rooms again or they could give us towels for the bathroom floor. So yeah, great staff, great location but the property could use a renovation, it was in very bad shape.
- 3/5
Dated and in need of repairs. Overall clean in the room, but not the hallways or elevator.. Location was GREAT though.
- 3/5
It was very convenient for being across the convention center for our event there but the building is very old with a lot of wear and tear.
- 2/5
The location is top notch. Very near Moda Center and nearby restaurants. The staff were very friendly but unfortunately the hotel is rundown and dilapidated. It really needs a major renovation. The bed was okay and I had a good nights sleep. The floor carpet had stains and the bathroom also had stains on the tiles. Didn’t risk taking a shower and left early the next morning.

Never saw such a dirty place in my life. No WiFi either.
- 3/5
The location is ideal if you are attending an event at the convention center. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn’t work. Our room was noisy due to street noise and was out dated. Also, the hallway outside our room had broken ceiling tiles and was rundown.
- 3/5
Good downtown location. Nice staff. Hotel is older and it appears they are trying to improve conditions. Works is needed on bathtub and plumbing.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was friendly, check-in easy. Easy to get to and in a great location to access other parts of Portland. Right next to the MAX station if you’d rather take public transportation.
- 1/5
We had to change rooms several times as the TVs, microwaves, phones, faucets didn't work. Floors/carpets hadn't been vacuumed. Staff were nice but CLEARLY didn't know how to do their job - they even walked into our room unannounced twice by 2 different employees [one was the hotel manager] - I've stayed here MANY, MANY times over the years & this was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - WILL NOT BE BACK & DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND !! I will make sure to check my credit card statement to make sure they didn't overbill me for changing rooms so many times!!
- 1/5
The room was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the walls and carpet, mold in the bathroom and smells to match. The wall paper was peeling off the walls and there was a lot of damage everywhere. We traveled from two hours a way for a concert that ended at 10:30 PM and we decided to drive home rather than stay in the room.
- 5/5
Room was clean, definitely a little dated, especially the bed. Enjoyed our stay overall, second night we had to get our cards fixed but the front desk worker was nice enough to help us. Definitely not too bad for an overnight stay
- 1/5
Staff were apathetic. Not service oriented. Called about NO LIGHT BULB in our lamp. Desk said theyd tell someone. 3day stay and no one came to put in a bulb. Dirty carpet. Coffee maker power cord does not reach power strip. Fridge makes ungodly noise. Walls and doors had holes. Mold in shower ceiling.

Room was dirty, toilet don’t work properly and I got charged 500 dollars cause they triple charged me and with multiple attempts of contact no one wanted to help. Sadly we will not be staying on the property ever ever again.

- 1/5
The room was dirty there was poop on wall in the bathroom, the carpet had something on it and bedding was dirty. The room is right next to train. The toilet barely worked. They never came and got the trash or asked if we needed toilet paper or anything

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Only issue is that its been 9 days since we stayed and we have yet to receive our $ 100 room deposit refunded and we really need it! Supposed to be 3-5 days to go back on our card;(

Didn’t give me the room I paid for. Did not have any extra towels. Took three days to get my deposit back I can keep going….

There was no WIFI as advertised, they moved me to a different room, still no WIFI and smelled awful. The TV didnt work either. Very cold inside. Heater didnt work well. Had to pay for parking when it was advertised as included. Will be filing for a refund. Had to leave before my trip was complete due to the conditions
- 5/5
Room was clean though the bathroom is starting to show some age with paint peeling from the bathtub.
- 1/5
I've stayed here many times in the past for various events, chose it again out of familiarity. It isn't the nicest, but it has never been an issue. Staff is always nice, location is good for what I need. This time thought, unfortunately, there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling, boogers wiped on the bathroom wall. Gross. But when I woke up in the middle of the night and found a bedbug... Needless to stay, that was the last time I will be staying there.

I've stayed at this place going back 15+ years, was nice then yet it seems to be aging. I understand renovations cost alot but the investment may pay off. Will continue to stay here due to conveniency to Moda Center but rooms do need a bit of work. Always seems to be something faulty with room for each stay. Otherwise, can't complain much for the price.

An old rundown, barely functioning hotel. It was 28 degrees outside and my heater barely worked. The queen beds were full size NOT queens. The carpet looked like someone was murdered on it. It was stained and extremely grimey. When I went to the vending machine in the evening, I found the 2nd floor hallway was partially floated with water. I mean at least price the rooms according to the quality.

- 2/5
I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience. It very conveniently located and reasonably priced. However, the hotel is in serious need of upgrades and improvements. Very runned down, old. Shower was plugged up. Hotel was loud. Finally, I reserved 2 queen beds and onlybrecieved 1 king.
- 1/5
When we checked in we we're told that one of the two rooms was still being cleaned, so we put our stuff in one room while we waited for the other one and went to our event. That evening when we went to our second room, we opened the door to an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and wet stains on the floor. Like someone used a cup for an ashtray and it spilled everywhere. Windows do not open, the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work so it was stuffy stinky cigarette smell air. The lock on the door was broken, and to top it all off there were syringe caps in the toilet. The hotel was fully booked because of the event and we were told that they couldn't clean it to get the smell out. Was told they contacted the manager and heard nothing back. Highly disappointed. The staff at the counter were nice though.

This was my worst hotel stay to date. No parking to speak of, it took a good 30 min to gey checked in, there was no HDMI cable which made the TV unudable and worst of all the bed was like sleeping on a slab of cement, i 100% do not reccomemd staying here. Sacevyours we lf tge headache.
- 2/5
The staff was courteous, no complaint there. And the room was clean but bed was uncomfortably soft. Here's the thing; getting a hotel room in or near downtown Portland for anything under 120 per night is what I got. You get what you pay for in life.. almost always.
- 2/5
Room key did not work, had to get a replacement WiFi on the 4th floor did not work TV did not work Room was noisy - trolley cars passing in front 24 hours No room service for 3 of 5 days Front desk was not attended for extended periods of time with no contact information
- 1/5
Room is dated, smells like years of cigarette, nouse from the train is unbearable, zero ammenities (coffee in lobby or breakfast). Its cheap but not much vheaper by mych nicer neighboring facilities. Will never stay again. Staff was very pleased but, homeless drug addicts were being allowed in through out the night and day seemingly to stay for free or in exchamge for something. Not a great place. Again staff was very kind.
- 2/5
Not great. Old hotel, really loud outside, the room was either freezing or boiling, toilet didn’t flush well, dog pooped in front of the elevator and stunk up the whole floor. It was close to the convention center and parking was available.
- 2/5
Nice location. But no wifi in the room and the hotel is surrounded by homeless people. Someone even found bed bugs at the fifth floor
- 1/5
There were actual bed bugs present in the room. I found one crawling on my bag the morning I checked out. I took pictures and identified it then brought it to the staff at the front desk and informed them. They did not say anything or respond.
- 3/5
Okay for the price.
- 3/5
I was disappointed with my stay. The room did not feel clean — there was hair left in the sink — and the hotel seems like it needs better maintenance overall. My room was also right next to the metro station, so it was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep well. I hope the property improves the cleanliness and noise situation.
- 1/5
The first room we were given wasnt clean but the second rooms plumbing was terrible. The sink by the bed was continuouy dripping, the toilet flushed only half the time, the ceiling above the shower had hole that was dripping water and some unknown solid. There was no warm water. Not worth $100 a night.
- 2/5
The bed by the wall has a broken box spring, kind of hard to miss if you are making the bed, easy to miss the first night you collapse into bed. The curtain above the climate control was straight up missing, again easy to miss on check in but the cleaning crew knew. This hotel had been our go-to, but clearly has declined and it is time for us to find a new fav.
- 5/5
Staff were great and the location was perfect! The room wasn’t the best and smelled of cigarettes but it didn’t ruin our stay.
- 2/5
I never got my deposit back yet be careful.
- 2/5
Expedia did not say , that I have to pay for the parking par night event house keeping was not done.so be careful people.
- 2/5
The smell in the room was unpleasant, but you got used to it
- 4/5
Furniture, counters, and bedding were clean
- 2/5
This was a rough one! The location is extremely convenient for events at the moda or convention center but the hotel itself needs a complete remodel. The first room we got put in was clean but the carpets where completely solid and stained and the shower had a missing knob so it was completely unusable so I had to get switched rooms, the staff was apologetic and got us moved quickly but the second rooms shower head was broken spraying water everywhere which is evident due to the floors in the bathroom completely coming apart. It’s manageable and convenient for the price.
- 4/5
The room was clean and very spacious. Easy walking to the convention center and Moda center! Will stay here again!
- 5/5
always great close to the moda center
- 4/5
Was a better room this time. Other room in past 524 i believe was a bit out of place but room 515 was definitely better. Convenient to moda center and cant complain for the price and parking was good.
- 1/5
This place was so dirty, the bed liners had wax or gum or something on them, not only did the shower not drain but there was hair all over in it,the walls were dirty. It was the most disgusting hotel ive ever seen. Completly disgusting
- 5/5
Love this affordable motel!!!!!!
- 4/5
Bit outdated, but really didn't hang out in room. Was convenient to moda center and good price
- 1/5
This room was disgusting. The carpet was heavily stained, the walls had giant scratches and dents in it, there were obvious dirt squares from where pictures used to hang, and the bathtub was chipped and hastily painted over. I have pictures. They didn't give the deposit back, probably charging me for the gross room they gave me. I didn't think it was possible to have this terrible of a room in a major city. I've only stayed in worse in rural Alabama. There's no excuse for not replacing carpet, paintings, and paint. If your bathtub is worn out, REPLACE IT! The outside had broken ac units and boarded up spots with zero signs of recent repairing. We will never stay here again. The staff were cold and indifferent.
- 4/5
Definitely needs to upkeep and maintenance done as well as some updates. But for the price and convenience of walking distance to Moda Center it was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
The hotel was kept at a frosty 55-60 degrees, it took a long time to warm up our room. There was only about 10% capacity in the hotel and our room was put on the noisiest side of the hotel where the public rail system ran all night long. There was no complimentary coffee/tea, and the vending machines on-site were poorly stocked. The hotel didnt provide and breakfast foods, would be nice to have the option of at least bagels and cream cheese or something simple. Overall, the stay was not worth the $120 spent.
- 1/5
This was by far the wost hotel i have ever stayed in. Hallways and rooms were ice cold. It took over 6 hours to get the room to a temperature warm enough to take off your jacket. Plenty of rooms in the hotel with very little customers and we were put in the room above the trolly, which ran all night long. Light bulbs missing, took over 3 minutes to get the water hot. The toilet felt like it was going to fall over and leaked water all over the floor. No coffee in the lobby. The room door looks like it was kicked in by the police at some time. All in All, it was not even close to the amount of $120.00 hotel room. I will never get our money back, i just dont want someone else to experience this travesty of a hotel.
- 4/5
Close to the convention. Comfortable beds, Good view, helpful staff. Convenient to the Airport Tram, Fast food nearby. Good value but a few minor upgrades needed.
- 5/5
What's there for a Blazer game front desk gentleman was really nice customer service was exceptional but definitely recommend will be coming back
- 2/5
Room was very subpar
- 2/5
This is an older lodge in need of updating. The carpeting was coming off in places and the bed wasn’t up to standards. The shower was ok. I don’t think anyone came in to clean the room during the 4 days I stayed. No towels were changed. The best thing about the place was its convenience to the conference center.
- 3/5
Amenities
- 3/5
Staff was courteous, room was clean but needs some repairs and updates.
- 5/5
Decent room for the price and location right next door to Moda Center
- 1/5
The first room they checked us into didnt have a shower knob so we couldn't shower. They switched us to the next room over. The bathroom was HORRIBLE. No shower curtain so onve again no showers. The rooms bathroom above us was leaking through the ceiling into our bathroom like a waterfall
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and nonintrusive. However the building itself is pretty outdated. It was technically clean and I didn’t notice anything of worry. The price led me to book there. Upon first glance I was worried but the room was okay. You may need to buy basics and this Inn doesn’t supply what’s in your usual hotel experience. Had to buy our own hand soap
- 3/5
Usually a nice clean room from past stays.....the carpet had obvious removable stains and there were large crumbs around the baseboards. Caulking needs to be redone in the bathroom and bathrooms detailed. It is a very affordable and walk-able option to any events at the Oregon Convention Center otherwise!
- 1/5
Run down, no shower curtain, door lock broken, bizarre policy of having room keys only active for a few hours so it forces guests to come to front desk, and I quote, “to make sure you are alive or not locked up in your room doing weird things.”
- 5/5
Love this place!
- 5/5
The room as clean. We have everything we need the staff was super accommodating and friendly. Will definitely book there again next year
- 2/5
The tv didn’t work and all the things are really old. The bed was uncomfortable.
- 5/5
loved the corner room and the views of the convention center and the closeness to the convention was everything. It’s a definite must stay when there are big conventions.
- 3/5
BUT, it wasn't very clean, our microwave was a fire hazard that never worked, didnt get replaced til halfway through our trip. They didnt give us a new one like they said they would, they gave us the grubby staff room one which they didn't even clean first. There were some kind of centipedes in the shower, so we never used it, (my aunt lives nearby so it was fine) and there were long black hairs in my sheets. I decided to beleive they belonged to the cleaning staff who must have shed a lot that day. We had to have our room keys replaced 5 times in 3 days, and so did everyone else staying there. The carpets were stained but the room smelled okay. The toiletries are crap, bring your own, including TP. Even given all that, we would go back. Its right next to the train to get easily to and from the airport and right by the convention center. It wasn't that bad for just a weekend (retro con 2025), the beds were decent, I had a pillow from home, and you can't beat the location. It was nice, and necessary for my bad hip and knees, to be able to get back to our room asap for a quick microwave meal and a lie down to rest our legs. If it had smelled or been obviously dirty some other way we wouldn't go back. It was slightly annoying, but the convenience outweighed the annoyance and it was reasonably priced for a room in a major city by a busy convention center. We also got it cheaper bundled with our flights
- 1/5
The staff were nice, but the noise was unbearable. We didn’t sleep all night and left before check out. Will not be staying here again unfortunately!
- 4/5
The room was clean, and the staff were very polite and friendly. The location is very close to the Oregon Convention Center, just a few steps away from there.
- 5/5
Close To Venue
- 5/5
I've always had great service at this hotel, and the staff is very friendly. While the facility is not luxurious, it is clean. I find the savings, convenience, and friendliness of the staff, make it great for my needs.
- 3/5
Hotel is not in great shape and not very clean.
- 3/5
Street noise from the light rail and cars was terrible: ear plugs definitely required. Bed was very clean with a comfortable mattress. Shower/tub were very outdated: spout low at about 5’6”, drain extremely slow (still a few inches of water in the tub 20 minutes after finishing a short shower). No exercise location on site and neighborhood not great for running. Assistance needed multiple times because the key card magnetic strip lost effectiveness, but desk staff friendly and competent.
- 1/5
room is disgusting. chairs, carpet, and remote are stained and sticky. brown splatter on the walks.
- 5/5
Affordable & an easy walk to MODA Center & close restaurants!
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was amazing dealing with so many of us showing up at the same time.
- 3/5
Amazing staff. Incredibly loud rooms.
- 4/5
Some problems at the start but clerk took care of them by moving us to another room.
- 5/5
Good for a short trip
- 2/5
This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at for the price they charge. Noisy and the few amenities it has, half of them were functional (sink, outlets, etc). Thankfully, I didn't stay in the hotel that much. I've been in motels with better comfort factors. Stay at the Hyatt. It cost about the same amount.
- 4/5
The surrounding area of the property was very dirty.
- 1/5
The door reader was broken and not fixed, the TV and WiFi didn’t work, everything was outdated and stained. Won’t be staying here again.
- 5/5
Very convenient place to stay if you’re attending an event at the Oregon Convention Center.
- 2/5
Staff tried but this location falls short
- 2/5
Staff was friendly. But hotel was old and in need of repair. The elevator was scary, the bathroom floor was floating and bubbly. We asked the staff if the area was safe and we're told not to go outside once it turned dark.
- 2/5
We were going to the convention and decided to stay at an affordable place. This place is an easy access to the convention. However, it was also one of the dirtiest and scariest place I have ever stayed… It didn’t seem like the floor has been vacuumed for a while and the bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain. The door chain latch had been pulled out and reinserted, which makes it literally unusable/unreliable. The smoke detector was covered by a plastic. The Portland MAX rail was right next to the hotel and we felt every train coming and going in our room. There were many people using on the streets surrounding. Anyways, avoid at all costs.
- 3/5
But all in all a good stay for the price we paid
- 5/5
Friendly staff!
- 1/5
Run don’t stay here the room smelt of pee, the carpet filthy REALLY filthy. We ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of the grubby looking sheets. I would have insisted on another room but everyone in our group had similar problems. One bright spot , the desk clerk was really pleasant.
- 3/5
There was a ton of stains on the carpet, as well as our shower only half worked . There was people doing drugs right outside the buolding .
- 3/5
If you stay here be aware of 2 things: 1. $17 parking fee, Stay on even sided rooms, toward city, otherwise, constant grating noise of street cars and traffic through the walls. You will not be able to sleep, pay the extra $11 dollars to stay on the city side or you will not sleep. Otherwise, typical budget hotel!
- 1/5
The hallway and room carpets afe so stained, the bathtub/shower was so dingy and i just felt dirty staying
- 4/5
Quiet/private. Comfortable. Parking and location were convenient. The view of the city from our 5th floor room was incredible.
- 4/5
Staff was lovely. This is a basic hotel from outside looks a little off but room was good and convenient location.
- 4/5
Had to wait 1/ half hours to check in. Tv did not work. Room was nice bed i could sleep on. View was amazing. Staff was doing the best they could as it was busy.
- 1/5
DISGUSTING! completely run down, peeling paint on the walls, walls cracking, tub chipped and moldy grout, carpet in room had stains everywhere!
- 5/5
great service and great location to get to where we needed to go.
- 2/5
Came at check in time. Was given the wrong room number 3 times. Hallway to the room was covered in trash bags and dirty sheets. Room had peeing paint and a lamp with no light bulb that almost started a fire.
- 1/5
The room also had dirty with a half cup of Starbucks coffee sitting on the night stand next to the bed. There was also a large red stain on the carpet next to the bed and hair on the wall of the shower. I stayed at this hotel several times in the past and the rooms have always been clean. I noticed that all three people I dealt with were new. I saw none of the front desk people I usually see. So I can only assume the hotel is under new management. I don't believe I'll be staying there again.
- 2/5
You get what you pay for. This place is a dive but a cheap option for downtown access. Stay at your own risk.
- 3/5
There was some stains and pubic hair on towels and sheets.
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
Dirty room, extremely slow staff. NOISY rooms.
- 4/5
This hotel is in desperate need of a complete remodel. Staff and rooms were overall good and clean. Many guests had to re register their key cards after a single use.
- 4/5
Very nice people working the property! This hotel is also very close to the Moda Center.
- 1/5
The place wasn’t kept up, very dirty rooms. Had trouble with key cards, get yelled at for playing music at 1 in the afternoon, said we need to keep it down and be quiet!
- 4/5
The young lady at the desk was friendly, and helpful. Very nice. The button on elevator didn’t light when pushed, so you aren’t sure it was working. Carpet in room very worn and stained. Very uncomfortable bed, and I don’t expect a lot. The enamel on tub had been patched dozens of times with enamel paint (?). I found locating the hotel and figuring out the entrance was less than obvious. Unless there is significant financial investment I don’t see this hotel as competitive. On the plus side, the employees were very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
This was my third and last time staying here. I was given a room that smelt so bad like pee that i had to get moved as it gave me an instant headache, next room was better, but when i made coffee the next morning i only put water in the machine and it starting going, i let finish before i added coffee and there was fryit flies in the tubea of the maker! Ill pay the fee bucks more to go somewhere else
- 3/5
1. Keys stopped working multiple times requiring repeated trips to front desk .... maybe because they are repurposing keys from Best Western with tape over old name 2. My rooms flooring was gross, not been the case in the past 3. I've always been able to get late check out so i could leave after my 330 meeting...no go this trip... they were almost empty! 4. I don't remember paying for my small pup before, this time charged....i understand cleaning issue, but my room it wouldn't have mattered if they were messy. They are not, quiet and well trained plus they have dedicated pup rooms... So i hope they can work on this before i need a room this time next year! I'm not a picky traveler and all previous visits have been fine (Ialso rented 3 rooms last year and 2 this year for staff, I'm a repeat customer)
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Older building but did its job.
- 3/5
Staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately there is a tram that runs 24 hours a day right outside. Even on the 5th floor the traffic noise was very loud. We were woken up nearly every hour. Definitely request a room opposite of the tram. Sadly because of this, we likely wouldn't stay again.
- 5/5
Really loved the staff! Great costumer service!
- 3/5
The sliding door in my room was left slight open amd looked liked it was broken when i got there hood let any critters in
- 3/5
It’s fine
- 3/5
The bedding was clean but the rest of the room was a bit old and stained. It was very noisy, both traffic and pedestrians. Access to the parking garage was tricky. The stalls in the lower parking garage were very awkward hard to park in.
- 3/5
Nice front desk, poor guy was overworked and busy. Older hotel but clean except for the carpet. Amazing view from the 4th floor. Unfortunately the A/C was off when we arrived, easily 90 degrees in our room, took about 3 hours to cool down.
- 1/5
This property was convenient to the convention center, however every room they switched me to looked like it had not been vacuumed in a long time, I asked to be put on the other side of the hotel so I don't have to listen to the MAX as the windows didn't shut all the way and they still put me on the same side just higher in floors. I had to switch again and pay for an upgrade just to get to the other side of the hotel, but the room was not clean at all. I would never stay here again.
- 3/5
Area is walking distance to good restaurants, shops, etc. Also, sort of rough neighborhood this time around, didn't bother us though. Good enough for a one night stay but that's it.
- 4/5
The location to the convention center is outstanding and it is the staff that makes this place shine. They are outstanding and amazing and always friendly.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, but obviously the hotel is going through a sale and hopefully, a remodeling. The price they’re charging right now for rooms is wonderful for that area, however, be aware that they now charge a fee for parking your car, even when you stay there as a guest. It’s ridiculous for the quality of the property, as they are charging $20 a day. I expect to pay that if I was staying downtown at the Ritz or I was in downtown Seattle, but not on the east side of Portland. The Expedia website DOES NOT have that NEW charge listed, or at least they did not when I rented the room.
- 1/5
Was never given back my $17 for that parking fee!!
- 2/5
The room was GROSS!! I've been staying here for almost 13 years and its always been an older place. However, the bathtub had mold around it. Electrical tape around the showerhead hose just hanging. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times. The whole room stunk, bad. The fridge, lights, and almost all electrical items were not plugged in, had to do it myself. Fortunately, I realized the stuff in the fridge wasn't cold after a couple hours and I had cheese and bologna in there. In addition, all you get is 1 small hand soap. No shampoo, no body soap, and half a roll of toilet paper. I'm not sure who has taken this place over but it is going donlwnhill fast. Inwas afraid to check for bed bugs as I'm sure there are. I would've gone someplace else but everything was booked up for the weekend. I'll be staying someplace else and paying a little more for comfort and cleanliness l. Oh, and they charge for parking now, yet don't guarantee a parking spot. Seems more like theft to me
- 3/5
As sweet as the staff was, my room card became unmagnitized, the facilities were tired, but it got the job of a comfy bed to sleep in completed.
- 2/5
There was no parking. They advertised parking but their room count is double their parking.
- 4/5
The staff was responsive and helpful, always. The room was clean. There were no laundry facilities. I was using a four wheel powered cart due to mobility issues. The hotel was difficult to navigate with the cart.
- 3/5
We loved the view from the window and the convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The deluxe room which we paid extra for lacked some very basic amenities though.
- 4/5
I would say if you need a quick stay, it’s alright, but it is loud because of the train and it smells like old
- 3/5
Front desk clerks were very nice. They demonstrated the advice on the Inn's reader board, " Be kind to each other."
- 4/5
The staff was nice and easy to go to the convention center for work. It was clean but it could use a small upgrade. All in all, a pleasant stay
- 3/5
Convenient to convention center
- 2/5
It could use updating and deep cleaning. The beds are not comfortable at all. But the location is what we were after. They increased their rates without making any adjustments to cleanliness or amenities (there aren’t any)
- 3/5
The place could use some major updates. While fairly clean, the room I stayed in didn't really match the pictures on the site, which I can get past. The outside is a bit deceiving and looks better than one would think. Elevators could use some work, buttons never stayed lit so it was never certain if it was going to right floor. Little noisy with the train and people yelling but for downtown it wasn't anything too bad. I think with some updates inside and out this hotel could be really nice.
- 4/5
Excellent value and very quiet! If your coming from the airport take the Trimet
- 3/5
The staff was AMAZING!! Very friendly, very accommodating. The area, of course, was noisy but that was to be expected. The hotel room was average - the carpet had stains, the water pressure in the shower was okay, and the bed and pillow were okay. Overall, for the price, it was a good place to stay
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Had great dining recommendations!
- 2/5
The room itself was clean, but old and drab. The carpet was stained and old and rippled. The TV didn't work. AC wasn't on before we arrived, and it was almost 100 degrees outside, so it took an hour for the room to cool . It was quiet, so there's that. The lobby, hallways and elevators are in need of major renovations/updating. The outside of the building looked to be falling apart and covered in plastic. This place is not like the pictures at all. It's close to the Moda Center, which is why we chose it, but I would rather stay farther away that stay here again. The service was very good though.
- 2/5
The location is great if you are attending an event at the Convention center or the Moda. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy. The facility itself is very old and worn down. The room was dirty, a used cup under the bed, hair on the bedding and all over the shower walls. The carpet is stained and has cigarette burns, it did not appear to have been vacuumed. The beds are old, not terrible, but pretty worn out. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and cracking/peeling. The wall by the window in the room was bulging out and there was a piece of the plastic baseboard in the bathroom that was away from the wall and a tripping hazard. There was one towel and no tv remote. It is inexpensive, but totally not worth it. The pictures online do not seem representative of the facility at all. I would recommend you spend a little more and look elsewhere. That is what I will be doing next time.
- 1/5
The TV only displayed one channel. We were there for 2 full nights, was told they were either going to switch rooms to a working one, or a comcast issue. Either way, they were supposed to let us know. They didn't. Never fixed it. The noise from the railroad tracks were right out the window. Thought initially, was just for busses, but went on all night with heavy equiptment. The sent in the hallways was sooo strong, gave me a splitting headache. Had to pay for parking for 3 days @ $17 per say, we couldnt even find parking 1/2 the time. Not assigned. Not great customer service.
- 4/5
Property is old. Although the rooms were well kept and mostly updated, the crack pipe found between the mattress and headboard was alarming. Lowe profile cars may have difficulty with bottoming out when parking in some areas is the property.
- 5/5
The location was great! It was close to the venue we were going to. The staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, the hotel is very dated and some cleanliness can’t change. But the bed skirt, floor and vacuuming was too dirty for our stay. The manager did move us to a new room that was better. I ended up not staying the second night.
- 4/5
I have been staying here almost every year for about 10 years now. The main reason is that it's so convenient. It's on the Red Line light rail, so for just $1.50 you can ride the rail to get downtown and to the hotel. I then go pick up a car rental at a cheaper rate than at the airport. It's also on a trolly and bus route, so getting around Portland is easy w/o a car. Keep in mind, by being on the light rail line it can be loud at night, but I have no problems sleeping (maybe it's me). The hotel itself is nice, very clean rooms, but this place is really old and needs to be refreshed.
- 5/5
Stayed here multiple times and found it great for the price, quiet, and never had any issues. I find the location central to downtown and airport.
- 2/5
Microwave didn't work and we also couldn't watch tv the entire time, because we didn't have a working remote and when we asked for one that worked, we were told there wasn't any.
- 4/5
Everything was ok with exception of the TV, we told the front desk that tv wasn't working, so we don't need it that much, but they never fixed.
- 3/5
The bathroom
- 2/5
Very loud, room was still dirty upon arrival, had to switched to a different room
- 4/5
Overall, the hotel met my expectations. I was in town for a function at the Oregon Convention Center, which the hotel is located across the street. Parking was plentiful and never an issue. The only negative aspect regarding the hotel was there was no continental breakfast or similar available to guests.
- 3/5
Ok, inexpensive hotel.
- 4/5
It was an ok stay this time and didn't feel the usual vibe that we were use to.
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable. My two main complaints were that there were several spots on the carpet and the shower surround was showing its age. I could also hear the late night/early morning trains. The only other thing is that the elevator floor was very sticky. Checkout was a breeze. The Inn is near a Max line so that was quite convenient.
- 2/5
If your on a cheap budget its ok, but honestly spend more stay somewhere better. hotel screams 70's everything worn down including elevators would only stay there if looking to spend least possible.
- 1/5
We stayed in dog friendly room and it was the most dirty and stinky room. Smell of urine is extremely strong.
- 4/5
Overall good expect the area
- 5/5
Our room was clean. Check-in staff very helpful, friendly & polite. Location of property is good.
- 5/5
The beds where soft and so where the pillows.
- 1/5
Mine and my girlfriends room had a Blood stain on pillow, stain on the floor, my sisters room smelled like sewage the 2nd day, my cousins room had a flooded toilet , would not stay here again
- 1/5
The room was the far corner room by the stairs, the adjoining rooms were noisy. The bath room was still under construction. No shower curtain and the shower had no knob to turn the water on. There was a hole in the ceiling exposing copper pipes. The tv remote was missing. The phone had no receiver. All in all terrible experience and my family did not feel safe.
- 1/5
There was vomit in the bathroom and all in the shower. Staff were unable to address it as there was only 2 staff with a line to check in thay took over an hour. Elevator was very shaky and broken down. Peices would break off as it moved.
- 5/5
Nice place!
- 1/5
Place was clearly not cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty and hotel had a smell
- 3/5
The hotel needs more remodeling because the rooms are very outdated
- 1/5
The coffee maker was missing a piece. The tub looked like needed some repaur
- 5/5
Coming back my next visit for sure .
- 4/5
The building is a little run down, but close to transit and key locations.
- 2/5
Staff did their best, BUT replacing EVERYONE who had experience with new to the industry folks? Bad idea. Zero maid staff upon request, the poor front desk had to deal with it. No experience with processing a paid upgrade. Forget taking a normal shower, the knob had issues and it was impossible to get a good temperature. Perfect for the 20-something traveler who doesn’t know any better. The location was good but the property was poor.

This place was absolutely awful on all levels! I’d give negative stars if I could. It was beyond disgusting and dirty. Dirty floors, clothing under the bed, gross windows, falling apart shower, carpet falling apart and has definitely not been vacuumed in quite some time! It was terrible!

The room however was gross. The carpet had stains everywhere, the caulk in the bathtub was moldy, and the refrigerator looked and smelled as if it had not been cleaned in a while. Also, the room was on the north side of the hotel, directly above the Max light rail track. Because of this you hear the train all night long making for a not so peaceful night sleep

The location is convenient, but is very noisy from the max and street car running throughout the night. The tub did not drain well and had to shower in standing water in a tub that came with hairs that were not mine. The remote was sticky. The bed was squeaky and awkward. Toilet barely flushed. I would only stay there if it was free.

Alarm clock had a weird noise coming out of it, had to unplug it. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Multiple lights did not work in the bedroom area. Room was excessively hot when I walked in. Bed was so firm my shoulders fell asleep faster than I did. There were even interesting colored stains on the bedside floor. Definitely not going back to this one. If you need to stay in that specific area for a concert Eastlund is across the street and is much better.

Pictures must have been taken decades ago. Definitely did not look like what they advertised. Not worth the $160 some I paied. You’d be better off at motel 6 across the street

We were told there was no housekeeping for stays shorter than 3 days and were not given a do not disturb hanger. However someone entered our room after our first night and did partial housekeeping which was unwelcome and felt intrusive.

Everything was almost perfect, until breakfast was served. We knew immediately something was wrong because we got an empty coffee thermos, and we had to go back to fetch someone from the kitchen because the front desk person was also helping in the kitchen. Then when we started to eat our breakfast, the French toast was burnt, and my husband was missing his biscuit and hash brown which we didn’t bother the let them know since they were too busy running the kitchen. But because I couldn’t eat my French toast, I had to mention about the fruits that I ordered which they also forgot to serve us.

This place was great. Convenient location and parking. Walking distance to a number of areas.

La cama muy pero muy fea animalitos en la cama y mucho ruido de el tren que pasa cada 5 minutos, bastante sucio
- 3/5
Out dated tub that was not in good enough condition to use.

This property in disarray. The exterior is falling apart. The windows are thin and you can hear everything through them. It is right next to the Max Rail which is so loud, you need ear plugs to sleep. The staff was great and kind enough to refund the rest of our schedule say so we could move hotels.

Pleasant staff. Close to Convention Center.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, BUT right next to the light rail line, which was very noisy far into the night and early in the morning. Sleep was very difficult and fragmented.

Always a nice stay. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Clean, cheap, and convenient.

Double charged for parking won’t return my money , carpet lifted might trip, floors had burn marks , kid seen ants in the room beds squeaked ,room had weird smell , shower leaked. Sat at the end of the bed and the bed flew up . Tri max super super loud next to the window

The staff here could not be nicer. The location is terrific and the room is large with a very comfortable bed. The bad news is the non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke (plus the window wouldn’t open and there wasn’t a vent option on the air conditioner), the facility needs updating, and the hotel is on a street car line and is noisy.

The only reason of booking this property is cheaper and convenience. Across the street from the Oregon convention centre. Otherwise, this property is quite old and not well maintained.
