Staff were absolutely amazing over Memorial Day weekend. The location was perfect for getting around town without a car due to the light rail option. The facility was very clean and the rooms were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for future travelers.

Their WiFi is the worst that I have ever seen. I spent half hour writing a very important email and the WiFi was too slow to save the draft. The whole email was gone when the page refreshed. Nowadays in 2026 right next to the convention center, just can not believe it!

Staff was not accommodating

The bed was extremely comfortable. The distance to the Moda center was fantastic. Staff was really awesome. The bathroom was a bit odd for two people who were sharing the room. It was hard to change without a door to close and changing where the toilet was was a little cramped. Had issues when eating because there was a miscommunication when I asked for vegan and it came with dairy and egg.

The parking lot is to far way. Such a hassle ! If u dont want to pay alot extra im vallet... dont stay here .

If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind.

Great, location, wonderful to have complementary travel pass for local tram, very live vibes at lobby, delicious breakfast with lot of choice. Only thing, we had to leave 7.10am on Sunday and thought we paid for buffet breakfast with our stay so atleast grab some to go breakfast as we came to know it doesn’t open till 7, I wish breakfast should be available by 6.30 am atleast to order and to go if they do not provide buffet on Sunday, and somehow it was never mentioned that in our booking so we waited till it opens and then go without breakfast and paid outside at market place , which was not expected. Otherwise everything was great, highly recommend this property but please plan your breakfast after 7 am!!

Our stay was exceptional ! The staff was great even though we were there to cheer on the Spurs ☺️ my wife and I loved that we didn’t have to leave the hotel at all for dinner and drinks everything was just an elevator away and delicious! Bartenders and wait staff were so attentive and kind . We won’t stay anywhere else.

Secure parking, all right by the Moda center in the convention center, property is beautiful. The bar/restaurant/market will shut off online orders, room service, and not answer phones of the lobby has more than a few people in it. Really disappointed after a long day and having to go back down to the lobby for things. Over all 4/5

I have tried to figure out the best hotel when going to an event at the Rose Quarter and this is it! It’s a safe short walk, and the hotel is beautiful. The food is also excellent.

Me and my kids have stayed at about 14 different hotels in Portland over the years. Our favorite was the Ritz Carlton for a long time until we stayed here. The property is kept in very good condition, excellent valet, easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop, and helpful staff. This place has a very calming atmosphere. I have an autistic child and the rooms have an extra door that blocks the room from the bathroom area and high shelf’s that help a lot with putting things away so she can’t get into them. Also if you choose to get a room with a view it’s definitely worth it because you get to see the river and all of downtown Portland. This is an excellent choice if visiting Portland.

Restaurant understaffed. Was told 30 minutes to get our take out order. After 40 minutes, we checked and they said it would be another 30 minutes. We asked to cancel the order since we’d miss our concert if we waited. Noticed later that our room was charged a fee. Too much of a hassle to try to get it reversed. Can’t review the food since we didn’t get it.

Nice new hotel in great location. Good room size with beautiful views especially on the upper floors. We enjoyed the bar for lunch and the Market for extra goodies. Excellent staff all around.

This is a lovely hotel, located conveniently next to the convention center and Lloyd Center (although the latter is a crumbling ruin of its former self; I digress). Check in was smooth, with a courteous and knowledgeable agent at the front desk. Our room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed, a sofa, desk, and a massive TV. The bathroom was very clean, with a nice shower, and the toilet in its own room. I can't say I'm a big fan of the "Destination Fee" ($25), which provides certain "perks", none of which we used. The hotel is also conveniently located on the Max line with direct, frequent service to downtown. Checkout was conveniently accomplished on the TV screen. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be in the Lloyd District.

The room was lovely, staff were very friendly. The only complaint I have is the valet drop-off was quite a mess. Possibly timing of when I showed up- it would have been helpful to have someone navigating all of the cars for a better flow. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

Room was nice, hotel was nice. Did not like the motion sensor lights in the base of the bed. One person moves in the night and the whole room gets woken up is a strange concept. If there is an option to turn that off it should be communicated to guests on check in.

Lovely hotel right next to the convention center, amazingly quite despite the max line being right outside. Restaurant is wonderful! The breakfast buffet is excellent and there's a menu you can order from but the buffet is quite good and the service was great. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Great coffee in the market area. Fun bar with good food options. Comfy and clean rooms. Would really like to see real glasses for drinking and coffee mugs in the rooms. Otherwise, no complaints.

I loved the moda center was in walking distance everything was so nicely kept. Parking garage wasn’t far to walk with luggage. Overall would stay here again and again and recommend to friends and family.

I didn't like anything the price point of that place is terrible for what you get. The bathroom door feels cheap. Also putting 100 usd on hold per night for 7-10 business days is ludicrous if you're on a budget. Nearly ruined our entire honeymoon at comic con. Avoid this place at all costs

Property was very clean. Rooms were taken care of and lived up to the Hyatt standard.

Overall the property was great! The area was a little scary and I felt uncomfortable walking to restaurants.

Room layout was a tad weird, with no bathroom door. You basically has a sliding barn door that blocked off half the room from the bathroom (there was a toliet closet with a opaque glass door). I think of you were traveling as a single person or a couple it would work out great, but traveling with multiple family members it wasn't great. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but clean and up to date. Great hotel for the Rose City Comic Con, convenient and close. Breakfast was awesome! Staff were great!

Wedding event music could be clearly heard in my room late into the night. Hard to get to sleep after a long day.

The staff in the restaurant were a little slower to my liking, getting our order taken, getting the staffs attention and getting our bill for the restaurant took way too long. Other then that and the weird toilet it was a good stay

Nice and clean hotel. Our only complaint is that the shower/sink area does not have its own door. There is a barn door that completely separates the beds/living area, however once somebody is in the tub/shower, people in the beds/living area are trapped until the person showering is done and dressed. Kind of a weird setup that could be easily adjusted. Otherwise, a great hotel!

TV does not work

Best valet I’ve seen in a while! The staff that checks you in are on point and the room was wonderful.

Felt very safe, beautiful view, easy to park in the parking garage right down the street behind the hotel, valet parking was also available. Very nice staff and friendly. Was pretty clean but we noticed they had a sign from the state department stating they had barely met cleaning standards.

Room Service was a joke. My husband had to go down to the restaurant to get our order (so no actual "room service'). We ordered the charcuterie board and what we got was a handful of cheese and toast dumped into a brown paper bag. 1 plastic fork, 1 paper napkin, not even a paper plate. Shame on you Hyatt Regency.

It really wasn't a great weekend. When we arrived we found out that the self park that the website stated they had available was $35 a night and it wasn't even connected to the building. If you know anything about Portland, it is not an area that you want to be walking around in at night. While we were in the hotel and walking to our room, I noticed that the hallway floors were dirty. Not dirty like guest were treading on them but dusty, like they hadn't been vacuumed in months, and the dust was just piled up against the wall. Definitely not the standard of a nicer hotel. When we got into our room, we ended up finding a couple of pills that didn't belong to use on the floor. We just used a tissue to pick it up and placed in the trash. Gross.

Excellent location to get to get to the Indy Car Race..an easy hop on to thr MAX lite rail avoiding all types of traffic. Same for getting down town. Very pleasant and huge lobby with great sitting areas, long bar with super bar staff and good food

We enjoyed drinks at the Spoke and Fork, and the service was great, the food was good. A few more food options would have been nice but what we chose was great.

The price was ok, so why they sneak on an additional daily “destination fee” is beyond me. Don’t be unethical, just make it clear.

Wonderful hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and quiet, with a great view. The service was excellent and everything was just perfect. The only downside was that parking was a bit tricky and a little far. But overall, I would definitely come back again!

Everything about it was great except it was quite a distance from several of the places we wanted to visit. We had to depend on uber or the train and since we did not know our way around uber gets a little expensive!!

My only “complaint” is the motion sensors on the bed and bathroom would go off in the night and wake me up. I wish those could be turned off.

My husband and son arrived much later than expected; they arrived around 3:45am and were able to check in quickly and get straight to bed. They both said the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The view was also fantastic and interesting.

Booked a night here but when I showed up to check in they where sold out but Jess was so helpful he make sure I had a place to stay

Every thing was really good. Staff was so nice and polite, amenities plentiful and so clean. A couple issues, are that parking is a bit far and valet too expensive. The TV kept locking up when I synced to my tablet.

My only complaint was is that the parking garage is behind the hotel across the street. So I would suggest paying for valet which is $45, and self parking is $35

Hotel was very pleasing to the eye and comfortable. Nice selection in the lobby with the choose of bar/food and market. All personnel were very pleasant and helpful.

Really appreciate how attentive the staff were especially the front desk and how well kept the hotel was, super clean.

Everything was great, except some hidden charges that were not disclosed, I.e, parking and destination charges. Having said that, I would stay there again.
