Ok for a quick overnight. Clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Had to book airport shuttle leaving way earlier than necessary because later runs were booked. At 4:30 am complimentary breakfast did not happen

The hotel is just a minute from the airport. Our room was cleaned every morning and we had fresh towels everyday. The front desk and cleaning staff were always helpful and friendly. The hot complimentary breakfast every morning was very good. Always had omelets, bacon or sausage, breakfast potatoes and or biscuits and sausage gravy, along with a variety of cold cereals, breads, and fruit as well. We will definitely stay there again!

Didn’t get breakfast and muffins weren’t out at 6:30 am as we were told they would be. But just got something at airport. But place was nice and shuttle to airport was quick and on time.

Everything went well. From check in to check out. Breakfast was available every morning. Parking is easily accessible and our car was visible from our room. Room was clean! And ample for luggage. We used the laundry room, and it was efficient. The gym equipment was also is good shape, and clean!

We have stayed this property several times because of the convenience of the location in terms of the airport and area restaurants. We also continue to stay at this property because of the shuttle service and the attentive and friendly staff.

Got in late and left early, but the place was a perfectly comfortable before a 6am flight. Shuttle starts at 4, and be sure to reserve a seat with the front desk. My 4am shuttle was full. Don't hesitate to book a room -- it's great here.

The beds were comfortable. There were a couple of ants and one silverfish in the bathroom. Coffee in the lobby is wonderful with their machine that grinds the beans to dispense the coffee.

Very nice overall. $10 per night parking fee is BS. Was not expecting that. It’s not like the staff is burdened whatsoever with you parking in the parking lot. It’s been there since the place was built. It’s a shame they have to screw you like that.

If you are going to stay overnight, do a shuttle pick up to the airport, actually be there for the guest to get shuttle ride. . We got an uber.

The overall stay was wonderful. We had called the property before booking, asking if there was shuttle service to & from the airport, & were told yes. Our only issue was upon arrival. We called the hotel for a shuttle & were told they left for the day. Taxi drivers said it wasn't worth their while to drive that short distance & it was too far to walk. Finally a kind taxi driver agreed to take us. The rest of the stay was great.

If I was ever again in the area, I would here again.

If i had any suggestuins it would be a ckarification in their airport shuttle. After waiting 40 minutes for the shutlle at PDX and seeing several other hotels multiple times, i called and the informed me the shuttle was on demand. Maybe i missed where that was published.

This property was clean and close to the airport. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and take you to and from the airport. It was right near a train as well that can help you get downtown. Their continental breakfast was also really delicious and their coffee was also delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel specifically so I could park and fly. Online they wanted to charge me $189 to park without even asking for what dates I would be gone. When I showed up to the hotel and inquired about parking she said sorry you booked through a third party I can’t do anything for you. I asked if she could charge me for the parking separately and I was told no. So I ended up driving to the airport which is what I wanted to avoid and parked there. Don’t know if I will stay there again.

Clean lobby and room, friendly staff, average hot continental breakfast, easy and safe parking. Our only complaint was that we could not get the room temperature to our liking and we can’t stand feeling like we have 3 flat sheets on top of us instead of a comforter, but that seems to be the norm nowadays in this price range.

The room was clean and comfortable. Three adults for 3 days and lots of room for everyone. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked . The pancake machine is very cool. The cinnamon rolls are delicious! The pool is clean and excellent for a stretch after a long day. It’s small but lovely. I highly recommend this hotel!

We have stayed at this hotel several times since it opened. Our last time staying was December 2025. We went in Feb 2026 and we were charged $10 parking fee. We were told that we couldn’t do higher floor because we have kids. I have never heard of this restriction before. We finally got a room in a higher floor, Room 423. The room smelled like old socks. We couldn’t stay. We had to leave for a couple of hours to let the room air out a bit. I would never return to this hotel. Parking fee is over do!

We have stayed at many HIE properties including this one multiple times in the past and everything had always been great. This time the breakfast for both days we were there was the worst we have ever experienced. They food was stale (tasted freezer burned) they didn’t have all the normal options (said they were on order) and the fruit was old fruit they kept putting out. It wasn’t busy when we were there and they couldn’t keep the food stocked to get enough food for breakfast.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. Great location! Close to the road to the waterfalls and there is a train station a block away that takes you into downtown. No need hassling to find parking in downtown. The walk back from the train was well lit and wide open and felt safe both day and night.

This was a great last minute stopover. The reviews were great and it was as listed. Very clean, feels almost new and good breakfast choices in a nice big room with windows. Check in and check out are seamless and staff very very nice. Comfy bed and pillows. During the day you get some air traffic noise but it quiets down at night.

The room was generally clean and comfortable, but there was “water” leaking from under the toilet, which usually means sewage. Breakfast was good. Pancake making machine was nice, although it seemed slow. We arrived after 11pm so the shuttle from the airport was not available. $28 for Uber.

The hotel’s location was excellent, conveniently situated near the airport, a gas station, and a coffee shop. Overall, the hotel is great because it’s very clean and safe.

Convenient shuttle in the morning kindly dropped me off at Boutique Air. I had to call for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport the night before and they arrived within 10 minutes.

Unclear what we should do for the airport shuttle. I didn’t know we have to call ahead and that the shuttle stops running at 11pm. They should let guests know about this in advance.

We loved the hotel. Everything was great except we went to get breakfast and they told us we had only 3 minutes to get our food. Our plane got in late.

The room was comfortable. It was very near the airport so noisy from the planes taking off and landing. The toilet paper was not soft, it was scratchy, and harsh against sensitive skin.

After being in Italy and enduring their very hard beds it was nice to get back to the US and stay in a nice place with a very comfortable bed! They have a very nice breakfast buffet and have shuttles to and from the airport so I don’t think you could ask for more when looking for a hotel/motel near the Portland airport.

Booked this hotel last minute for a funeral. Absolutely great service from the airport shuttle pick up, and drop off. The front desk staff, and house keeping are excellent. Loved that they had a laundry area onsite, and free breakfast. All around just great.

Felt very safe in this location. Very clean and well kept up hotel as well as the room. You can definitely hear the planes at all hours but I did expect that considering how close in proximity it is to the airport. We chose this hotel for the convenience plus the fact that every Holiday Inn Express we have visited has normally been great. We would stay here again.

The location was perfect 5 minutes to the airport, and there were plenty of dining and shopping area in walking distance. The hotel did serve an amazing complimentary breakfast, they also have a laundry room which was perfect, we didn't have to carry our dirty clothes home.

However, there were some negatives that stood out. Housekeeping did not come by to clean the room or pick up garbage during our stay. On our first night, there was a blackout, and the next morning the elevator was out of service. Since the hotel didn’t have a wheelchair available, my mom, who has a disability, had no choice but to walk up the stairs to our second-floor room, which was very difficult for her. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. Another downside was being charged $10 per day for parking, which added up quickly. Overall, the stay was manageable for two nights, but between the lack of daily cleaning, accessibility issues, and extra fees, it wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped.

Overall, the room was amazing, the bed and pillows very comfortable and everyone that I spoke to was kind and helpful.

(And protect business by placing signs/mats to avoid slip n fall) Biggest pet peeve: making a u-turn in front of IT solution bldg next door is unsafe. Cannot see approaching small cars due to tall plants. City needs to keep them trimmed or replant with groundcover

Everything is good except for the TV is not working but they moved us to another room the next day. Bathroom have a black molds in the side of the floors.

Room was comfortable and clean, the view was of the FBI building with well manicured landscaping, Target shopping was walking distance and the airport was very close! Parking was $10 a night.

Easy check in but when we get to our room we call them to fix the TV as its not working. They moved us to another room. Its okay but some molds on the bathroom. Specially in the shower area. Everything else is OK

The bed was quite comfortable. The day we checked in, we did find crumbs on the floor near the bed and a large chunk of a granola bar on the floor under the sink in the bathroom.

We was only there for a few hours as our flight was cancelled.

I like that the hotel is close to everything. But the cleaning was from 1 to 10 about 4. I had to wash the shower, sink and toilet.

Overall the property location and cleanliness was good, check in was easy and fast. We enjoyed the early morning breakfast.

There were 4 of us at the hotel. We would leave for the day and visit family. When we would get back to the hotel and get ready for ahowers we never had enough towels or wash rags or even toilet paper. 6 out of the 7 nights we stayed we have to go to the front desk and ask for towels. It was very frustrating. All we got was we are so sorry. The facilities are nice otherwise. I noticed a couple of time the breakfast juices had been watered down and not very tasty.

The hotel was great! Excellent Oregon craft beer at the little store. I’m glad they had a water bottle fill station and recycling! Thanks! But all the EV chargers were only for Tesla’s——grrrrrr—what about the rest of us who need universal chargers?

Upon this checkin the guy behind the desk said its only for airport shuttles. I explained i was here a month ago and the staff freely offered to take me down to the restuarants. He seemed put off and said we cant do that. I was just wondering if it was a one time thing ir did he get it wrong

Thanks Holiday Inn for our outstanding stay. The room was spectacular, roomy and comfortable. My wife really liked the pillows. They accommodated my handicap needs. The breakfast was great!

The property was nice. Rooms and common areas were clean, and the room itself was very comfortable. Hotel breakfast had a nice variety. The one downside was the advertised airport shuttle. On the hotels.com site, it just says shuttle (no specific hours), but apparently it only runs until 11pm. So, when I arrived at 11:05, I ended up having to take an Uber to the hotel. even on the corporate website, the shuttle hours are buried a few pages down - not obvious, or easy to find.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. The staff is always pleasant and the location is very convenient to by business trip. This is the first time, my room had a foul odor that lasted 2 out of the 4 days I was there.

This is the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Very clean, safe & close to a lot of amenities which are walkable. Good parking, beautifully well lit at night which creates the sense of safety. Literally a 5 min drive to the PDX airport. Loved my room & overall stay, will def be staying again next time I’m in the area!
