I inadvertently made a reservation for 1 night, & then realized we would have to drive to pendleton in the dark. So immediately made another reservation for 2 nights-& requested the 1- nighter be canceled. Got to the hotel & found it WASN'T canceled! So I am paying for 3 nights, not 2. Mary Ann at the front desk said she try & see what she could do- no promises. Got back to Pendleton, opened phone to message that, indeed the one night was canceled! Thank you to all who were involved, especially Mary Ann What's not to like? New upgrade to room, very comfortable bed, fan in bathroom, fridge in room, microwave, coffee maker. I have stayed at this hotel several times with some of these amenities already, but new chairs, carpet, paint.

The room was clean and the staff was really nice. We kept our vehicle there for the week we were gone for $10 a night and we had zero issues. Would gladly stay there again.

Quiet (except some airplane noise, we were near the airport by choice). Staff was courteous, professional and eager to be helpful.

I booked this hotel because of the 24 hour shuttle. I signed up when I checked in on 10/11 to take the shuttle to the airport the next morning at 4am. There was no one at the front desk at 4am. The shuttle was no where to be found, I had to take an Uber to the airport. I would like someone to reach out to me and make this right by reimbursing me for the Uber.

Property was under renovation and false advertisement for a pool. Extremely disappointed because I specifically book this hotel for the pool.

5 minutes to pdx with great beds and quiet to not.

Truly felt like a New England experience. They were attentive, friendly and always available. It was a home away from home!

Cheap deposit though, cheap and pretty good dinner offerings, free soda on the dinner, excellent staff, everything other than room amenities was good.

Chicken took a while and they couldn’t find my Expedia reservation.

Got nickeled and dimed for everything. Morning coffee was $2.50 a cup! No breakfast included. Rooms were not cleaned every day.

Cleanliness was pretty good. The front desk lady was really hard to understand because of her accent and she was very soft spoken. Definitely not a cheerful welcoming. Breakfast is at 7am on the weekends not 6. Would definitely pick a different spot next time because of the noise. It is away from downtown and the nasty bums.

Enjoyed the opportunity to have very good dining experience.

However this time, I am not sure what happened but the flushing of the toilet was all messed up; the lights/lamps in the room did not have bulbs, none of the electrical outlets on both the bedside tables and lamps were not working and finally the desk was barely standing on 4 legs, it was so wiggly.

The air heater unit kept making a noise throughout the night which was so loud and disturbing. It had me up and ready to run out of there several times throughout the night.

Our next door guests checked in at 2:30 AM and were very loud and woke us up.

Overall a good stay. Airport shuttle was prompt at the hour, and the driver helped with our bags. Rooms were clean. They do charge for breakfast: $10 for pastries, fruit, and cereal, $15 for eggs and bacon fare (which is only served weekdays as of 9/10/2022), so be aware of that. It is in an industrial/commercial area, so be prepared for big trucks on the main road.

Comfortable, clean. Staff was very good and helpful. Shuttle service timely and efficient.

Bathroom sink had huge cracks in it. No showercap offeted. There were 2 bottles of water in the room but no signage if bottles were free. Bed and pillows comfortable. TV worked and the room was quiet.

Great location to stay at the night before flying out. Clean comfy rooms. Great staff. Be aware there is no breakfast on Sat/Sun.

It was a wonderful stay. As I worried because of the midnight arrival, the driver picked me up within 5 min from when I called to the front desk. Spacious room with nice bed to begin with, I was refresh every day to recharge my energy to the following day. Everybody who works this hotel seems to know what he/she is doing plus can-do attitude was a pleasant one. Full breakfast was nice as well. Again, thank you very much for the wonderful stay.

When I called to let them know that I would be late checking in, the person at the front desk did not tell us about the airport shuttle. It took 15 minutes to check in at 1 AM. Fine for the price and convenience.

Breakfast was limited the hotel is overpriced for what you get. Rooms are clean but bathroom felt run down and dated. Nice to have the little store downstairs which is always a plus

Great shuttle to the airport. Midweek there was free breakfast but not anything but coffee on weekends. We were told there would be breakfast so we didn’t allow time for McDonald’s. They did have snacks for sale as well as beer and wine. The room was clean, very comfortable.

Just a quick overnight after a post midnight arrival, but a good sleep and lovely surroundings. Frogs singing as we arrived in the dark, friendly front desk.

There's a couple fast food places, a sports bar, a Starbucks and a convenience store nearby, plus the hotel does a small breakfast with coffee, pastry and fruit. Pretty quiet considering it's under the flight path. A mysterious creek runs behind the property.

Staff were all very friendly, especially Sara at the front desk.

Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. Loved shuttle service, was excellent, loved this convenience. Room clean and beds very comfortable. Free breakfast was very nice as I didn’t know area well. Also a very well equipped and clean fitness room. Only downside of my stay was WiFi was not working day we arrived and was spotty and very slow.

The lobby was welcoming and the front desk was nice. The only problem we had was our double beds in our room was really uncomfortable. Both beds had a sink hole in the middle. We did not sleep well.

Upon arrival, there were crumbs and other dander on the floor in our room. The mattress appeared to be some kind of “adjustable air bed” which was broken and dangling from the side. We could not adjust the bed and kept rolling towards the center in a dip.

Had a peaceful stay, hotel staff was nice. I did ask for a king bed and got a x2 queens. (No biggie for us) but someone else might have got super upset.

There were security cameras in the parking area and the staff were great about checking to make sure our vehicle and trailer were safe. Had a room with 2 queen beds. One bed was awesome, the other had a HUGE dip in it. Also, the coffee in the lobby was not available.

The property is very dated. Our sink faucet was constantly dripping the shower head was very poor quality. One day there wasn't any hot breakfast because they didn't have a cook.

3 night visit. Shower barely put any water out- manual lock hanging by screws I asked for them to be repaired & maint.person was standing right next to manager when I requested….nothing. Dangerous parking lot. Broken car window glass in a number of spots. Homeless live on the side street next to parking lot. No pool ( advertised on all sites) but I understand it’s been gone 2 YEARS! No real restaurant or bar. Fridge with beer doesn’t count. I did like keyless entry with app.

We arrived at 10:30 PM and left at 5:30 AM so we didn't see or experience much. My only problem was that the curtain did not pull across the window.

Visiting Portland for a quick business trip. Chose this hotel based on past experiences with Hilton Garden Inn and proximity to customer location. The hotel is convenient to the airport, dining and businesses along NE Airport way. This location was clean, comfortable and the interactions with all staff was excellent. I slept well! I will stay here for future business trips.

Overall quite nice. The hotel could use a little maintenance but good for a 1 night stay. It was disturbing to see 'not responsible for loss or damage' signs plastered all over the carpark. The area around the hotel looks a little sketchy. There's a McDonald's next door for a better breakfast.

Front desk was very professional and courteous. Our only complaint was the mattress it had a dip in the middle and my husband and I kept rolling into the dip. Need new mattresses

They seem to have an issue with their charge card machines.Twice they have left me notes under door Hours after checkin about incidental fees not going through. Never saying anything at checkin.The second time never mentioning after checking in for a second stay.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating, the shuttle driver very helpful, the facility clean and well maintained. We had not thought we would be there for breakfast, but since our flight was canceled last minute, we were there and the food and service were great. We would stay there again.

For the price point of a Hilton, this was the biggest let down of all time. The beds were horrible. My family of 4 got only a few hours of sleep due to the uncomfortable beds. You would lie down in them and within 5 minutes, both people would sink into the center crevice in the middle of the mattress. We had to be up at 3:30 am for our airport shuttle- we didn’t even need to wake up call because the beds were so soft and uncomfortable we never got to sleep. I would never ever stay here again.

Staff at desk Tuesday approx 2:00 was extremely helpful. Couldn't find my reservation. Took time tho help me find the reservation as to avoid being double booked! I think her name was Marylin.

Great stay

I got to the hotel about an hour before check in as I was driven from White Salmon WA and they had to return. The lady at the desk told me that my room was ready. I could go to it right away. That was such a relief 🤗🤗🤗

The property was fine, my only issue was that It was a party of 4 and towels (only 3) and cleaning stuff only for 1 person.

Our stay was only one night but it was so amazing!! Bed was so comfortable, shower wonderful, front desk very friendly and room was quiet. Very close to airport but didn't hear any planes. Shuttle service was excellent and driver was very nice.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Also, under the bed was bery dirty.

I liked the close proximity to the airport. The bed, not so much, a bit lumpy. Walls are very thin, too!

Furniture was old and looked dirty. Stain on pillow case. Mold in bathroom. We bought Lysol and sprayed the room. Sara at front desk was great and friendly. Other staffers couldn’t muster the curtesy to reply to a hello.

The staff was extremely helpful, we had tons of luggage going to move to Mexico. The driver of the hotel van helped us muscle all the stuff at airport. Just a great experience!

Each time I have stayed there has been days without dining services. Not sure if that is due to being understaffed but it does make it inconvenient.

I like the location of the hotel and the room was very nice and clean.

Did not like having to ask for towels or anything else i needed. Room not cleaned once in a week was told every three days. Was told to leave dirty towels and trash outside the door usually was not picked up until next day or stack around vending area.

Hotel was quiet and CLEAN; praise the Lord! LOVED the coffee in lobby! If I were by myself I would have checked out the breakfast omelettes, and I even saw lunch and dinner options when I was checking out (on the way out of the hotel the next day); I would have done these FOR SURE if I were alone... everything looked scrumptious! Sorry I couldn't try it! Can't think of anything negative to say! Wonderful stay!
