Nope was very satisfied especially where a location was. Did not expect it to be so nice.
- 2/5
The room was great, but it was very loud throughout the night from unattended children running above us and loud conversations in the middle of the night in the hallway. I went to th front desk in the morning, and the person at the front desk said there is nothing she could do because I didn’t know which room was above me and I don’t call the front desk in the middle of the night to complain. So we checked out one night early.

Stayed for one night. The gym is a little small, a single room with couple of treadmills and some dumbbells.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff

Clean and neat room. Updated and looks nice except the tub. But overall nice.
- 1/5
Amenities they advertise a spa and pool witch were not available and they advertise breakfast witch they do not have available shouldn't advertise things they cannot provide or offer them if not available very disappointed but the room was very well kept and clean and quite staff was friendly no problems there
- 5/5
Best check in! Quick, friendly!
- 2/5
First off we were not told the parking lot was closed so we had to park in a different area . We were given a handicap room with a crack in the toilet seat that pinched you when you sat down to use the bathroom. The worst part was the hotel smelled like an open sewer when you walked in . Very smelly.. We usually stay a few days once a year but next year will be staying somewhere else.
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable. I would have liked a heavier weight comforter. But still, we slept very well.
- 4/5
Check in clerk had some difficulty getting the hotel system to integrate with Expedia
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Returned from dinner and my door malfunctioned and I was locked out. All my belongings were locked in the room I was told maintenance would not be coming until 6am next morning. At 1230 am I get a knock on my door from the front desk gal saying she opened it with some tool. Needless to say it ruined my stay!!!!
- 4/5
I like that the rooms are clean and spacious
- 4/5
The room was clean and staff member who helped us at the reception desk was friendly. Parking lot needs upgrade.
- 3/5
Only one Lady as the waitstaff with a temporary kitchen and bar. She was working so hard to take care of everyone! She deserves a raise!!
- 5/5
Love having the fridge and a clean place to sleep. We discovered our paid campground at Mt. Hood locks down at dusk and locked us out of the campground and park so we had a late check in here. I could tell this is a wonderful property when I walked in, and this trip we've left some properties that were not acceptable along the way here from MO. We are relieved.
- 3/5
Just kind of a “meh” quality property. The front desk staff weren’t super friendly. The rooms definitely weren’t the cleanest. House keeping came really early and then didn’t come back. Just not my best stay experience.
- 4/5
Just a quick overnight on the way. Older property that is well maintained.
- 1/5
Smelled rotten! Foul smell
- 4/5
Had a nice time
- 5/5
Quiet place just off the freeway to pull out and sleep. Just what I needed
- 5/5
Very easy checkin and out

- 3/5
The front desk people were rude. They would cut you off while i was speaking, were not friendly, and simply look annoyed. I understand they deal with alot of people, but they do not need to have that attitude against everyone, especially when im talking respectfully to them.
- 5/5
Very comfortable, great hospitality.

Mentioned that it will be fine. The only thing I will do, when i arrive push the rigth bottin to request access and i asked the lady to write a note fir rhe nigrh staff to sxpect me. She asseres me rhst she weite rhe note. Then when i am arrive the guy/nigrh shift . Told me that he cancelled my reservation. Vecause i am noe showed up. I told him that i informed the hotel that i will arrive late. He told me thst he can not do anyrhing about and the only thing i have to do another reservation and pay there. I told him thst i was paid fir 2 room why i have to pay again. He told me vecsuse i called your reservation. I told him . That was your mistske in cancelled. I told him to find the note where o informed. And he repited again you have to pay agsin i asked him. That i need to talk with jos superviser. He told me. I will call her and ask. And i was waiting there until 6:00am. And he told me that his superviser told him that i have to pay for thw eooms there because it will be a new reservation. And the supercisor will call the theid party where i did the reservation to give me my miminey back. And now i need hotel.com to help me with this the roblem because i am being charges twice for 2 room i ended paying 4

Good and clean hotel
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The heater wasn’t noisy like most hotels.
- 5/5
This was a great stay although I wouldn’t have loved it if I didn’t have family to visit. My only large complaint was that the AC/heating unit made a squealing noise. Of course, I didn’t notice until the middle of our first night and by then, I knew we would only be sleeping there and with family the rest of the time, so it was not a huge deal.
- 5/5
Very awesome. Great staff. I’ll be coming back and forth.
- 2/5
Property was clean and staff was kind and helpful the only issue was the walls are not soundproof at all and we could hear the family next door all night.
- 4/5
It was decent, just needed a place to stay for the night before heading home
- 1/5
This property was terrible. When we showed up to a reserved handicap accessible room, we walked in and the room hadn't even been cleaned. The beds had dirty aheets, the bathroom had dirty towels on the floor, and they wpuldnt even refund our money, because we had used Expedia.
- 4/5
Close to venue I had to attend
- 2/5
Overpriced hotel. We didn’t feel safe at the hotel
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 3/5
Check-in was bizarre as the front desk worker assumed that my male fiance and I wouldn't want to sleep in the same bed and was extremely unfriendly. She was very concerned that we didn't want two beds or a couch bed. Also didn't greet us and seemed upset to be doing her job.
- 5/5
Super clean, nicely updated, spacious room!

…
- 3/5
It was just okay—nothing special. It's a middle-of-the-road kind of place and not the safest location. My biggest complaint was that upon booking, they asked if I wanted to pay a little extra to get coupons for breakfast at the local dinner. It wasn't until seeing the menu and the prices that it became clear the coupons were more expensive than what the restaurant charged for meals, and there were no refund offers. It's a little scammy. I would not stay again or recommend it to a friend.
- 5/5
The bed was great and the room was clean. Also dog friendly.
- 4/5
We were assigned a room facing a major street. Noisy early in the morning. But everything else was great. Would stay again if given a room not facing the street.
- 5/5
Will come again
- 1/5
Was not mentioned this hotel was not pet friendly when we booked through the app. We arrived and was told at check in that we would not be able to have our puppy with us even if we offered to pay an additional fee. I asked to speak to a manager for a refund and the front desk receptionist called her manager and said I would receive a call back the following day in regards to a refund. My family and I had to drive another hour south to another hotel and pay an additional $300 for a nights stay after driving over 5 hours from Washington. No call was received the following day from the manager nor a refund. We never checked in and paid almost $300 for a nights stay we were unable to use. This poor customer service, communication and lack of follow through has lead my family a negative experience at this hotel and booking through hotel.com.

Relatively new and clean.

We turned off the lights and climbed into bed at 10 pm. My husband immediately daid the sheets feel wet. It was a hot day so I thought he was sweating but he said no, I’m feeling wet on the sheets. We turned on lights and there was a giant water stain on the bottom sheet - clearly the mattress had been peed on and a lazy housekeeper put new sheets on anyway. We were able to get a room change but should have e gotten a refund. Worn chairs had duct tape on the arms, carpets were dirty. I spent the rest of the night wondering if there were bedbugs! I was so creeped out. Disgusting.
- 5/5
Staff was very accommodating
- 2/5
Super poor tv service Poor sound dampening between rooms
- 3/5
Had to change rooms because the headboard was greasy for some reason. The largest rooms do not sleep 5 as the website says. The pool was not available and under renovation. I did like the breakfast vouchers for Elmer's next door.
- 3/5
The pool was out which was not advertised during a heat wave and several little parts for doors, lights, ect were loose or broken.
- 1/5
View of loud street. Almost no water from bathroom sink. Pools closed. Bar is closed. No breakfast service.
- 4/5
Unsafe surroundings
- 5/5
We stay here every time we come to Gresham. It is quiet and Elmers is connected. There are gas stations and small stores within walking district plus the Chocolate Factory is across the street.
- 5/5
Lovely staff, mellow, and clean.
- 5/5
The hotel is great and clean, it’s a Mariott property so you would expect that
- 3/5
This hotel did the job. We did have a cozy clean bed to sleep in & we were happy with that. A number of small things took away from the experience though- the shower head was broken so we couldn’t get the water hot enough, our ac made a weird noise, the tissue box was soaking wet, they told us quarters were available from the front desk for laundry & then they were out of quarters at said front desk. The young woman at the front desk was pretty uninformed & not too friendly. We chose the option during checkout that included breakfast vouchers & it didn’t show up on their end, idk if that is a Hotel.com problem or the hotel itself but that should be addressed. They did end up giving us the vouchers though & the restaurant next door was delicious. We got the room for a discount last minute, if we would’ve paid full price I’d be disappointed.
- 4/5
No pool no breakfast
- 4/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Friendly staff and Elmer's right next door!
- 4/5
Con: beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable
- 5/5
It was a good stay. We stayed one night. Last minute booking and the service was good. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. The only negative comment I have is that you can hear the noises coming from the hall, next room guest went in and out, throwing the door, opening and stomping, but that wasnt the hotel fault, it was the inconsiderate guest staying in the next room other than that, it was a pleaseant stay!

But all in all a very nice place. Will be back down the road again.
- 1/5
Dirty
- 1/5
not good no TV and nobody much cared.
- 3/5
The hotel was okay. Our family chose this location due to its proximity to an event we were attending. The area is more of an industrial area and there are limited dining options. If we need to stay in this area in the future I would look at other options. Not that there was anything wrong with the stay or the staff it was more the price to stay was comparable to nicer properties nearby.
- 5/5
The hotel is on a very busy street, and the street noise is very loud. Lots of racing cars in the middle of the night. And train tracks /train noise.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were awesome. My only suggestion is to have half and half for the coffee in the lobby. Coffeemate doesn’t cut it.
- 5/5
1 night stay for a funeral. Close to facilities and family. Convenient, right off the interstate. Nice room with comfortable bed. Not the nicest neighborhood but it is a suburb of Portland so there really are few nice neighborhoods anymore.
- 3/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
The area around the hotel was convenient and clean.
- 3/5
Crack heads a wonder, doors slam if let go.
- 5/5
We will be back here next time we come to Portland!
- 2/5
Hotel is ok. Not up to Four Points by Sheraton standards.
- 5/5
Was very impressed with how clean the room was. Ive stayed at other hotels and paid a lot more for it and the room was so gross. This hotel was spotless and very reasonably priced. Staff was also very friendly and professional even though there was a guest furious about only god knows what. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Good location
- 2/5
The lady when checking in was not that helpful.
- 5/5
Loved it.
- 3/5
Hotel room was decent and clean. The air in the hotel still smells like cigarettes. Carpet was pretty filthy and old. There is a huge power station right next door. The whole neighborhood has a very sketchy vibe with people doing weird things while we were there.
- 1/5
The cost was $263 for a crappy room, dirty/stained carpet. But I did have a lovely view of Highway 84. The hotel bar/restaurant was pathetic. All I wanted was a nice glass of wine after driving eight hours and all I got was a basically run down "Denny's" type restaurant. Y'all really, really let me down on this one.

I booked a suite, I was shocked how small the bed was compared to a good size room(smaller than a queen and I’m 6’3, my legs were dangling). It also felt like it would collapse at any moment it was that bad. My son also felt every spring on the couch could not sleep all night. Avoid at all costs the street side, you will hear every car going down the road, is that noisy! I booked thru Expedia, bought breakfast $15 a person, when I got to the hotel they gave me a restaurant voucher for $10 a person, I ended up paying $35 extra for myself and my wife for a continental breakfast. Overall a really bad experience!
- 2/5
The room was not nice at all. Smelled like cigarettes and was made to sign a no smoking policy. Felt judged from the time i walked in and had to "change" rooms because the older lady

Excellent service for check-in counter- Miss Jaylin 👍👍
- 5/5
Room was comfortable and quiet.
- 5/5
Towels and bedding were great. Super comfortable. Property was very clean and well managed. Will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Overall stay was fine and a good deal for the price. Only complaint is that there was no shelf or other flat surfaces around the bathroom sink to put common bathroom odds and ends. Of note, reception desk staff was great; very pleasant & helpful. Also, room was very clean and well appointed.
- 4/5
The area is ok with an Elmers for dining but nothing attractive in the vicinity.
- 5/5
Great late night free shuttle from PDX. Wonderful breakfast included!
- 4/5
Shower mechanism is not common and when I reported this to front desk, the employee just said it works, you're just old school. Since she immediately knew what I was talking about, that would indicate that other guests have had the same issue. Consider posting signage about shower operation.
- 2/5
Trying to contact the hotel afterwards is impossible. Don’t answer the phone, no voicemail, don’t answer emails.
- 4/5
Very close to the freeway exit, especially convenient for travelers. Nearby access to gas and dining.
- 4/5
Property was clean and easy to access from freeway. The room was updated and nice. It’s by a busy road to the traffic was loud at night and in the morning. Breakfast is not included.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and very spacious. Bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Always clean and friendly
- 1/5
The property was represented a clean and spacious room when in fact it was not. I decided not tostay and requested a refund.
- 1/5
The hotel could have been fine but I had a housekeeper walk into my room right after I got there, without knocking and then lied to the front desk saying I was smoking, which I wasn’t. They then tried to charge me $200 but wouldn’t come to my room for proof. Terrible interaction and terrible customer service.
- 5/5
Needed a wine opener and thy had it, thanks. I just returned from vegas and your rooms are appointed better than the famous Golden Nuggett
- 5/5
I like how everything is clean and the hotel is in good shape.
