There was cockroaches. The people next to me had someone knocking at their door and yelling for them every 5 minutes. Obvious druggies. The door wouldn't shut all the way. I felt unsafe and couldn't sleep. I would like credited.

The place is a total disaster. The condition of every single detail at this motel is just terrible and supper dirty. Starting with the bed sheets and ending with the towels. Worst experience ever.

Absolutely nothing to be honest, the only semi decent amenity was the flat screen tv Everything the room was not what is advertised online. First off I was over charged, by the COCKROACH MOTEL. Second I booked a room with a KING BED and got a QUEEN HARD BOX SPRING. The room was absolutely disgusting nasty, COCKROACHES, BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM ON THE SIDE OF THE SINK. No smoke alarm Godforbid I actually stayed there I wouldn't have been warned of a fire while sleeping, that there is a SAFETY VIOLATION. THE couch looked like it had been soiled by who knows what, I could mention a few, but I'll keep that to myself. The carpet, the stove had no knobs, bare wires sticking out of the wall. I can say I'd rather sleep in my car than ever stay at the Del cockroach Motel. I'm am patiently waiting for a full refund, due to the health hazards this motel has. They should be shut down immediately in my opinion. If I could give negative stars I would cause it doesn't even deserve a 0. ..

The first night the heater didnt work there were cockroaches the towels looked dirty or dingy there was urine on floor in shower the sofa bed was stained and just springs / no sheets for it- the bed had stains or blankets were dirty there was no fan in bathroom and no real door for bedroom and bathroom there was no maid service ( even though manager said would be ) there were channels on tv blocked by previous guests that manager couldnt override, this is not a townhouse and its not next to 205 ! This was a very poor area , drug deals going on in parking lot! The window was cracked lots of air coming thru front door which felt like anyone could come in at any time!

this is the sketchiest hotel i've ever been in. there was a big square carved out of the frosted shower window for people to look through, the walls were disgusting, the front and bathroom doors look like they've been kicked in several times before, and i found a clump of human hair stuck in a staple or nail underneath the desk. crimes have absolutely been commited in that room before. also had some guy in the parking lot ask me if i knew where to buy crack, twice, and some other lady subtly warn me to stay inside because there was going to be gang activity happening soon. the staff at the front desk were super nice though

Decor: almost none. Did I care? Not really! If you feel uncomfortable in an environment that's clearly been lived in and not necessarily cared about by hundreds or thousands of individuals before you, don't stay here. It's not pretending to be a guest room, it's a bedroom and bathroom for rent. The pictures of one brightly colored wall, or any kind of non-horrible interior lighting? Those are out of date. Past guests have tagged the headboards and put holes in the walls, but the holes have been patched and painted. tl;dr: Don't come for the ambience. Do stay for the solid basic amenities... even in a Portland heat wave. Well done, Del Rancho!

The room was filthy. TV broken, stains on bedding, burn holes in bedding. Couch had so many stains and holes, vanity wasn't secure to wall, bugs in bathroom, electrical hanging out. Graffiti on furniture. No deadbolt or extra locks on door and an addict tried breaking into my vehicle while standing outside at a check-in window because they don't open their front office anymore. Manager lied about sending maintenance (her husband). The walls of the room had what looked like snot and other possible bodily fluids on the wall. I left my reservation and they never offered any compensation or apology. Disgusting if I could give a 0 rating I would. This place was awful.

The water was warm enough. The heater worked. The tv worked. It had a very avant garde decoration style with holes in the walls. The bathroom was super cozy and I didn't have to take very many steps between the sink and toilet and tub. They have dispensed with towel racks and the like as it didn't match the aforementioned decorations. And it was so cute that they hung up a little hand mirror right there above the sink instead of those big, intimidating mirrors. The bed was also nice and cozy. Who knew that queen beds could come in such smaller sizes? The towels were also sized similarly, but they spared 2 whole pieces for me!

You get what you pay for. A cheap place to stay if you're on a budget and don't mind stains, signs of poor construction and repair, and tweakers outside your door at all hours of the night. On a positive note, staff is generally too inattentive to enforce their pet policy and like I said, it's cheap and I'd stay there again. 👍

I would not stay here again. The room door looked like it had been broken into. Everything was in disrepair in the room. I was fine with the condition for the affordability of the room. The issue that I can't believe happened, strangers walked into my room in the middle of the night. The night clerk gave them my room to check into. Talk about a terrifying experience. That to me is unacceptable.

Nothing WE WERE WOKEN UP APPROX 3AM BY THE SOUND OF SOMEONE TRYING TO OPEN OUR DOOR. JUST ABOUT THE TIME I GOT TO THE DOOR IT OPENED....THEY HAD TO OF HAD A KEY TO GET IN. I SLAMMED THE DOOR. THERE WERE 3 MAYBE 4 PEOPLE STANDING OUT FRONT. THEY LEFT AND CAME BACK ATTEMPTING TO ENTER ROOM. WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK NOBODY ANSWERED. WE CHECKED IN ABOUT 11PM AND RETURNED TO KEY IN THE BOX AT 4AM. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. I LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME TO DISCUSS THE INCIDENT THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME. THEY STILL HAVE MY $25 DEPOSIT ON TOP OF THE $91 FOR THE ROOM.VERY SCARY AND FEEL I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FROM. I CAN NOT BELIEVE BOOKING WOULD RECOMMENDS THIS PLACE. UNBELIEVABLE.

This is no treat or getaway spot for sure. I would never ever again stay at this place and it was just all around the worst spot in the Portland metro area there's nothing worse than that motel so much was wrong with the whole stay i give it negative nine stars out of 5. Dirty and unsanitary there was a layer of dust build up on the beds.

When we checked in it was afternoon. Not late at night. And yet the attendant spoke to us through a small slit in a glass partition and didn't even bother to open have of the shutter blocking the glass. It was very hard to hear them since we were adjacent to a busy street. This was supposedly because of "Covid." The room itself had NO place to hang or store clothing. No dresser. no closet. No hanging bar. Nothing. The bathroom sink offered no hot water. The handle turned on, but nothing came out. The door to the room had to be slammed in order for it to close. The final straw was when I opened the fold out bed and there were rodent droppings on the mattress. The proprietor didn't offer any sympathy and basically said, get a refund from Expedia. Even though I had booked through Hotels.com and had just said so. It's like he wasn't even listening.

Old never-renovated property, with graffiti and stains in bathroom from the early 2000s, and holes in the bedding. Thankfully the AC worked, but we couldnt adjust it. Also, there was a fridge and microwave so that was good.

This was probably the worst motel I've ever stayed in. The staff ids rude and lies to you, the rooms are dirty and have bedbugs. The TV didn't work, there are no cameras and my car got broken into and ruined, I had to leave it, there are drug users everywhere. My room got broken into and anything of value was stolen. I would not ever stay here again if they gave me a free room for life. They make you pay a deposit which never got returned when I left. I would give it 0 stars if I could!

Although the staff was friendly enough, the room had its door kicked in prior to our stay. There was one bath towel, one hand towel and two washcloths for a 2 King bed stay. Refrigerator was a welcome addition, bit the property did not have an ice machine or a microwave in the room. Neighborhood was pretty rough. Inner City norms, prostitution and drugs. We got out unscathed.
