the hotel offers many spaces to gather and work or relax and the pool! And the jacuzzi esp. bc I'm an early riser and gratefully started each day there, and helped me with the loss of my father, which is why I came to pdx. I am returning for father's homegoing, and most of my family will be staying there with me, at my recommendation. See you on 7/24/26. Sally and the DeJesus family.

Upon arrival, I asked the front desk about obtaining a crib for my child. The staff member seemed unsure whether the hotel even offered cribs, despite the hotel's website stating that cribs are available. This created confusion and made the check-in process less smooth than expected. Another significant disappointment was the air conditioning system. Guests do not appear to have full control over the room temperature, as the units operate on an automatic setting. This made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during our stay. The staff was polite, but I believe there is room for improvement in staff training and guest amenities. For the price, I expected a more comfortable and accommodating experience.

The hotel was nice and comfortable and the staff was helpful;; however, beware, they charge for every little thing. Hidden charges and the restaurant was over priced. Our bathtub was dirty upon arrival and our phone beeped all night.

Hotel is old, spacious, decent in downtown. Parking is 30$/night. Breakfast included isn’t a buffet abut it’s a 20$ in a alacarte restaurant. We enjoyed swimming pool and spa during the stay. Overall it was a good experience with no surprises

Room was clean but there was a huge gross water/mold stain on the ceiling. $75 deposit is held at check in even if the room was already fully paid prior and it takes up to 30 days to be returned, apparently. Front desk staff put me on hold and just never picked up the call again. Waited 15 minutes. The food is good though, and the restaurant staff is wonderful.

Close to the Portland Airport. A very comfortable and convenient location, it’s do nice to order room service for a nice breakfast. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and willing to help! This is my third stay.

Greatly appreciated our stay here it made our first night in Oregon so much easier with cheerful, helpful, kind staff. We accidentally left a watch behind and their cleaning team located the item and it was turned into management. We did not have cell service for three days due to backpacking in the mountains. But upon regaining cell service their team was quick to answer us and provided the wonderful news that it was found. Thankfully we were still in the area and able to pick up that day. Otherwise they said they would have been able to accommodate shipping it to us. We cannot thank the staff and cleaning service enough for taking good care of our lost item and making sure our stay was comfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel, they provided us with vouchers, and we thought those were for the included breakfast. The next morning, when we went for breakfast, I asked how the buffet worked with the vouchers, and they explained the vouchers only gave a $20 discount per room. I went to the front desk, and they told me the hotel does not actually offer free breakfast included. Since we are a large family of 8, we probably would have chosen somewhere else if we had known this ahead of time. Please double-check directly with both Expedia and the hotel before booking if breakfast is important to you. Besides that issue, the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and parking was good. Our only disappointment was the confusion about breakfast.

My stay was good bed comfy room was clean. Coffee pot not clean and no creamer. Checking in was good $75 dollar deposit need to pay upfront. The person checking me in wasn’t engaging in conversation so I sparked the conversation. Staff was nice for the most part they don’t smile alot. The rooms were fine and the location of the hotel is great. There is no included breakfast and even though there is a legitimate restaurant, it's really expensive and not very good. Parking is extra ($30/day) and the room with city views have extra charges not on Expedia so you get double charged. Just a mediocre hotel in a good spot.

Nice quick stay but housekeeping knocked and tried to come back in to our at exactly 900am which I found rude. Check out is 1200. We had been out late for a concert and were trying to sleep in.

Weve have stayed with them over tye last 6 weeks about 4 times, booked through Expedia and then charged extra for parking in there parking lot. Its frustrating thats an extra charge for customers that stay with them.

Only used this hotel due to price

They waited until after I checked out and left town to call and claim that I owed them $30 for parking, which they did not mention the additional fee for at check-in. The guy said they did not have a credit card on file for incidentals (which I gave them at check-in) and wanted me to provide card information over the phone, which I don’t feel comfortable with. He then threatened to take “further necessary action” if I didn’t comply. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said that they weren’t there. Extremely unprofessional staff and considering that they screwed up, I will gladly escalate this issue as much as necessary to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

A couple tried to get into my room and there was no hot water in the morning to shower. Had to go to my meeting without a shower. Dropped my confidence a bit and made my whole day uncomfortable.

Perfect walking distance from the Moda Center, breakfast is wonderful, and the bar is open late enough that you can grab a drink after a basketball game or concert!

The only place I stay when visiting Portland!

The one thing that left a sour taste was the parking. We were charged $30 with no prior mention that parking wasn't complimentary. A heads up at check-in or on the booking page would have gone a long way. Transparency around fees like this really does make a difference to the overall experience.

Customer service at its best. You know every sit situation can have multiple outcomes, depending on how we react to them. I had arranged a little weekend getaway for my husband and my son with some adventures including an overnight stay in Portland to watch the Trailblazers. Alfred and Nando worked with me to create a little welcome basket to be delivered to their room but unfortunately, it appears to have been delivered to the room next to them. Nando displayed the definition of the best possible customer service in both his phone conversations and email correspondence. If everyone had a Nando working across the desk from them no matter what setting, the world would be a better place ♥️ thank you from the bottom of my heart

Very clean, quiet room. I appreciate that there was a normal bathroom door (not barn door) so it could contain light and noise. Good restaurant and breakfast. Staff was nice. Good selection at the 24 hr market. My only complaint would be that the pool is on the first floor, so you need to walk through the main lobby to get to it.

We can tell bed sheet was not replaced. My wife saw some hairs on the pillow. It was late and we were tired so we did not bother to get them replaced. Glad we brought our throw blanket, we used that to cover the pillows. I suggest as soon as you get to your room, check your beddings, if you think they are used, have them replaced. Paid almost $200 and seeing your beddings not fresh/clean is very disappointing.

Hotel was great! Check in was easy, staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfy. Didn't get to try the restaurant, but it looked good. Parking was easy. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but we were there because of the hotel's proximity to Moda Center, which was a quick and convenient walk.

This is our third time staying here as we are close to the hospital where my husband is having chemotherapy. The front desk staff is so pleasant and makes checking easy and the rooms are very clean and comfortable which is why we keep returning to this same Hotel.

I did not get to stay. When I was checking in they would not except my card for the 75 doller incidental fee, even though it is the same card I used to pay for the room. We had a short time at the hotel as we went to a concert and walked over to the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. It was super handy and everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean hotel! We would definitely go back!

The room I paid and booked were two rooms each with two queen size beds and I was given rooms with twin beds. Not the best stay this year.

Small room, but clean! Excellent staff! Kind of an older hotel with a cool layout. Everything is updated nicely, so it feels quite fresh and clean. Parking is an extra, pretty hefty fee, but there's no valet so you don't have to worry about waiting and tipping every time you come and go, so that's nice! I've stayed at quite a few hotels in the area and the Crowne Plaza is a great place and good value for the area! Cannot emphasize enough how great the staff is!

Great place to stay as long as you stay in the hotel! In the one night that my daughters and I stay they we saw 2 people overdosed on the sidewalk just outside of the parking area. There is also a homeless camp right next to the parking area.

Room quality is above standard - neat and tidy, very few dirty spots. Hotel staff are friendly and willing to help. Hotel offers on site fitness room and swimming pool/hot tub. In the lobby there are plenty of tables and seats for you to chill out and relax as long as you like. There's a snack bar and restaurant if you want to grab something to eat/drink. Parking fee is $27/day which makes sense and it's safe to park your car there overnight. I suggest the hotel can provide guests with some necessities like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, water cups, etc. Will come back again.

Late concert, desk staff closed food store to work on paperwork. There was 4 different groups that would have like to stay at hotel and eat. Staff was not going to allow us to get food. I had 3 minor girls with me and had to drive somewhere to get them food then lost my hotel parking and had to park off road. Just was poor planning for staff to have closed when it was obvious concert had just ended short time before that. Not putting existing customers ahead of his “paperwork”. I’ve stayed many times for concerts and never been turned down for purchasing food from self serve market that is offered.it was obvious that us customers were annoying him.

We were here to attend a concert at the Moda Center. The hotel is very convenient- just a short walk to the venue. The restaurant/bar has good food at a fair price and the staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable!

This is a beautiful propery with every amenity imaginable. The staff is very professial and helpful. Best of all, within walking distance to Moda Center and Veterans Arena.

The phone kept making a beeping noise. at midnight then 2 am 3am it was the worse.

The bed was hard and there was a lump in the middle. The pillows were pretty flat.

The bedding was clean, so that was a bonus. There was visible gunk spilled all over the elevator floors. I think the worst part is I sat in the hot tub and couldn’t figure out what the foam on the top layer was until I seen a giant layer of grime float towards me with hair in it. Needless to say, I went back to my room and I cleaned myself. The bed was really hard and I now have a kink in my neck. Quite honestly disappointed that I spent that much money to stay somewhere that was that uncomfortable. I’ve booked the trip to Portland at this hotel for self-care. I was undoubtably disappointed. The only reason why even booked at this hotel is because the Porter had no available beds for my date. Also I’m pretty sure that my lotion was soap and the conditioner in the shower was weird in my hair.

Paid for a king suite and breakfast for two did not get any breakfast voucher for breakfast mention of it anything and then was charged additional for parking when the desk said it was included in stay then when I called and explained to whoever answered I got hung up on waste of almost $300 for one night room with a beautiful view is what we were told are view was just the senior center what a joke

We really appreciated the team in restaurant, check in, and felt seen. They remembered us at our last stay and we felt it was like a second home. The boxcar restaurant was welcoming and food was delicious.

It was all good except a couple of things. I didn’t feel comfortable walking to the nearest convenience store due to the distance and that it was at night and late. In my room everything was neat clean except of a glaring brown stain on the white bedspread. It was probably a coffee stain but it was missed by cleaning staff.

The AC situation in the room was not good. The room remained at 72 degrees on a hot Saturday. Not very ideal to keep cool or sleep through the night. Parking is equally not the best. If you don’t park near the front entrance you have a long way to walk.

We have stayed at this hotel several times for events in the area. There are not enough parking spots so you have to park somewhere else unless you arrive early and don't leave. The hotel itself is a little beat up but everything is clean and the staff are very nice.

We were not allowed to have the breakfast that we paid for. They said Expedia did no include the breakfast payment I made for seven rooms at $35 per room for each day. So we had to go and have breakfast outside the hotel. I want Expedia to look into this and send me a refund. Thanks

Our tiny room was mostly clean, but the black mold in the shower was not okay. The safety lock was busted off- very unsettling. The in-room coffee maker was a huge disappointment in the morning when I discovered all pods were for tea, not even a decaffeinated coffee. The area was sketchy and all hotel parking was full. Not up to IHG standards and we definitely would never stay there again.

So the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The BIG negative is that there was a wedding onsite so the music kept us up - we could hear it in the fourth floor. If staying here make sure there isn’t an event or you may not be getting the quiet you would expect

I love this hotel, we stay here every time we’re in portland and never have had any issues. However this time our room was at the end of the hall and seemed to be under construction because it had a non functioning kitchenette, we usually have more space for us to have our own set areas when getting ready but this time we weren’t able. but again the employees are always so kind, the room was clean and comfortable so besides that little con everything was good!

Overall the stay was fine; the neighborhood has some good places to eat within walking distance, but a lot of transients. The hotel itself is terribly dated, paint chipping off the walls, a ton of dust on the ceiling in our room. The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean but there an overall smell of like dust or dinginess. We stayed here years ago and it was much nicer. It’s definitely in the 2 star tier, IMO. The saving grace was the beds are super clean and comfy. Property is in need of a major overhaul.

Parking is a little bit on the tighter side, we have an SUV. Overall, great stay, nice area and we felt safe. Very close to the convention center and could have easily done the 10 minute walk to and from.

We are small town folks. Had to be in town for a medical procedure. The facility is clean and safe in a difficult neighborhood. Well done with regards to the surroundings you cannot change.

Hot tub and pool were fun. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Quiet room was much appreciated.

The hotel is in a very good place, and the reception we got was good from workers.

Staff was great, fantastic soap, etc does not make up for single ply and peeling wallpaper. Parking was limited and rather pricey.

The room was OK but a bit smaller than the other rooms on the same floor. The reason of my review being average, it is because the complementary shuttle was not available for pick up. We were just a few blocks away from the hotel but when it’s raining, we had the expectations that they will pick us up. It didn’t happen. A bit disappointing.

The room was neat, clean , quiet and comfortable. I wish there was a way to turn off the fan without turning off the whole heat/cool system. Also, no towel racks. These are minor items.

Parking. Lot was easy to navigate, thankfully there was a lower parking lot as well as the upper filled up on Saturday quickly.

I noticed people looking for parking spaces at the end of the day and I hope y’all aren’t selling more parking spaces than you have available! Otherwise everything was perfect

Checked in with woman whom was less than personable. After getting into our room we find a dirty cleaning rag on the floor, dirty mirror, and stains on my top sheet. I called to the front desk and spoke with a gentleman named Orion. He came right up with keys to another room and was apologetic and kind. Our new room didn’t have the same issues, however about 30 minutes in we realized we left a backpack in the last room. I called down and spoke to a lady. I told her we left a bag and if someone can come up and let us retrieve it. We were only around the corner and said I will wait at the door. Well I waited about 10 minutes before calling back down to the lobby. Logan answered the phone and I filled him in on what happened and how I was waiting there. At that time I hear someone telling him to talk to the lady about it. She proceeds to tell him that someone went up there and looked into the room and nothing was there. I expressed how this isn’t possible as I have been waiting here and no one showed up. At that time Logan said he would be right up and he was. He opened the door for us and the bag was right there inside. I thanked him and he was the only person putting forth any effort to help us retrieve our personal belongings. These were my personal items, my clothing, medication, ect. and they lied right to me because they didn’t want to go up and check. Huge thank you to Logan, whom is the only honest and reputable employee you have.
