Traveling with our son’s family so appreciate the roomy suites!! Also the pool, hot tub and generous breakfast buffet!

This hotel is very clean, quiet and provides easy access to Portland airport. Spacious breakfast area that offers some good food choices. I would recommend this hotel.

Very basic 1 night stay prior to flying out the next morning. Check in employee was quick and to the point but also did not give any additional information about the property, such as mentioning their airport shuttle, WiFi, amenities, etc. Beds were comfortable.

Really a top grade hotel at a great price. I was very impressed with the room, staff, breakfast, and quality of the accomodations. Shower water pressure was a bit lower than I like to get, just a minor complaint! Will seek out to stay here again next time!

the breakfast lady does a spectacular job of making sure the breakfast area is clean and everything is full and sometimes when you have whole baseball teams it is not easy. the staff is very accamodating with our needs i an a fresh air person and the room is difficult to just let fresh air in. The thermostat only allows for air conditioning or heating. Since Portland has mild climate a fair amount it would be nice if you could just circulate fresh air in thru system and use less electricity. t

We were allocated a disability room despite being able bodied and booking months ahead. That was not a problem initially as it was just 1 night. When I went to shower we found the shower head was not held by the clamp and very low. It would not stay in shower position. My hubby held it for me so I could shower. The nozzles were spraying sideways so I went to rub the silicon to straighten them but noticed the shower head was covered in a brown substance. It was nasty. I requested to be moved. They accommodated us. The blind was also broken and would not close. Reception staff were good. Breakfast good. The other room was fine.

Rooms were a bit noisy. Our room would literally shake when people walked down the stairway and when people were walking in their room above us.Also the water they had available in lobby was not changed while we were there, so a bit warm.

My husband and I have stayed here many, many times. I had to come to PDX because my daughter is in ICU. I called last Thursday and explained my situation. At noon, on 4/24 my room was all ready. Check in was super quick. I was supposed to leave on 5/1 but needed to stay longer. The hotel was booked for the weekend! Joe, the manager, told me to wait a day. Someone canceled and he was able to keep me my same room. Everyone is very helpful 🙂 The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job.

Nice clean room. There were some hairs in the towels and the room had a weird smell. The bed was comfortable and the staff nice.

It is not a horrible place, the cost was low and breakfast good. However if you are a light sleeper you may want to consider either asking for a room away from the street or spend a little more money.

Pool needed chemicals, the water was a greenish color. Hot tub was very foamy on the second day I was there. I couldn’t see the water at all just a thick layer of white foam. My son and I were only able to use the pool or hot tub one night (after waiting a reasonable 20 min). The remaining two nights were very busy with one or more families that had 6+ kids that which were continually in the pool and hot tub. We checked several different times throughout the afternoon and evening but it was full.

We were in Portland for a short trip to visit a relative. Comfort Suites met all of our expectations and then some! Our room was very clean and more than adequate to meet our needs for 3 nights. We especially appreciated the nice sitting area in our room, the ample complementary breakfast, and the airport shuttle service. We will definitely plan to stay at this hotel when we return to Portland.

Room was clean, easy access to hotel off the 205, ample parking, surprisingly quiet for the busy area, pool and hot tub were nice. We had little interaction with staff except at check- in and check-out, but the small interaction we had the staff were hospitable and friendly. Easy and fast check-in process. Only stayed one night and didn't make it down in time for breakfast, but we would certainly stay again.

Staff is lovely. Hotel decor is a little tired, but the bathroom lighting was THE best I've ever experienced, even at luxury hotels. All I needed was a comfortable place to sleep for a few nights on a business trip, working in Vancouver and Portland suburbs. This filled the bill. Although I didn't make use of the free breakfast, there was a terrific variety of choices. The nearby JawFish restaurant was a bonus find.

Just here for a brief overnight stay. Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast selection was not overdone and food was fresh and tasty. I'm happy with my decision to stay here and will stay here again.

Cleanliness of hot tub

I was quite impressed with the comfort of both the mattresses and pillows. Wow, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Breakfast bar is fair. I realize powdered eggs are often used in places such as this, but overall it was good with a decent assortment of things to choose from. Everything was very clean, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful while I was there.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. There were real omelettes on offer, as well as yogurt and fresh fruit. To top it off, the rate was really reasonable, and include transportation from the airport

I’ve stayed here before which is why when I needed to stay in Portland again I came back here. I knew there was a convenient parking lot and is in a very nice and safe area. The hotel itself is nice— the rooms themselves are very nice, roomy and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good, I tend to have low expectations for hotel breakfast but I was shocked; the biscuits and gravy were great! Though I haven’t needed to use it yet, it’s also really nice that they have shuttles to the airport. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Really nothing but good things to say and I’m sure I’ll be back!

The room was okay. Some of the furnishings were worn out. The fire alarm went off about 20 minutes after I fell asleep. False alarm, but not sure of origin. Noisy from airport.

I usually stay at Marriott properties but chose this based on price. The lobby was less then but has a strangely grand chandelier. However the rooms are wonderful. The bathroom was gleaming.

Everything at the hotel was as good as it gets. Only complaint was about the shuttle service. The driver didn’t seem concerned about our urgency to get to the airport and she had a sour attitude.

No shuttle driver available so they sent me an Uber. The bed was great; and a choice of pillow hardness, oh joy. So often hotel pillows are fat and hard! Breakfast was good.

We stayed here before and after a trip. Upon check in we arranged for their shuttle service to/from the airport. When it was time for the shuttle in the morning there wasn't one, and they called an Uber. We were told to call the hotel when we had our luggage after the trip and the shuttle would get us. It took 4 phone calls before anyone would answer. Then the person that did answer was terribly rude and scolding us saying they don't have a shuttle driver, yet we had arranged and paid for this service. They sent us an uber driver again, after multiple unpleasant phone calls. Once at check in we just wanted to leave, but the room had already been paid for and it was late at night so we still kept the room. This will be our last time staying there, and we had been repeat customers for years. It keeps going downhill overall and the lack of friendly customer service is more and more noticeable to the point that it is uncomfortable.

I found the description lacked clear communication. The workers lacked communication skills. The park and fly feature is a joke

The property had easy access to the freeways and the airport, which made it easy to do all the things we wanted. It felt safer than the other areas of Portland that we traveled to. Breakfast was great and changed every day. The only issue we had was that we asked them to clean our room, and they did not do it.

What we didn't like was the WIFI service. The free option was a measly 15 mbps, and it was very hard to access from my laptop most of the time. Also, even though I signed up for their rewards program, which promised improved WIFI, I still had to watch a commercial every time I logged on. Also, housekeeping is available only every three days, which seems chintzy, given that the room costs approximately $130 per night.

Honestly I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I’m not from Portland so I was just hoping that it was clean and in a decent area. I read plenty of reviews before booking, but a lot of the times people give out generous ratings and the place isn’t the best. I was genuinely relieved and impressed when I arrived. The hotel had plenty of parking and the location felt very safe. The entire hotel felt clean and new, the room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and they had a great breakfast buffet. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be staying here again.

cons: it seems only certain things are cleaned. •our bed linens were white, clean, and smelled fresh. However, the bed skirt had white stains on it 😞 •the lamp shade had two large orange stains on it. •the desk had a 50¢ size glob of goop on the top left side. •the baseboard in the bathroom had a red crusty stain on it. •the grouted tile floor had another crusty red/orange substance stuck on the grout in between a patch of tiles. We arrived at 11:30pm after a busy day and long car ride and went straight to sleep. It was in the morning when we woke up that we realized what condition the room was in. Unfortunately, I had to be at the hospital by 7:30am and had to rush out before i had a chance to speak with the front office.

complimentary Airport shuttle only leaves on the hour 4am and reservations needed or shuttle will not be there automatically. Website does not specify “park and fly” rate. it appears that you have to pay to park if you leave your car and use airport shuttle, it doesn’t say what the rate is per day. they charged me $50. The Sheridan offers free parking up to 14 days and airport shuttle. This should be advertised and explained clearly

Not much happening here. If you prefer 1999 brown carpets, noisy interior rooms, allowed smoking (at least weed) in rooms, and staff that rarely is available at the front desk, this is your place. Don't be fooled by the photos.

Clean, comfortable, good value. Also quiet, not always the case this near an airport. Decent Bar&grille restaurant in walking distance, also a convenience store. Breakfast was excellent--sausage gravy&biscuits, pancakes, waffles, and all the usuals. We'd stay again.

I always stay here when i fly in from HI several times a year. It's safe, great proximity to everything, indoor hot tub to soak is important to me-one of the very few in this area that has one, indoor pool, close to eating choices, store, freeway access, outlet mall, Free airport shuttle, free parking, reasonably priced.

2 night stay. Very great comfort. Very nice staff as well! Outside was kinda weird but other than that property was great!

The size of the room was great and very clean. I did not like that my son and i had to wait for 45 minutes to an hour for them to come pick us up. They acted like we were inconvenientsing them by having to send a driver from hotel to get us. The driver never said one word to us . I find that very rude.

Frankly, I feel that I was lied to and mis-lead, I booked at this location because they claimed to have airport shuttles but when I called them at 12:30 in the morning, they said oh no, we don’t run shuttles after midnight. they clamed it was in the fine print and blamed it on Hotels.com. So there I was stuck at the airport at 12:30 AM without a shuttle and then had to take a taxi who charged me 40 dollars to go 3 miles. I could’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel like Super 8 that I know from experience runs shuttles 24/7 but I thought I’d try something nicer only to discover that they weren’t providing the services. They said they were going to.

Although the place is a little dated. It was cozy and family friendly. I loved that water and coffee were readily available and appreciate the convenience of the parking as well as shuttle options.

Propety looms aged on outside. Elevator sentrance sits in hallway that faces wall 4 feet away.

Needed a place to stay while my daughter worked at the beginning of our stay. It was perfect. Wish there had been better communication about it or late checkout, but it all worked out. Breakfast was great!!!

Everyone I talked to from the front desk to the cleaning staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was recently remodeled and it was very thoughtfully done.

We stayed here after I had surgery at a nearby hospital. We needed a place to rest and heat up meals. I arranged for my wife to check into the room since I would be in surgery the first night. The reception staff were great and checkin went smoothly. The room was quiet and with a roomy refrigerator and even a freezer compartment and microwave it more than met our needs. The large shower and easy entry was ideal for me after surgery. Great place, good breakfast and good price!

We had a great stay for our ling weekend getaway! Our room was great, clean, comfy, and big! The young man working the desk at night was so very friendly and even taught us a few sayings in Jamaica! All in all great stay! Would recommend. Never felt unsafe on our girls trip!

We come through PDX frequently and this has become our go-to hotel. Good service, large rooms, relatively good breakfast, dining options nearby.

Close to the airport very convenient! The breakfast was a highlight. Only downside is the walls are very thin. We had two family parties on both sides of our room and they were extremely loud. It was a weekend so they were pretty packed and couldn’t move rooms.The rooms are outdated as well but very spacious. They had a shuttle that runs hourly. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the service because they didn’t have anything before 8am. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. This is a money saver hotel but don’t expect fancy.

The bed was not very comfortable, my back still hurts. Other than that everything else was good.

Really quiet. Breakfast was great and well-stocked. Many youth sports teams stayed here but never ran out of food. Room was very clean.

Everything was great except the guest on the floor above us, I did need to call front desk at 12am and let them know we were unable to sleep due to extremely loud guests they were stomping and running. About 20mins after I called they did seem to settle down not totally but better than they were for 2 hrs. However parking was great and the check in easy, kids enjoyed pool and hot tub.

Our room was very nice and clean and stocked with coffee and tea as well as bathroom supplies. I will try to book my stay with this hotel when I come to Portland again.

My only issue was the water pressure in the room. You had to take a 25min shower just get to the soap off the pressure was too low. Outside of that no other concerns.

The bathroom was fully renovated which is very good.

The only negative I have is regarding their airport shuttle. My flight started boarding at 4:30 and their shuttle doesn’t start until 4 am so I had to find a different way to the airport. I booked it because it stated that it provided airport shuttle. So just make sure you have a later flight.
