Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's central location and friendly staff, but have concerns about cleanliness and the surrounding area. The valet service is often praised, but the cost is a common complaint.
- Central location
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Cleanliness issues
- Surrounding area can be unsafe

Great experience with staff - they were super helpful and flexible around my departure (held bags, encouraged use of facilities post check-out).
- 5/5
Staff in the front lobby were amazing

Excellent hotel.
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay that has a very easy layout and just perfect for a weekend getaway in the downtown area
- 3.5/5
Staff was very nice although I called twice for toilet paper. I kept in mind maybe it was busy downstairs but also felt ignored as I had to call second time. I thought breakfast was included and free but had to pay extra. Wish it was more clear. Also the carpet was very bearded and snagged. Section should be replaced as my husband does flooring and we notice it really stands out. It pulled the over all look of place down a bit.
- 3.5/5
Room was too cold Room temperature
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in the heart of the Pearl District - spacious rooms with good lighting, drawers, fridge, and a very comfortable bed.
- 4/5
Clean and newer hotel. Staff were nice but not many available in restaurant. Area was ok.
- 5/5
Valet staff was so great!
- 3/5
Bed was super lumpy, and our coffee maker didn’t work. But the worst part was we could hear the next door room completely. They watched tv with music until 2 AM on our first night making it very difficult to sleep. Staff were always friendly and I loved the location of the hotel. It was easy to walk to some great places. Tried to save money parking in the lot across the street instead of valet and someone hit our car on our bumper so maybe pay the extra money and use their valet.
- 5/5
Good area
- 5/5
Beautiful property, nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfy and the room had everything I could need. I enjoyed the neighborhood as there were good restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance!
- 4/5
Great spot for light sleepers, given the quiet neighborhood and poured cement floors that block any sounds of heavy footsteps from upstairs guests. Note that the “cooling drawer” in the rooms are not little refrigerated drawers. It’s just a drawer that you can keep an ice bucket in.
- 4.5/5
We had a great stay at Canopy by Hilton Portland Pearl District. The location was perfect—close to Powell’s Books, Screen Door, with easy freeway access and the metro nearby, which made getting around really convenient. The hotel has a stylish boutique vibe, and our room was spacious and very comfortable for two people. The king bed and pillows were especially cozy, and we appreciated having plenty of outlets and charging ports for our devices. I loved that we had access to the the ice machine, water refill station and microwave close to the elevator. Bonus: free coffee and cold water in the lobby sitting area, there's a gym on the top floor and roof top access. The staff were friendly enough and helpful when needed. I would definitely stay here again. Front desk service was efficient overall—the night staff were warm and welcoming, while daytime interactions felt a bit less personable (not a terrible thing but just something I noticed). Also, the lobby scent was quite strong upon entry, which may be noticeable for those sensitive to fragrances, especially during allergy season.
- 5/5
Great option to stay in Downtown. It’s always our first choice.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful, and their restaurant was not overly priced. The central air-conditioning in our room was a bit noisy in heat mode, but they brought us a silent area heater to address that since it was a weekend, and there was no maintenance staff available.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service especially by JR! Same way to Lacey and Allegra. Thank you for the breakfast credit.
- 3/5
The hotel was fine in other respects but I would most likely not stay here again.
- 4/5
Cute hotel in a great location. Interesting aesthetic with unfinished concrete floors in the rooms, not really what I was expecting at a Hilton. Beds were okay, little firm. Room was nice and clean. My only real complaint was that the soaps were SO perfumey that I couldn't use them. If you are at all scent sensitive, bring your own hand soap and shampoo!
- 0.5/5
Everything was really bad.
- 4/5
Easy check-in-out. Good valet service. Decent room. Great location. Breakfast food service was slowwww plus misorders, and eggs not cooked properly. That’s the biggest ding here. Bar inventory was weak but not a biggie. Hotel staff and valet service were on it.
- 2/5
This is a beautiful place - and the front desk staff was friendly - but the area is fraught with
- 5/5
This was my first time to Portland. Everything was excellent. The bartender (Gabe) was a great as well! He sold us on some of the amazing items off the menu for dinner. The food was spectacular by the way. Definitely took the time to share some cool stories and recommend some amazing local places. I would come back again for sure with staff like him. Thanks for everything Gabe!
- 5/5
I had a great experience at this trendy property and the staff were great. Having access to the amenities while waiting a few hours for my room was a plus. The area is fantastic as so much is walkable and convenient. The rooms offer everything you need and the cleanliness level is stellar.
- 3/5
No hot water morning of last day of stay.
- 2/5
They were out of half of the breakfast menu, no to go containers and very short staffed. The majority of the staff we encountered were not concerned about taking care of their guests or making sure we had what we needed. Would not stay here again.
- 2/5
Location Quiet Comfortable beds No room service. No refrigerator. No vending machines. No place to get a glass of milk before bed unless you want to get dressed and go down to the bar. Dirty and stained carpet. Breakfast service took more than 1/2 hour for three customer tables.
- 5/5
Very comfortable hotel with easy access to food venues in the area.
- 5/5
Very informal front reception area
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff.
- 4/5
However, the front desk team is the absolute heartbeat of this hotel. Alex Araiza went above and beyond to handle our frustrations with grace, professionalism, and genuine care. He is the primary reason we are leaving with a positive impression of the service, even if the facilities fell short. If you stay here, you’ll be in great hands with the staff, especially Alex.
- 0.5/5
We found ticks in our room. We ended up switching rooms. The hotel didn’t do anything for us.
- 4/5
The room was very nice. There was no cleaning/house keeping/restocking after my first night there.
- 5/5
Room was perfect: clean, spacious. Location to a variety of all things Portland were easily accessible and walkable. Loved it.
- 5/5
Great location Great price Clean rooms and upgraded facility Nice staff
- 5/5
Amazing experience. They were very accomodating. Wonderful time here and just loved the experience overall
- 5/5
Love the staff! Very friendly!
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable. Light fixtures worked well. Bathroom was clean. Staff were efficient. Building amenities are modern and felt spacious. The 'Welcome' video that plays ad-nauseum on a loop is very annoying, particularly when you can then hear it through the walls from the adjacent unoccupied room all night. If not for the very comfortable bed this would have been a real nightmare.
- 3/5
The room was
- 5/5
Helpful staff
- 5/5
3rd stay. As mentioned in my previous reviews, the main appeal for me was the hotel’s proximity to Union Station. My stay was comfortable and had no issues.
- 5/5
A lovely hotel
- 4/5
The room was spotless and the staff was extremely responsive. We had an issue with the next door guest that had music playing loud enough for use to hear so their dog that was in the room alone would not bark. When they got back to their room after 1:00 a.m., they watched a movie that was equally loud. We knocked and complained and they did turn it down. But it would be best if the TV volume was limited as to not disturb the other guests. Also, the barn doors and the door to the hallway are not soft close so that was a bit jarring to hear from the other rooms and our own if it was opened or closed too fast.
- 4/5
Clean, modern rooms Bar menu left a lot to be desired.
- 3/5
Cons: no lunch served (contrary to listed info), deferred maintenance - assigned room had non working heater, second room had squeaky running heater fan, didn't have a car but valet parking was pricey.
- 1.5/5
When we came to checking in at 4p they made us wait for an hour until we got into our room.Rooms are very small and not clean, there is carpet stain and beds are not comfortable, it does not feel like a 4 star hotel. The hotel located next to a lot of homeless and drug dealers area. And the cherry on top, our car got broken into in the parking lot that belongs to the hotel. Not worth the money and doesn’t feel safe!!
- 4/5
we didn't have the breakfast - the staff was nice and it was all good we will be back!
- 4/5
The overnight staff was AWESOME and attentive. It was just 2 blocks from the train station.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and location was in a great area. Would recommend!
- 5/5
Nice staff and clean room. Good location to walk to Moda Center.
- 5/5
Clean room, good amenities.
- 3/5
Room was clean and in good condition. The property does not have its own restaurant. They have breakfast service by contract with an onsite cafeteria. I did not like it. A bit complicated, stand in line order your breakfast….. if you reserve room with breakfast included, this means that the hotel calculates an average daily allowance for your breakfast, if you go over this allowance you will be charged extra. Items left behind are sent to you by a company that obligates you to use PayPal to pay for the shipping charges. PayPal is a high security risk, it is highly hacked
- 4.5/5
The place is neat, nicely decorated with a modern touch, the staff is friendly, the room was great, the location convenient, and the breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and the stay was great! Staff was amazing as well!
- 4/5
Nice lobby & bar area. Friendly staff. Clean.
- 5/5
Great location and clean rooms
- 3/5
Frankly there were some issues booking, changing the reservation, bad communication from the hotel and hotels.com, and the room was just meh...
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff and the room was very clean
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Breakfast little slow. Cafe staffs seems stressed, no smile on their faces. Don’t seems like to serve.
- 5/5
Excellent facility, kind and helpful staff, walkable to almost everything! I highly recommend this hotel!
- 4/5
Hotel was great except for the parking situation with valet waiting 30 min. Otherwise a great spot.
- 4/5
Ice machine and room refrigerator not working
- 5/5
Do wish breakfast was served a touch later but all in all loved the stay
- 5/5
Pleasant stay with clean rooms, kind staff, and easy access to all the places we wanted to go.
- 5/5
Gorgeous property! The artwork around the hotel is fantastic. The beds were so comfortable and the showers were hot! Great place to stay.
- 5/5
Great property in a beautiful, walkable area of Portland, Oregon. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful!
- 4/5
The property was nice but the area is riddled with homeless people in every direction which did not bring a feeling of safety on a vacation. It’s obviously a horrible societal issue and not any fault of the hotel. But I think it’s something people should know because when you look up pearl district, it says it’s one of the nicest districts, but staying closer to the Japanese garden. Washington Park area would’ve been much nicer.
- 5/5
Nice coffee set up. Greater attention needed on ice and water dispensing systems. Several were out of order or needed a filter change or both.
- 5/5
excellent staff and great breakfast
- 5/5
Great location. Clean room
- 5/5
the hotel is excellent
- 2/5
The hotel was understaffed. The room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon and only after requesting several times. Breakfast in the morning was a fiasco. Free coffee and cups were gone by 8 am and to place an order for food or specialty drinks took 40 minutes. Only two people were working so it was not their fault. But for a hotel this is unacceptable and for what we paid for we were insulted.
- 5/5
Great location with clean, gorgeous rooms.
- 5/5
Perfect location for walking to a lot of fantastic dining options and other attractions in the city. Staff was super friendly, bed was comfortable, and we liked the filtered water stations throughout. We will definitely return next time we have a Portland trip.
- 5/5
Great location. Rooms are big and clean (most importantly) water stations out side of room, coffee maker in room, shampoo conditioner ect.
- 5/5
Nice property, clean with good service
- 4/5
Overall pretty good. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. On the other hand there were a lot of external noises in the morning disturbing sleep. Not sure if it was from tv’s in adjoining rooms or what. At 7:30 am there was a fast thumping noise that lasted 25 minutes. Also, a little standing dust on surface of coffee service area and bathroom.
- 4/5
Nice staff and clean rooms. Parking very expensive.
- 5/5
The staff is always so friendly. This is my third time staying here and this time it was for a staycation. It never disappoints. The staff is wonderful, the food is always good, and the rooms are clean. My only downside is the nightly valet price is quite high. Outside of that, I always enjoy my stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with a lot of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Great hospitality, easy valet, friendly front desk staff and bartending/baristas. If you're up for a longer jaunt, check out the Nob Hill district just about a 20 minute walk too. The only thing we had issue with is noise at night - both from the street below and what seem to be thin walls between rooms (or just noisy neighbors). Otherwise, the best time. Thank you for having us, Canopy!
- 4.5/5
Great staff, great location and very comfortable beds. Only thing I didn't love were the cement floors in the room. However, they were consistant with the style.
- 3.5/5
Nice I thought food was free but we paid for it. But food for breakfast was very good. Need to take breakfast out of comments .
- 4/5
The location is great and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful; however, the room itself wasn’t well kept. A lot of the rug was pulled up and there were some stains.
- 2/5
there was no hot water for shower at night, the bed was uncomfortable and the carpet was dirty.
- 3/5
Late-evening checkin agent very pleasant and accommodating. Valet service for car a plus. The fact it was 1/3 the price of the room is a bit extreme. Surrounding area is sketchy with homeless on the street down the block. I'm not comfortable walking the streets in Portland at night. Room smells of mildew due to a leak in a service area across from the room where there is a fan placed in front of the open water stained cabinet which is blowing smelly air under the threshold of the room. Noisy refrigerator. Drapes unhooked aprox one foot at each end so they are hanging. Bathroom simple, shower basin looks yellowed from age or wear. Nice Apothek amenities, but very limited. Sheets are average probably 300TC poly cotton blend - basic hotel sheets.
- 3/5
Was a fine hotel for one night but probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
- 5/5
Otherwise, the room is clean. Outside is relatively quiet. Free breakfast.
- 1/5
We had no hot water for showers. Car was broken into at parking lot across street that the valet person told us to park in. Just a miserable stay.
- 4/5
Hotel and room is clean and very friendly front desk!
- 4/5
Breakfasts was good but slow.
- 2/5
The room service was inexistent. Leak from the shower flooding the rest of the bathroom. Coffeee maker did not work. In the hallway, the water and ice dispennser were broken. My experience was very deceiving. I paid almost 150 dollars per night for a terrible room and experience like hasn't been acceotable.
- 4/5
We had a couple hiccups during our stay, however the staff quickly corrected the issue. The location is great.
- 5/5
Room was nice, roof top was sweet. The cleanliness and facilities I think were nice but only slight bummer was the shared microwave can get a little dirty depending on the other guests. Also, the walls are understandably hotel thin so could hear next room opening drawers and of course when the cleaning service is going on.
- 4/5
Nice, walkable neighborhood.
- 5/5
We had a lovely experience!
- 4/5
Parking price is excessive.
- 5/5
Did not like that check in was so late then the rooms were still not ready for the price we pay for one night without parking
- 5/5
The property was unique. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. The lobby was cute. The room was a little outdated, but the bed was super comfortable which made of for it. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A real plus!
- 5/5
It was in a quiet area and near a nice grocery store, restaurant, and Hello from Portland shop.
- 5/5
We were coming in with two littles from a full day of travel on planes and were kind of a hot mess. This staff was so friendly and helped us get settled. The hotel is beautiful and the bar area is great!
- 5/5
The stay was wonderful. Tim’s are well appointed and very comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Note: The one bummer- found the bar to be an absolute mess. Terrible service including missing glassware, opened unavailable and lazy, disinterested, confusing bar worker . Luckily there are lots of great cocktail bars in walking distance. Go elsewhere for drinks
- 5/5
Great hotel close to many restaurants and bars. One of the best coffee and pastry shops is right around the corner - Nuvrei. Great service and vibe. Have stayed here a couple of times - it’s our go-to when visiting our son in Portland.
- 5/5
Loved the room size and the sliding doors and decor
- 4/5
The room was nice, and everything was very comfortable. The reason for four stars is because our room wasn’t cleaned, which was strange and by the time we realized it was too late to ask it to be cleaned.
- 3/5
However, the absence of daily room cleaning was disappointing. Additionally, the eco-friendly lighting system caused the bathroom lights to turn off during showers, which was inconvenient. For longer stays, fresh towels must be requested by messaging the staff. While this system works, it may not be ideal for guests who prefer minimal interaction. The check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM also felt somewhat restrictive. On a positive note, the hotel is located in a safe neighborhood During our stay in Oregon, it was raining, and we requested umbrellas—an amenity commonly available at other Hilton properties—but were informed that all umbrellas were currently in use and unavailable. While there were some highlights, I’m unlikely to stay at another Hilton Canopy location in the future
- 5/5
We stayed here before embarking on a two day train trip from Portland Union Station. Great location. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. We love the neighborhood but be prepared to walk past unhoused people if you come through old town area. Hotel was great. Friendly, clean, new. Great public transportation
- 2/5
Refrigerator did not work. Coffee pot did not work.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very clean, drinks/food at the restaurant are delicious. We will certainly book again!
- 4/5
The staff were all professional, helpful and working hard (could have used more staff so there was a barista and/or coffee available). The building, design and concept was very appealing. The rooms could use some deep cleaning…corners were yucky and the rug was gross!
- 4/5
Nice front desk staff (Ren)
- 2/5
Location: The location was excellent—central and convenient. No complaints here. Housekeeping and Cleanliness: This was the most frustrating part of the stay. Despite the hotel’s stated policy of daily housekeeping, our room was cleaned only once. We made repeated requests at the front desk each day, but they were consistently ignored. When we raised complaints, the staff offered only a generic apology with no explanation or resolution. Customer Service: The service was well below what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. Staff were unresponsive to our requests for housekeeping and basic amenities like towels. There was a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. Room Quality: The room was average. The comforter was subpar, and the bathroom lacked basic toiletries like soap and lotion. We had to request these multiple times before they were finally provided. Overall, this stay was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. We requested the front desk to contact the hotel manager, but we never could get hold of that person. I wish I could get my money back.
- 4/5
Drawbacks: Street noise even on the fifth floor. Parking is $55 a night, valet only.
- 5/5
Absolutely love that Ginger and Alan reached out with recommended for food and activities.
- 3/5
Great hotel!
- 5/5
Beautiful and relaxing hotel in the heart of the Pearl District
- 5/5
Clean hotel in a convenient location near many great restaurants.
- 5/5
Great hotel very close and convenient for what we needed to do. Had a mixed bag on experience with the staff. Some were fantastic others didn't seem like they wanted to be there
- 5/5
Parking is expensive
- 4/5
We liked this hotel a lot but not the noise from street level. Ask to be on the other side. The valet that greeted us was so kind and we appreciated his help with my dog. We had a fantastic breakfast and latte (thanks to Xavier!) and would definitely return. Being woke up at 5:30am for the 45min trash compactor outside our window was rough but the bed was super cozy and they had lovely shower gels, etc. One thing that wasn't alerted-they charge $50/night for dogs. Just FYI. We didn't know that.
- 3/5
I think the self parking lot across the street would be a better option for next time
- 5/5
Great location. Clean.
- 4/5
Great location and wonderful staff - rooms were lovely for the evening we were there.
- 5/5
All around great deal for the price. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Property was nice but parking was sometimes an issue
- 5/5
Great morning coffee options
- 5/5
Nice friendly staff, clean room with comfortable beds
- 5/5

- 5/5
close to downtown
- 5/5
Clean spacious rooms in a nice neighborhood
- 2/5
Rooms and bathrooms were dirty, would not stay again.
- 5/5
The room was spacious, modern and comfortable with a great bathroom/shower. There was a bar and restaurant and the food and drinks were very good. The staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
It was short but amazing. I am fully rested
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice. The restaurant/bar has a limited menu but everything was good. Would be a 5 star review but the mattress in 308 was way too worn/soft we were rolled to the middle every night. Bad backake two of the three night stay.
- 4/5
Good location in the Pearl District, but some nearby blocks may be sketchy.
- 5/5
Super easy to check in, the room was great and so clean. Would recommend this place to any of our friends. Amazing pretzel and beer cheese at the bar downstairs!
- 5/5
Great vibe. The Vaux restaurant in Canopy was perfect for drinks, breakfast and even a dinner. Very helpful staff.
- 5/5
I would stay here again due to the food we had at the restaurant hotel. Hats off to the chef. Amazing food
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. Convenient location.
- 4/5
The customer service of every single person who works here alone, is enough reason to stay at this hotel.
- 2/5
I was happy to find a very nice Hilton property at a good price; big mistake on my part. Canopy never again.
- 5/5
Good area in the Pearl District within walking distance of most hubs and food.
- 5/5
Nice all the way around
- 5/5
There was an issue but the front desk corrected immediately

- 5/5
The property is very clean and close to a bunch of restaurants. The check-in process was very easy and fast.
- 5/5
Our stay was absolutely amazing! Great food, great service. Love the exercise facility and the view from it! I will be staying again. Also Valet was super fast and friendly!
- 5/5
SUPER friendly staff! Very welcoming, clean, and walkable!
- 5/5
This property I’ve stayed at twice and will continue. They celebrated my husbands new job and birthday with such a lovely note and gift. Thank you for making our stay so special!!!
- 5/5
Was a great price for the area.
- 5/5
Great staff and very convenient
- 5/5
Breakfast was great! The mattresses were not comfortable, too soft. Other than that it was a great experience. I thought the room layout and decor were great. We bought the breakfast option and it exceeded what I’d ever expect for a hotel breakfast!
- 5/5
I loved my stay here, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The bed was super comfortable. More comfortable that other known hotels I've been to. My only complaint is that the refrigerator in my room didn't work and all of my leftovers went to waste! Overall 5/5.
- 5/5
Clean, modern, and stylish. Although I had to park on the street (valet as $55), I loved the hotel. Nice location. Affordable.
- 5/5
There is a parking lot across the street for 24 hour parking. The happy hour abs breakfast were not included in the room price. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our tv wasn't working in our room, so we couldn't watch the game, and someone came from maintainance and fixed it within 15 minutes. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and there's a refillable water station in the halfway.
- 4/5
Service in-house was adequate Dining was good Shopping subpar as Portland downtown still suffers from Mayor Wheelers poor decisions- boarded up store fronts
- 5/5
We absolutely loved our stay at Canopy in the Pearl District. The hotel was quiet, very clean and staff was extremely accommodating. The restaurant attached, Vaux, we also convenient and good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- 5/5
Service was excellent
- 4/5
I stay at the Canopy every time I am in town for business. It is small, quiet and well staffed. I love the water stations on each floor and the glass jar provided.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff
- 5/5
Easy access to public transportation. The facility is well kept, clean, and new. Some deep cleaning in the room (wall to floor, curtain stains, dusting headboard) might be needed, but very good overall. Avoid east to waterfront area. The front desk receptionists, bartender, housekeeping staff are all very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
My husband and I enjoyed our time here. We arrived about 2 hours prior to check-in and was able to access our room with no additional fees. The staff is very friendly and greeted us whenever we left or came in. It was also easy to ask for an extra blanket since you can just text them!
- 5/5
Awesome staff. Great breakfast. Love the location.
- 5/5
Restaurant was a pleasant surprise, really good food and prices. Had a pizza, very good, and an omelette, breakfast was significantly better than a diner i went to a couple of times.
- 1/5
2. Sand, small wood mulch on the bed, just under the comforter. 3. Breakfast food is good-looking but tastes no good. 4. Noise. Sound insulation is not enough.
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay at Canopy in the pearl district. The hotel had a great vibe and was was relaxing. I loved hanging out at the bar and the bartender Chuck was the best! He's very nice and knowledgeable about local restaurants to visit. He made us some of the best drinks i have had.
- 5/5
Liked the bar area
- 5/5
Modern feel. Bar at the lobby. central location. walking distance to down town.
- 5/5
Great stay! Very nice hotel!
- 3/5
I slept in a bit, since it's so rare not needing to rush. I knew I had credits for breakfast, so I headed down there after packing up my stuff to leave. I got there about 20 minutes before breakfast was to end, and I asked the person at the front desk if breakfast was still on. They said it was definitely worth a try, it should be on until 11. However, it was pretty obvious that the person who took my order and the person who was cooking were not happy at all to have to serve me at that time. They were clearly ready to leave. I was left feeling a bit unwelcome especially, when I heard the cook say, "this is the last one!" Despite making me feel bad about being there, I tipped them well, thinking that might help.
- 5/5
We always stay at this hotel. Love it. The staff are s outstanding! There is a homeless problem around the hotel.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and property was clean.
- 3/5
The property does not have much necessary things in the room as comb, cotton swab. The rug is not clean
- 5/5
All good
- 1/5
It was very dirty .
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. I liked the bed. It was just soft enough. There are cold water stations to refill water bottles as well. The neighborhood was surrounded by great restaurants and interesting buildings and lots of trees.
