The shuttle service to and from the airport was so convenient.

A great place to stay! Breakfast was at the top end of typical hotel free breakfasts. Room was larger than typical.

The facilities were clean and as pictured on the website. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I appreciated the free cookies and coffee in the lobby and a nice workout room. Also very convenient for the airport or sightseeing.

Awesome breakfast

This hotel was very clean with friendly staff. The location is very close to the airport, but we were never bothered by the noise. We weren't able to stay for breakfast, but it smelled good. The price was very reasonable, and I will definitely stay here again for my next trip out of PDX.

Very helpful staff at all hours! Nice hot breakfast. Great variety of things to eat. Parking was easy, you just had to leave an overnight ticket in the car to make sure it was accounted for that it could be on the premises. Very glad the airport shuttle was available. And I loved the available water and coffee station at the front of the hotel, so convenient! I’d be happy to come back to this hotel!

A good size clean room. Quiet and a good location to launch from on your adventures. Breakfast was great And the staff amazing. I felt safe and comfortable here and it was quiet. I got my Game of Thrones marathon on because they have HBO. They start feeding you at 4am and don’t stop until 9 AM. I did not have time to check out the fitness center, but I had plenty of space to do my push-ups and situps and squats in the room. parking was easy And free. I don’t like surprises like when you get there and they tell you you have to pay to park or there’s amenity charges that just show up on your card out of nowhere because you use toilet paper. I recommend this place and will use it again.

Close to airport and one of the most affordable hotels near pdx. Took an early morning shuttle and it was on time and the driver was kind.

Had a handicap accessible room hoping for a walk-in shower go hated tub shower instead. Liked the rails in the bathroom though. Last day we extended and had to change rooms - handicap accessible room missing chair and bench.

I loved having an espresso machine in the lobby for a quick, free energy boost after a long trip and at breakfast daily. It's nesr the entry so it's available 24 hrs a day - which is perfect if you need to catch their shuttle for an early flight.

Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We took the shuttle to the airport and she drove us safely and on time. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic value and a safe and comfortable place to stay near the airport.

Black mold in shower and the whole room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was about average in terms of cleanliness overall but the smell of the cigarettes just overwhelmed everything. Room is dated and nothing special. Won’t stay again.

The staff were very friendly but there were some pretty major facility issues that means we should not have charged for our stay. Our fridge didn't work and we had to throw most of our groceries away after the first night(about$30 worth). We told the front desk and they said they'd replace it or fix it. Same broken fridge when we came back the second night with food/drinks we needed kept cool (another $20). On top of that, the water was turned off for party of the day and even 6 we went to shower that night, the tub turned brown. Two really major issues that matter more than almost anything else besides a clean bed were non-existent for our stay and yet we still had to pay the bill. That's not right.

Arrived late evening - staff was extremely nice and gave a lot of suggestions on places to visit while in the area and even on the coast to where I was heading next. Room was very nice, bed was comfy, plenty of parking, lots of options for breakfast. Nice place to stay if you need a place to crash by the airport.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The area was quiet and felt safe. It was close to the airport and other amenities. Can't wait to visit Portland again, and we will definitely be staying here again!

Not a great experience. As soon as you walk in, even with a prepaid booking, they want to charge $100 for "incidentals" which is refundable. Don't even provide water for drinking. Breakfast was probably below average.

It was surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. There was also ample free parking. Only a couple minor annoyances: The bathroom vent fan was very loud and did not seem to do much. It was tied to the light switch so there was no way to turn it off while using the bathroom. Second, in spite of the room size, which was big, there was only one chair and small table. There was plenty of room for a sofa or loveseat and coffee table. Instead, there was just a big empty space.

Parking was limited. Trash right out front making it look dirty. Staff were great!

One of the few airport hotels that doesn't have a parking fee. There's a hot breakfast too. Second time we've stayed there before we return on an early flight from Portland.

This hotel is 5 min from the airport. We stayed here the night before we flew out. The staff was nice and helpful. The property was well cared for and we felt safe. I would have been fine staying here alone too. They lock the doors to the outside and you use your keycard to enter for added security. Parking lot is well lit and lots of parking.

My rental car window was smashed in when I went to load the car in the morning. By conferring with others present, I learned that there had been 5 (five!) broken car windows/thefts in a single night the week before my stay. The hotel staff did not bother to disclose this when we checked in. In other words, they do not care in the least about your property or your safety. Avoid this Best Western like the plague!

Overall, enjoyable stay. Possible computer issues at check in. Afternoon traffic jam nearby (122nd and Airport Way) was terrible. Room (#106) was clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have separate light and fan switches in bathroom. Breakfast was average.

The hotel was close to the Portland airport and provided a shuttle from and to the airport. Morning breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Very good facility to stay overnight during travel.

Run down rooms, pink mold in shower crevices, dinged up furniture, and bare bones basic room. Bed comfortable though. Next door neighbors were excessively loud after 11 so I let the staff know and they were responsive and took care of it. Overall, I’d pick another more updated hotel given the price point

I stayed here because it is so close to the airport and I am happy that I don’t hear the planes too bad and the neighbor next to me - cough - Hilton. The rates are fair - no car parking fees, close to a small pub, gas and easy to get to locally vs highway when it is rush hour.

Best Western by the Portland International Airport was great! Breakfast and free parking were included with our reasonably priced room. The mattress was super comfortable, and breakfast had many delicious hot and cold choices. If we ever come to Portland again in the future, we will stay here!

The bed is comfortable. The AC is not loud. Anthony is nice and respectful. We liked him that he gave us an option which floor we preferred. My husband’s iPhone accidentally locked that he couldn’t unlock. After looking online that the phone stores would close very soon and getting frustrated, I thought about asking for Anthony’s help. He was able to get it unlocked! Thanks Anthony from two elderly customers! God bless you!

Staff was super friendly. Property was clean and up to date. I liked that they had cold breakfast food out at 4am. The last few places I have stayed at didn’t start any breakfast food unit 6 am. I had a 5:25 am flight to catch so early breakfast was great.

Breakfast was the only negative. It needed to be better stocked. There were the oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal. There were no cups for coffee; I had to go looking for some in the lobby area. None of the food was labeled. You had to open each container to see what it contained.

From the check in with Vance, to the breakfast crew in the mornings (really sweet hospitable folks), to the friendly housekeeping staff... Everything was what I needed it to be. I have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Only downfall, there was no pool; However, I didn't come for that, so all was still awesome.

It was a nice stay. The staff from check in to the wonderful shuttle driver was excellent. Oscar, i believe was the shuttle driver, was very kind, helpful and a good driver. I would definitely stay here again.

I would've given 5 stars. But, shuttle to airport was a hassle with poor communication. Also, there was a smoke detector with a chirping low battery near our room. We heard it all night. Front desk said maintenance was advised but no one fixed it. We listened to it all night and didn't sleep much. Wished id staid at our normal hotel.

This seems to be our lodging of choice for traveling out of PDX. Convenient, quiet enough, reasonable price.

Got into room and there was big hair balls on floor behind door. Otherwise pretty clean. Biggest complaint was with the park and fly. Hardly a convenience, I overlooked the price when I scheduled our pick up but the price was $150. I could have parked in the short term garage for that price and not have to wait on a bus.

Picked this one using several review sites for the free airport shuttle and breakfast for my one Sunday night stay. Price was reasonable to me at about $120 prepaid and AMEX deal. Checked in about 7ish. The hotel had a system upgrade so had to wait about 20 minutes but the front desk woman was apologetic. Picked a room at the top third floor. Elevator worked. Has a water fountain with filter to fill up a bottle. First floor bathrooms do require a key and were nice. I had a room with comfy king bed with four pillows, desk with chair, comfy sitting chair, ottoman where I put my luggage, blackout curtains. Smart tv with cable and apps like Netflix. Fridge and keurig but did not use. Plug and USB charging options at the desk and one night stand. Shower had good pressure. Bathroom had a fan - stayed in hotels that don’t have these! Night lights at the door and bathroom. Had to wear a night mask for I’m sensitive to light when sleeping. Breakfast was good! Liked the hot options and good variety including biscuits and gravy - beats buying and waiting in line at the airport. Caught shuttle 30 minutes earlier than my original ask and I was the only other person on the shuttle. Promptly left on time. Used text to communicate with the property about a question on smart tv and they responded. Happy with hotel and would stay again. Did hear my neighbor snoring. Wonder if they could hear my loud tv.

Breakfast was good but lacks fresh fruits for a healthier option. Love the spacious hallway. Reception were welcoming and accommodating. The only flaw was the EV. We wanted to stay here because of the free EV charging option but there is only 1 available.

I stayed here as a solo traveler for 2 nights and had a great experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town, conveniently near the airport. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. It was big with modern, comfortable furniture, and updated fixtures. The room was very clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I loved the amenities and the free parking. There was also complementary breakfast with good hot and cold options. I would definitely stay here again. I think I made a great choice at an affordable price.

The bed was hard. It was nice that they had a soft and firm pillows to pick from. The area where the couch was located needed more lightning, at night we had to leave the bright hall light on when we sitting over on that side of the room. Breakfast was good. Lots of Bacon and your choice between an normal size waffle or small size. Which I thought was cute. Was near the airport, but only heard the planes when the window was open. We didn't need the shuttle but they did offer free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Only complaint I have was the bathroom door in room 315 was designed horribly. Had I been a bigger person I would’ve have been able to close the bathroom door.
