Remodel the rooms, or at least paint over the marks on the walls. Shower and bed were ok

Elegant rooms, warm staff, perfect location, delicious food, peaceful ambiance—this hotel made my stay truly relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed

The room smelled terrible and was very unclean. The door did not have a safe lock! Everything seemed rather run down and the place did not feel safe. Upon seeing the room, I chose to cancel my reservation, which cost an $80 cancellation fee... but later my credit card was charged a no-show fee of the full amount of the 4 nights that I was supposed to stay, which I now have to try to get returned.

Disguting.

It's old, dated and not appealing, it has a not so good history. I would only recommend if you are in a pinch.

Bathroom door extremely dingy and everything needs updating . No cover on bathroom fan, no lamp shade, bed linens although clean , were threadbare and no blankets- just sheet and thin cover. My mistake for not reading reviews and clicking’non- refundable’ - I guess I trusted Hotels.com to have a better vetting system.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The halls smelled like urine. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in many times. There was only one lock on the door. The room was clean but the sheets, pillow cases and towels were all stained. There was an argument outside my door at 5:00 am and the police were called. Took over a 1/2 hr to settle down. I probably got 3 hrs sleep all night. I will be glad to spread the word about this place and I will never be back!

I was able to manuever around other guests inside the property. The bottom floor of my stay was interesting that I actually got more privacy than the top floor of my previous stay.

Experienced a historical property there that could use some updating.

Messed up reservation and had to wait hours to get in…

We slept well enough, that's it The room didn't have the amenities listed on the web site, no microwave, no refrigerator, no coffee maker, no iron/board. It was not newly updated, I hate complaining, but had to ask three times if we had the right room, after a few hours the maintenance guy brought us a fridge, microwave and a lightbulb for our lamp. The rest is my fault for not researching the neighborhood, on the plus side it is close to shopping

Everything in the room are extremely old. Sheet smelled of smoke and stained. Pillows are worthless. Refrigerator had ice buildup, didn't stay cold. Bathroom towels are thread bare.

The motel refused to let us stay there insisting they had no rooms. People were sitting outside in cars shooting up and smoking. Rats were running around the parking lot. The place was a disgusting.

The man was extremely rude when checking in then got to room and it was filthy floor was sticky we paid for 2days and they pounded on our door and kicked us out on 1st morning

we had bad service at this Motel, it is very dirty condition in the room and reception personal had bad attitude to us. we reserved and paid online for king size bed but they gave us queen size. this Motel should be closed.

The pics you see are just that, pics. The rooms look nothing like them. Crack apartment looking rooms. Not cleaned well before I checked in. Wifi code doesn't work. I could go on and on.

Horrible place

I stayed there for 2 days and the refresher not cold and and it don’t work to keep my food cool. And also bunch of lightbulbs were burnt out. I asked for assistance and never came. Won’t go back there again

I actually liked staying here-beds and pillows were amazingly comfy. Located off busy street so that isn’t good but we did bring fan to help muzzle out noises and at night, that worked fine. Very spacious rooms with microwaves and fridges. Bathtub was small but worked fine. Would def. consider staying again. Good hotel we liked it

The location was great. The location was near a restaurant that I use to work at. The least that I liked was thatit was not kept clean and smoke free. Maintenance did come and spray roon and made it smell better.

This was the worst place I’ve ever found on Hotels.com, which is usually a great resource for me. Here’s what was good about the room: it had a refrigerator and a microwave and both worked. Here’s what was bad: there was literally no place to store clothes: no shelves, no coat rack, no clothes chest. They did have a desk, table, nightstand and three chairs, so there was plenty of room. There was no security bolt or security chain on the door. There used to be but they had been removed. The air conditioning didn’t work (but the did fix it the next morning ). There were no reading lamps, just two hospital level overhead lights. I wasn’t given the WiFi code when I checked in; when I asked for it the next day I was given a code that didn’t work. 0h, and the soap dish was torn out of the bathtub wall. Never stay here!

The worsssssssssst experience that I had it in my life

Neighborhood was a little sketchy. No artwork or decorations on the walls. No bedside lamp.

The whole property was natsy, there was mold on the shower curtain. I stayed there 6 nights and never once did house keeping come around. I'll never stay there again. I tried to check out and nobody would help me. I had to toss the key through an open window onto the counter so i could leave for work.

I was very pleased by the Management's willingness to help. Rooms are big and spacious. Bed is very comfy!

I didn’t like anything about the facility at all. It was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. It was dirty, the sheets were stained, the beds were stained, and the microwave hadn’t been cleaned in some time.

Do not stay here the pictures they have up are completely false, this is theee nastiest hotel ive ever seen, run the other way, we paid 500 dollars for 6 nights that were out, we went up 20 minutes after we got there tp get a refund and they refused, so were out 500$.

I got in at midnight and did not realize u had to check in by 9pm. So i was left with money spent for no room. No one even came to the window when i rang the bell twice.

It was very dirty very run down. My room had a fol odor. There we are stains on almost everything. Ac did not work. Sheets were dirty. I almost slept in my car for the night.

The staff was good. They voided the sale for me when I canceled but didn’t even question why I wanted to leave. Which makes me think this happened often. Save yourself and just book somewhere else.

Drunk & druggies live here..Heaps of street people around. Only a snib on the door, feeling very unsafe. Slept with pepper spray under my pillow. Lots of yelling outside & in the hall from some drunk/druggy female in the middle of the night. Bthrm is absolutely fowl. Do not go here!

Clean the blood off the ceiling and walls from needle pushers other that everything was great

We only stayed one night out of the three we had booked and then moved to a different hotel. We asked to be refunded the remaining two nights but the clerk said he did not understand English and that the manager who would have been able to help us was sleeping. Hotels.com said this was a 2.5 star hotel, but when we looked it up on Google it came up as a one star hotel. We would never have booked into a one star hotel.

I did not like the old dirty hallway carpet. Non 24 hr desk assistance. Needs painting on walls doors and carpets need vacuuming. Should hire a real construction contractor to take care and fix all the little things from choulkinf and painting to wall texturing around the room.. seems like the owners do there own maintenance and the work looks very bad. Worst than a beginner handyman..

Walking in, not only was the location in a bad part of town the place smelled of urine. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in months if not years. All of the lightbulbs were completly uncovered, the cable box was hanging by wires suspended against the wall. When we got there the smell of urine got stronger as we got into the room, the windows were wide open I suppose trying to waft the sent out. The beds reaked, the trashcan wasn't even a trashcan. It was a laundry detergent box with a plastic bag over it which hadn't even been changed from the last person that stayed. We decided this was a place we weren't comfortable staying in and even going into the room for 20 minutes the lady, not only overcharged me 10 dollars but she refused to give me a refund. She didn't even have a conversation she simply said 'No!" and walked away. There wasn't any more words. She was insanely rude. The entire experience was awful. I'd suggest you sleep in your car before you even stepped within a mile of this place. DO NOT GO HERE. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR IT WILL BE SAFER AND CLEANER.

Well for 1 the TV didn't work at first we had to call the front desk bring somebody to the room then the remote did not work we had to change it twice the shower curtain had mold on it

The room had food garbage in one of the dresser drawers, unswept, blankets had some type of "stains" which I'm sure was some type of bodily fluids, same for chair and couch. Mirro was filthy in bath room. No fitted sheet for bed what so ever, whole facility smeled of cigarettes. Ordered a room with 2 queen beds room had 1, there. Were appeared to be blood stains on the shower curtain, bathroom door wouldn't close, typical screaming yelling and stomping around all night long two people screaming yelling and slamming doors. It was so bad I wanted to check out soon as possible rang bell waited 10min left had breakfast and came back to return key.

I booked thru Expedia. But went there and they didn't have my reservation! So paid another. Charged twice!! Expedia or this gross roach motel has yet to refund me.

It was horrible we didnt even ended up staying the whole night. The bed wasnt washed it was literally just made up. The floors were disgusting. I have never in my life seen such a dirty place. I am tempted to call the health department.

It was exactly like I thought it was going to be a dive motel on 82nd ave.

The room was messy. I had to change my own bedding. There was sand and crumbs between the sheets. There was cigarette burn holes in the duvet cover, the power outlets were broken and when we plugged anything in the plugins would just fall out. and the other guests were loud. We did not feel safe at all and the staff could barely understand us. The maintenance man was very helpful in trying to make us as comfortable despite the poor quality of everything and the uncleanliness of the room.

Missing windows, unable to stitch channels on television, water ran lukewarm, fridge not working and leaking on floor, single lock on doors. Located next to a bar and grill, loud most of the night.

Sinks and tub not cleans holes in walls mold

Very run down. Does not appear to have been cleaned or maintained in several months. Sheets were torn and had ok holes. Bathroom counter had several smears of old food and the a microwave is in the bathroom. Fridge does not work, nor did the AC unit, and the windows won't close. It was 97 degrees at checkin, and will be the same today.

There was writing all over the motel room and patched up holes in the walls. And carved drug references in the headboard. Also the shower bath wasn't cleaned and burn holes in the sheets.

Run down room/building, AC/heater did not work, tv did not work, staff over-charged me the first night and tried to do it again the second night.

Horrible never returning

Well, when I stayed before it was nice. They must be understaffed. The room had not been cleaned. The sheets had hair (though the bed was made, and the cover warm).

I didn't see anything, as I was tired, and just needed sleep. When I booked the room, the ad said premium chanels, daily house keeping etc. The tv barely worked, and house keeping didn't show up. Ever. The entrance door to the building was never closed, so anyone could walk right in. Being thr person thst I am, I wiped down the counter in the bathroom. The towel was black after 1 wipe. So I bought bathroom cleaner and cleaned it myself. The whole place smelled, like a combination of stale cigarettes and I don't know what. Then came the knock at the door, followed IMMEDIATLY by someone walking in. It was the manager! He said no one told him the room was rented! I complained, and then put a chair against the door. It happened the next night as well. When I complained to the head person, he basically told me I should have bolted the.door. when I told him there wasn't any extra bolts, and that his crew had used keys both times, he told me they right to come into the rooms at any time." There is a lot of homeless in the area, and we need to make sure that they don't come into the rooms." I told him that it is illegal to walk in on someone who has paid for the room, without permission. He told me he had the right to do anything he wants as owner. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The room was not clean...there was some maintenance issues...the bedding had lots of cigarette burn holes in it...for the price paid it was not reasonable..

Never going back.

First they put me in someone elses room and switched me rooms twice. All the rooms were not clean, had graffiti on the walls in the rooms and the whole place smelled like marijuana. Staff is very unorganized and rude. Air conditioner didnt work and I never got new towels or soaps over the 3 days i was there.

The keys didn't work for the door knob, they were rude the whole time and accused us of having guys sneak out the window. Told us 4 of us In a room was too many after we paid and let them know we had 4 people! Really run down area.

It is the most disgusting hotel I have ever witnessed. I payed for the room and was told where it was and how to get to it. They have no lobby so you stand outside to pay. I went to my car and grabbed my suitcase. Upon entering the hotel the floors were dirty to the point of maybe the maid comes once a month. Got upstairs and went down the hall to my room. There I found a window that was busted out. I opened the door that I am sure I could have entered without a key just as easy. The room had such a foul odor I put my bag down in the hall and entered. The floors were a kaleidoscope of colored stains, bed spread had a burn mark the size of a half dollar. I knew I would not be able to sleep and if I could have definitely would have woke up with a headache from the smell. I went back to office and he refunded my money and I left. When I got to my car a couple approached me and asked if I was staying there. I told him what I had experienced and would sleep in my car before I stayed there. They felt the same way. All I wanted to do was sleep. I drove 50 miles and found a very nice motel for half the price

The mattress and box spring were filthy. Walls coming apart, broken AC, and staff doesn't accommodate late check ins, even in extraordinary circumstances. Made me sleep in my car for being late.

Didn't stay there cuz of maintenance issues? Was directed to a different motel in a different town. Advance notice would have been nice.

the room looked like a horror movie set, with cracks and graffiti everywhere. It's dirty in a way that can't be cleaned. Really noisy at night. No wifi unlike advertised

I booked 2 months in advance only to show up on the day of my stay and be told my reservation was cancelled due to maintenance issues. I wasn't called or emailed about it, only told in person when I showed up 3,000 miles from home to be turned away. They did manage to find me another accommodation at a nearby hotel for the same price but only after I insisted they do something. This was for the nights of Aug 19th and 20th for the solar eclipse, when all other rooms were booked up.
