Despite location next to a busy road, our stay was extremely quiet and enjoyable. This was a dog approved room, but you would never know it. This site was chosen as there are two, large parks located a few minutes away.

The attendant had to go inspect the room and change towels before I went in. Kinda sketchy, but otherwise OK. For a 1-star hotel and 1 quick night away, it was fine.

The room had soft spots in the floor and so did the bathtub. It is right next to a busy highway.

Felt unsafe. In a sketchy neighborhood, with sketchy folks walking through the lot regularly. Room stank. Dirt caked around light switches. Broken toilet. Card was charged twice, had to stand and wait at the desk for for 30+ minutes to get resolution.

A few perfectly harmless characters. Nothing obnoxious. Bring earplugs and you will sleep well.

Well within minutes of being in the room I saw a bug on the bed. It WASN'T a bed bug...it was more like a weird looking fly. Also when I came in to check in the front desk guy took like 10 mins to come up....just didn't seem to really want to check me in

The landline didn't work, but then, who uses those things nowadays, anyway? This is a no frills place - bring your own fancy soap and food and be glad for the blackout curtains. Oh, abd the A/C was rockin it!

The carpet was so stained and gross. Television channels did not match and couldn't get local channels. My husband fell down the stairs. Concrete steps where warped and thin width. He tore a hole in his jeans and knee. Almost hit his head on concrete.

It is close to the Max for public transportation. It was disgusting, very unclean. Staff doesn't seem to care that it is unclean.

It was cheaper than most. The place seemed neglected, stuff needed repairing, such as the door.

Nothing. Is was mis represented. It looked nothing like the ad. I went in to look at it . The gentleman at the front desk was creepy. There was full garbage can in walk way with flys around. The room he showed us wadnt the room we resrrved with 2 beds.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They have onsite laundry which is great because you don't have to drag your laundry to a laundromat. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was excellent, lots of water pressure and hot water is good. It is near a freeway, and a rail line so outside in the parking lot its noisy, but I didn't hear much from inside the room.
