    We came off the road and they had a nice clean cold room ready. Clean bathroom, night desk was very friendly. Traveling with little kids. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was good.

    Great location, easy access to area attractions and eateries but would not stay here again! The property itself is old and appears to be lacking regular maintenance and upkeep. Television service was inconsistent and air conditioning in breakfast area was out for several days. We ended our stay early due to woefully uncomfortable bed. Property staff is doing their best with what they have!

    Overall the cleanliness of the room itself was good. Breakfast was edible and made a good safe overnight travel stop with kids. The lobby itself needed some work as the AC was down so breakfast was a bit warm in it we took it back to the room. Staff was friendly.

    When we got to our room the door was open, the refrigerator was open, the microwave was open. It was all very weird. Breakfast was terrible. The waffle makers are so old and not even the usual kind. You couldn’t see the ready light and they didn’t beep. My waffle stuck so bad even after spraying it was inedible and that was after waiting for a long time for it to cook. Breakfast staff lady was wonderful.

    The price was good, but not the value. 1. The microwave didn’t work and no one there could fix it. They didn’t offer to replace it. My wife has food allergies so we brought along our own food which needed to be heated. Had to go without dinner. 2. The place was extremely noisy, both inside and out, and throughout the night. 3. The breakfast menu was terrible: eggs were runny, breakfast meat looked like baloney and tasted terrible. 4. The staff was not helpful in resolving the microwave situation and frankly had a bad attitude.

    I stay frequently in Hampton Inn because the are dependably clean, refreshed, safe, etc. This one breaks the mold and makes my cynical of future stays at Hampton Inns. Plus, they charged me $236 for a guaranteed $153 reservation. Now I have to take time to unravel that. PS I aaked for statement at checkout and was told it was not available and I should ask Travelocity! I smell a rat.

    The property seemed very run down and not very clean. When we got to the room there were no towels. The bed linens and pillows were old. The bathroom was outdated and needed renovations. The carpet in the hallways seemed very old. Our previous experiences with Hampton Inn have been excellent. This property was a disappointment.

Not so positive: pool and fitness room closed, room door made very loud noise and difficult to open and close - stuck at top corner, squeaky bed box springs, mattress caved on one side, and humidity in room was high.

    Gym sign said out of order ?? What ? 2 out of the 3 ice machines out of order and 3rd was basically empty . The pool closed by order of public health , didn’t see that sign until we were having g breakfast and about to leave ! That brought a chuckle … breakfast was great as were the staff !

We were misled wanting the closet lodging in Savannah right off of I95. We were booked at this Hampton referenced as I95 Savannah.

    I booked the hotel while driving south on I-95. As a Hilton Honors member, I always try to use Hampton Inn when travel, and call the hotel first for the best rate. If it’s within the ballpark rate of the online booking services, I try to go through the hotel. They gave me a rate of roughly double the online rate- BEFORE I mentioned having a small pet cat. I was told to add 10 for that. When I arrived, they added 50 for the pet! I’m assuming it’s because I ended up booking through hotels.com which was almost half the price.- punishment? Wondering if that’s the new business model???. Also wondering why Im even a member of a hotel that used to strive to be Hilton, but is trending toward Red Roof Inn.

    Disappointed with breakfast, but impressed with the cleanliness of the building. We were disappointed with the breakfast. We only had coffee and a blueberry muffin. Ended up going across the street to Waffle House and had a delicious breakfast.

    The room is not nearly what we have come to expect for Hampton Inn and Hilton properties. There was paint all over the floor. There were no hooks for towels. The door had been replaced and not painted. The overall cleanliness is not what I would’ve expected. There was no smoke detector on the wall. We were later informed that it was in the closet. There was a text asking me how my check-in was and I responded that there was no smoke detector and that the microwave was broken so the light remained on this was not the worst of our experience. We have a service animal as my husband has suffered severe hearing loss we were yelled to from the desk that our service animal who had her vest on could not remain in the breakfast area. My husband was so embarrassed that he promptly left the breakfast area without eating. The people nearby were fine with the service animal and the ADA directly contradicts what happened to us at the Hampton Inn in Savannah. It is disappointing and against the law.

    The staff were very courteous. The room was clean. Amenities were available as needed. After a long drive on the road, this was a perfect spot for the family to relax and wind down before proceeding on our long journey back home. One feedback for the Management as we keep seeing a lot of EV vehicles on the highway: It may be worthwhile to put up two to four EV super chargers at your facility.

One feedback for the Management as we keep seeing a lot of EV vehicles on the highway: It may be worthwhile to put up two to four EV super chargers at your facility.

The second day room keys stop working and new instruction was to open the door as fast as the green light shown. Lastly, WiFi usually works with last name and room number. It did not work and through SMS they explained me another method to make it work. These couple stuff could have been explained at check in, only taking 2 minutes to explain “what if” situations, taking care of customer and providing good customer service. Thanks to the employee who helped us during breakfast. She was very kind and patient to explain how waffle makers worked and how much time we had to wait for them to work appropriately. I really like hotel location because is close to Savannah’s downtown and only 1 hour and 40 minutes to Charleston. Overall would be a great place if decides to take care of little details to make it cleaner and staff take a couple of minutes to actually take care of customers.

I was surprised when I was told that the company had decided to do away with tea bags. Why would a hotel not have tea bags? I, for one, do not drink coffee or juice. I'm sure there are others who enjoy hot tea as well - especially during the winter time.

    There was nothing unique except for the poor breakfast which was overcrowded and out of coffee at 8 AM. Nothing left worthwhile by that time. Had to ask three times for towels for the room. Provided only one. If you like being run over by dogs in the hallways, this is the place for you. This hotel once was a model of excellence. Now it is an exemplar of a place you should simply drive by while looking elsewhere.

    The pool had been closed by the Health Department so that was a huge letdown for the kids. It also seemed like perhaps they had some flooding recently and there was some musty smell noticeable on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was great, and in general, it is a clean hotel with friendly staff. But the overall condition was questionable. The button for the elevator was not working for we had to use the maids entrance to the elevator, not horrible but a little awkward.

    Very outdated. Needs renovation ASAP. Hampton Inn hotels are known for quality, not this one however. The AC was not working in the common areas of the hotel. The room was super musty and smelled of it. The pool was closed due to some state health code violation. The breakfast was great though. I don’t plant on staying at this Hampton Inn until it’s renovated and other issues are resolved.

    The bed was like a torture chamber. The pillows were the worst - flat and uncomfortable. We had the room temperature set too high cool but the actual temperature fluctuated throughout the night. We were either too hot or too cold. No happy medium. On a positive note that breakfast was quite tasty in the breakfast room. Hostess was very kind and friendly.

    Let me first start by complimenting the staff. The attendants at the front desk to the ladies that prepared the breakfast in the mornings provided superb customer service. The breakfast was good with the changing of the menu for the hot items each morning. However, that is where the excellence stops. There was no refreshing of the room or providing clean towels on any of the 3 days we stayed. I had to ask for new towels each evening for the next day. Also, when you first entered the room there was a strong mildew musty smell. Lastly, the management threw a "parking recovery fee" on the bill without your knowledge. I asked if this provides additional security of vehicles (roving security guard) to protect your car? Nope, no additional security. Just a fee. ??? This not a large metropolitan city where down parking is at a premium. Just a fee enacted by the management, not Hilton. Really needs an update and refurbishment. I will look at a different Hilton property in the future should I return.

    This is one of the worst Hampton Inns we have ever stayed in. The property is not maintained at all. Hallway carpers have giant discolored stains.     Poorly maintained and a lack of cleanliness bring this property down. Wife and I slept pretty well on reasonably comfortable beds, but then you step down onto stained carpets, into a bathroom with a door that’s peeling apart, lacking paint in places, and has a shower floor that’s tiled with the same flooring as the room??? Stayed at another, much better, and more typical Hampton Inn the next night and we just shook our heads at how the company’s properties can vary so widely in quality. Buyer beware…

    Pool was not open. Carpet in hallways smelled bad. Side door at elevator was inoperable. Unable to gauge staff because I rarely saw any staff. "Free" Continental Breakfast was a joke, and very busy. I'm not waiting in line for a free packaged muffin or waffle. Hampton Inn can do better. Raise the bar a little.

    Not worth the price. No cleaning for 3 days, they did however swing by to snag towels, wash cloths, and hand towels but didn’t return any. Did not remove trashbag from bedroom or bathroom. Ceiling fan felt like it would smack the ceiling if turned on, also the window ac unit knobs were broken so the room was never able to get cool just ambient temp with some dampness. In addition, the shower head had a steady leak so all night I got to listen to a steady stream of water smacking the floor.

    This place wanted to charge for my pet even though he was included in the price and wanted guests to pay extra for "fast internet", while regular speed internet is "free". We did neither. This could be a nice place to stop while driving. At $175 a night, they should be able to make some changes, like washing linens for each new guest and replacing worn out, thrift store furniture with clean thrift store furniture... They also need to fix the exterior door locks, as they dont work with guest card keys. One was forced to enter through the lobby, travel through the inn, and open the side door for others to bring in luggage.

    We have stayed there before, great staff and very friendly. The hotel needs updating, ceiling fan in our room is old and shakes, cabinets are showing their age, common area carpet shows it's age and the breakfast could have been better, it was much better in the past but we would stay there again as I am a Hilton Rewards member and we enjoy the hotel.

    Had to change rooms because the first one was dirty. The bedcover dirty, there was a hair in the sheets when i pulled the cover back. Second room was better but still not great. Since I had used a 3rd party to book the room I was afraid I wouldn't have got my money back or I won't have stayed here. In the morning there was a sign that there was a fee to park in their lot over night! It wasn't there when we checked in. Very disappointed in this Hotel.

    For an overnight stop-over, it was good. The water pressure was great for tired muscles, and the bed was comfortable, so the overnight rest was good. We did not partake of the breakfast offered but saw many travelers seeming to enjoy as we checked out.

    Found this room last minute while on the road. The hotel was filthy from the elevator to the room. This Hampton Inn needs a complete overhaul. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, so no rest for the road weary. Stains on the sofa, it looked as though the floor had not been vacuumed and I did not want to use their shower. I did not attempt the breakfast. If your hotel is dirty, I doubt there is any hope for the kitchen area. On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was nice. A valuable lesson was learned: things on the internet are not always as they appear.

    I booked a king bed with roll in shower. I was not cleaned and ready by by 3pm, check in time. I would have to wait another 30 minutes but my schedule did not allow that. So I gad to take a room without a shower. SO, my handicapped spouse could not shower. Also the breakfast had no OJ, no muffins or pastries. The server apologised and said the company did not send what she ordered.

    Considering the age of the place it was clean but desperately needs updating. Outside was disgusting, lots of garbage (not just at this hotel) cereal on the ground right outside the back door when you stepped out and dirty standing water that smelt like sewage. Not any good place to walk the dog.

    The property was clean aside from the bathroom shower which had hair in it and the doorframe was dirty, maybe it could use some paint. The room itself was great. Very noisy, thin walls I could hear the doors banging from housekeeping in the mornings which was not pleasant. However, it was right off the highway which was convenient, parking was free and so was WiFi which I appreciated.

    Here’s the good— 1. Right off I-95 2. Good A/C 3. Good TV/easy channels/nice picture quality and sound quality Here was the bad— 1. I got a few bites (not bed bugs but possibly fleas?), and I wouldn’t have thought to mention it but I heard another guest mentioning it to staff the next morning. He was on a different floor. 2. I use the stair, so I had to walk the length of the first floor hallway to get to the stairs— there must have been 10 people smoking pot in their rooms as the smell was strong outside of many of the rooms. Very strong. 3. The carpet in the hallways is very old and needs to be replaced. It’s very worn and gave me a “dirty” feeling. 4. The furniture in the room also gave off that “I’m dirty” vibe. 5. The tub was very slippery and a bit uneven, which made it seem even more dangerous. The rubber things that had been put down for traction were just completely worn down. 6. The TV wouldn’t turn off 7. I was going to report the tub issue to the front desk upon checkout, but no one was at the desk. For this price, I definitely won’t stay here again.

    On the downside the place needs some updates and repairs. Our room phone didn’t work and the nightstand was coming off the wall. The closet door didn’t shut. We asked for some extra blankets but they were all out. I’d come back by myself but wouldn’t bring the family.

    When I arrived there was no one at the desk and there were five or six families waiting. A gentleman was calling to the back for help before someone verbally responded. On the way to my room on the third floor, I noticed the elevator call button did not light up, but the one on the 3rs floor did. As I walked down the hall to my room I smelled chlorine and saw two rooms with bags of dirty diapers set out in the floor. My bathroom had very little tp on the roll with no extra available. The door to the utility closet had chipped and cracked paint, and the room overall smelled like mildew. I checked out less than 20 minutes after checking in and stayed elsewhere for the same price but much nicer. Super disappointed.

    Great place to stay, probably the best place we stayed in the entire trip, nice rooms, comfortable beds, good selection at breakfast, friendly staff. The only downside was we were there when they had torrential rains and the parking lot flooded where I was parked as bad as it was to the top of the curb. Luckily I was parked next to the curb and was able to get in my vehicle without getting too wet. Besides Mother Nature, everything else was great

    The room was in need of many repairs. The shower did not drain well and water was all over the floor--which extended to the area next to the front door! The hand sprayer in the shower area did not work, also. It looked like minimal repairs/maintenance had been done in the past few years. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

    When we first accessed our room, the door, obviously, needed to be sanded down or a sliver cut off because it was hard to pull open and it made a loud noise each time we entered/exited the room. The plumbing in the shower/tub would not turn off completely. When we were packing to leave, I found that the door to the refrigerator had not completely closed, so I had to toss out what I had placed in the frig, a loss of about $50 in food. (I recognize that was probably my negligence?) When I was checking in, I mentioned that I had booked this room due to it being pet-friendly and we were traveling with our dog. That automatically bumped up my room fee $50. I should have kept that info to myself as my husband and I always used a side door, so the front desk would have never seen out dog? I asked to use the business center and was told they had eliminated that service. Lastly, I have never stayed in a less that desired Hilton hotel until this one.
