Parking was like any place of business. First come first serve. There were plenty handicapped spots. The thing I can say that was not so great is the bed was too low to the floor. The bed needs to be higher. It was a little difficult getting my mom up and down with the mattress that low. But, maybe the bed was too low because I had a handicap room. Some may feel that it is easier for elderly to get in and out of bed when it’s low. It was too low for us. But overall, we had a great stay! Thank you for the hospitality.

The hotel and our room were basically clean I was disappointed by the shortage of breakfast items by 9 am. The oatmeal was empty with water sitting in the pot. There were no more yogurts and only a couple of small muffins left. I was surprised none of these were replenished. On the plus side there was a woman working in the dining area cleaning tables and the food serving areas. Also the scrambled eggs were very good.

We thought that hotel was great. Our room was clean. The person at the front desk was very helpful when we had trouble logging on to the internet. The breakfast was good. We did not like how the hotel was right off the main road. There is no Raley Rd sign. When we attempted to find Raley road off the main road we missed it and had to get back onto 95 North and we had to drive almost 10 miles to get off 95 and go back to the hotel.

It's very modern and very clean The bed was a disaster I was very uncomfortable is tough and worn - out .The breakfast wasn't good they needed better variety, some cheese hot chocolate muffins ect...something for vegetarian even thou it was continental it was good the hotel was full and people scrambling for food plus alot of kids not much to eat

The bed’s condition was bad.

Parking was easy and the staff were super friendly. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and the water flow was insufficient.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows were on the thinner side. Only complaint would be people coming in making noise and shutting the door loudly which kept us up at night. Other than that, definitely would come back here again considering how it is close to many things.

Mattress was terrible- I complained on arrival & was told they could not change rooms - would never stay there or at another Fairfield Marriott

The property is very basic. Just good enough for a lay over to get to your destination.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The thing I wish we knew before we decided to book this hotel was that they only have housekeeping every other day. You are able to ask the front desk staff for any of your needs, if you ask but you must go to the front desk to retrieve them. Our floor was uncleaned the entire stay. Parking was easy as it is on site. Our coffee machine in our room was not working. The hotel is near multiple fast food restaurants. They do have continental breakfast. Which is great if you want something quick. The hotel room was very spacious which we did enjoy. Overall our stay was good.

I have stayed at this property before with no issues back in August 2025. So choosing it again was a no brainer. But my recent stay this pass weekend 3/13/26-3/15/26. wasnt the same. The staff over all very polite and friendly. The room was ok . I had to change my room after the first night the bathroom shower was dirty moldy black spots in the shower . I ask for another room they did accomadate but the same thing in the other room the shower had finger prints on the wall hair in the shower, and the same Moldy spots in the shower I didnt use had to go to my Dads house to shower both days and they tried to charge me an extra 40 dollars. So no. I wasnt satisfied with my stay. I do have pictures

Room was spacious and clean but we were put in room 123 which shared a wall with the breakfast kitchen area. Not at all what we expected for the cost and certainly not the rest we needed when checking in at 2am before another full day of travel. The breakfast was there but nothing special and our daughter couldn’t even have cereal because they ran out of milk (on a Saturday!). Overall would stay again as long as we were guaranteed a room that we could actually get a full nights sleep in.

The location was great, but they were very short staffed. They had a system upgrade which was unsuccessful so there were no keys for the rooms so everytime you left a staff member had to let you back into your room for the entire hotel!

Location was very convenient. The facility was clean and attractive. Breakfast was just what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a seeing eye dog with us and the hotel was very helpful d accommodating. No problems at all, everything was fine.

The hotel was nice and staff was very warm and friendly. Only complaint was there was old food in the mattress of the sofa sleeper which made me wonder some about the cleanliness of the room. The front desk staff told me that the Manager would call me to talk about it, but she never did.

I made a reservation. I called at 9:30pm and was told they overbooked and I didn’t have a room It would have been nice to be told before I arrived that they didn’t have a room even though I had a reservation

She was in no way congenial or hospitable toward me or the man in front of me who was elderly. I could tell by her comments to him and her demeanor in the scowl on her face. Of course the area close to I 95 is not the cleanest and most peaceful spot, other than that the hotel condition is very good.

With many hotels to choose from in this area, this is a great choice - clean, fairly new, helpful staff, quiet but convenient location, great beds and decent breakfast.

The room was good, not the cleanest. Breakfast was very poor, there was no coffee, no pancakes, no options and only one employee was working trying to replace the breakfast food while the others were talking. We always stay at Marriott hotels but this one was not the best.

My stay at the hotel was overall pretty good and the only complaints I have is that upon entering my room the table by the bed still had liquid remnants on it from a sticky beverage and a female’s eye lashes stuck to the phone. I was so exhausted I just cleaned it up and went to bed. My only other suggestion is that the beds need to be updated because the floor would have been softer. Again overall the hotel stay was fantastic.

Very close to the highway and a busy road. You can hear noise from both. Also, I wish at check in that they would have let me know that I was going to be near a dog. I love dogs but if I wanted to be awaken by one barking I would have brought my own. Hotel itself and staff and very good.

Hotel location was easy find using gps map and it was conveniently located off I/95. It does have a small outdoor pool and fitness center. Staff was cordial and accommodating. Parking is adequate.

Front Desk Staff was extremely pleasant, answered all questions, informed me of all amenities! When I walked away from checking in, I felt like I was Home for the Night!!

The room smelled bad and was absolutely disgusting. I had to request a change immediately. When I booked the room, the hotel did not mention that it was pet-friendly. I have no issue with a hotel being pet-friendly, as long as they properly clean the rooms afterward — but clearly, they did not. I will never stay here again.

Getting a water view room was delightful. Stayed at a Fairfield inn in n Plymouth for a few days prior and their breakfast ended at 9:30 am. Came down at this property at 9:00 am and everything was cleaned up. Wish the young lady that checked me in mentioned the hotel breakfast hours. Luckily there is a Starbucks in the lobby, so I could grab something before heading to the airport.

The hotel is located at the traffic area and there are trucks constantly. The good point is that there is a good restaurant (Georgia Comfort Kitchen) nearby.

Pictures are a tad deceiving on website. Room was not very clean in regard to the shower. The bed was comfy but if you bumped the mattress it would slide on the bed frame. Very dark inside with a musty smell. Noisy area.

Rooms are getting tired and stale. We also stayed in a pet friendly room so maybe theyre different. Stayed in this hotel the past few years and it was cleaner and newer. New carpets and soft surfaces need to be changed out.

Very nice. The only complaint is that the shower had one small grab bar on the wall opposite to the shower head. One or two more grab bars would have been nice--as my wife has a little trouble with balance at times.

Interested at many hotels on my travels. This was by far the best one. It was extremely smooth check-in. There were animals on my floor but I couldn't hear a single one

Check in was good. Wi-Fi was not working properly. Had to bring my laptop down to the desk for the girl to help but she couldn't help so I finally after 10 tries go into the WIFI. Room smelled like mold or stale smoke. I had to ask the cleaning girl for some spray. Breakfast was good but sparse. Kept running out of things coffee, eggs, muffins. No bread just bagels. Girls need to be more attentive to these things instead of standing in the kitchen on their phones. I usually stay at Fairfield Inn when we travel,but this was a disappointing stay at this Fairfield Inn and it was the most expensive on my trip.
