Worst part of the whole experience. Eggs and sausage gravy were cold. Couldn't even eat it. Coffee was good! Pool was ice cold. Don't advertise indoor pool if you're not going to turn the heater on. It doesn't have the advantage of using the sun to warm it. Carpet in Room was dirty and torn. Dresser drawers were dirty and had something sticky down the front of the drawers. Shower basket for holding personal shampoo or soap missing with holes still in wall. TV guide did match actual channels. Don't know how that even happens unless someone didn't update the system. Fountain out front broken. This property needs some TLC. Or a better maintenance person.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but good overall. Waffles were great. The room was not bad, but the layout left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not great - the door was difficult and the shower curtain did not fit the tub. And, finally, the room was closest to the Highway, so road-noise all night long.

Room was decent and clean. Maintenance is neglected and outside is trashy.

The pool and spa were never clean. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool the water was so murky. No meat was offered with breakfast other than sausage gravy. The room was so dated that it looked unclean, making us afraid to touch anything without going out to buy cleaning supplies, disposable bedding, and towels. We had plumbing issues one evening, and when I called the front desk, I was informed that maintenance was gone for the day and wouldn't be back until the following morning. Uh, were we supposed to not have access to the toilet in our room?! I asked if there was a plunger available, which the front desk should have mentioned along with telling us there's no maintenance staff available. I sent someone to get the plunger and completed the task needed. I don't know if they were having a bad weekend, but services were not up to par.

Staff was nice specially the skinny white guy that works at night . Tub was cracky, wall chipped . First room fridge wasn’t getting cold . Moved to another one and the sink next to fridge water wasn’t wrkn .

The idea of free breakfast was nice, but the quality was lacking. Drinks were out and there weren’t many options. Everything was done as cheaply as possible.

Hands down the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. It was filthy and not kept up at all. Strong odor of smoke that the review won’t let me specify from inside the hotel lobby. Another group was checking out of the property when I was checking in due to the condition of the hotel. 0/10 do not recommend. I will not be back.

The room was not very clean. The comforters were not clean. The sink and bathtub was stopped up. The breakfast selections were very limited. The pool and jacuzzi were extremely cold!!!

We chose this hotel because a pool was advertised. They had an indoor pool but it was not heated. The water was so cold. The breakfast was OK but we went at beginning of service and they were out of bananas and they were out of juice. The paint onbour bathroom door was peeling and the cushioms on the chairs where breakfast was served were very worn. This hotel should never have a pricetag of $199 per night with the amenities and offerings.

Place was absolutely disgusting. Needed a quick stop for our drive down to Florida. The whole place is so run down. The "free" breakfast was a joke. Would not recommend to anyone.

We had a horrible experience with Booking.com and the staff at the hotel worked diligently until it was resolved. We’ll never use Booking. Com again.

The staff and breakfast were great. I didn’t like that the air conditioner would not cool the room so it was hot at night time. The area its not the great a lot activity at night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The ice machine was broken Also, the elevator dirty and old and they painted over the stainless steel panels and it’s all scratched up and peeling. The door key cards never worked properly and had to be replaced 8 times. There was trash all over the grounds up against the chainlink fence. Now for the room. Yes, we were in a pet friendly room but I would still expect it to be clean before we arrived. The beds were clean and comfortable it that’s it. It smelled horrible. They were obvious humidity issues because they left Damp-rid buckets on top of the cabinets. The bathroom was clean but old and worn. It was missing tiles, missing faucet pieces and just needed a complete overhaul. Basically, the room was like staying in a kennel. My dog doesn’t shed, is house broken, obedient and clean, so I expected better. It was obvious that they don’t deep clean these pet friendly rooms. Close to I95 and restaurants I was in a “pet room” and carpet was disgustingly stained. Suggestions put vinyl flooring in designated pet rooms

The location was great. The hot water was wonderful. I didn't like that the indoor pool was unavailable like a day before coming. I didn't like the cleaniness of the room. One of the mattresses had a nasty stain on it that the whole mattress should have been replaced. They tried to cover it up. I think they had a bug problem. They look like they have been trying to renovate, but it was quite rough. I believe they need inspections really bad. We asked for new bedding and they just made the bed didn't replace it. Although, it did have a spot on it. For the price they charge, it could have been way better then what it was. I chose to stay, because everywhere else was full or too pricey due to the holiday weekend.

Front desk people were so nice! The room was excellent! We had what we needed and we were not disturbed and the staff was so helpful with assisting us to get into the room. Booked the hotel however it would have been nice to know in advance that the pool was going to be closed. The hotel sent that notice AFTER I already paid. Was kinda mad about that but it doesnt change the fact that the stay was great

The location was great. The room was really dirty. There was makeup on the pillowcase. There were dirty spots on the couch that could have been scrubbed out. The couch bed had sand in it so we just slept on top of the couch. The shower head was broken. The tea bags had dirty fingerprints on them.

The hotel needs to be renovated. It’s smelly, the floors were gross and the room felt damp & smelled like mold. The back door was broken and it made my children feel very unsafe.

I was charged 2 holds on my debit card which put me in the negative with my bank so that's great ...and now I still have $170 worth of holds on my card and that's been since 5:30 this morning....I booked 1 room and 1 room only with 2 dogs ....and then this happened. I booked a week ago and it went fine but not this time. I know the $70 fee comes out of the $100 for the dogs but I shouldn't be charged or have a hold put on for $170....the $70 comes out of the 1 $100 hold ....

It was convenient and close to interstate 95.

Booked this place so we could use the pool during our down time, but the pool nor the hot tub were heated. The water was around 70 and the pool deck was gross. The pull out couch bed was the worst I've ever seen being only a couple inches thick and had multiple busted springs and the couch itself wasn't very clean. We were in town for a cheer competition and didn't have many options and were just stuck or we would have gotten our money back and gone elsewhere.

Booked this hotel due to location and price range. But that came with several cons; Massive roach infestation in the room we were assigned, overall interior of hotel was dirty, and loud guests. Thankfully able to get a refund and run the other way.

We enjoyed our stay! The mattress was pretty "firm", but we survived. There were a few chips in paint and the TV didnt have any cable and it wasnt a smart TV so we couldnt stream from a phone or sign into an app. It did the job, which was somewhere to sleep.

It was hard accessing my room with the key, the refrigerator was not clean, there was stains in my room carpet, the bathroom has a roach problem, and the daytime staff (desk clerk woman and breakfast attendant) is not friendly to guest. When I went to the desk to ask for another room the desk clerk lady seemed a little short with me when i expressed my concern for another room due to the roach issue. I spilled some syrup amd she told me to knock on the door in the breakfast and ask for a mop. Customer service is definitely at its worse at this property.

The front desk offered a plunger, as maintenance was unavailable. Additionally, we found red hair in the shower, and the drain was malfunctioning, leading to water accumulation. Customer Service: The staff’s response was inadequate, offering room changes that didn’t meet our needs and failing to address key card malfunctions promptly. Conclusion: Poor communication, unresolved maintenance issues, and cleanliness concerns made our stay unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this hotel to families seeking a comfortable experience.

We were out of power and water at our home, so we went to a hotel instead. The fact that this hotel is dog friendly was perfect. Check in was fast and the front desk representative was so friendly.

Cockroaches in the pool room made me wonder where else they were. Hot tub does not have hot water. Pool is very cold because of that. Beds were old and uncomfortable, hard and you can feel the springs. The room smelt like a mix of pet urine, mold, and marijuana. The exterior key card entry spots do not work as expected and you can get locked out of the hotel in the middle of the night because of it. The pool was over chlorinated and the staff did not air out the room after adding chemicals. They also misplaced the sign indicated the pool was closed (the portion that made it clear it was closed at that moment was covered by a red square on the glass of the door so you couldn’t read the entire message and it seemed like it was closing early rather than closed for a portion of the day.) Front desk did not have a working printer or fully stocked first aid kid (what kind of hotel doesn’t keep a box of bandaids at the front desk?) management left the employees with little resources and upset guests.

Beds were old and uncomfortable, hard and you can feel the springs. The room smelt like a mix of pet urine, mold, and marijuana. The exterior key card entry spots do not work as expected and you can get locked out of the hotel in the middle of the night because of it. The pool was over chlorinated and the staff did not air out the room after adding chemicals. They also misplaced the sign indicated the pool was closed (the portion that made it clear it was closed at that moment was covered by a red square on the glass of the door so you couldn’t read the entire message and it seemed like it was closing early rather than closed for a portion of the day.) Front desk did not have a working printer or fully stocked first aid kid (what kind of hotel doesn’t keep a box of bandaids at the front desk?) management left the employees with little resources and upset guests.

Wonderful room that fit our big family perfectly. Breakfast was great. We couldn't hear anyone else in the hotel while in our room so we slept great!

Room smelt absolutely horrible. Walked in and it was so humid in the room the beds were wet. A roach crawled across us in the bed. I dont understand all of the positive reviews. We arent picky but this place is in general dirty, roach infested and just down right smells.

Air conditioning in the room was inconsistent, set at 72 when on it was too cold when it kicked off it immediately got too warm. Breakfast was not good. Eggs were way over salted, waffles tasted like the batter was old. Orange juice tasted old. Pool was closed indefinitely.

We stayed here on our way through to florida. It was reasonable price and the staff were friendly. Its not super updated, there were stains on the carpet and chipped paint. Overall it was a decent stay. The breakfast was really good! A very decent selection!my kids were happy and so was i.

The hotel bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. The lobby was clean and it's clear that the hotel had had a recent upgrade with paint and decor. However, our room definitely smelled like wet dog. You got used to it after a while, but it was very damp even with the a/c running. I'm not sure if it was a GA humdity issue or a the hotel itself. The main areas did not seem to have the same issue. We were traveling with a cat and they accommodated that request easily with a reasonable pet fee.

Check in was great (David & Prince). Inital room smelled horribly of cigarettes (nonsmoking room) but they changed our room without any issues. 2nd room was great. Breakfast was good. The hotel met our needs for a 1 night stay during our road trip down the east coast.

The room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t good. The door on the first floor at the end of the hall was propped open all the time with a rock and did not make us feel safe. The pool was cold. The “hot tub” was not functional. The hallways smelled like fresh paint or bug spray which caused a headache

Room was excellent clean & roomy, bed was very comfortable slept well. Breakfast was good. love everything people were very nice welcoming . The only thing which I am sure will be fixed is a light poll in parking lot to rear of building was knocked over by a truck or something and was just laying there wires and all exposed. That light is needed for safety and should be fixed.

Cons: Major updates are needed to facility. Floor in room - stains all over, looked filthy so much staining. Walls - chipped paint, smeared idk dirt? on various places, outside wall to roon wall - paint actually looked melted and seam for this important location is separated. Single Bathroom mirror light had three bulbs flickering. Repainted tub paint coming off at drain (ew!). Under kitchenette sink was molded warped and unusable space. Damprid hanging in closet (bag was full!) And whole place smelled of super strong purple Fabuloso - which would be welcome if it wasnt so strong to mask other odors. Breakfast was a bunch bread choices and powdered eggs with sausage. Worst thing = room AND lobby coffee were the worst I've ever tasted and i've had some really bad coffee. HORRIBLE Yuk. BYOC!! Oh and the rotten lemon water. Don't drink that!!

This hotel had a suite that had five beds a small dog! It is conveniently located beside I-95, which is excellent for a road trip stay. It was spotless, and the staff was very attentive

The place is under construction, old dingy, elevator was rough, common area smelled like Fabreeze, room smelled musty. Chose to leave within minutes. Booked at a Marriott property nearby. Customer service lacked as well. Issue getting credit resolved. Still working on that!!!

When I arrived I was told there were no pet friendly rooms available. Expedia did not indicate I needed to book a specific pet friendly room. In fact I stayed at the same branded property in Florence SC where that was not an issue. Instead at the Savannah property I was charged extra to use a room I was told was different than type room I booked. I had booked a king suite and that is what I received along w a moldy musty horrible odor. I could barely breathe. The bathroom was in poor condition—visible missing molding around the tub, toilet was yellowed. I was also given a room on the first floor on side of building w the interstate. As a single woman traveling w just my dog I did not feel safe. Really a horrible experience.

There was no one at the desk when we arrived. Then we were told that even though we booked a dog friendly room we would have to pay extra because we were assigned to a floor that pets aren’t allowed. The room we had smelled so bad of mold that I woke up sick. There were stains everywhere. It was overall horrible.

Shower was clogged. I had to shower in 3" of water after my wife showered. Sink was slow to drain. Room Carpet was not clean. Lobby had chipped tile and hall was missing base board. Our electric door lock wasn't working either.

Key wouldn’t work. Wired incorrectly. Mgr had to come back more than once to assist. Other than that glitch, property and room was very good.

Property looks to be under construction possibly as many areas were unusable/unopen during our stay although there were no signs (that I recall seeing) notifying us of construction, etc). The pool area was closed. None of this was noted when booked so was disappointing upon arrival.
