the only thing nice was that it was close to the tanger outlets and food the hotel room was absolutely disgusting, we found an old used bar of soap in the shower along with a roach. the room itself smelled horrible. the floors had not been swept or mopped. the tv did not work. it was just overall disgusting. a sticker on the bathroom mirror said housekeeping services are only provided every two weeks.

Not anything really. Rooms are dirty and roach infested. Leaking toilet they didn't call until the next day after notifying them. Paper plates with food left in refrigerator. Refrigerator unplugged and hot on arrival. Woke up to roach crawling towards my face. I will never stay at Woodspring again.

Nothing. The property did not follow the instructions and does not pick up calls. Called 6 times on the day of our check in and not one call went through.

The check in person made me wait until 3pm to check in. It was 2:45pm and I needed to use the bathroom amd I just got done driving, there is no bathroom in the lobby, and I had to wait so I could use the bathroom. Then at 3p I jad to wait further become others were in line trying to check in. I will never use this hotel or it's brand ever again.

The staff were rude when I was trying to check in. And actually made me feel unwelcome and like I didn’t know anything when I’m the one who booked the room. I didn’t even stay. I left and went somewhere else. Will never book here again.

I didn’t stay. Soon as we checked in and went into the room, we saw a medium size roach on the stove. Another came out the wall by the table, one crawling on the floor and another in the windowsill. We immediately went back down stairs and told the lady at the front desk with our belongings (the only reason it’s getting 2 stars) if I could it would be 0. They were understanding and texted the GM Korenna who was rude from the start. I asked politely could I get a refund and we just go stay somewhere else since the ladies said that they were booked. Korenna immediately said “no” to the refund and to move us to a different from. Which somehow came available, which was room 212, I was iffy about it and told them we didn’t want to stay that close to 214 (original room) cause that room may have roaches as well. Korenna continues texting Amy, and told her to go check 214 to see if there was roaches because she’s not giving us no refund. So they went and they seen the roaches, I even showed video proof of the roaches in 3 different areas in the room. Again Korenna being rude saying she’s not going to refund us so I said, we can go check room 212 out and if it’s good we will just stay because Korenna was being a jack ass, even the 3 ladies said the same thing…that the hotel was in the wrong because they had roaches. So my friend go upstairs and check out 212 and it’s good to go so we said we will stay since Korenna didn’t want them to give us a refund.

Roach infested rooms (in the bed also). Loud rattling a/c unit. They had maintenance enter the room unannounced.. twice. Room was not properly cleaned. Missed little things like not washing out the sink. Advised management who sent maintenance to spray roach spray. The roaches got worse after this. They did not want to issue a refund. I have not ever experienced a hotel so bad. WoodSpring Suites are usually great but this location is awful! 1 star is too high.

This stay did not feel so much like checking into a hotel but more like spending a few nights with your tweaker cousin because you had no other options. At check in I had to sign 2 pages that basically boiled down to no smoking in or around the building (normal) and if you have any friends come over you had to check them in and out. That was the odd one since I've never had to sign that sort of form and I stay at hotels 30+ weekends a year. Had to spend around 30 minutes in the room cleaning because all the surfaces were brown and sticky. It's like they only changed the sheets and cleaned the sinks. Though they seemed to have a strict no smoking policy my neighbor started smoking pot around 10pm till midnight (when the front desk people left) would take a nap for a few hours and start smoking again at 4:30am. Since calling the emergency number would incur a charge I chose to speak with the front desk person. Though they were supposed to be available from 8am to 10pm I never saw anyone manning the front desk after checking in even when the window was open and waiting for over a half hour. Also, the AC did not work, and the toilet had a slow leek so it would bark (yes it made a sound like a small dog barking) and run for 30 seconds. It would then shut off for 30 second then start aging. So, the toilet barked every minute and there was no one to fix it. Never staying again. On the upside the bed was quite comfortable.

The woman that works the night shift is loud , unprofessional, I believe rachet would best fit her. She not only got other guest to come with her to my door to address a problem but she also asked me to return used non working keys to her then proceeded to take a smoke break when Iwas clearly standing there waiting to give these gets to her. She yelled at me at my doorway about the issue , which I add had nothing to do with me. Never once did she get a word of input from me.

This property was literally the WORST we have ever stayed in. They charge for Wi-Fi. They don’t have a front desk person. The manager walked in the room after a quick knock not once but TWICE. The elevator is faulty and you get charged if you need a room key. The whole place reeks of weed. The shower is AWLFUL, with mold behind the shower head barely hanging in the wall. Do yourself a favor and stay LITERALLY anywhere else.
- 1/5
There cigarettes in my non smoking room smelt like smoke. Soap in the tub used. Bad service, from front desk very rude.
- 1/5
The person In the front was VERY rude with a nasty attitude. The rooms were nasty, they have roaches and the tubs were dirty like somebody had already bathe in them before us. 10/10 would NOT recommend !!

I was so disappointed in this hotel. We received an unfriendly welcome upon arrival. The hotel looks good from the outside & the lobby. The elevator had no ventilation. It was stuffy and had an awful odor! There were dead bugs on the floor under the bed. We woke up the next morning we discovered roaches crawling on the walls on the counter. When I want to complain about the roaches, the front desk did nothing. I want my money back and I will never stay there again!

We have booked many hotels and my wife has never had a problem checking in first, and I meet with her in our room, later. When she went to check in, she had the reservation #, when it was booked, where we booked it, ability to open app. to show the booking, State ID, even a marriage certificate (because we were moving into the area and happened to have the box in the car) Our shared credit card was used for the booking, and a plethora of other ID. Yet, when she arrived with my daughter and dogs, the female manager said she could not let her check in because I was not there. I was driving a moving truck a few hours behind them. Now my wife who is disabled, was told to sit in her car and wait until the next shift arrived and maybe he'd be more accommodating (about 45 min.). So my wife went to her car, called me and I called the hotel directly, willing to take a pic of my license, and tell them it's a shared card. They still would not allow her to check in. The male manager actually asked her "what do you think you're pulling her?" My wife was dumbfounded - she was accused of doing something shady. He was very offensive to her. Finally, the manager relented - after a considerable amount of time and my wife not letallow her to check in, and I showed up about an hour or so later. Suddenly the manager is apologizing to me - not to my wife that was treated like a criminal.

The lights in the corner of the room kept switching on & off and my partner had to get up in the middle of the night to switch it off numerous of times.. there was also a stove top in our room though it did not come with any pots & pans which seemed very odd to me ? what’s the point ? overall i’ll give my experience a 7.5

Had a weird experience last few time checking in. The lady that checked us in, decided to get noisy, and ask the female unusual, and unprofessional que that was with me. This was the second time this happened. When confronted, she started blowing off, and was just asking friendly questions. The second time, she demanded a id. I asked her why? The person wasn’t on the reservation and there’s no need for it. Her manager backed her without asking what the problem was. The hotel employee consistently asked personal questions as if was interested in more than a hotel guest business transaction? Why would anyone feel comfortable giving a borderline stalker any info. Previous stay, had issues with the room ac. She waited for about 10 minutes, to finish her personal phone conversation, to even acknowledge the problem, and informed me that she should be able to reset the ac, when she got a chance. One hour later, she showed up and fixed it in about 2 minutes. The room was 81 degrees the the whole hour. Have stayed here several times and one door, main door on backside of building has been constantly hit or miss with the keys working. Not just me, but every guest. Management gives the attitude, it’s a privilege for guest to be there. Promotes stalking behavior and frankly don’t care about the guest. If you are lucky enough to find a clean room, with no issues, it’s a cheap place to stay. Don’t bother the front desk, you will get attitude.

After booking my 8-day, 7-night stay, I spoke with the manager before checkout time on my last day. I paid and booked an additional night, then left to go to work. Upon my return that same afternoon, I was informed that my “paid” stay, with the paperwork already signed, was no longer available. They had booked it with another guest shortly before giving me the key for the other room. As a single mother of two children who were also with me, this was a very disappointing situation. The manager didn’t seem concerned or worried about leaving me in the position I was in due to her incompetence.

It was ok
- 1/5
Terrible hotel service. Booked and get to the hotel and there’s nobody at the desk. Called the hotel numerous times before someone finally answered to say oh we’re sold out, said just to get a refund from hotels.com. Worst customer service, would never book again.

Just awful
- 5/5
My stay was pretty good, get there early for check-in if you can. Late check-in is a bit of a hassle if you don't make arrangements for late check-in beforehand. The room was great and the beds are very comfortable.

A hour and a half late getting checked in because the room was not ready for check in at 3. No amenities at all.
- 4/5
Property was clean and in a good location. Not a luxury suite but it was good for what we needed it for.
- 4/5
We would definitely use this hotel again. It was clean, pet friendly, and they gave us a room close to the entrance door, so it made it easy for us to take our dogs out. It was at a great location where there were plenty of restaurants/stores nearby.
- 1/5
Beds were terrible, lumpy, hard. Room was clean but had musky cologne smell to it.
- 2.5/5

The gentleman at check-in was great and the room looked good until we stepped inside. The room reeked of moth balls. We opened the window a bit to see if it helped but it didn’t. The smell was coming from the brown, fuzzy blankets. After leaving the window cracked for an hour, we needed to close it even though the smell was still there and turn on the heat. The immediate smell was burning hair dryer. So we shut off the heat. We’d been there less than 2 hrs and had to leave. We were told there were no other rooms but between the intense smell of moth balls permeating the room and then the burning smell from the heater, it wasn’t a safe room to stay in.

Room was small but clean Price high for what you get. Small room zero aminities. Like walking through the getto getting in and out. 24-7 weed smell.

Great location! Went to check in and sign on building says no smoking within 35' of building yet employee was standing out front smoking. When we entered the lobby smelled like weed. Rang for someone to check us in and he was definitely high. Walked thru side door to go to room and employee at side door smoking and inside smelled of weed. Sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. No hand towels just 2 wash clothes/2 towels. No hair dryer no coffee pot. Thank goodness we brought our own coffee pot. Woke up the next morning and 3 police cars were in front of the main doors. 1 had its lights on. Later in the day a police officer sped around the corner of the bldg in his patrol car. Won't stay here again or recommend.
- 3/5
It’s a stay without any extras. I was told they couldn’t accommodate a noon checkout (regular checkout is 11), and the email I got cautioned me that any items left would be tossed. As if a lost and found is a novel idea. I’ve stayed here before but they’re so extra about everything (ironic, given there are absolutely no extras to speak of), I’ll find somewhere else to stay next time.
- 2/5
the staff were very unhelpful. I had a problem with the AC/heating and the staff response was if the A/C is not working then you'll have to check out. She wouldn't come to the room to try and fix the problem. She also said that the maintenance man has gone home and won't be back until Monday. Staff supplied no Wi-Fi service and also informed me that there is no room service and no towels will be provided. The plus was the price of the room.
- 5/5
Everything, the staff is very nice helpful & friendly (some of them) the other guests are friendly, helpful, & respectable, toward each other it's very nice, very clean, the location is perfect I'm only 8 minutes away from work, there are lots of shops restaurants to visit I love it here!!!!!!
- 2/5
The room has towels, soap and shampoo. 2 plastic cups. No other amenities. No ice machine. No wifi. The room was clean, but not sparkling.
- 3/5
The room was dark. One light bulb was missing in the ceiling. The lamp was missing a light bulb. I didn’t use the refrigerator but I opened it and the bottom right drawer was dirty, made me question what else was forgotten when the room was “cleaned”. Someone else’s key was still left behind in the room as well. I just needed to sleep so I did and left at 4:30am.

- 2/5
No one came to clean the room the 28 days i was there
- 0.5/5
N/a The fact that my reservation supposedly never made it to them and this isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s like they hated me for staying a short period of time. Bad management, basically threw an army vet out on the street with no intention of resolving anything. Nasty crew of people that work there. This place needs new management badly. They canceled one of my reservations and then flat out stated my next wasn’t received. What a dirty bunch of ppl.
- 2/5
check in time is 3pm, but my room not ready. asked for first floor, but not ready, ended up on second floor. Partialy disabled, and room was far away. Room was semi dirty, mirror in bathroom was terrible. No coffee in room, or lobby. Wifi was limited to one email and slow. I guess you get what you pay for. Lobby vacant after 8pm and does not open until 9 am next day.

- 5/5
Wasn’t busy at all, nice and quiet
- 3/5
The app says check in anytime after 3 o’clock. It’s only buried in the fine print but it’s only open until 10. When I called and someone said they would be right out, it still took quite a while for them to get there and check me in the room itself was fine. Homeless people sleeping in the parking lot in cars though.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. It was the nastiest hotel I have been in. My family and I left immediately even though it was nonrefundable. Bugs, smoke, and filth are the only ways to describe this place.
- 1/5
The hotel was filthy and one of our 3 rooms wasn’t even clean and ready at 11:30 at night. With the amount of money I spent, I would expect a refund of some kind from this hotel. My room had feces in the toilet, toenail clippings on the floor, it was disgusting and we were stuck, as we got in so late at night. There was only 1 lady working there and she was worn out. It was crazy.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent
- 5/5

Bed is rock hard. Food caked on the floor beside bed.
- 1/5
The worste dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in
- 1/5
But it left me scrambling for another hotel that day while I was driving 12 hours... Expedia than booked another hotel for the 4-14, Which when I arrived. They were completely booked. Moving forward I will not use a third party app for my hotel stays. It caused unnecessary stress and wasted time.
- 1/5
Staff was not very nice and the room was has roaches. Will not ever stay here again, it was a waste of money.
- 1/5
Too terrible
- 5/5
This is an extended stay hotel so naturally it doesn’t have all the frills. It was very clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The area is great.
- 1/5
There were roaches in the room at check in. Would like a refund.
- 1/5
Strangers were coming to the door during the night and bugs were every where. It was very dirty.
- 1/5
The lady that checked me in was very nice and tried to be accommodating but, when we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, the bathroom sink was clogged and there was a few roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area.
- 2/5
It was a shock that I found dead roaches, hair all over the tub and having to carry used towels and wash cloths to receive clean ones. I loss a diamond wedding band in the room and as of today , no one has found it.
- 1/5
I was in for a one night stay. Check-in was fine until I was told that what is advertised as a $50 pet deposit is actually a fee. Then there is a $5 fee...? I'll be contesting that. The room was clearly not cleaned. There was dirty silverware and food crumbs in a drawer, hair on the toilet and cup rings on multiple surfaces. The only thing that was acceptable were the bed linens and towels. Also, U do understand that this is a long-stay facility, but no ice machines?? And be prepared for the free internet to only cover one device. STAY AWAY
- 1/5
It was roach in my room I reported it the man who works there said I bought the roach to the room with when I just check in about 12 I reported when I got up and started to see them after he said what he I immediately checked out because the lady was telling me there was no more room
- 4/5
everything was genuinely just okay. smelled like weed a lot though
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
It was close to shopping and clean. The back door was broken so your key card wouldn’t work otherwise it was a nice stay.
- 3/5
I was unaware that this was not a regular hotel. I extremely loved the kitchenette. I liked the laminate floors. The lampshade was very dirty, around the bottom corner of the fridge was dirty. Around the frame of the bathroom door was dirty, it may have been rust, I’m not sure. There wasn’t 24hour desk service. I couldn’t check in an hour early, I had to wait additional time to check in after my drive in. There was no iron, ironing board or blow dryer in the rooms. Overall, it was okay, centrally located but needed to be more clean. If I had to stay there again, I would prefer to check the room ahead of time.
- 3/5
Hidden fees for pets not mentioned on Expedia Very noisy Smells like weed in hallways No a/c in elevator
- 1/5
Also I keep trying to upload photos but the website won't let me....shocker. i tried talking to a virtual agent to get refunds but again magically got disconnected!
- 2/5
When we arrived the facility was very clean however, in the middle of there was a grinding noise (sounding like welding). Later we determined it was the toilet pump. There was no maintenance on the facility to fix it. It was a good thing we checked out that morning.
- 1/5
Bring your own everything and I mean everything I would never stay here eva again me and my family paid for two days nd left after 1st night
- 2/5
This is the most basic room we have ever had, small items like coffee maker or hairdryer not in the rooms. We went to leave one morning to get something to eat and there was urine on the wall in the front office. However, if you like the smell of marijuana smoke everywhere, you may enjoy this place.
- 3/5
Its not how it looks in the picture. The doors to enter the building were not working. Got stuck outside for a half an hour the first night. We called the front desk no answer. I called left a message no answer. Are bathroom toilet would stay running. It had over flood water twice from that. The floors were not swept properly. The wifi wasn't working good. Also only one person in the room can use the wifi. Unless you pay for it for the other person to use. Our door was hard to open when we entered and left the room. The bathroom door would not stay closed. And it would make aloud sound when opening and closing it. The remote control wouldn't work properly as well.
- 2/5
The place advertised a pool but didnt have one. Also it was a non smoking hotel.which was a major reason on my choice. The hallways and room stunk of cigarettes and pot. Room eminentlies were very low quality but comfortable. Staff was hard to find and desk was unattended most of the time
- 2/5
They charged me a $100 deposit fee and never went back into the account overall it was a good stay
- 3/5
MY ROOM WASN'T READY,BATHROOM WAS DIRTY
- 3/5
The location was good, however it did seem a bit misleading as it essentially was a construction worker boarding house. Nothing wrong with this but the condition of the rooms and the common areas were not your typical "comfortable and welcoming" hotel. This was good for our quick one-night stay to quickly move on with our trip the next morning, but it is not a hotel to go to and expect a relaxing and quiet vacation environment.
- 1/5
The lady behind the desk was nice but very terrible tbh
- 5/5
It was fairly clean, and comfortable
- 3/5
When I arrived the welcome service great and friendly. Room was clean. But though it’s a nonsmking area, the smell of weed penetrated the hallways and sketchy ppl hanging in front and back of property. You only can have one device connected to your room for wifi, and yet I was charged. The person at checkout said they were going to contact the company for a refund and til this day I have not heard anything back nor do I see a credit on my card either, it’s been two weeks.

The tub was nasty ( needs to be replaced) the shower was not properly secured in the wall, behind the toilet was dirty, the counter in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the microwave was dirty. The bed was terrible ( it was a full side roller way bed 🛌 sitting up extremely high on iron). I took pictures of the room. I will never recommend any one to stay there. The hallways was smelled like wet animals and weed. I’ve never been so disappointed ( especially for the amount of money that’s charged).

Entering the hotel it had a horrible smell of marijuana rotten food in a refrigerator and the stench was all through the entire hotel all the way to the 4th floor it got worse through the night as I was at work the room would smell even harsher they put in new floors while I was there in the Halls before they were even put down there was beer and food spilled all over them when I came home from work there were two empty beer cans in the elevator with a mcdonald's wrapper and a half eaten cheeseburger this is how the entire hotel was the front counter staff that I encountered was very unaware of what her job was and how to treat people I would never stay at this place again and I would recommend that anyone that is thinking of staying here just go by and smell it you don't even have to go inside you can smell it from the front door
