The hotel was relatively quiet and clean. The location was great. The hotel is seemingly under renovation around the entrance. I circled the property 3 times before realizing the entrance was off to the side, not facing the parking lot and since there was yellow tape blocking that parking area, the entrance wasn’t apparent. There needs to be signage directing to the entrance while the property is under renovation.

The staff at this hotel were so nice! We did have an issue with getting charged twice but the staff corrected it and gave me a call to assure me that the amount would be refunded. Honestly i would stay again. It was clean and welcoming!

Breakfast was awful. Went down to eat at 8:50 and there was no food to be had. I spoke to the person in charge and she said “people serve themselves a lot of bacon, etc and don’t think about other people”. Had to wait 25 minutes to replenish food. Decaf coffee totally cold. No milk. Awful

Location was great Night desk clerk was horrible! Said my card was declined when in fact I prepaid! Offered little or no help for the issue! When I moved to the side to handle it myself and make calls mysteriously everything was clear and she gave me my room card. Offered no apology! Definitely below Marriott standards

Breakfast was good I requested a handicap room for my mom and was told that one would be available, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told by staff that know handicap room was available and booking .com would have to be contacted because they booked the room i am very disappointed in booking.com.

The staff were very helpful, however, the room was dismal decor, dull gray and the air con was very loud, and access to the reception had no signage and we had difficulty finding the entrance. On the positive side, the GM was very caring and understood our complaints and gave us a discount, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of items.

The breakfast was outstanding. The location being near many restaurants and stores was a big plus. We were charged for the room/living room (one bedroom) we reserved, but we were placed into a suite. I was told after I went back to the service desk that they were fully booked, and suites were only available. Plus, the room had a bad air conditioning noise. They then moved us to an ADA suite, which had a loveseat, not a queen pull out bed. Was uncomfortable trying to sleep on the loveseat as was too small.

Room wasn't cleaned well, the A/C sounded like a diesel truck next to our bed, the fire pit was nasty, the TV in our room had a horrible picture, the sound of doors closing and opening all night long. The stay was not worth the $230 I paid. I'm not a complainer but I was very unsatisfied with my stay.

I couldn't find one thing wrong with our stay, it was pleasant and close to any and everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Rooms were spacious, clean and felt like home. Would definitely stay again.

Lobby as beautiful, breakfast offered a great assortment, and the room decorations were modern. The first room given did not have a sofa bed as promised, relocated- in that room the shower temperature handle came off and towels smelled old, not fresh / clean.

Our room was like an apartment, with a kitchen, refrigerator and a sink. Super roomy, and everything was pristine. It's very nice to arrive at a clean and comfortable place after 8 hours traveling by road. I couldn't be more satisfied, we had everything we needed. I loved the renovated bathroom and the big space in the shower so you can bathe three small kids at the same time with no problem. The breakfast could have been better. My mom and I love to eat grits for breakfast and we couldn't enjoy it because the grits were under-done, totally uncooked. They didn't have regular sugar (how come we all have to be putting artificial sweetener in our coffee now?) On another note, there was no whole milk, but 2% milk.

Staff was polite and accommodating especially the night staff. Room terrible mold dirt no linen for sofa bed . Breakfast was terrible never had butter ?

I had an issue in one room and was easily switched to another by an accommodating staff but the second room was also lacking in cleanliness. The room was nice bed was hard and not comfortable and the toilet didn’t flush every time had to take back off to move the plunger so it could fill! On a lighter note the shower was above and beyond awesome large great pressure and excellent hot water‼️

We stayed here a year ago on our way to Florida and liked it enough to book it again this year. However, perhaps because I used hotels.com rewards for our room this year, we were put in a really decrepit room. The sofa had stains all over it, on both sides (yuck)! The furniture was beaten up and pieces of laminate torn off. The dishwasher wasn't attached to the countertop, but rather shoved deep into the hole. The refrigerator smelled like it had something die in it. The HDMI cable wasn't hooked up. My husband called the front desk about that; they said they'd get back to us but never did. He finally figured out what to do, but he shouldn't have had to. The TV is bolted to the table in such a way it couldn't pivot enough for good viewing in the living room (on the now blanket covered sofa) or the bedroom. The countertops was chipped and not attached at the seams. THIS ROOM IS QUOTED AT $342 a night!!! It's not supposed to be dive. But I felt like it was a dirty room and glad I was staying only one night. We had this hotel booked for our return trip at the end of March, but I cancelled it and booked another hotel in the same complex for $120 less. Pros- the beds were comfortable (if you could trust the sheets were clean} and the breakfast very good. Location is good (right off 95- if you can get through the traffic lights to get to the hotel) and there are a lot of restaurants to chose from. What a difference a year makes, from 5 stars to mostly 2.

we throughly enjoyed our stay here! we only stayed for one night to attend a concert, but it was such a convenient stay. the staff was very nice and helpful and there are multiple stores and restaurants around! 10/10, would definitely stay here again.

Nothing lacking - super fast and friendly check-in, spotless room, overall hotel was clean, safe, and quiet. Will definitely use this as my stopover for future drives along Route 95.

I would steer away from this hotel. They sneaked a charge to cover the whole night on top of what I paid through hotels.com, so ended up paying the same rate twice. Took me multiple days and multiple calls and I have yet to resolve the issue. They didn't even disclose the extra charging, I had to find it myself on my bank account statement.

Liked that it was close to the Airport. Dislike included mattress on pullout needs replacement, had to hunt down sheets for the pullout, room need some attention for repair, noisy, and the staff did not seem to happy to be there.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom and half of a sub in the refrigerator. Also, without telling me, they automatically put a $20 hold on my VISA for incidentals which still hasn't cleared. For the high price that I paid, this was unnecessary. Go someplace else. There are a lot of choices around there.

The rooms with full kitchen were spacious and in great condition. The lobby and facility were updated and nice. It was quiet. The only minuses were the location of the air vents which blew air on our faces all night long and it would be nice to have another bathroom sink outside the bathroom. It was hard to have 5 people getting ready in the morning at the same time.

Room booked 1-2 months in advance and asked for a crib for the room, and they did not have enough to provide one. The AC was very loud and made a high pitched sound when coming on, which happened frequently. Otherwise, it was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was great.

The hotel is not the cleanest. There must’ve been a party next to our room which kept us all up from 3am-4:30 am. Attempted to call down to front desk from the phone in the room to report the noise and it was not even hooked up. Also the pool was closed.

The hotel is a nice hotel but needs a lot of attention. The layout of the rooms are great and very spacious. Love the Kitchen layout. The beds are very comfortable. Love the countertops areas in the room. The staff was very nice and polite etc the breakfast lady, the maintenance man and the front desk host. The carpet in the room was torn and worn out in different places and look dirty with stains, the coach was very dirty looking with a lot of stains, did not want to sit on it. The bathroom shower head has built up brown goo that only needs to be clean. Decent stay but the carpets and coach was my biggest disappointment with the money I paid I expected way better.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, studio was well equipped and had ample space. Disappointed that still use small disposable shampoo, etc bottles instead of larger refillable bottles. Even though hotel is obviously new, some cracks in grout near the sink in bathroom, front of dishwasher had drips, obviously not cleaned.

Even though hotel is obviously new, some cracks in grout near the sink in bathroom, front of dishwasher had drips, obviously not cleaned.

Hotel rooms are just below average for a Marriott. It gets the job done for a quick night to rest during a road trip. Front desk staff are not very friendly but again, gets the job done.

Had a few minor issues upon arriving. Went down stairs and the manager on duty was very pleasant. She came up to our room and fixed the problem herself. (Ms. Jackie) She even made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant stay, clean rooms, friendly staff and a short 20 min drive to Savannah. There's no reason to stay within the city proper of Savannah to pay more plus parking fees. The hotel is within all the shopping needs, as well as, restaurants you can think-of, everything is within either walking distance or a short 5 minute drive.

We stayed on the top floor and our room was clean and everything I've come to expect from Residence Inn by Marriotts. The location is just minutes from the outlet mall and the Savannah airport and 30 mins from the Riverfront. Plenty of dining options and two grocery stores.

With all the craziness going on surrounding COVID, this was not reassuring that major hotels chains such as the Marriott are using best safety practices. The rooms were not clean (dust, dirty desk chair, toliet, doors). First room, I was given had insects on the bedding and visibly not clean. Very disappointing experience.

Hotel location is great. Walking distance to all kinds of stores and restaurants. Hotel room layout great with full kitchen and nice size bathroom with a walk-in shower. Only reason I’m giving an overall rating slightly less than excellent is because the surfaces in the room should have been cleaner. I had to wipe some counters clean.

Certainly one of the better I-95 hotels. A touch of class. We had a small mini schnauzer with us and unfortunately was charged $100.00 for a cleaning fee. Highway robbery no pun intended. Stayed at a Raddison the night before and paid $20.00. If you can go a little further and stay at the Kimpton in Savannah pets are free and it's a top notch hotel..

It’s the middle of the summer (July 2021) to be exact and the pool was not a available due to an inspection not being performed and approved. We were not informed of this until we were already in the pool and the manager came over 10 min. later and stated we needed to get out due to it being closed. If we would have known this at check in that amenities were limited or closed we would have reconsidered our accommodations. Also, it was limited bath towels and wash cloths available. My Family and I had to go out and purchase wash cloths. With the cost of this hotel being $200 a night I truly feel that I shouldn’t have to go out to purchase amenities.

I reserved two rooms and they put us on opposite sides of the hotel. The AC vent leaked. The toilet was moving and not stable. The sofa bed was filthy. The WIFI was out for half the time we were there. I WOULD NEVER stay there again!

The wifi went down the first day we were there and wasn't fixed until 4 days later. The pool wasn't available for use. The staff was very friendly.

It took a very long time to get our room but the manager was able to accommodate us with two smaller rooms. The management the staff and the Cleaning staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable by helping to surprise my sister on her birthday. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I would have given the hotel a 5 if it wasn’t for the fact that the staff was way understaffed and the wait time for a room was longer than expected.

Had a full size refrigerator, glass stove cooktop, sink, dishwasher sofa, desk, tv and two queen beds. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice and shower was huge. Water pressure was great. Wish I stayed there more than one night! Would definitely stay there again!

Even though you get it back days later, I feel that’s just a ridiculous amount to hold after already paying almost 300 for the room! The hold was almost more than the room cost!

Very clean place and love the room set up. Also, location is great. There's a shopping mall, several stores, and restaurants in close proximity.

Didn’t like that they claimed to have a working pool and like all the other excuses due to Covid it was a lame one.

This is our go to spot when traveling from NY to Florida. Great location and spacious suites. During non COVID times they have a great breakfast buffet that we always enjoy.

There is nothing unique here. I do feel if I use ecpedia to book a room in a hotel like this, I will get a room that has issues like a broken hair dryer and trim on the bathroom cabinet that needs repair.

It was convenient. Hotel area was nice and lots of options around for food.

The staff were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Savannah, GA.
