booked a king room when I got there they said there was no king room available. I had to settle for a queen. The TV is complicated to use and small. water took forever to heat up. don’t try sitting on the couch you’ll end up on the floor.

The room was so spacious and had plenty of storage areas. We only stayed for a 3 day day weekend, but it would have been quite comfortable for any length of stay. The beds were cozy and we apprediated the different pillow options for different sleeping preferences. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was laid out nice. Large space. Nice decor Nice area. The halls reeked as well as the room smelled so bad. Not able to speak to a person about my reservation. On hold for 20 mins. No bedding for pull out bed had to ask for it.

I called down for working remote and never heard back from desk or got a working remote. Hotel stays no fun without free cable.

The shuttle to the airport had very limited hours. Also, I came at the end of May expecting the pool to be open and had yet to be inspected.

It was nice and clean My room had lot water in walk way coming from refrigerator leaking bad almost fell when I was rolling my luggage in but I cleaned it up with paper towel left some down so it catch rest of water the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold so my bottle water was still room temperature I reported to young lady that check me in she said she going let maintenance know…

My check In was very fast and professional. The lobby was nice decorated and very inviting. The rooms were very clean and it smelled fresh. The only issue was the Faucet in the bathroom, it was loose but usable. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Very friendly staff, very ready to be helpful as well. The rooms are up to date with great amenities and comfortable to boot. The pool is not the most inviting, and was closed, but we weren't planning to use it anyway.

Sadly the pool was closed, but everything was very nice and clean and everyone was very friendly!

My grandchildren did not get to swim because the pool was not working. They were disappointed. Extra money was spent and wasted because of this . Breakfast food that should be hot like oatmeal was cold

It was nice for just an over night stay while traveling. Served it purpose for us. However the hotel was not full and they charged me for parking which was a surprise the parking lot was empty

I expressed my concern to the front desk and they said they will take care of that but after all day out I encounter the room was not touched missing bathroom supplies etc. The breakfast was not bad but the variety was not that good. There was not hot breakfast like other Hotels the food was pre cook and put it on a glass warmer making difficult to get the food. The last not that good was they charge you $10 per night for parking . Also they told me that i will get a refund but not refund was issued at the time of this review.

The staff, location, and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Unfortunately the night we stayed there, they did not have any hot water. They were trying to repair the problem while we were there but we were only staying one night.

The hotel was very clean! The breakfast was very good! Employees were kind and helpful. Nothing. We liked everything.

Sneaky parking fee announced at check-in. Lame excuse about airport parking issues. Never again!!

Close to Savannah. And shopping & restaurants everywhere around us was nice. Someone was either smoking in the restroom next to our unit or maybe one floor below. But we could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom. Also, a lot of marijuana smoking out in the parking lot. Smelt it every time we walked outside.

Other less expensive motels/hotels serve far better quality food. Spoke with booking person by no phone and decided to reserve room online. Subsequently received several texts encouraging me to book a room. Annoying. 2nd room had no sheets or mattress pad, pillows or blanket even in the room, let alone on the pull out bed . Had to be retrieved from desk.

Courteous staff, clean room, plent of space! Everything we need for our little weekend getaway. I LOVE that staff texts you privately and iffers a line of communication for anything you may need. Very cool! A very nice, comfortable, clean and affordable stay when you just need somewhere to lay your head down.

We did not have hot water for our shower in the morning. The breakfast choices were limited. It was a nice clean hotel though and close to food options and other activities in the area.

My negative rating comes down to the breakfast on this one. They have a quaint little breakfast nook with little plates of small portions of food that is FAR too small for the number of guests they have. Looks like they're going for the boutique look when they should be offering a standard breakfast layout that doesn't lead to a line down the lobby with hope that there will be enough bacon left when you get to the front. The rest of the hotel was mid. It's all carpeted so not really that clean, and the sheets were so wrinkled there's no way they were cleaned before we got there. This place is passable at best.

Stay was fair. Got up next AM to take a a shower, no hot water. We were compesated but it truly did not make up for the fact that I had to drive for 8 hours with no shower.

Toilet had trouble fully flushing so I don’t know how house keeping cleaned it. Bathtub plug had issues. Blinds would not work. There was no maintenance for the evening so I had to wait till next day to get toilet fixed. Then I had to go down again late the next morning because still no one came.

Housekeeping dod not clean our room. We were there for four nights. We asked several times for service and finally the day before we left, someone came. She acted like she did not know what to do. It was very strange.

Within the first hour of our stay, my kids started to sneeze and their eyes became read. My eyes were read and also had a runny nose. I complained to the person in the front desk and invited him to my room to witness how our eyes were read. He was nice and provided us with a big fan that I turn on from time to time with door open for the bad smell to escape. We di not get room service on the second day.

Had a quick one night stay on the way to orlando- right off the interstate and tons of restaurants and shopping around it. The people working were SO friendly and helpful, the ONLY issue we had was the person above us was very loud. A 'heel Walker' who was pacing their room until midnight and then up at 5. Didn't leave us a lot of room to sleep.

Everything from the outside appearance to the inside was great. Very clean and up to date setting. Large room, comfy beds, and although we slept pass breakfast it’s a plus that is an option. Would definitely stay here again.

P E T S with 2 of our dogs we were charged $75.00 for both since we were stay 4 night. They even gave us a special door tag to let the cleaning staff know we had dogs. We stay at this Home 2 Suites every year on our way to vacation in Florida. It’s always clean, comfortable and convenient. However the breakfast buffet seemed to be lacking from previous years. Didn’t seem fresh, less food variety and bland. That’s not going to make us change venues in the future, but I would like to see the breakfast restored to its previous glory.

We stayed 7 days at this property. Close to the airport and easy access to highways to go to downtown Savannah 21 minutes away. The location and facility was fantastic. The breakfast NOT so much. the yogurt machine was broke the entire time and there is only so many ways you can make a breakfast sandwich. not a very good selection.

This is difficult for me to rate. The customer service was great but we did run into issues with the facilities. The pool was not the cleanest so we did not bother to get in. Our room smelled like a wet dog when we checked in and the front desk moved us inediately to another room. The next room smelled fine and appeared to be clean. There was also plenty of space. The problem is when my husband woke up in the morning, there was a roach crawling on him. I did report this to the front desk and they refunded us for the night.

The room itself was fine, but there were no sheets/pillows for the pullout sofa, so we had to go to the front desk late at night to get them. That inconvenience was compounded by the fact that the two elevators were no longer worked (we were on the 4th floor), and were still not working when we left after 10am the following morning with 5 large suitcases and 3 golf bags.

We were there for a concert. When we got back to our room which was only 3 away from the lobby, it smelled like a marijuana factory. The room next door was smoking loud and proud. Even other guests could smell it in the lobby when I came to inquire about another room. I was told there was not one available, but they could refund my parking fee. Area was great to stay but not sure that I’ll be back to this hotel again.

The room itself was fine. The pool was full of bugs. Cleaned some up myself with the net. Breakfast was okay

This hotel is nothing special and the one-night cost was $250.00. There is a $7.00 per night parking fee to park in normal parking lot that surrounds the hotel and was about half full. There breakfast bar consisted of breakfast type sandwiches, make your own waffles, cereal, bananas & apples. Won't be staying again.

This is my second time staying in this property. The hotel keeps the same cleaniless and service.

We always have a great time in Savannah, and this was no exception. We usually rent a house but needed to drive two vehicles this trip. We have stayed at several Home 2 Suites due to traveling for club volleyball. This one was nice, clean and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again. Have never been disappointed with this chain!

It was bare bones and you had to pay $7 a day to park your car in their parking lot that was like all parking lots in front of this type of hotel. Nothing outstanding comes to mind. It had a kitchenette which was convenient including a refrigerator.

The room we stayed in was pet friendly, however there was an odor to the room and we had not experienced that in the past when we stayed in pet friendly places.

Overall, property was very nice and the staff were good. However, my biggest surprise was finding a daily charge for parking, 7.00, in a normal parking lot in an uncongested area, on my credit card statement. I understand charging at downtown locations where space is limited but not in a suburbian area in a parking lot that has a lot of room and dozens of empty spots to park. Also, the back patio area by the pool/BBQ could use a good cleaning/pressure washing.

The facility outside looks much better than the rooms inside. I'd guess the room we stayed in was a 1960s design/build. Cleanliness was not to Hilton standards. Spouse stepped on a toenail clipping on the bathroom floor, presumably left by an earlier guest.

Convenience to transportation and easily accessible restaurants

Stay was fine but a huge roach was discovered on the floor next morning. Not good!

Allof staffs were very kind and smiling

Strange room setup. Initially reserved a two queen room, but received call day prior due to overbooking and agreed to take a king room with pull out sofa bed. Not very comfortable and should have kept the two queens (myself, wife and 17 year old daughter).

Large space. Not clean, bugs, no extra sheets for pull out. Crumbs and stuff left under the bed.

The sheets didn’t smell very good seemed almost dirty. The sofa bed had odd stains on the mattress, and there was breakfast included, but there was no breakfast served in the morning. Overall, the review makes it seem a lot better than it is would not recommend.

Great experience

Upon arrival we were notified that our room type wasn’t available, so we were given a lower room type. We were told that because they were “sold out and have a lot of people” they did not even have blankets that they could provide for the pullout sofa in our room. The staff were friendly, but not having the basics at a hotel and not being ready for higher volume of guests just isn’t excusable.

This is Expedia’s issue not the hotel. Expedia let us reserve the hotel but when we arrived, there were no available rooms. They said it had been happening all night. So we did not stay since there was no room.

We did not use these, but the property also has a nice outdoor pool and two large outdoor grills for guest use as well.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Its clean & around all kinds of dining and shoping. Will stay here everytime we come to savannah/pooler area.

Love the condition of the hotel and the area around it.

Room was big, clean and sound proof

The bed was absolutely comfortable. Bathroom was a little dirty towels weren’t folded but other than that we had a great day.

Clean and quiet location. Just across the parking lot from an excellent Korean barbecue restaurant.

I had such a lovely time that I am considering extended stay.

Trip was good and staff was very helpful. Main complaint was dishwasher wasn’t run so when arriving the suite had a particular odor that filled the kitchen and living area.

The check-in was quick, room was clean, updated & spacious. The hotel is centrally located and in a safe area. The kitchen doesn’t have any seating. The breakfast was average and ended at 9am. It should be extended to 10am.

Second time we stay here on our drive to Florida. Clean and perfectly adequate. Will stay again!

Shuttle service was great. Quiet area, but many things to do in walking distance. We were assigned our room for 5 full days and asked for housekeeping twice and never received anything.

Normally would stay at JW Marriott, this is far more “User Friendly”.. Meals, Parking not being bothered. This will be my Go To, I’m stay at Embassy Pooler this weekend. I’ll let you know how it goes…LOL

Overall the establishment was well kept; althougth, the furniture and decor was dated. There is some wear and tear, but the hotel was suitable for an overnight stay. A lot of eateries within walking distance.

We had a comfortable stay with all the essentials. Room set up is perfect.

This was a stop over on our way to Charleston for Thanksgiving. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and all the amenities. The young night manager was so nice! It was also nice that the hotel was convenient ton Publix and Tanger Outlets! Nice breakfast!

Everything is great! The only thing we can comment is the elevator smell (which you’ll be spending less amount of time).
