The best part of my stay was check in with Mr. Ernest. He was polite, courteous and helpful. He answered my questions and offered suggestions. Each time I entered through the doors he acknowledged me by name. I was very impressed. This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you for a great stay Mr. Ernest :)!!

We had to wait to check in due to them having issues we could not check in until after 7pm we had not enough wash clothes and towels as they were low and the hot water was not hot

The hotel was great, staff was great and very pleasant. We booked based on the reviews and the pool which we could not use. It was really dirty so we were unable to use that.

A great place to stay close to downtown Savannah. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Front office staff very nice.

The staff was great, very friendly, our room (313) was nice and clean but needs wall and ceiling touched up from prior water leak, carpet needs good steam cleaning and caulking in bathroom needs to be checked and resealed.( I used to be maintenance man at a former Best Western high rise, these are things I always see first glance)! Otherwise the Property was top notch!

Loved our stay and always do. We have stayed several times at a Drury and are never disappointed. This one in Gainesville is no exception. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and everyone is helpful and professional. Food is good. Clean amenities, rooms and the rooms always smell fresh and clean. To note : bring your own trash bags for the small trash cans. They don’t have them anymore. But perfect stay and move it!

The room wasn’t ready till 7:30pm. It was dirty, hair in the sink, dirt in the floor, dirty sheets. At 10:30pm just as we were going to sleep, they started cleaning the room just above us and vacuumed and was moving a bunch of furniture. They offered no help or comp plan to make up for the horrible experience. I paid way too much for that experience

Unfortunately after traveling all day and getting into the hotel late at night our toilet did not flush. The counter attendant actually sent me with a plunger and when that did not work they moved us to a king room and told me it was an upgrade from our 2 bedroom unit, however we had our 12 year old with us so no it is not an upgrade. They did not credit us anything nor did they apologize, and at 10:00pm at night when switching rooms they actually asked me to bring the plunger back to them. I would not recommend this hotel! 😡

Water was not even warm enough to steam up the mirror in the bathroom. Had to ask for toilet paper as there was only a small partial roll upon check in. Lobby ofc4th floor smelled like sewage.Was promised IHG points to compensate for the problems but was never given them.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean. Getting out of the area was difficult because of the stores nearby.

We tried to check in early, but was unable to due to how busy the housekeeping staff were cleaning rooms. When we arrived later, it was rather busy trying to check into our room, but we eventually were able to check in. We asked for additional towels from the lady at the front desk, and again asked through text message. But we never received extra towels. Housekeeping had left a cleaning rag in the room. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Wonderful experience !!

I arrived at 4:30 and was informed my room was not ready (check in at 3 pm). Stated it was due to short staffing. When I asked how long it would be, staff was unable to answer. I sat an hr waiting, and at 5:30 asked if I could get a refund if I went elsewhere. At 5:39, I was given a key to my room. This was very frustrating as I had specifically chosen this place as easy access off interstate, and wanted to do nothing but shower and put my feet up after an extremely long day of driving. Front desk staff were polite but there was no offer of any compensation for waiting 2 hrs and 40 min past check in time. Would not return. Very disappointed as I have had good experiences in the past at Holiday Inns.

This is a place reflecting not only great clean rooms but a fantastic breakfast buffet . Coffee bar 24/7 and fresh water and warm cookies in the evening. You also cant beat the location by walking across the street to the outlets . Our 2nd year staying here. Thanks to all espicially Cheryl. We will be back !

Staff was friendly. Hotel and room was clean. I’d stay there again but I’d never use their body wash. It was in a Dove bottle. I used it the last night and immediately started itching. It’s been 6 days and I’m still covered head to toe in a red rash all over my body. It’s extremely itchy and it’s affecting my life

Convenient to I95 and shops and restaurants. Several issues with our room: 1. Hot when we walked in and smelled like someone had smoked a cigar. It was apparent this room wasn’t used in a while! 2. Privacy shade broken. Had to manually roll down the shade which was a little painful to my hands. 3. Bathtub had some dirt in it. 4. Body wash container was empty. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable!

Good hotel and great location, but the room was dirty and water stained. There were large stains on several pieces of furniture. It was a little gross but you can't beat the convenience.

The only thing that is good about the property in this location is that it’s near Tanger outlets which is walkable. It’s at the very least a 1-3 minute walk to the outlet mall but that’s about it. Do not get a room on the first floor (the bottom floor) because your room will smell like cigarettes. Also, the curtains do not move so whichever room you move to, be careful because they will tell you that the curtains are not see through when they are. I had drove past my room in the first floor only to see the interior of my room and that the lady at the front desk lied and said they weren’t see through when they actually were. The curtains do not move, they’re locked and attached to something so that might have a little bit of history as to why they don’t close or why visitors aren’t allowed to adjust them. The staff is very lazy and half assed, before I switched my room on my first night, I was told the cigarette smell in my room would be taken care of but when I moved out my stuff in my room after being gone for 2-3 hours there was nothing done about the foul odor in my first room. Very disappointing. I think the reason it only had good reviews is due to the fact that it’s near that Tanger outlet and a couple of bars too. Nothing special. Save your money because they won’t tell you what you have to pay for and what you don’t have to pay for. Horrible place, I wish I could take my money back.

It was contained within a bunch of shopping malls, and it was very difficult to get into the property. The beds and pillows were hard and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The shower did not work and only put out cold water.

We booked a standard King room and they gave us an accessible room with an impossible shower that flooded the whole bathroom (room 129). There was black mold in the corners of the shower probably because of the excess water. We have stayed at the hotel several times and have not had this bad experience before. Not sure if we will stay there again.

The interstate had closed down so we were stranded and decided to stay at this Holiday Inn. The customer service was fantastic. In just a few minutes we went from super stressed to laughing and relaxing, thanks to the front desk assistant,Malaysia. She was so sweet, professional, and understanding. The entire hotel was clean and it was obviously staffed with caring employees. Now days that is so hard to find. Things just kept getting better when we went down to the hotel bar and got to enjoy Bree's bartending, wonderful personality, and her naturally caring character. When we went to leave the next morning another fantastic front desk gentlemen named Leroy took the time to say good morning and double checked to make sure we were leaving happy. I even ran into a couple of the housecleaners and they too were warm and friendly. Most of the time I cannot even get the grocery store checkers to say Hi and smile, however this Holiday Inn is finding and training their employees - keep up the exceptional work. I highly recommend this Hotel and I am confident your stay will be as great as ours.

The area around the hotel so so loud. We were woken several times with loud music etc. They also advertised an airport shuttle which is why we went with them but they don’t have one. We also had guaranteed a king bed but they hadn’t saved one for us so it was two full beds. Thankful we only stayed for one night.

The room was clean. The room was not stocked well. The elevator and hallway smelled like marijuana. It was excessive and disgusting! Just as we were falling asleep there was incredibly loud music and we couldn’t determine where it was coming from. I tried to call the front desk from the room phone and it didn’t work. In addition the air conditioner made a sound like fingernails on a chalkboard. It was very annoying. I rarely write reviews. I have worked in the hotel industry but I also travel frequently and I know how important it is for people to know what they are getting when they book a hotel. The room was clean and that is the best thing I can say.

The room badly needs the a/c repaired and carpet replaced. Smells very musty and moldy. Floor was wet by the a/c. Carpet in the room looked, smelled and felt dirty on your feet. Otherwise room was clean throughout. Room had VERY comfy beds and looked cleaned in all other areas. Very nice staff!! Check in went VERY SMOOTH and FAST. Loved the fact they had a nice bar and restaurant. Would stay here again, but not in the same room…

Because I book thru hotels.com , I was classified as last in line for any services. Requested room service cleaning after two days there and was told they would get to it soon. Soon was two days later !! Even after daily confirmations at the front desk & manager. Hotels.com clients are third rate !!!

The first time we stayed at this property we didn’t have any issues but this time was not a very good experience at all. The staff (Greg) was anything but helpful, didn’t have any customer service skills or personality and made no effort in resolving our issues. The room was not very clean and the people in the room beside us had very loud music but yet when we tried to get the front desk to address the issue nothing was done. After several phone calls to the front desk AND to the room beside us we finally had to go to the staff to request a different room. We did not have a good experience at all and will not be staying there again in the future.

Did not get room cleaned for 3 days because Expedia customers are lowest on priority! Only Holiday inn club members get service first. Had to make a very ugly scene at front desk to get clean towels. I plan to drop Hotels.com if hotels do not respect us as customers!

Acceptable hotel for a quick stop for a long travels. The staff was not very helpful, neither was a shower that set the entire bathroom under water.

Property is conveniently located to major shopping and dining options. Facilities are upgraded. Staff is professional. Only downfall was the loudness of above floor.

Justin, front desk, was the best. Check in was simple and quick. Room was clean but was overpowering of Clorox, so we left it for a bit to return to a more tolerable atmosphere. Great location, and bed was so comfortable we didn’t wake up till 9. Overall will stay here again!

Overall, a nice stay. We were disappointed that one bed was messy on top, as if someone sat on it or laid down on it. Also, there was just half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived and one washcloth. Attention to detail was seriously lacking during this stay. Also, the staff in the restaurant were very friendly, however, the menu went from few choices to even fewer. Apparently, they’re redoing the menu. We’ve stayed here several times over the last six years. I’d hate to see this hotel go downhill.

Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Close to shopping and food option. The bar is good too.

Room was dirty ,pillow cases and sheets were filthy we had to get moved to another room ,the second room wasn’t much cleaner the bathtub had a whole in it ,don’t know if it leaked ,going to let the front desk know on the way out.I will never stay here again this hotel is horrible

Cleaned in corners/thoroughly. When we left the next morning there was a car that had been destroyed just a few down from ours. This is definitely not the safest area.

The property was very nice. They did have some maintenance issues. The bartender was awesome alone with the front staff.

A nice hotel with friendly staff.

We only stayed for one night on our drive to the Florida Keys. There were plenty of stores and restaurants to walk to as the hotel is located within a Tanger Outlets. The room was clean and comfortable.

We had an enjoyable stay and would for sure come back to stay here. Very friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times on our travels down to Florida and have found our rooms to always be clean, the front desk staff always super friendly, housekeeping very accommodating and the over all appearance of the hotel welcoming. The location is convenient as it is right off of 95. Being close to shopping and restaurants is a nice bonus too!

The only fault was the outside noise from the Interstate, Hotel not built to reduce outside noise. Also noise could be heard from neighboring rooms, muffled voices, television etc

This property does not offer around the clock shuttle service to the airport. Their shuttle service is from 6am-12 midnight. My flight left at 5:55am. I had to book another room for my parents to make sure I had a ride to the airport this morning an unexpected charge $167. for last minute hotel booking

We have stayed here before and were satisfied from the ease of checking in to delivery of a clean room to good breakfast ( fee based)

I always stop here to break up a trip and it’s convenient off 95 and right next to a tanger outlet with several dining options walkable and many that are a quick drive

Excellent location! We stayed 1 night as a halfway point to Florida. Walking distance to Tanger outlets and Texas Roadhouse.

Room was very nice and clean. Restaurant staff friendly and food good, though menu is limited. Only complaint is that the AC/Heating is noisy.

This was such a lovely hotel! The staff was so personable and welcoming, and took the time to chat and make us feel welcome. The room was very clean and the bed was honestly one of the nicest hotel beds we've ever slept on! So soft and comfortable. This will definitely be a go-to hotel for us whenever we are visiting the area.

Loved everything about hotel except there was a roach in the room, no toilet paper except scraps of some.

Staff was very professional & personable. My room was immaculate. Drinks & service at the bar was great. I’d stay there again anytime I am flying in & out of Savannah.

I thought it was pricey. Most Holiday Inns include breakfast..

The room is dirty. I don’t think the linen was changed. Blood on linen. The bathroom smelled like dirty mop water. The chair in the room was dirty and smelly as if it was found by the garbage. I was evacuated from Florida and the moment I walked in the room, I thought to my self. I should have stayed to deal with the Hurricane. Never again!
