Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah-Airport

We got in late but the front desk was well staffed, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with everything working. The room, lobby and outside looked fairly new and well maintained.

Staff was really rude. 1st room was not made,but thankfully night manager made it right. The staff otherwise was very rude,and was arguing with manager when we checked out. We will probably never stay a Hampton Inn again. One of the worse places ever. I can't believe it was a Hampton Inn.

Pet friendly but the staff is so rude, non common sense at all, they called us at 7:00 AM to tell us that the payment for the pet fee hadn't gone through; they made us go down to the lobby at that hour to swipe the card again. We could did it before the check out like at 10 am but they didn’t realized that. So we couldn’t rest properly to continue with our trip.

Room was not cleaned properly. We had used soap next to our shower full of hair. After we saw that nothing felt clean, bed sheets specifically as well.

This was an unplanned overnight stop while traveling. Very clean and well maintained! Staff was very helpful! Very close to shopping and a number of restaurants. Good breakfast!

The property is fine. It’s the treatment I got on room selection. As I understand it the agreement has with third party reservation companies does not allow the front desk workers the ability to accommodate room Selection. I was told all rooms were taken and was asked to sign a waiver because I was given the room next to the elevator which runs all night. It was 8PM and the only option I was given was to cancel my reservation and go find another hotel, really at 8PM. I later found out not all rooms were taken just the Expedia rooms, and the staff is not allowed to make that swap. No way to treat a Hilton Honors member. Change your contract, as a consumer I only care about my treatment dealing with the staff at the Hotel, not your contract arrangements with the hotel chain.

Property was slightly dated but kept clean. Pool area was great. Staff was amazing, especially Sylvia at the front desk. Food was good, coffee hot! Good location and easy highway access. I’ve stayed in downtown Savannah and loved the walking distance to attractions but loved the ease of parking here and access to food, shopping, etc.

But we arrived at 2:30 in the morning and the front desk manager was very polite and helpful and they had a decent breakfast in the morning

Upon arrival the room was spotless. Breakfast was good and the front desk were very friendly especially the breakfast staff. I would give it 5 stars but the room wasn’t cleaned no new towels or trash taken from the room for the 4 days we were there. Also the room wasn't inspected very well as there was condoms ( new) left in a drawer with personal lubricant. Not very cool, you have to clean and inspect the rooms! And no trash removal or twoels? Cmon, do better.

Very convenient location to 95; however, the hotel is beside the highway and the traffic noise would steer me to another hotel for that alone. Otherwise, nice staff, good room, and generous breakfast.

In a good location for shops and restaurants, though a bit distant from historic Savannah. Room was clean and staff friendly. Only one working elevator and foor to room didnt close properly. Overall a plrasant stay. Would recommend.

Check in was a nightmare. 4th floor and one working elevator and it took 4 tries to get keys that worked and then the room was so musty they immediately moved us to a different room.

Breakfast was very good with lots of selections. Our room was on the highway side. Lots of interstate noise!

This is my go-to whenever I'm in this area. Check-in was seamless and the gentleman was very kind. The room was clean and spacious enough for my husband and me. The breakfast was decent. The breakfast staff was very friendly. The only thing is, I'm a Hilton honors member and wasn't offered the welcome gift. Since I come here often and I'm a member, I think that should be automatic. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great overnight stay! This hotel is convenient to I-95 and we chose it for the good reviews on Expedia and other sites. We made the reservation while on the road and arrived late (11pm). Breezed through checkin and got up to our clean, comfortable room. Ended up near the elevators but noted nearly no noise could be heard from inside the room. Breakfast area was clean and maintained well by friendly staff with standard food options. As my husband said, “You can’t really go wrong with a Hampton Inn” - which was true for this stay for sure. We would stay again!

Motel is conveniently right off 95. Bad part about that is rooms on highway side of hotel are noisy with trucks and cars all night. Be sure to book room with water view which are in the back away from noise. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was good. This is a favorite place for us to stay on our way back and forth from New England to south Florida. One of reasons we selected this place was because of our dog. Pets are welcome with a $75 surcharge.

We stay at this Inn two or three times a year. Love the location for its dining and shopping options and the proximity to the downtown area. Traffic can get complicated at times but like the fact that the hotel is in a quiet, private are. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Our room had roaches at first it was one and after maintenance came in and killed it and sprayed. The next morning there was another on the wall over the bed. The lid under the toilet had not been cleaned it had a deep yellow splatter. I have photos to support. I hated it there.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Room for most part was clean with exception of a small amount of trash left in basket. Room was located on highway side and a bit noisy, but after a 16 hour drive I fell asleep rather easily. Free continental breakfast at 6:30 am was very good to get me ready for another 7 hour drive to south Florida.

Tiesha at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. She gave me a good room with a nice view and texted me a little while after I checked in to make sure everything was ok. I really appreciated the small, but kind and professional gesture.

Very expensive. The girl at check-in must’ve been new because she told me what she was getting paid versus what I paid. I don’t know if that was a mistake, but it was laughable. It made me wonder if I had come straight to the hotel if I would’ve paid better than making the reservation online. In any event, it was extremely comfortable. I slept well. It was not noisy at all and that’s really all I care about.

I don't like that dogs were allow to sleep in the room that I rented.

My husband and I were denied additional free water bottles by the check in clerk. We were told that the policy is just 2 bottles. We are Hilton Honors members, but were told that because we booked via a third party (Expedia) it did not matter, no extra water. We will not stay at this hotel in the future.

I did not see any lack in service, cleanliness, courtesy and comfort. I have unfortunately have experience the lack of all of this at other Hampton Inns on this level in other states. All staff in all positions should be commended for their hard work and dedication. I have expressed this to them during my stay. I hope you take the time to do the same for the your employees at the Savannah airport location. Thank you

Excellent stay!

I loved my stay. The hotel is very clean, which is most important to me. The room was spacious. The bathroom was roomy. The breakfast was decent. It's in a perfect location, close to mamy shops and only 25 minutes from Savannah. I loved our lakeview as well. The only con is that they clean the rooms every other day so our room didnt get cleaned. I would still stay here again though.

Dog friendly!

I stayed 3 nights and asked that my room be cleaned both days. It was not cleaned at all. They said they couldn't give me any kind of refund because I booked through Expedia. This is an expensive place, so I would expect much better service.

Staff gave us a room by the elevator which we could hear running all night long. They made us sign a waiver before checking in that said there will be elevator noise and we can't complain about it. Had we known about this when we booked, we would've booked elsewhere. Staff said they had no way to notify us of the room inconvenience prior to checking in since we used Expedia to book.

Room was clean. That’s the most important thing to me. Lady at check in was very nice. There was a problem with the keys not working on the side doors which was a little annoying because it was raining and the only place to park was on the side. Hotel was aware. A company wide problem.

Were very pleased with the facility though it was noisy being by the thruway. The girls that ran the breakfast were wonderful, they prepared a wonderful breakfast and were right there to address any issues.

No. The more expensive Embassy Suites at the Savannah Airport was awful.

We enjoyed the location.

Quality did not meet the ostentatious price. Small Lobby - check in lines blocks entry to guests. Evening check in was one overburdened employee serving the desK/phones. Dining area is small/tight, awkward seating, condensed serving space and a small tv.

There is mold around he caulking of the tub. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. because I booked on line I didn¿t receive my Hilton Honor points. I specifically looked for a Hilton property to stay in. I would have booked a lower room rate hotel.

Was not able to rest, kids were up all night and morning crying, bouncing a ball on the wall. It was miserable.

Discovered rodent dropping in the linen. Room not set up well. Cleaning staff checked (disturbed)for cleaning before checkout which should be coordinated with front desk. We were very tired after drive and would otherwise have moved.

Breakfast was wide open to guests instead of staff only service. Only reduced fat milk— whole milk please or almond or oat! Carpet in room needs replaced. Better paper coffee cups available. Please invest.
