Very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also very close to food, coffee and shopping. Great location + if you get a good view you can even see the planes landing which is an extra plus. Will stay here again!

The hotel was clean, modern and the room was great bed was comfortable, and it was one of the better hotels ive stayed in over the last few years.

Several restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. There is even a movie theater next door. There is a shuttle to and from the airport, but need to reserve this service in advance.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Savannah Airport in Pooler, Georgia, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is modern, well‑maintained, and conveniently located just minutes from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. It’s also within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, which made the stay especially convenient. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and warmth. From check‑in to check‑out, every interaction felt attentive and efficient. The hotel maintains a strong reputation for friendly service, and my experience aligned with that trend.The rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. I stayed here two weeks ago in room 104 and the hot water did not work. Fast forward two weeks later, I stayed in room 204 and the same issue occurred, additionally the vent in the bathroom did not work. We informed the front desk reception at the time and she was very rude and unprofessional when we explained to her the issue. We left a voicemail for the general manager (she did not call back). We returned to the room and a 10.00 food credit was issued due to the inconvenience which was a slap in the face. I will not spending any money at this location or staying here again. Lastly, I went to check out of my room and the same front desk receptionist just glared at me with an attitude and did no lt speak during the interaction. Customer service is piss poor

When we checked out early the next morning, the receptionist didn't even come the check out desk. Just called to me from the other side of the lobby that my receipt would be emailed to me. The experience was less than wonderful. I never stay at Marriotts as I've had bad experiences but thought I'd give it another try. Never again.

The location is excellent!!...My room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The air conditioner unit in my room made a loud noise when it came on and the carpet in hallway on 3rd floor have a lots stains need to be clean or replaced.

Once issue was breakfast. I booked through Hotels.com and as seen in attached, breakfast is included in my booking. But Courtyard does not have record and according to the front office I have to pay extra. So what am i paying for such high rate if breakfast not included. The staff was great, super helpful and friendly. Relatively new at the time of our stay, the room and other amenities were on par with other well kept Marriott properties we've visited. The location is great and offers walkable food, grocery, and entertainment options as well as easy access to I95. Would definitely stay here again for any future Savannah-adjacent travel. No notable complaints!

Hotel was not great, but had trouble when we went to breakfast. When booking the hotel, we paid for two breakfasts. However, when it came time to get breakfast, I was charged 43.34. Woman (the assistant manager) at restaurant was adamant that the charge was legitimate, even though the booking included two breakfasts. I would suggest if you are going to stay here, don’t pay for breakfast. Get it elsewhere (there are plenty of restaurants within five minutes).

This hotel is conveniently located, comfortable (especially the mattress), and peaceful. We did not hear any outside or guest noise inside our room. The hotel could use a good cleaning, especially the carpets. The shower is an open concept and water splashes on the floor even if you try to avoid it. All in all, we were pleased with our stay.

This is a beautiful property. It was late when I discovered the soap dispenser in the shower has no soap...I was disappointed, also to see only 3 kleenex left in box. Housekeeping need to perform quality checks periodically.

The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The listing mentions breakfast being included. But that's not correct. It is available for a cost. Breskfsst being included was one of the factors for why we chose this location. We stay at this location about every other month while traveling and usually it is much cleaner. 3 trips to the original assigned room we could not access due to a key issue. Finally assigned to a different room. Toilet would not flush properly, toilet paper holder wasn’t secure and kept pointing down. Room was hot and smelled musty. Truly our most disappointing experience at this location

The guy at the front desk was very rude! I was evacuated from Florida I got to the hotel around 4:18 the room was supposed to be ready at 4 it was ready around 5:30. I asked how long it would take and he goes you need to wait!!! I couldn’t believe someone would be so rude. I can say the hotel was clean and because of that I would probably stay again.

There were ants everywhere I have pictures and videos of all the ants I have been bit everywhere on my body I told the staff and have the pictures to prove everything I’m saying this is horrible from a Marriott that I paid 200 plus for a night of terror.

For the price of this hotel it didn't offer much. Our lotion in our room was empty (used) and the complementary body wash was empty. The room offered two beds, one chair. No table. No breakfast in the morning. It is in a great location however the rooms are lack luster.

Even though there are many restaurants near by- a free breakfast (even continental) or a coffee/tea station would be nice. Especially for those who are checking out early.

Location, gym area Dirty carpets , unwelcoming staff, bad service at bistro and high prices . Bed made up only one time for my 5 day stay. No towels, no clean up.

The rooms were neat and clean. The most of the staff were professional, friendly and attentive. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a free breakfast bar and when we requested additional coffee cups, the staffer was very reluctant in granting the request.

Our room had graffiti, and the peep hole cover was broken which both lead to me feeling unsafe to sleep. We arrived so late we had no choice but to stay. I also booked thinking we had complimentary breakfast, false they have an area you can purchase breakfast items. A lot of things were well used and broken throughout the room.

We needed a one night stay near the Savannah airport and we had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to get a late checkout which was very helpful for our schedule!

I was there overnight. Saw only a 4.1 star rating, so was concerned. The hotel was actually just fine. The airport van drivers (pick up and drop off) were excellent and professional, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

The hotel is very nice. It’s close to Tanger Outlets, tons of restaurants and about 10-15 minutes away from the airport. It has a bar, small restaurant, room service and an airport shuttle.

We were very comfortable in this hotel. The rooms are large and very clean. I slept very well and would stay again. The hall carpet could be replaced but the rooms were great.

Booked a King room 2 months before stay through Expedia. When I arrived, I checked in, dropped my bags off and went to get food before restaurants in the area closed and realized while there that I received the wrong room (a double Queen with stains on curtains and furniture, and loose toilet seat). Seemingly because I booked through Expedia my claim to a better quality room with a King bed was prioritized after others who booked after me. After multiple days of trying to get the situation rectified, I was told I would be atleast compensated for the room price difference, then spoke to the person at the desk the next day and was told I would not be compensated because on weekends the double queens go for more than kings which was not the case when I booked. Housekeeping also never cleaned the room. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay.

I was given a room with dirty sheets. Changed my room with no problem. My night was sleepless. I heard people coming in and out of their rooms. I heard people walking above my room. I could hear the water from the pipes and toilet flushing. I will not be booking this hotel again nor I ask others too. I stayed in room 219.

Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk was nice. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The area was safe and with many shops and restaurants at walking distance and close to the highway, very convenient.

Made a sound all night, WiFi never worked and the bathroom smelled like urine. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Made a sound all night, WiFi never worked and the bathroom smelled like urine. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Someone knocked on our door at 9am to see if we were still there. There was no do not disturb sign to use on our door.

Beds were comfy and rooms very spacious. Check in was ok. Only complaint was that we called ahead to have a crib for our toddler as we hit traffic and he needed his bed. I asked again at checkin and called again at 1 hour. Basically it took another 1 hr 20 min and 2 more phone calls before the pack n play arrived around10:30 PM.. no idea why that needed to take so long. Otherwise our stay was fine.

My stay at the marriott was wonderful. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

My only con is the liquid soap dispenser pump didn’t work

We stayed at this property for one night on a road trip to Florida. We arrived later than expected due to traffic, but found the property clean, efficient check in and well lit, convenient HP parking. The property was convenient to retail shopping such as grocery store for trip provisions. We didn't have an opportunity to use restaurant or on-site amenities, although they appeared satisfactory.

Happy staff, comfortable beds and great location. We’ll be back.

Excellent stay. Great location next to outlet mall, grocery store & many restaurants. Super convenient, safe & tucked away from main road. Spotless; cleanest rooms you can find. Very friendly staff.

We always stay here when passing through to Florida. Love it! Always clean and very comfortable! Close to lots of entertainment!

Staff was really amazing

The staff at front desk has no clue on how to do there jobs. The breakfast is a joke, they take for ever, 45 minutes for a egg sandwich, but then again this is the new normal.

Nice hotel. Love the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Less waste and more environmentally conscious!

Wonderful location. Front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. I was on the first floor and my room was quite very well appointed. Beds are nice comfy. You have several nice restaurants within walking distance. Less than 20 minutes to downtown by car. This will be my go-to hotel when traveling to this area.
