Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Many guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and cleanliness of the hotel. However, there are recurring complaints about the condition of the rooms, including issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort.

Room was clean, breakfast was horrible if you weren’t there at open no food was replenished. Smell of marijuana throughout the hotel.
- 3/5
Ideal stay. Good price for the location.
- 2/5
Stayed here for a 3 day baseball tournament. Room was as expected with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The beds and pull out couch were extremely hard. It was clean but the entire hotel had a weird/gross smell to it. The elevator was kind of sketchy, was worried it was going to break down while we were in it. The indoor pool is really run down and freezing. Not that we needed it but, the lift chair for the pool did not look safe. It had wires hanging out the side and looked like there was nowhere to plug it in. The gym was closed for our entire stay and by the looks of the “out of order” sign it’s been closed for a while. Staff was nice. Would not recommend, do yourself a favor get an air b’n’b.

This was a nice stay. The rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful. There were no smoky smell that usually occur in this kind of hotel. My husband did get in the pool and he said that was good. However, the only good very I’m giving three stars on is the breakfast. The breakfast was awful. The sausage was swimming and grease in. The eggs were looking terribleTheir pans were very small, which I understand because they don’t have that much room. But overall, we had to go elsewhere to eat breakfast.

Stay here regularly when down in this area. Great staff and big rooms.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable bed. Helpful staff.
- 5/5
My overnight stay was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I had no bad issues and I would stay again.
- 2/5
Toenail and stains on comforter. Sheets had mold and all labeled with a black sharply with a Q on it. Pillows were pitiful and tiny. Bathroom tub didn’t drain well and room smells like mold. We got what they called an upgrade from the 2 queens we had reserved, but when we went to bed discovered it was 2 fulls instead. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or return.

Breakfast from 6am-10am but if something is out, it is not refilled.(ex: eggs run out at 8am, no more eggs cooked). Otherwise everything was great.
- 5/5
Everything was nice and clean,I would stay there again. The staff was very helpful and helpful and professional. Not a thing, my stay was everything, it was quite.
- 2/5
Our room had a whole in the floor… next the bed a giant hole in the floor with carpeting laid on top. Big enough for an entire adult foot to fit in. The bath tub stopper would not work so kids couldn't take a bath. The outlets near the bed did not work so couldn't charge our phones.
- 2/5
Was very out dated and they seemed bothered we asked for extra pillows and wash cloths.
- 3.5/5
Broken light fixtures; USB connectors not working; very noisy bathroom fan; can't see out windows due to build up; ants; cleaning staff replaced towels but never touched the bed.

Location Nick was great! He was very helpful with everything we needed. However the older gentleman that works there is down right rude. I paid for late check out online. The next day he was beating on my door at 12 yelling all kind of stuff at us because he didn’t know we had a late check Out. Nick apologized for him but that was not the point. He could have checked in and made sure we paid and then come back and apologized. It’s definitely not the way to run a business based on hospitality. I would never stay there again and honestly I believe I deserve a refund for late check out because I left immediately after he beat on my door acting crazy.

Smoke alarm battery went off so they came to the room to “fix” it by removing the battery. Another in the hallways started beeping at 4am. Smelled bad. Dirty. Lights didn’t work.

I have stayed in Baymont hotels many times and this one was a huge disappointment. The breakfast was not good, very poor and limited selections of food. The white and wheat bread was poor quality-no raisin bread or bagels or English muffins. The eggs and biscuits were awful. The coffee was not hot from the dispenser. There were no coffee makers in the room which I really like to have. I stayed there 3 days, and although I expected no change of bed linens, I did expect the bed to be made daily and to check if I needed additional towels.

The bed was uncomfortable, refrigerator and area was unclean. The room smelled of a mixture of unclean carpet and old smoke. I would NOT recommend or stay at this location again. In addition, I booked somewhere else after the first night though I paid for two nights. I lost money but I rather pay for better sleep.

- 4/5
Would have received 5 stars but the only downfall was I was on the 2nd floor and when you went into the hallway all you smelt was stinky pot smell. So someone was smoking in the building. But the room was spacious and bed was super comfortable.
- 5/5
Was a very nice suite for the price!!
- 3/5
Scent bad
- 5/5
Clean, safe, and sound pet friendly hotel with an indoor pool!!
- 3/5
The room was not serviced during our stay. The pool was green and alge on the bottom. The room not up to par, carpet was filthy and the rug felt very humid. We ended up leaving a day early, no refund. They allowed pot to be smoked outside
- 2/5
Our no smoking room smelled like pot, the bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a jet engine, the bath tub had mold and mildew around the handrails. When I spoke to the front desk they just said “I’m sorry” and the continental breakfast had no coffee. Will never stay there again
- 5/5

Great location right on the highway! Great breakfast, friendly and happy to help staff. I had a kitten with me and was greatful no one complained about his meowing. Walls are thick so not much sound from the halls.
- 4/5
Room was clean but window pane seal was broken so fogged between panes and couldn't see out. Breakfasts were not well stocked and ran out of items.
- 5/5
Everything was good. Will be back.
- 5/5
The room was clean and beds comfortable. Room was big enough for a family of 5 to 6. The breakfast was decent enough.
- 3/5
Room was clean and beds comfortable. They did not keep the food stocked for breakfast and staff acted upset when you asked for them to stock it. There was a window to kitchen that had dirty blinds over it. I hope the kitchen was cleaner than those blinds.
- 2/5
Also staff had child at work with her which was running all around the lobby very annoying. Bedrooms had no coffee makers its just nice not to HAVE to down for coffee 1st thing. Breakfast was horrible, we came down 1 1/2 hr before breakfast was over, no coffee, we had to ask for plates, we had to ask for waffle batter , which host opened it up and squeezed out a serving, next guest had to ask again . 3 min muffins left and only cereal was kiddie sugary cereal. All in all we were disappointed in Baymont, we like to think is a moderate $$ hotel. We go thur here 4-5 times a year on the way to see family, we wont Be stopping here again. I never write reviews, but i felt this property is being poorly run and managed. They need to know. SR
- 5/5
This Place is Fantastic! Get the 3rd Floor if you can it’s absolutely gorgeous!! I will definitely be back😊
- 3/5
The smell. Oh god
- 2/5
The rooms smell bad. Our first room smelled like a wet dog, and they moved us into another room. It also smelled bad, but wasn't improvement on the first room. I paid way too much money for this hotel. It should have been 50 or $60 per night based on the poor condition. The indoor pool was really cloudy. My kids stayed away.
- 5/5
The breakfast was a typical bagel breakfast with the box scramble eggs. Etc
- 5/5
Good value, easy to find.
- 5/5
pool was closed while we were there but the place was nice also could use better breakfast options but overall was enjoyable
- 5/5
Staff was incredible. You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a quick stop on your road trip this is perfect for a family. Sleeps a family of 5 very comfortably and your typical continental breakfast fueled us up to get back on our journey. The staff truly were the nicest people we have encountered on our trip so far.

Liked the indoor pool which was heated. The room was comfortable and decent bed.

Very nice and comfortable stay.

Place could use some updates. Paint was pealing and chipping. Pool had a greasy looking film.
- 4/5
Staff friendly. Rooms updated tho older shower.
- 2/5
We decided to leave earlier than we plan. The pillows were uncomfortable , hard to sleep The elevator was old and looks likes is about to breakdown. I don’t recommend it.
- 1/5
My family has been coming this hotel every year for the last five years, and it is steadily gone downhill every year. This year was a new low with its utter lack of cleanliness and funny smell. We will not ever be staying here again.
- 2/5
Cleaning front but as soon as you started down the hallways, nasty musty smell. First room the bed collapsed on me right as I sat on it. Second room was okay but still smelled. Toilet still had urine stain like it never was fully scrubbed.
- 2/5
It was fine until my wife jumped in the shower with a roach on the ceiling. Of course’s it fell in the shower with her. Got it to go down the drain. Bathroom door will not shut as it’s too long and scrapes the floor.
- 4/5
I stayed there last year and was very impressed with the updated rooms and lobby area. The only issue was that they are backed up to a Food Lion/ gym?/ small shopping area which was noisy till about midnight. Not the Lion but it’s definitely a hang out for local sport car enthusiasts. Walking distance to everything to eat. Italian place looked like a dump but was quite impressive for a NY’er. Price can’t be beat. Great value.
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Her name is Meek. I loved her!!!
- 3/5
The beds were clean, but something sticky on the floor. Overall cleanliness wasn’t great. Walls, baseboards and corners were dirty. The elevator smelled really bad. It served our purpose (sleep a few hours and hit the road first thing in the morning.). We got what we paid for!
- 5/5

- 2/5
There was a lot of people and the staff waited to refill breakfast until stuff was out. Pool was ok. But my biggest problem was the manager that was running the front desk he was rude and had a terrible attitude. Next time I will spend more money just so I don't have to stay at this place. If you traveling I recommend not staying at this place.
- 3/5
Hotel ran out of breakfast food and coffee before breakfast was over.
- 1/5
We had a reservation and checked out of the hotel within 10 minutes of checking in. We could not stay. The room was uncomfortably dirty with dead bugs in the bathroom and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke-free room. The front desk receptionist offered to spray our room with air freshener but nothing else and it was not going to make us feel much better. We lost out on our full payment for the night but we found a much better place and rate one exit north of this one.

- 3/5
The property overall was ok. Booked at another hotel simply because of indoor pool but when arrived, the pool was closed. Baymont accommodated my family and the price was extremely affordable. Front desk lady was nice and gave us a rolling bed because after trying to pull out the sofa bed, it broke. The room had a strange odor but you get what you pay for. Bed slept nice and pool area was clean. All in all, the hotel is definitely older but it did get the job done for the night.
- 3/5
I was put into a room for the handicapped, and wasn't told. The reservation was made over a week before. We arrived at 1:30 PM, and told we had to wait until 3:00 PM.
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathtub drained very slowly, and the tub spout made a loud squealing noise during showers. The shower head was also mounted unusually low and at 5'5", that shouldn’t have been an issue. The mattress protector and comforter both had visible stains. The ceiling showed cracking and chipping that appeared to be from previous water damage. There were cobwebs collecting dust along the edges of the ceiling, scuff marks all over the walls, and the edges of the flooring clearly needed cleaning and vacuuming. Overall, the friendly staff was the only positive part of the experience. The property needs significant attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

The room had a used qtip on the table. The bathroom door didn’t lock, which wasn’t that big of deal. The people next door were VERY loud, yelling at each other and slamming doors all night. There was a dirty diaper smell in the hall that was so bad we had to put a towel at the bottom of the door and air our room out with the window and fan in the bathroom. My husband was wanting to check out and go somewhere else, but our two kids were exhausted. We had a snow storm on our second night so it seemed less busy. The cleaning staff was very friendly and the girl at the front on Saturday night(our second night) was SO nice when our card wouldn’t open the outside door. She was very concerned that we were in the snow storm trying to get in. I don’t think we would stay here again but it wasn’t because of the staff. This was our second visit to this hotel in the last year, and I hoped it had gotten a little better.

The management turns off the hot water at night. They said it takes 10 - 20 minutes in the morning for the water to warm up to take a shower. I wasn’t told that until after my cold shower, at which time the water had never warmed up. It was in the thirties temperature outside. It’s too bad they can’t keep hot water circulating. Will be the last time I stay at the Pooler Baymont.

The hallways smelled like Curry, the Elevator floor was disgraceful and the door track was filthy. The late afternoon front desk person was as friendly as a Toad. On Tuesday evening about 9:45pm as I was taking my dog out someone was exiting the Pool area. The smell of Marijuana emanating from that area was overwhelming . It was not a pleasant feeling and I couldn’t wait to leave. Sorry I cannot recommend the Baymont by Wyndham in Pooler.
- 3/5
In general, “you get what you pay for” tends to be true and okay this is on the cheaper side, but it was perfectly fine overall. Yes there’s some wear and tear, some broken things here and there. But the room was spacious and clean, the pool was great to get the kids’ energy out, it’s close by to downtown and shopping/eating, and the staff was SUPER friendly. Great stay overall.
- 5/5
Good place to stay. Friendly staff, clean facilities, comfortable bed.

- 4/5
Complimentary breakfast was unimpressive
- 5/5
You get what you pay for it was okay, it looks like they're doing renovations.
- 5/5
Was not bad for the price. Beds/sheets were clean. Staff were friendly. They were not busy at all, almost wondered if we were the only customers at one point. The room had a weird smell but once we cut the air down and it cooled off in the room, we kinda got used to it. Room had a fridge and microwave. No clock on the night stand and no coffee pot/coffee stuff in the room. But overall, not bad for a quick, 2 night stay.

We use to stay here every year on the way back home from vacation, it use to be a very nice hotel. The room smelled of mold and mildew. The refrigerator was warm and also had mold. The remote did not work. The mirror or vanity lights in the bathroom did not work. The bedding had stains and hair on them, as well as the toilet seat was broke. All in all this will be our last visit unfortunately, if I wasn't so tired from driving I would have just went to another hotel.
- 3/5
Shower was cold for a long time. It had to run over ten minutes to warm up.
- 2/5
Did not like the pool it looked uncleaned, one bed, the sheets had spots. And you couldn’t take your breakfast back to the room you had to eat downstairs in the lobby
- 2/5
Didn’t like the area …sketchy!
- 2/5
The room had a nasty smell to it upon our arrival. The air conditioner couldn't be set to anything but 72 degrees. Before we found that out on our own, we asked the front desk for some assistance. The girl sort of shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know anything about the a/c. That was all the staff did. We figured stuff out on our own. The breakfast featured underbaked biscuits. I'll definitely stay elsewhere the next time.
- 4/5

- 5/5
To start our visit off the front desk staff, named Meek was the absolute best. She was so bubbly and friendly. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for a quick stay before an early flight. There is a food lion family dollar with in walking distance and several different food options on this exit and the next exit 3 miles away.
- 1/5
Would absolutely never stay here again! Dirty and terrible smell. Arrived late in the evening and only stayed because we were desperate to get some sleep before getting back on the road.
- 4/5
The property was nice , the breakfast was good. The pool was ok , it's inside -so that was nice. My only problem was there was mold on the bed frames, we were congested so we really didn't smell it until our final day there. I had one of the service staff to look at -so they would be aware. Other then that the property and staff were nice.
- 5/5
Location, staff, condition of property, all excellent. Great value.
- 2/5
elevator too lobby doors were not locked or on card reader so felt unsafe

I thought the place was not very clean. It was also loud at times. I wouldn't stay there again.

Would never stay there again.

Great place ! Recommend nicer beds, it was a too firm for my back & also, variety of breakfast options . For 2 days, we had the same hot breakfast choices. Other than that, it was clean , big rooms & safe area!
- 2/5
First and last
- 5/5
Great locations. An inexpensive option.
- 2/5
The smell was very bad. Every where you turned people were smoking weed. The smell was not from the weed. The smell in the room was old and musty smelling. The water tasted really bad and made the breakfast taste horrible also.
- 2/5
There a unique smell and room wasn’t as clean as hoped.
- 2/5
The pictures and guest reviews were extremely deceiving given the room we were received. The one staff member we encountered was nice, which was the only saving grace. The hotel looks run down. When entering, the dining area is literally in the lobby; no separation. Our room was on the 1st floor and when entering, the smell and moisture was overwhelming. The beds were clean, but the rest of the room was not as advertised. The AC unit had visible rust and mold/mildew. The fridge smelled rotten to the point I didn’t feel comfortable using it. The bathroom counters had hair and visible dirt. Toilet was not cleaned appropriately; dirty ring around the top. The shower had hair and dirt still in it and the shower head was coming off the wall. The ceiling tiles clearly showed mildew/mold and it’s clear this particular room had a moisture control problem. If you have asthma or any breathing issues, I DO NOT recommend this place. My husband and son had to do breathing treatments before they could even try to rest. We arrived after midnight or we would have requested a refund and left. If you need a few hours rest, you can tough it out. If you’re looking for a vacation style hotel… this is not it.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 3/5
Hotel and rooms need some deep cleaning dusty return vents. Molded smelling rooms pool was not clean. It’s at a great little spot but needs up keep
- 5/5
Clean, quiet
- 1/5
This was not as pictured and Expedia customer service was no help. The room was dirty and the "hotel" smelled like dirty mop water. The nicest part was the gentlemen who checked us in. There was people running upstairs at 5am. The bathroom was dirty.
- 2/5
Old, un maintained hotel with roaches. Room was incredibly humid with damp carpet and strong musty smell making nearly unbearable to be in. The bathroom felt better being in there than the room itself as you can breathe a little better. This place is on par with sketchy Motel 6 and Super 8 motels which I would never stay at again.
- 5/5
Clean and has every friendly staff.
- 3/5
Was only here for 1 night. Our bed was broken and held together with blue painters tape, the bathroom door didn’t close, and the bathroom ceiling was full of mold. Definitely glad we weren’t staying any longer than 1 night.

- 1/5
Very load, was put in room next to side door on first floor. Also above us was a bunch of little kids running back and forth from 7p to 3a and then started again at 7a. If you value sleep, I would skip this hotel..
- 5/5

- 4/5
The hotel is excellent; however, around the hotel needs to be cleaned up, my dog ate a piece of chicken that was thrown out by one of the truckers staying at the hotel. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves!!!!
- 2/5
The bathroom was not a roll in shower as requested
- 3/5
The hotel is older, allows dogs and is cheap so I can't hold it to really high standards. The front desk individuals were kind to my wife when she asked for different bedding, but she had to do that because the bedding was dirty when we arrived. This hotel served its purpose, we had a place to sleep for the night and it didnt cost $200
- 4/5
The lobby needed a bit of a facelift and the carpet in the hall on the third floor has some nasty stains so it is obvious it’s an older building, but the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant, the cleaning personnel were very nice and the room was great.
- 3/5
Needs a good cleaning in main areas and rooms! Comfy bed though.

Overall nice and clean!

Hotel is what you pay for. No coffee in rooms and you are lucky if there’s any in the lobby. Avoid the room by indoor pool. People hang out by the door leading to the pool which is right outside the window. Very noisy all night.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room, new furniture. Nice breakfast and amazing customer service!!
- 5/5
The hotel is nice, clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly.
- 1/5
Room was filthy, splatters on the furniture and walls, holes in the wall, floor very uneven, couch was covered in white spills, bedframe was broken, half the outlets didn’t work. No one slept it was so gross. Anyone who claims this was clean must live in a box. Lighting was very poor in the room and breakfast was a joke, toast, yougurt, apple or make your own waffles

their was a water bug that sat on the ceiling our whole stay (2days) and wasn’t removed not one time. Pool is murky. And breakfast was a 4.5/10! the room was nice and had a very nice bathroom mirror that gets rid of steam from bathing so you can see yourself after a steamy shower So that’s a win ig

Great big rooms! Excellent experience. Will book again.

It was fine. Vents were filthy but everything else seemed ok.

Front desk clerk was not super friendly. Hallways smell like curry. Elevator is filthy and doesn't look like it's been cleaned or wioed down in forever. The hallway carpets look filthy. The room is so so. Kind if musty smelling. Lots of dust on the bed frame. Bedspread has stains on it. How hard is it to get a clean room these days. Tired of paying $$ for a crappy hotel.

My husband and I enjoy this location. We come to the Savannah area 2-3x's a year to see our grandchildren. They stay with us at Baymont because of the indoor pool. Also, a hot breakfast is always available. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffle maker, cold cereals, fruit, O.J. apple juice and coffee.

Disgusting soiled sheets and pillow cases and the bed comforter appeared as though it had never been washed. The surfaces of every table needed wiping and sanitizing. Sticky counters and door handles, very dirty toilet and shower. Zero out of ten for cleanliness; I wouldn’t let my dog stay here.

The night front desk clerk was extremely welcoming and made us feel like home
- 5/5
Very spacious and clean room. Friendly staff as well

Breakfast was poor and only 1 waffle maker for a sold out hotel. The sausage were sitting in a pouof grese. The room and bathroom were nice and big, but no coffee maker in the room.

Photos on website gave a "bait and switch" to the condition of the property in person. The place smelled. Place is run down. Cleanliness was so poor that we didn't want to eat breakfast there. Not recommended. Disappointed in the rate charged for the quality of the place.

Average. The room seemed clean, but the stairwells and common areas were dusty. Rust stains around the refrigerator in the room.

Everything was great

Room was nice. Hotel was older, smelly halls. No

The place seemed neat on first appearances. But as we checked, the mirros in the lobby were dirty, so my husband asked me to run up ahead to check rooms as he got his mom. The toilet paper on the rolls were oddly torn in both rooms. But otherwise, it seemed fine. We did stay. Our AC was extraordinarily loud. And the breakfast eggs were not edible. But we did have other food. So it was ok, but I wouldn’t book it again.

The only positive was the staff, who were kind and professional, but unfortunately, their hospitality couldn’t make up for the severe cleanliness and maintenance issues. I contacted Expedia to cancel my reservation one day early so I could move to a cleaner hotel, but they refused to accommodate my request. Given the unacceptable conditions of the hotel, I was extremely disappointed that Expedia wouldn’t allow any flexibility. This experience has made me reconsider booking through Expedia in the future.

Beds were hard there was holes in the walls and stains on pillows

This hotel made a memorable experience for my family but not in a positive way. Our room was filthy in many places, the food was inedible (even the waffle batter was sour), the pool was yellow from not being cleaned, the towels were ancient, threadbare, and rough, and the customer service was mixed (the night shift was pleasant, though). The hall smelled strongly of vaping and drugs. We did get moved to a better floor that was cleaner, but we could not get out money back to change hotels, and we had to go find food. We realized too late that staying one exit farther, near the outlets, would have had much better options. I would never stay here again.

Upon pulling up to this “hotel” I got the general feeling it wasn’t going to be good. When walking in the front door the smell of old, reheated food smacked me in the face. The floors were dirty and an overall dingy look would describe the lobby, hallways, elevator and the room. When we walked into our room, the musty smell of stagnant, hot air hit us in the face. The room smelled awful. The bathroom had mold on the ceilings and around the shower. The carpet was dirty and I’d guess if you peeled the carpet back there would be mold growing everywhere underneath. The pullout couch, that we needed, was completely broken. I would sleep in my car before I ever stayed here again. Do no stay in this hotel. Find somewhere else.

We checked into our room and there was human hair on the pillows and in between the sheets on the made up beds. It seemed like the linen wasn’t even washed at all. There were actual toe nail clippings in the carpet. Whole toenails. In one night we felt dirty leaving here.. but don’t worry it smells nice because a bunch of air freshener is sprayed instead of actual room cleaning

Breakfast was to go till 9:00am got there at 8:10am totally empty people waiting for food to be brought out, no bread, muffins or anything, was told it would be out in 5 minutes which turned into 15, finally we left and went to Waffle House spent $25.00 I shouldn't have. Have pictures send me a link, will never stay at any Baymont again.

Need were comfortable but don’t get in the pool. Nasty. More for working out of town crews. But was quiet.

Went really smoothly

The lady at front desk was professional friendly overall amazing person

Friendly place with a nice breakfast. My sink in the bathroom didn’t drain, but an employee tried to help me several times. I think it was just a quirk, otherwise I would give it five stars.

I'm shocked at how dirty this place was! Mold everywhere, light switch covers hanging from the wall, bathroom fan cover hanging from the ceiling. Front desk said "This is how all of our rooms are".
- 3/5
Shower was dirty with black spots they need to brush out. Friendly staff if they were around. Not a bad location.
- 3/5
The rest of the hotel had a funky smell to it and the common areas seemed neglected but were probably just older. There was vending areas but no machines. The staff was very nice and the price was not bad. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
minimal amenities, only one elevator on the property makes it inconvenient to come and go.
- 2/5
It was ok, but expected more for the price. There were burn holes in the bed cover. Definitely a bit odd smelling for my liking.
- 3/5
Disliked that when extra blankets were requested, only were give one, when the room slept at least 6 people . The weather was colder than anticipated & their bedding was thin. We tried asing for a second blanket & were told that we had alreadybasked for one.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Very nice, quiet and comfortable.

The tub had stains as did the toilet seat. Housekeeping did not clean our room nor bring fresh washcloths/towels. Overall a disappointment. I had stayed previously only a couple of weeks before and dis not encounter these issues. Having stayed previously I knew this was not a high end motel but the previous rooms did not have the bathroom stains and towels were switched out with clean daily. I will find other accommodations next time i visit Pooler. One other thing on my previous visit we went to the indoor pool. The chlorine was so strong we were constantly sneezing with our eyes watering. Thankfully there was an exterior door which we opened even though outside was in the 30's. Some other guests found glass all around the floor by the pool. We only were in the room with the pool for about 20 minutes as we could not tolerate it any longer.

Room was bit too small

Enjoyed a good rest and breakfast. Fitness room needs dumbells.

The property was disgusting. My bed had big brown stains on it and the lighting was terrible. It was still dark even with the one light and 3 lamps

I would book again

The building was nothing like pictured. Very old and dirty. The floors were old and filthy and parts of the ceilings were exposed. My room was on the second floor and the entire second floor had a terrible odor from someone cooking food. The floors had dips in them as i walked to my room. My bathroom had black mold in areas of the ceiling around the shower. I couldn't get out of this place quick enough.

The staff was friendly and helpful with out needs. The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable for my family. The hotel was pet friendly, and the added space in the room fit them all so well. Breakfast was complimentary and easy (basics eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal). It was slightly limited and we needed to ask staff to replenish, but they did so promptly. Even the maintenance staff was friendly, prompt, and attentive. Overall a great find for a simple quick stay.
