    The grounds on this property were beautiful, as they should be, home to such a prestigious golf course. The amenities and rooms however, were lack luster and VERY dated. To be clear, I was put in the Villas. When I hear Villas, I immediately think luxury well, this room was anything but that. The television didn't work. I requested a King bed and got two full beds. There were a few dead spiders in one of the beds when I checked for bugs. I didn't complain, just used my room as a place to sleep while I was there for a work trip. My final night, I was awoken at 4am by water dripping on me from the ceiling. Half asleep I move over to the next bed and lay there continuing to hear the dripping. I called the front desk and they ended up sending maintenance to check it out. The room upstairs was empty, so this was a pre-existing leak that was never properly sealed. At 5am I was removed from my room where I spent the next 2.5 hours in the lobby. For such a prestigious resort, I was HIGHLY disappointed.

    This hotel feels antiquated across the board—rooms, amenities, and service all leave much to be desired. For the rate we paid, exceeding $600 USD a night, we could have easily secured superior accommodations and service at a more modest establishment. The phone lines were out of order, making it impossible to reach the front desk or housekeeping, and the bathrooms had unpleasant odors. When we ordered breakfast, it arrived in paper bags with flimsy plastic cutlery. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

    It took no less than 12 calls over several hours to get anyone to pick up the phone. When they finally did answer the manager half heartedly said “sorry we had a big wedding.” WOW. Better customer service at roadside motel. This brand is not what it used to be - avoid at all costs.

    The use of the Cabana Club and the pools were nice. The staff was great except the bartender at the pool bar/restaurant was rude! The bartender at the pool bar/restaurant was so rude. The fact that we spent $1300.00 and they charge $22.00/day for parking and breakfast is not included in your stay.

    We love Sawgrass. It has a special place in our hearts for many years of family vacations spent with our children. Our last stay was to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary and we loved it. It was perfect, as we checked in at a slow time at the hotel and so it felt very quiet (which we loved). We hope to go back again soon!

    Hotel itself was fine, staff within the hotel itself were professional. We were put in a villa, not the main hotel which required more driving and still charged $22 a day for our car to be parked in a 95% empty lot in front of the building. The room itself was like a 2-3 star beach hotel, worn down, not very clean and miserably uncomfortable furniture and bed. Room was cleaned once in a 3 day stay. Floor tiles loose all over the place, greasy fingerprints all over thr bathroom fixtures. Shower and products were best part lf the room. Balcony would have been relaxing if more than 1 chair provided for w guests. Spent $400/night when we could have stayed at a HyattPlace closer to where we spent the most time for 1/3 of the cost. Shuttle to the beach was great, but access ends at 5-6pm. Would not stay here again.

    There should also be a path connecting to the adjacent shops. The sidewalk ends and you need to walk in the street to cross. Otherwise, really nice facility and great staff.

    Room was comical. We booked a suite, the bathroom is very outdated, bath tub grout was pretty nasty and the water smelled terrible. The view in the room was mostly of the roof so don’t book this room, try to get a better view. The only thing great about this place is the amenities. I have a child that enjoyed the pools and the shuttle to the beach with the pool was great. The food options at the beach pool was good.

    The outdoor property of this resort is beautiful with trees, water, bridges, two pools, and a golf course, but the rooms are very outdated and not well kept. Our room was in one of the villas-popcorn ceiling, small and uncomfortable beds (we chose a double queen bedroom), very old alarm clock, no USB ports or extra outlets, sliding glass door to the porch would not open so we could not go outside, we could hear every word in the room next door, but the worst was how loud our air conditioning unit was. The AC unit would kick on at least every 10 minutes (could not keep our room cool apparently) and woke us up several times in the night. For price we paid, and the additional $25 per day resort fee AND $22 day a day for parking that I was charged for but not made aware of at check in (I was only told that they needed a card for incidentals which is normal), this resort is not worth it. The gates to the villas were not working so no security as well. Unfortunately we will not stay here again.

    It’s just an old hotel that has uncomfortable beds and pillows. Food wasn’t good. Went to front desk in the morning to ask for clean towels and they said they would be up in 10 minutes. They arrived at some point later in the day….after I showered and left for the day. One valet attendant in the morning that had pulled my car up but took the keys and returned 15 minutes later.

    Our room was in the villages aka villas. The room was old and the sliding glass door didnt lock well. There werent many options for dining and it was too cold to use the pool. I feel it was overpriced for what we got

The rooms are a bit older but clean and comfortable. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the local shopping and restaurants. We also really enjoyed the Cabana beach club. No complaints from us.

    Location is great. Staff was excellent. We were there for my daughter’s wedding at TPC sawgrass in suite 600. It was in the 50’s while we were there and had no option for heat and the living room area was freezing cold. We couldn’t turn off the fan from running even after turning it up to 76.

    Landscape w green, water, wood bridges. Art work, lack of toilettry (shower cap?), no electric kettle. No mugs (paper cups instead). Personel was a touch and go, some overtly rude. WI FI: was it $20 a Day??? $12 a Day? Did you have to register to a Marriott frecuente user to get WiFi (and still be sales for money)? There was a chewing gum stuck to the elevator handle. The free juice machine was empty.

    The first room,the ac did not work!! And it reeked of mildew, so that tells u the ac didn?t just go out. The phone didn?t work so I couldn?t call at first and had to wrestle with the phone for about 15 mins- all while having a heat stroke with no ac.

    When we arrived at the resort, we dropped our car at with the valet, and unloaded all of our suitcases to take into the check-in desk lobby. When we checked in, we were told that we needed to go get our car to drive to our suite. Went back to the valet, and reloaded our luggage. we commented that it would’ve been nice to know that we were having to drive to our suite, and the valet told us that they did not have an up-to-date list. In the unit, our fire alarm was hanging off of the ceiling by a couple of wires, The tables in front of the sofa were rusted, and one of the lamp tables had a leg missing. The suite smelled very musty. We had to open a door to air it out. The next morning there was a roach in one of the bathroom sinks.

Took 20 minutes from the time I reached the counter to check in and we were rushed to wedding so never went in the room - forgivable due to training but the agent was not trained enough to serve. 2. We arrived to our 2 rooms at 11pm and one room was 85 degrees. 3. A rep brought us 2 keys to a new room. No offers to help with luggage or direct us to new rooms and we had to carry luggage down stairs and to an enitirely different building at 1130pm. Walked in and it was cooling but immediate smell of must and the sheets were damp. Our children's rooms were the same. We were so dang tired so we sucked it up and slept in moldy damp rooms. 4. 2 small waters in each room (one room was for 4 people and 2 waters) the rooms were a major distance from the main hotel as we were in what was called villas - a nice name for a really old staircase outside door access hotel. NOTHING like a typical Marriott but the charge was $350 per night. Then no reimbursement because we booked thru hotel.com. These buildings need total overhaul or a tear down re build and always keep ac on in florida. We felt like we were in a motel 6. Shame on Marriott for charging this rate just because the address is ponte vedra!

    I give the hotel 5 stars. My only complaint was the restaurant food. Overpriced and not that great, but everyone was nice and the drinks were cold. Minor complaint though. There are lots of nice eateries around there, especially at the TPC clubhouse. I would definitely go back.

    This is an amazing resort with something for every age group. We had ages 7-67 and everyone had a fantastic time. Excellent food options on property, but also many restaurants close by. The Beach Club is just a quick, free shuttle ride away.

    For this price/quality point, the hotel is falling behind. We booked a suite for (4) adults. While it was very roomy, the age is showing. Bathroom vanity legs were rusted, bathroom mirror had built in lighting, but mirror was rolling up from the edges, exposing wiring behind. Tile had been replace to fix two problems, and new tile didn't match

    We were not impressed with the hotel. The a/c didn’t work properly, we lost power on half of the room, only 1 coffee cup for 2 people and the hallway leaked. We were given a voucher for 2 complementary drinks and were charged for them. They were removed from our bill when the charge was questioned.

    The resort was expansive. This was good and bad. I was given a room in the Villa section farthest from the main hotel and the rest of my group. Had I known this, I would have not stayed there. I felt disconnected and I was disappointed. The Upside is that I got a lot of steps in. I mentioned this to hotel staff, but they were not sympathetic, and my guess is because I booked my flights and hotel through a third party (Expedia)

    Hi rates, this hotel should just be better than it is. It feels like something from the 80s Dash like most people are here for business conferences and this is the hotel that's here. The first night the TV system went down and got rebooted – which turned on the TV at my room at three in the morning. Lo and behold – someone has stolen the remote batteries. so now I have a TV in my room at three in the morning rebooting that I cannot turn off. The plumbing is finicky my hotel shower is Stock half shower half bath I can't fix it it's jammed… The bathtub is also jammed on "drain" so I can't take a bath without water. I can only shower. Half pressure. The bed is super comfortable and the staff are really nice… This place just needs freshening up. The restaurant is nice but the Buffay will run you 36 bucks with tip. I just feel like this whole thing is built for sales conferences for companies I'm not Here with… I'm just here to play golf and go to the beach for a few days.

    We were placed in the musty villas at full price rate. $428 plus resort fee and parking was ridiculous for a below quality experience.

    Checking in and out was so easy. All of your team are so friendly and very respectful and well trained. Our server Kelly at our dinner for 14 was exceptional. The man who handled our luggage and valet was so friendly and pleasant every day . Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

    I don’t know where to begin to describe how bad this hotel has become. Been staying here for 20 years and this is the absolutely last time they will ever see me there The first and most important thing is the filthy condition and lack of cleanliness. Stayed here in one of the villas for five nights, total paid for hotel room and parking was $2500. They certainly know how to raise prices after Covid but do not know how to maintain the property. When I arrived to the room, which had a kitchen and living room, there was not one fork spoon knife or coffee or coffee cups in the room no wine glasses or opener no spong soap or paper towels This all normally is supplied, if I had known I would’ve brought my own! Additionally spent $644 in the spa, service was OK but facility again not clean, stained ripped towels, bathroom dirty, and not one person asked me how my service was or how I enjoyed the spa after spending almost $650! I used the gym and there were no wipes in the canister to clean the equipment! When I complained to the front desk they looked at me like I was crazy. And who’s bright idea is it to turn on all the sprinklers around the villa at 5 PM when people are leaving for dinner… There was no way out of the villa without becoming soaked on my way to dinner! Please see the photos after checking out and paying the bill again not one person at the front desk asked me how my stay was or anything about my visit… Unreal Marriott has gone so far downhill it’s inconceivable
