The bar provided a good service. Extremely frustrated trying to engage with management and staff about a booking error. All efforts ignored, appalling way to operate.

Great choice for those who are either attending an event or taking time off

The power went out the fire alarm went off. We didn’t know if there was a fire or what was going on. We were all ushered out of the hotel to find out. There was no fire, but now no one could unlock the doors to get us up into our rooms, we missed appointments. We couldn’t do anything we plan to do for the trip because we weren’t able to get into our rooms to finish dressing it was absolutely horrible. Just a horrible experience. The emergency lights did not go on in the stairwells. The stairwells were pitch black very dangerous horrible experience.

I immediately felt right at home and welcomed by the staff. All was perfect in the room. Beautiful. Awesome location. I was sad to leave! Great people, great place.

We had a beautiful suite with a balcony overlooking TPC Sawgrass entrance. Location was ideal and we enjoyed the hot tub and amenities. Wish we had been able to stay more than one night.

Wasn’t able to make it to breakfast I think it was in the pub but it must close a certain time. It was really confusing because the site says closes at 11am? The room was clean no hairs found, just felt really outdated in the bathroom area especially the tub/shower. Pool was underwhelming, and they close at dawn so that’s kind of lame. We were refused late checkout. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

No breakfast, old tired worn-out room with old dirt-stained furniture. Carpet felt dirty underfoot. Bathroom fixtures were way outdated (shower in a tub with a nasty old shower curtain). Window in the room looked like it has never been cleaned. The window was exceptionally dirty. No amenities to speak of. Overpriced for the money in my opinion. Insufficient onsite parking. I had to park overnight in a parking lot at an adjacent shopping center. Very inconvenient. Employees were friendly enough and the bedsheets appeared clean. Bummer stay overall. Two stars seems about right. Hilton can do much better than this.

We had a two room suite which was huge.One thing I hated was the sleeper sofa I think that was the original mattress it had springs that were shot and sag towards the middle.A couple of minor things were wrong the bathroom shower door would not stay closed.

Great location, walk to restaurants,cvs,publex. Short ride up the road to Mickler’s beach. Room wasn’t as well maintained as I would have liked. Shower needed some extra cleaning or re caulking. Toilet was 50/50 after every flush that it would fill back up. Towel bar was very loose. The return vent in bedroom was very dusty as was the exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is great, it’s near restaurants and a grocery store and the town area. But the bed was uncomfortable and the air unit was horrendously loud. Small bathroom, one sink. Just overall the hotel could be so much better.

We came in early, and were allowed to at least park the car and do other things we had planned. That specific concierge was excellent and very amicable. When we returned to pick up the keys to settle down, the attendant at the front desk was very unwelcoming, would not put down his phone and was not weary at all of being on it with customers entering the hotel. No smiling (which would have made a big difference), and not even small talk or a wish of a having a great stay. Did not even direct us to where the elevators were. Very flawed and low key customer service for such an expensive hotel. The room was quite dirty. The bathroom was full of mold and rust. No pride in cleanliness. I've stayed in less expensive hotels that were amazing. This one in Sawgrass and it fell quite short. It's all on who is supervising and what the expectations are. Location is quite good, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Have stayed here several times..last couple of times, drain in bathroom filled up and drained too slowly. We love this property but would like to see this issue corrected.

It’s a hotel in a parking lot mall area, adjust expectations accordingly. Aqua nearby is a great restaurant. The ocean is not super far away. The hottub is hot though they need to extend the opening hours on it. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. Staff is friendly and chill. The Irish bar downstairs is good to pop in for a drink. For what it is, it’s a nice time. I enjoyed my stay.

The adjacent Mulligans Restaurant offered a good selection of items for dinner and breakfast, and the staff there was also attentive and friendly. This is SO close to the Sawgrass golf course - don't even think about staying anywhere else!

I spoke to the front desk the first morning when I waited more than 10 minutes for the bath water to become hot and had to take a lukewarm shower. The woman at the front desk asked what floor I was on and stated that it would take about 20 minutes for hot water to reach my room on the fifth floor. On the last morning of our stay, I set my alarm for 4:20 AM, knowing that I needed to be up and in the shower at 4:40 AM. I turned the shower on at 4:20, went and laid back down for another 20 minutes and even then when I got into the shower, it was still lukewarm. I again took a lukewarm shower. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where it has taken more than a few minutes for hot water to reach my room. This was extremely inconvenient and I cannot imagine that it is the standard for your brand. Housekeeping also left a dirty rag in the room and failed to fully stock essential items such as towels, soap, and a shower mat.

The breakfast at the pub was good. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. The workout facility was just ok, lots of cardio machines, full set of dumbells but only 1 bench and not a lot of other equipment. They only service every other day, towls were old and had to ask for more. The room had a fair bit of dust and hair in the corners, particularly in the bathroom and there was mold in the shower. All not uncommon in a hotel just not in a 4 star or highter hotel.

The toilet don’t function properly and the manager hung up the phone when we called after two hours waiting on a solution. No change of room was offered and they threatened to kick us out. Keeping in mind we had two rooms on New Year’s Eve. We won’t be back at that hotel. Terrible customer service and non functioning toilet.

Front desk staff was very friendly even as he let us know the restaurant was closing at 8 for NYE, but he said the bar was staying open a little later. This turned out to be not true as the bartender informed us that he was already closed at 7:58 in a grouchy tone. There were at least ten of us in the lobby area who were interested in cocktails, but no. The restaurant and lounge were two things we were interested in when making a hotel reservation for this evening so we could avoid driving. I was also kind of hoping my balcony might overlook something more scenic than a parking lot and a side street. I could have saved $70 with a standard room. Clean room, but amenities?

Close to our destination for the evening, plenty of restaurants nearby Didn’t like getting charged $5 to park in a shopping mall parking lot, didn’t like being charged a $25 “incidental charge” whether or not you utilize this feature (even if they reimburse the fee after the fact). The worst part was breakfast. Staff ignored us for 10 minutes as we entered the restaurant and the manager's attitude was awful. She was short with customers, rude, and arrogant. She treated another lady with two small children very poorly and made us feel uncomfortable. She was eating food out the back of the restuarant (we saw her do this) before serving guests. We waited 30 minutes for an omelette and toast with eggs- in the end we walked out. In total, just not the Hilton service we would expect and are normally use to. Very disappointing.

Nice location It was okay but should’ve been better. The property itself was very nice but the room definitely could’ve been better. For almost $300 a night I expected not to have roaches , holes in the curtains, and unclean shower but unfortunately I got all of those .

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Gardens...i have no real complaints other than you only have 2 towels and washcloths in you room...and the onsite hotel restaurant, Mulligan's, has a different menu from the ones that are online. But overall i enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Our room was on the top floor, all we heard all night was humming from the equipment on the roof. Why did we have to pay incidentals of $25 when we checked in, unexceptible! No breakfast included like all other hotels. Representative on check out didn’t even ask how our stay was, again unexceptible!

When we arrived our room wouldn’t be ready for another 20-25 minutes, so Chase, front desk clerk, offered us an upgrade for immediate occupancy. Room was great and restaurant staff very friendly, especially John the bartender.

Both Elevators were broke when we came back from our night out. Had to climb the 5 flights of stairs to our room.

The bathtub was rusty and dirty, the bathroom in general felt like gas station bathroom cleanliness. Friendly staff but subpar room for the location.

I was in room 514. I got in late room had an odor, but when I close the bathroom door and left the fan on seem to eliminate the odor which leads me to believe there is a drain venting issue where the venting isn’t contained, and the gas leaks into the space. Other than that I like that property it has a lot of shopping convenient location for the area.

My stay went very well and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very nice and well equipped. The only things I would have changed were that the hallways were chilly and there was no airport shuttle. The desk clerk did give me a couple of numbers to call to book transportation to the airport but the one I got was twice as expensive as my ride from the airport to the hotel.

The pictures of this hotel look incredibly clean.. What you find there is not what you’e seeing in the reviews. The first room we will put in head mold on the walls and the window windows. The bathroom had other peoples hair on the floor. The second room we will put in head, clearly not swept correctly because there were bands from a child’s braces inside the sofa sleeper on the surrounding floor. The walls must be paperthin because we heard everything that was happening in our neighbors room. There was a refrigerator in microwave, other than that nothing else would allow you to prepare any kind of food. We paid for breakfast yet. We did not see any signs of breakfast nor were we told by staff where to go for the breakfast that we paid for in advance. The pool is incredibly small, the hot tub was not working and was closed, there are no signs anywhere to tell you where the gym is you either have to go and ask or go on a treasure hunt. For a Hilton Hotel I will say I was very disappointed.

Only recommendation is to resurface your bathroom tub. Otherwise PERFECT

Lets start in the bathroom - toilet is so low to the ground its for a child. The sink fsucet has no watwr pressure, and the shower doesnt drain well. The towels were all yellowed, probably time to invest in new towels. The toilet paper doesnt habe perforations...need i say more. The AC sounds like a jet engine when it turms on. The mattress is horrible and hard. The telephone is dusty, didnt know when it was wiped down last, and the lighting is twrrible in the front room. Get rid of the oversized lamp on the night stand, theres no place for me to charge my phone because its in the way. Its definitely not what i expected from the brand "Hilton". I guess Hilton isnt what it used to be.

Hilton garden inn at sawgrass was more than accommodating for our extremely delayed flight. Contacted them to inform that we wouldn't be getting in till about 4AM and Brian checked us in. Our beautiful room was ready and waiting for us when we arrived no check in hassle. We were able to get to bed and deal with that stuff the next day. Stay was beautiful. We appreciate your service.

8/14 check in. We arrived late in the evening due to traveling. We were greeted by the most hospitable front desk concierge, who made us feel at home and catered to our needs after a long drive. Although we only stayed 1 night and checked out next day, this hotel was top quality and probably one of the best I’ve stayed at!

Three wall switches that turned on nothing. Entry ceiling light burned out. Had to hang a card in our car or were told that our car might be toed even though we were parked directly in front of the hotel.

Amenities were fine but close to some nice eateries and bars too.A must visit is the nearby splendour of the TPC Sawgrass course which was immaculately presented. Nominal parking fee. My room was very nice. I found the desk people to be in need of more training. The woman who checked me in seemed a little frantic. The man who checked me out refused to take my cash as I requested. I made the reservation with my Amex card but wanted to pay with cash. He informed me the property was "cashless". I asked him not to charge my Amex and handed him my debit card . He spent several minutes fumbling at the computer and handed back my debit card. I checked my printed receipt when I got home and he had in fact charged my Amex anyway.

The property was nice and the staff was very helpful. Parking is very limited for so many rooms. Also, Expedia claims these are the final charges, but the hotel charges for daily parking.

If you're into golf, the hotel is located right next to where The Players Club Championship (TPC) is played, but note that the front desk person said it's booked at least a year in advance for the event.

Loved the aesthetics of the property. 3rd floor carpet looked dated. Overall, very pleased!

Great experience with our stay. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious.

Very spacious room, even had a balcony. Two big tvs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Bathroom had lots of counter space.

The hotel is very clean and nice. I only stayed one night but would not hesitate to book there next time I’m in the Porte Vedra Beach area. It was conveniently located and in a beautiful area.

My only complaint is the lack of the golf channel in a golf epicenter!

Sewer smell? No free water bottles upon arrival.

Everything is walking distance.

Room darkening shade has holes in it and fastened with paper clip. Cleaning was average. I would though, stay here again as I feel the cleaning was just person likely just missed a few things- perhaps having bad day.

Great place to hang and see your family or explore the Ponte vedra Beach area.

Like: Management moved me to another room no extra charge.

Be aware, they will charge you for parking on their lot after renting a hotel room and also they love to give you rooms to have big stain spots of blood or urine or poop and also they have cockroaches in their rooms and also they have bathrooms that were not clean hair in the showers Pictures to be able to be shown improve and this is a horrible place and the people that work there are horrible so disregard ever trying to stay there

My son and I stayed at this location for a week and overall the stay was just fine. Staff was excellent, no complaints at all. The one thing that should be changed is the pillows, can't speak for all the rooms, room 418 pillows were not that great. I would stay again if in the area again.

The gentleman working the front desk was outstanding! Chase was pleasant, informative, and just and all around joy to encounter after a long day of traveling.

The guy working night shift on july 10th right before midnight refused to give me back my property that i for got when i checl out early that day drove all the way back he was very rude and disrespectful wouldn't even give me the option to talk to a manager

Front staff each day were very welcoming and attentive. Restaurant waitress, who also had to answer calls and clean tables, was an excellent multi-tasker. She had no help working with her but managed to do it all with a friendly face and great attitude! Loved the location of the hotel because it's super close to absolutely everything. Cleaning staff were so nice. Will definitely stay there again and again!!!

Excellent location -convenient to n.a. g shopping , food, the beach. The cleaning services were not as expected for the location dnd price of this hotel. I requested a full cleaning and did but get replenished coffee, toilet paper or proper number of towels without asking. Even then the service was not great. The floors remained dirty after a days at the beach.

Pros- the pool was nice, the breakfast was hearty at Mulligans. Bed was comfy. The location is nice, not too far from the beaches. Cons- sometimes the elevator smells like wet dog and our room was never cleaned. Also the lady at check in forgot to give me the breakfast vouchers and i had to pay for the first day out of pocket for my husband myself and son. The next day i asked about the free breakfast, and then she remembered the vouchers. She said she would try and see if she could get us money back or some type of compensation, but never did. And the refrigerator was extremely loud in the room, it had a bad motor we had to shut it off and not save any food. I wish there was better communication at this hotel between staff and housekeeping/ service. This was a huge disappointment for the price paid.

Wonderful place to stay in a very nice area, the staff is very helpful.

Great location between Jacksonville Beach and Mickler Beach. Property upkeep is outstanding. Restaurants are around the hotel were good and walkable. Publix and CVS in walking distance. Coffee and water were available in the lobby. My only issue was we were not told parking was going to be $5.00 a day. My husband is a diamond member so the parking would have been free had we booked the hotel stay under his membership and not under my name. However, this was a surprise trip for him, and it would have spoiled the surprise. Tamekka, the front desk representative was not the nicest in explaining anything we asked however, all the other Front desk representatives were very nice and helpful.

This hotel is in an awesome location and is in very good condition. The location and the layout of the property itself make this an easy place to stay! Our room was large and king bed was very comfortable.

It was a great hotel and good service. Thanks for the staff. Everything was clean and organized.

The night front desk person one of the nights wouldn’t open a locked front door for my husband (yet he opened it for others) when he tried to enter the hotel after a 14 hr work day. Then when asked why wouldn’t, he gave a snarky comment back. Shameful. Otherwise everyone else was incredibly friendly and helpful

The staff was not very friendly. I am only mentioning it because this is my 2nd or third time in a Hilton Hotel where I noticed it.

Had to ask for a new duvet because the one in the bed had some weird stains on it. But when I asked the duvet was replaced. The barking dogs at night was not great. Kept us awake at night and woke us up. Otherwise it was fine.

Close to beaches

Beautiful property, great restaurant attached and plenty of others nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Can’t beat the convenience of this hotel. Right next to the shopping center, grocery store and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff and one of the best hotel gyms. Highly recommend this hotel

Good location nice staff rooms are nice but the bathroom is what makes it 4 and not 5 stars……it doesn’t matches the rest of the experience seems outdated small and hard to maintain and it shows
