    I have stayed at extended stays for short trips before and this has to be by far the worst! From the broken beds to the roaches and don’t get me started on the smell. The hotel smelt like wet clothes that was left in a bag for days. Never again!!!!!!!

    I liked that it was close to many attractions. Saw 3 drug deals, the facility was crawling with very shady looking people that were going from inside room to room all night long slamming doors. I was by myself but if I was with my family, we would not have stayed for sure. There was a very funky smell, likely drugs in all parts of the facility. A mystery stain on the night stand. The vending machines were cash only. Only water fountain found was on the 1st floor.

    I didn't like the bugs. I woke up to a big bug crawling on my leg and then I had a cockroach crawl on my foot. I killed lot's of roaches and bugs while I was in there and was promised a refund that I didn't receive.

    The guests were mainly construction workers and what appeared to be poorer unfortunate families with young children that should be staying in homes There was late night squabbling in the halls that kept me awake. On the first night the front desk attendant was behind the office door with a young woman. After fifteen minutes of no response I banged on the outdoor window and he and the woman came out. The advertised breakfast was packs of oatmeal or a packaged muffin I won't go back.

    The hotel needs renovation. There are some open items dating back to Dec. 2025. For example, the light in the stovetop hood. I find it very inconvenient because I can’t see what I’m cooking unless all overhead lights are on.

    Disgusting. The fold out mattress on the couch looked like it was falling apart. It was dirty and cut up. When I went to ask the front desk about switching rooms she gave me an attitude, said there was no other room available of that size. I said we can take 2 smaller rooms (there was 5 of us total). She said she's not authorized to do that and there was no manager on site. We ended up going to Walmart to buy my kids an air mattress because I did not let them sleep on that gross mattress. In the morning after my shower I notice that there isn't a hair dryer. I called the front desk and they said that they don't have any. The breakfast consisted of muffins and a few pieces of fruit. We paid over $180.00 for 1 night. This was unacceptable.

    Property looks good, at first. The room was good,roomy and clean. Hallway carpets are not very clean. I think people live here? Some guests looked a bit sketchy. There was something off about it. I couldn’t get extra pillows. Breakfast was very basic - coffee and muffin, all the fruit disappeared early.

    We got the room for one night because we were going to a show in Fort Lauderdale and that hotel was five minutes away from the show. However, when we got up to the room, it was disgusting. It was dirty. They were bugs. The mattress was the most disgusting thing I ever saw and the springs were piercing through the mattress. No way in the world could we sleep on that bottom line is we didn’t even unpack. We did nothing we turned around and we walked right back down to the desk. They had no other rooms so we left and went to another hotel.

    This was one of the nicer properties I have stayed at for this brand, but it did underwhelm. The furniture in the room was very used. The shower had issues with water pressure. The grounds have a lot of homeless people hanging out. Some come in the morning to partake in the continental breakfast, and no one from the front desk monitors who is in the breakfast room. The hallways are littered with trash all day. The pool was closed and clearly not maintained. If all you care about is a bed to sleep, this hotel is adequate, but it wholly lacks any type of "wow" factor.

    There was barely any breakfast at all. The Coffee was finished and I asked the front desk if she could made me one. She said to back after 20 min. Came back and she said the breakfast time is over. The entire hallway and the entrance smells marijuana. The water from the tub shower was barely coming out. The room key card didn’t work. Had to change it, still didn’t work. The pool was not accessible. Overall the worst hotel with family or even by yourself. Expedia should remove it from the list.

    El check in es a las 3, nuestro cuarto estuvo listo un poco despues de las 5, la recepcionista, no estaba de buen humor. En la habitacion, habia cosas oxidadas, como lamparas. El sofa cama, tenia polvo todo por debajo y estaba oxidado tambien, el colchon del sofa cama se hundido y se sentian los resortes. La pintura del baño retocada por partes con otro color.     This was one of the worst stays I have ever had. The check-in was delayed. While waiting to check in several homeless people came in asking for cigarettes and drinks. Once checked in the room was not clean. Dirty walls, dirty tub, dirty table, no batteries in the tv remote, no linens for the pull out couch. When we asked for linens we were told that 6 pillows were enough for six people and we could not have any more. The pool was not open and we were told the pool was supposed to be open but was not tended to so it stayed closed. The water pressure was terrible. Overall not a good stay and would recommend staying elsewhere.

    Staff was friendly but property is run-down. Had to be moved to a new room the 2nd day... shower went from warm to full cold instantly. Hall carpets very dirty. No hair dryer or kitchen items without requesting at front desk. No do not disturb door hang tags nd despite asking that housekeeping not disturb us there was a knock at the door interrupting sleep.     One lady, who was nice, seemed to run the whole hotel herself. The hotel itself had an odd odor throughout but the rooms were satisfactory and ample sized but not well appointed at all, very generic. The big problem is it felt unsafe. Lot of vagrants hanging around the outside of the hotel coming in and out. Zero security. The outside of the hotel looked abandoned the pool was even covered by a tarp. We made the most of it because we’re not the type to complain but we won’t be back.

    I'll start by saying for the one night (12/27) that we stayed there overall this place was clean and seemed safe. The young ladies who worked the front desk during the day and evening are both great examples of quality employees, the front desk woman who works around the midnight hour was uninterested in her job or helping guests and should be let go immediately. Regarding the property, the room smelled terrible, the faucet was broken and dresser was falling apart, there is a hole in the countertop where the sink should be have been. They advertise that they have breakfast from 6a-9a. Their breakfast consisted of coffee and mini muffins, however no cups were available. I'd stay away if i had to choose again

    Staff tried their best to help us,it’s grab and go breakfast muffin and coffee , one day there was oats , but next day it wasn’t there. One day there are only chocolate muffins provided no alternative for people who don’t like chocolate, also they kept only Vanilla flavour coffee creamer, for people who don’t like Vanilla and need half and half it’s a bad coffee start for the day and we end up having it outside

    The room had a strong chemical smell that made me nauseous. There was feces smeared on the wall near the bathroom. The lock on the bathroom door was broken as was the lock on the main door. This made me feel unsafe, especially for my young children. We asked to be moved to another room, but they said there were none avaliable. I then decided it was best to checkout and go elsewhere. The staff did not try to rectify anything for us and seemed unbothered by the fact that we were leaving less than 5 hours after we checked in. The only reason it was that long is because we had initially dropped off our things just to go to see family for Christmas. When we returned and I more thoroughly inspected the environment and the smell was not fading, is when I brought it to their attention and they stated they could not do anything for us.they perfectly fine

    I rent a room with a double bed and a sofa coach. We didnt hav sofa, i went to tell them them and asked, they answered, they dont hav anymore. we only hav 1 chair to eat our Christmas dinner, 2 of us eat stand up, The layout of the room is horrible, the sink vanity was just in front of the bed, every time we had to use the vanity sink with open light, we woke up guess sleeping.     Contacted the hotel manager after being transferred to a 2nd filthy room and she is supposed to process a refund. Blood and feces smearing on the doors, baseboards dirty, mildew in shower area, old wash clothes left in shower, no water pressure in sink. Nice area but there is suspicion of drug activity in the vicinity of the hotel. The 1st floor stables so bad smells like ass and dog😩😩 Save yourself don’t go to this place.

    The hallways smelled awful, like rotten meat/blood that they tried covering up with air freshener. My room wreaked of the smell of cigarette. When my mom checked in, her room was not yet cleaned from the previous guest.

    My experience at this hotel was terrible from start to finish. The bathroom door had visible mold, and the hallways were dirty and smelled awful. The “continental breakfast” was just coffee and a few molded muffins — absolutely unacceptable. The vending machine took my money and got stuck, and there was no staff available to fix the issue or offer help. Overall, this place is poorly maintained and not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Overall stay was good. Room and space was good. Limited breakfast options. Seems as if a number of persons/family lived there. The worst experience was at check out time, they had an additional charge they could not explain to us. When we tried to enquire it appeared the manager shunned us off and gave instructions not to accommodate us any further. We felt disrespected and unsafe at that time which forced us to leave the compound in the pouring rain. Bad way to end a good stay.

    When i first arrived i noticed the lobby had a funny sent as if a dirty my was used ,but no mind to me once the room was clean and had no sent. When i arrived in the room it was fairly clean but the bathroom. Oh the bathroom was nasty the mildew had taken over the shower and the toilet reeked of urin. Then to add to that the pool was out of order and it seemed out of commission for a while that should've been stated i would've stayed at a different hotel I have pictures but the app wont allow me to upload them.

    I couldn’t and didn’t stay on the property. The hallway had a strong odor of dogs, and the room was not cleaned properly. There were stains running down the kitchen cabinets, and the stove still had residue from previous use. The bathroom was absolutely unacceptable—there were visible urine stains and mold in the bathtub, which also had hair left behind. Overall, it was the most disgusting place I have ever booked. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

    The pool was shut down. Leaves, moss and mosquitoes were evident. The condition of the pool suggested it was inoperable for more than a month. A notice that the pool is not operational should be published on Expedia and the other booking and advertising sites. We got to the hotel at 8pm. Hours after checking time. Tired from a long flight. On checking in the front desk officer indicates that the room we book is not available. I proceeded to ask why, since it was booked a week in advance and paid for. Her response with an attitude was and I quote. "I can only tell you what we have and what's on the system." Then she ask. "What you want to do?" The property states free breakfast. After checking in we were informed that the breakfast is on the go breakfast. Each morning we got a sugary muffin and granola bar. Smh. No security, the carpark was very dark at nights. Employees were dressed in hoodie and head ties, couldn't differentiate between guess. I have stayed in various hotels in fort lauderdale and this was absolutely my worst stay and hotel experience. Never again

    We did not stay at this hotel! The room they offered was used and unclean. The front counter staff told us this was their only room available and cancelled our reservation and refunded our money. We were still charged for 1 night which should also be refunded ASAP!!!!! We had to book another hotel in the Boca area for my daughter's college graduation.

    The night front desk lady barely spoke English and could not find the ppl in front of me reservation and almost couldnt find mine. Finally we got our key and headed up to what was supposed to be a 6 person room 2 double beds and a pull-out. There was no pull-out and the bathroom was so filthy that I wouldn't dare shower in there. Then a house roach, the small ones, crawled across the bed. We immediately left.

    I have actually never stayed in an extended stay before, so i did not know what to expect. It was a little weird that i had to dump my own trash in small grocery bags, bring my linen/towels the reception to get more linen/towels. The smell in the elevator and also in the room was not a good one. I had to take the stairs because the smell was so bad. Im not sure what the smell was in the room but it slapped you in the face as soon as you open the door. The stay was good for what it was but i will not return for another stay!

    The experience was average. I didn’t like the smell in the lobby area and elevator. The room was cozy. However, the bathtub had black spots around the faucet. I’m not sure if it was dirt or mold. Also, there was used underwears (thongs) on one of the top shelves in the closet space area. It was hidden. So, it wasn’t easily noticeable. But I saw it and was disgusted. Front desk wasn’t always available at hours at a time.

    after a 5 hr plane ride, we arrived to the hotel around 8pm. we check in head to our room and the key doest work. go to the front desk they reprogram my key head back to the room and still doesn't work. this happened three times. at around 8:40 they eventually had to give me two separate rooms but on two separate floors! the door to the bathroom would not fully close. there was no extra blankets or sheets for the pullout couch where we had to sleep on. the following morning around 9 am we got a knock on the door saying they were going to come in to clean the ac unit. while my family and myself were getting dressed and ready for check out, they had our door wide open our bed moved across the room, hoses across the floor and the ac unit was removed from the wall. they were spraying the ac unit down with water, so now dust and water was being sprayed everywhere. I dont understand why that could not have waited til we checked out.

    I have never had as many complaints as I have now. No key to the room, no Pool, no complimentary breakfast, TV in the room did not work, If you have an extended stay as I did they only clean the room every 7 days. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and a bathmat for the disgusting tub. The room was damp and smelled of pee. Wi-Fi didn't work, so I had to pay an extra $22 for additional Wi-Fi so I could work. If I wanted the sheets and towels changed we would have to take the ones we had to the front for them to switch them out and then do the beds myself.

    Room was lacking maintenance, tub shower valve leaking, faucet handle on the sink came off, bathroom overall cleanliness was horrible hair on the baseboards hair on the door, I'd have to stand at my electronic door entrance with the key for 10 minutes is trying to get in no one would help me I was told just keep trying. I paid at $11 extra day for some sort of breakfast the only thing available was a breakfast bar and coffee and hot chocolate, toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Facility is definitely lacking maintenance. They're is the side door that is always open it was broken so the building is not secure anybody can get in at any time. People using a parking lot sleeping in their cars. People cooking in the parking lot overall you didn't feel safe there whatsoever very disappointed

    The hotel is very old, dirty, and moldy. I booked this hotel for my 18 year old son and his new bride, as they married on 02/10. They could not check themselves in as consenting adults. I had to go there and check them in despite the reservation I booked being in my son's name. I don't know what adults 18-20 year olds do when needing to check into a hotel. The policy here is 21+. Also, with a kitchen in the room there are absolutely no pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, etc. Stored in the room as it the standard. Anything you want to use to cook, eat, or drink out of or with needs to be checked out downstairs at the desk. Ridiculous! The most horrible experience by the way is not only did I have to check my son and his new wife into the hotel, but upon doing so, we got told they have to let each guest in and out of their rooms as the hotel key machine is broken and they were waiting for a new one in the next day or two to arrive so assign room keys. So they had one employee running up and down trying to keep up with the coming/going hotel guests plus trying not to open the room door for people who had just checked into as well. Very frustrating for newly weds or just about anybody for that matter. I'm asking for our two nights rate back in the form of a refund.

    Terrible to say the least. First off, the door key system was broken, so you had to be let in your room with the master key. The pool is out of order. There are no mattress pads on the beds, just a sheet over the actual dirty mattress. It says breakfast is until 9:30, but it was stopped by 9am. They really need to invest in new mattresses, and re-do the rooms. They are in rough shape!

    Although the rooms and the facility was clean, they were bare bones for their amenities. Free breakfast was packaged muffins and nutri bars. We expected a bit more. The staff was polite and friendly. The plusses were it was near to good restaurants and conveniences. We stayed 2 nights. I think this particular Extended Stay was designed for families that need a clean place to stay for an extended period of time at a fair price.

    The door to the bedroom didn't latch, the deadbolt on the main door to the hall was broken, the windows were covered with algae, and the grounds around the building were covered with trash and debris. There are also sketchy people that spend the entire day sitting in their cars in the parking lot with the driver door open until all hours of the night doing who knows what, but made the stay uneasy as we did not feel safe to leave our room.
