I wish the bathrooms could be updated a little bit . But the rest of the room was very nice ! Staff was friendly.

No hot water after asking 3 different times for the issue to be addressed. No towels - took 2 trips to the office just to get that. Even the remote for thr tv was missing... In short, if a person has ANY other option, dont stay here.

It was an overnight stay in Miami due to a missed connection. It was not close to the Miami airport but cheaper than the hotels nearby. It was a long Uber ride to get there and back

You get what you pay for, the pool absolutely disgusting had cigars and cigarettes floating in it plus it was Green. No coffee in your room or in the lobby, no ice machines, he picked up maybe four channels, air conditioner made horrible racket for the entire two days I was there. If you're driving anything larger than a car you have to pay $50 a night to park. The carpet in the rooms I walked around for maybe 3 minutes in my socks change my shoes and the bottom of my socks were already black.

The parking was easy and avaliable. Vending machines could have been better stocked and the elevator should be a bit more accessible for the disabled and a little closer to the room for the disabled. The toilets were super small looked like it was for a child, my disabled mother couldn't even use the restroom there very disappointing, but room was clean. Not too nany places near by just a gas station, McDonalds and Wendy's close by.

This is a very convenient place, very safe and secure .McDonald's right across the street & corners store with most of our needs. Staff is very helpful and kind.

It was absolutely Perfect !!

It’s a cheap motel so bad conditions were expected. It’s not a bad place. Just needs to be renovated or something, upgrade the rooms. It was cheap easy to find very convenient location was 15 minutes from everything I needed to do. thankfully, we did not see any of the bugs people speak of by even flip my mattresses and stuff and that’s where the bad comes in. Upon checking under my bed for bedbugs thankfully we did not find any, but we did find two bags one containing wigs of cracked pipe lighters in a bunch of condoms and then the other bag contained on a disgusting used dildo in the bags were just open for us to see everything what’s we removed everything properly the day wasn’t too bad even though we had to live in disgust because of what we saw.

During the night people are very noisy.

They kick us out of our room because we had young kids with us said we had more than four people they wanted me and my wife to be in separate rooms with our children we only had one night remaining and they kick us out because we would not book another room for the last night of a two day stay short notice booking due to or last accommodations being over book we had to book here not by choice but was only thing available at the time in our budget. Staff suck lack compassion and understanding kids are under 7 years old youngest 3 it was said we went to Marriott instead of staying there one more night.

This was the most discussing place I could have imagined. The toilet didn't work, the bureau had missing draws, the rug was filthy and the door looked like it had been broken into a dozen times with multiple drill marks and holes to reset the lock. I will NOT be paying for this stay.

The toilet ran all night preventing me from getting a good nights sleep. There’s an opening at the bottom of the door which allowed every sound outside to come in. And little lizards were crawling around in my room. I had to pay for an iron with no ironing board…. I would like a full refund. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a room.

It's a dump! Could not take my shoes off, the carpet was so nasty, the sink in the bath area leaked water to the floor and all over the counter. Bed was ok. No toiletries, hairdryer...the surroundings and people were sketchy, police car constantly patrolling and felt not safe. Tried to leave a couple of days early but management insisted on non-refundable fee, we stuck it out one more day.

The next day I complained to the Mgr, he basically told me that's what you get for a budget motel. When I asked why he didn't bring the TV remote, he responded they were busy. There was no one there, other than 2 cop cars when we checked in. He didn't give a crap!!!

Was charged $400, for a room that is worth $50. Room was dirty, sink faucet was broken, front door had a 1-2” gap on the bottom which made us feel super unsafe. Had to shove a towel underneath to feel “safe” or “protected”.

The parking lot looks like a full truck stop, packed with massive 53-foot semi-trailers and rental cargo vans. Truck drivers were constantly around the property, making the whole place feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The hotel itself is dirty, the pool is filthy, there is no shampoo, no hair dryer, and the service is practically nonexistent. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. You are honestly better off sleeping on the street than staying here.

The room was infested with roaches. The shower was discusting. The furniture broken and the place and people were so ghetto. You guys should have never advertised this place on your site. I felt my security was compromised. At almost $200 the night this was beyond taking advantage!!! I have pictures of the roaches and I felt like if I were in a crack head motel. Unsanitary conditions; very poor quality overall the most disgusting hotel/motel I have ever stepped foot in. Did not sleep, it smelled of smoke and had roaches and bugs inside the room. Horrible experience and stay particularly due to the amount it cost; very overpriced. I informed the staff but they did not care, apologize, or even try to remedy the situation. This needs to be reported to the state of FL Attorney General's Office, Dept. of Health and other agencies.

Overall, everything was good; however, the property is quite far from the city center. The room provided had a noticeable damp or musty smell. While the room itself was clean, it would be much better if more toiletries were available. On a positive note, the front desk staff member was very professional and assisted us well according to our needs.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. Other reviews have said that this hotel is under new ownership who are working hard to improve the experience after it was poor under the previous owners. Our experience aligned with this. There was no street sign for the hotel which led to some confusion getting there.

The only good thing was the young lady at the front desk. It seems sketchy on sight not at all like the pictures. It may not be all the rooms but the 3 rooms i viewed had a heavy smoke odor that is covered with a heavier perfumed cleaning smell. I walked in the first room and spent 3 mins looking around before my chest started to tighten (asthma). In that time I noticed the space wasn’t clean at all. I decided against staying because (asthma) and the lady at the front desk allowed me to view 2 other rooms. They were better than the first but not by much. I declined to stay and they refused to refund me. Honestly they have a no refund policy so I guess this is how they make money scamming and renting rooms for hourly night patrons. DONT BOOK DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’d also like to note it was bad enough that I ended up needing my rescue inhaler and having to get a prescription for the remainder of my trip. Horrible place.

Dont listen to the bad reviews. This is a budget motel not a Hilton. It was clean, didnt stink and everything you need to stay the night. You are paying for a place to sleep not a resort. The parking lot is well lit and grounds kept clean.

This hotel is dangerous and dirty. I booked a room online but when I got there a group of robbers were in the parking lot smoking and looking for people to rob. I didnt check in because I was in fear for my life. I requested a refund and the hotel manager denied it although I basically just drove in and out and didn’t check in.

Upon arrival the room i was given had someone sleeping outside the door we had to step over him to even enter the room and just looked in the window of the room it was a disaster and looked like someone was already in the room you could see belongings and it was definitely already being used and the gentleman at the desk seemed surprised that i wanted to change rooms thankfully he gave another room with little trouble but I'm just amazed by this.

This hotel is older, but in decent condition. There are thungs that were updated, but not done well. The pool looked nice, but we juat saw it at night and as we left in the morning. To get a decent night's sleep and a shower - it was fine. The bed was more comfortable thanI expected. The area was quiet, despite some police involvement near the hotel for reasons unknown. We juat saw a few police cars pull the lot next door, but never heard one thing until the housekeeping carts rolled by in the morning.

This place is horrible. Its dirty, broken furniture, stained bed sheets, roaches crawling around, broken glass around the head boards, blood splatters on the wall. I even saw a male injecting himself while sitting near the stairs. I dont know how they got a 4.8 rating but i would never recommend that place.

This was the nastiest, dirtiest hotel that I’ve ever seen. We were charged over 500.00 for 1 night. We were exhausted after a day of travel. We slept in the rental car and did not use the room. It was dirty, smelly, and disgusting. We were afraid that we’d contract a disease if we stayed. There were no other hotels available wishing 60 miles so the proprietor decided to take advantage of weary travelers. An absolute disgrace!!!

After flight cancellation we booked this hotel as there was nothing available near airport. Uber driver brought us there. We witnessed boarded up doors, inappropriate transactions happening outside and in lobby which made it very unsafe for myself. I never checked in and had uber driver take me elsewhere. We stayed just one night. The place where you check in was a mess. He gave me a card for our door and wrote down the room number on a piece of paper. It read 339. Went to the room and it would not open the door. So all the way back to the check in building. I told him it wouldn't open the door and reprogrammed it. Went to the room and this time it opened but I could tell right away that it was already occupied. So back again. This time he asked me to see the slip with the room number and he said no, that is 334. Really? So back again. Oh this is on the 3rd floor. Of course the eleivator didn't work. Our room was OK, but not very clean. Bathtub had rust stains in it. The hardware is corrodid. You had to pay for parking and also had to pay for Ice of all thing. Also they don't provide complementry breakfest. But the pool was nice.

A very sketchy area. We couldn’t even go in to check into the hotel. We had to do it from a window. It was late at night and the hotel receptionist wouldn’t let us in. It’s probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. Tv remote didn’t work. Very noisy. And overall super sketchy. I slept with my pepper spray under my pillow. No. I’m not joking. The hotel is situated behind a gas station and is not very visible from the street Reception area is all closed up with plexiglass and you have to talk to the receptionist through a hole when you arrive at night time. Grateful we actually got two rooms last minute due to another hotel canceling on us during a hurricane evacuation. If you don’t mind a room being in such shambles and cheap, this is the place. I found a piece of old aluminum foil that someone had been smoking meth with inside the dresser drawer. Luckily my kids didn’t see it.

I told the man I’m sorry we cannot stay here. He asked me why. And I told him about the smoking and way we were being watched. And room smelled of smoke and very run down. Nothing here was accurate from the reviews. I proceeded to inform him we were not going to stay and how to get a refund. He said I needed to contact Hotels.com and the manager on shift said we could receive a refund.

We booked the hotel through Expedia using the pet friendly options when we were evacuated for the hurricane, with no options anywhere to stay we booked what we could find. Pets are not allowed at the hotel and there are no exceptions. I decided to sleep in the car and let my family use the rooms. The place is UNSAFE, people hanging outside the lower floor rooms yelling and threatening guests. My friends and family felt unsafe for our life’s, so we left and spent the next 2 days in our cars waiting out the hurricane. And yes, no refund!!

We booked this place for 2 nights because we evacuated our home on the Wesr Coast due to Hurricane Milton. We arrived after dark and when our GPS said we had arrived at our location we were stunned to find it is a dump in one of the worst neighborhoods in FL. I parked in front of their building and was debating whether or not to go in and check out the place when 3 hookers started walking toward our truck. As I was leaving 2 guys in hoodies were also walking our way.

Our room was filthy. The carpet threadbare, dirty and stained, the bathroom had something running down the wall, the floor was dirty, there was no vanity by the sink, the faucet handle came off, there was a large hair in the sink and holes and stains in the upholstery of the chairs. The good thing about the room was the bed was clean and comfortable (of course we got there at 3:30 am evacuating from Hurricane Milton so we were very tired). All in all this was the worst place we have ever stayed. We had booked 2 nights and because of the condition of the room wouldn’t stay the second night. They denied our request for a refund for the second night.

This is a warning to anyone checking out this hotel. There were rats fighting in the ceiling at night and rat feces all over the carpet and cupboards. Also I have video of actual bugs crawling around on the carpet. The whole room smelled moldy and musty like they never clean the carpet. Also, the bathroom plumbing didn’t work. I tried to get a refund for the two days that I moved out because of the conditions, and they refused. Very unethical! The front desk chuckled when I told them there was rat feces like it wasn’t knew information.

The parking lot was full of semi trucks, drug addicts, beggars, non-English speakers and, I’m told, prostitutes. There is an attached Indian restaurant and a nearby gas station, but little else. The grounds aren’t bad and there’s an outside pool. The motel style rooms are clean but very definitely economy class. Would never want to stay here again but there were very few options on that particular Saturday evening.

When we first walked into the room we really couldn't hardly breathe. The smell of a filthy room was very strong on our nose. The carpet is something I knew that was extremely dirty because it had a very high stinky scent coming from it and even though I tried running the a/c that didn't kill the ordor. The room also had a roach smell to it which we did found sizable dead roaches. The box spring was dirty with dingy brown spots and the shower had mildew in it and the shower curtain was dirty like it never been washed. This place also had the audacity to charge a $100 deposit. This was really a joke because the area and the place was never worth a deposit on. People like tired truck drivers who do long driving and prostitutes hang in this place a lot, this place is not appropriate for a family with kids. This place needs to be closed down under a new management and it truly needs one hell of a makeover. I ain't never seen or been in a hotel that was so damn stink, dingy, waste of money, and everything else in between and also the towels were dingy, too. I will never recommend this place to anyone and nor will me and my family step foot into a place like this ever again. The curtains even have a funky scent to them and they were ripped and had them dingy brown spots on them. They probably have never been cleaned from day one. People please stay away !
