DO NOT BOOK HERE unless you are looking for a hooker hotel. O e morning some chick with her dress pulled up above her waist was screaming at the top of her lungs at some guy. Later some chick was going in an out of a room with a skirt that left half her booty cheeks out. It's in a super sketchy area. The pool was disgusting to which this is one of the reasons we booked. No microwave but a small fridge. The paint in the rooms needs fixing. You cant log into netflix on the TV even though there is an option. The air conditioning was lagging and the shower head needs to be cleaned. I can keep going but I dont have all day

DO NOT STAY HERE! Kids were running in the hallway until 2am. Upstairs the walkway felt extremely unsecure. It felt like you were walking on simple plywood in the outdoor hallway. Our room had a slant to it. The bed was a thin mattress on a metal trundle. The bed had only ONE THIN SHEET on the bed. We had to request a blanket from the front desk. When we checked in the front desk clerk had both airpods in his ears and mouthed the words "your id" to me for check in. A car alarm went off in the parking lot for over an hour around 2am. The only thing pleasant was the AC Unit. I will definitely do my research better on my next hotel stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is right next to the freeway. it's very busy. My husband and I barely slept. The floor seemed like it wasn't mopped. The give you two standard pillows for a king size bed, a top sheet and something that is as thin as a sheet for a blanket. I was pretty cold all night. I had to use the two towels in the room for additional "blankets". My husband sleeps hot so he was fine.

The room was dusty, there was a blood stain on one of the mattresses, the hallways were dirty, there were a lot of homeless hanging around the facilities, and we believe we saw a set worker leave the hotel. We only continued to stayed there because our daughter was in the hospital and its what we could afford.

The TV was broke. The place was filthy. The refrigerator had food left in it from the last people. There was a big hole in the bathroom ceiling over the shower. The toilet was dirty. There were cockroaches. There was no garbage can. There was boogers wiped on the bathroom door. It was just disgusting and outside of the property on the sidewalk. We’re homeless people yelling and screaming and playing music tried calling the desk and couldn’t get a hold of nobody had to go find the person. I will never stay at a travel lodge again.

The front desk is behind a very thick bulletproof window, and there were homeless people sleeping right outside, which made us feel unsafe. The front desk staff, a young Indian man called himself "Mike" ignored guests while on the phone (also you can barely hear him behind the thick bulletproof window). I then requested him to please check me and this seemed to upset him. On the next day of our stay this same staff member approached me and stated that I needed to pay an additional parking fee but this was not disclosed at check In or on Expedia. He stated that if I did not pay the fee that he would have my vehicle towed away off the parking lot. It was extremely distasteful staying here

Unexpected 60 deposit. And check in time was incorrect they allow you to go in at 3pm not 2pm. Checkout was alright I got my deposit quickly. Room could of used a mini fridge since I extended stay 2 more nights but the price went up from 65 to 90

The staff was professional and patient. The rooms are clean and comfortable... excellent lighting.

Check-in was fine except I didn't notice that there was a deposit that I had to do. the room was hot and stuffy when I first got in, so I had to leave the door open for a bit. The only real problem I could see was that there was no ice machine on property and no response when I rang the bell to check out. so I don't know if I got my deposit back.

Our room & service were okay. However, the hotel itself is not taken care of. There’s trash everywhere, broken windows, prostitutes walking around with little to no clothing & unsavory individuals that watch your every move in a very unnerving manner. In short, I’d never stay here again & would choose almost anywhere else to stay.

I booked this hotel because it was the only one near a work event, and I didn’t want to drive. I saw the reviews saying it wasn’t clean, but what seemed to be genuine concern from the hotel in responses let me hope they were working on it. No. Just no. The room was very dirty. Something spilled and left to dry sticky on the headboard, which has been collecting dust for what looks like a very long time. The towels were horribly stained. There were only two bath towels in there room, no washcloth, hand towel, or bath mat.

The hotel only provided a sheet, a thin bedspread, and two towels. I was very cold at night due to lack of bedding. The room did not have a deadbolt, and I did not feel safe. The freeway noise was thunderous. Definitely not worth the price.

The first room that was issued was absolutely not cleaned at all. The second room that we were issued came with no towels or washcloths had to have them brought up there was dirty handprints on the door. The floor was so dirty. I want to first say, the guy at the front desk was very kind! The rooms had zero trash cans, there were dried bugars on the shower curtain, there was a small smear of what appeared to be blood on the wall. The amount of tweaker at the hotel was crazy. We did not get a good nights rest due to everyone being so loud. We talked to another guest that was staying there for a cheer comp and they too had an issue with drug addicts being loud and coming and going. Definitely not worth paying 147.00 to stay there. This could be a nice hotel if they cleared out the drug addicts. Again the guy at the front desk had wonderful customer service and was quick to get us in the room but the stay itself was horrible.

Property looked newly remodeled, room was exceptionally clean. You can hear your neighbor sometimes. There are some sketchy people in the area, however, I kept to myself so no real issues there. Would stay here again if I had to.

Very disappointed. Checked in and it was a little late. Wanted to shower and sleep. But they informed me there were no towels. And the bathroom and bedroom floors was so dirty

Very quiet clean and off the freeway perfect for leaving for work

The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. There was no microwave, refrigerator, coffee, and no breakfast. They were renovating.

No ice machine and no fridge in the room.

Room reeked of sweat and cigarette. There’s a lot of crack heads outside and there was dirt and hairs under our sheets. You would think they don’t switch out the sheets 2 other friends stayed here and we went to check their rooms and they were the same.

This is a real reviewer leaving a real feedback. Area loud from nearby freeway. Our room floors, walls, bed, sheets, and towels were stained and our room reeked of cigarettes. Mattress stained. Beware.

Front desk/office was not labeled and under construction....there was cigarette butts on the outside of the window. The room smelled of smoke...the bathroom smelled of smoke when you turned on the bathroom fan....there was somthing that looked like gross spit on the night stand sone of the lights did not work.....the room could have been cleaner...the bed....the bed was super loud....every time you turned over it was so loud....the box spring was a metal frame....the mattress was not the most comfortable...would not stay there again...it was close to the fairplex so that was a plus....

My stay here was not the greatest , the neighborhood and here its location lays is pretty bad as far as drugs and police activity. People are rude knocking on my door and not saying anything as a prank. The second night the cops were outside in my door all night with radios going off knocking on some the guests doors probably picking up someone with outstanding warrents. Anyways I made the best of it I’m not much to complain it was clean and friendly staff I had to stay there because I was in “the dog house”my wife and I got into so I booked this it’s under some minor construction and the cable did not work in that room so TV through my phone. If you must book here just gotta say it’s the area and not very safe

The smell of the room was repugnante even though it was a remodel room. I had to checkout at 3am because I felt unsafe in that room

First of all there's a lot of prostitutes and drug dealers staying at this motel they're up all night the managers are rude and very difficult to work with the new rooms are decent but they need to get new employees at this site and management because this hotel is a definite no no I would never ever stay there again

This place has terrible reviews, but I gave them a chance and was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms have been updated. The best thing though is how personable the gentleman is a the front desk. I have experienced many crude host and it never makes my stay pleasant so when I come across a decent and caring person, it is appreciated. I will definitely visit travelodge in Pomona again.

It was an impromtu mini trip to LA area, i made the reservation around 11p and finally got to the motel around 2a. I had paid for the room in full and had all documents yet the front desk said they had cancelled the reservation as a no show and at first kinda gave me the "well, sorry..." kinda attitude. A manager finally settled the issue. I was just semi tossed a room card with no envelope containing room number or wifi password just told me the rm number. Got to my room, they didnt issue me a remote and only one towel, no wash clothes or face towels or bath mat, just a towel. When i called the desk for the wifi, they hung up on me. After i went back to the front desk and got my remote and wifi password returned to the room to realize the temperature was not coming down in the room, the AC was broken. At that point i only had 7 hours to checkout and i was just over it so sweated myself to sleep. Bed was comfortable, room was newly remodeled (not the AC) and the bedding and my towel were very clean.

The room look ok, but you need to update cleaning maintenance like the shower curtains, moping the floors ,the borders, because look like new but still smell old

Place was clean and quiet. Room was recently remodeled and nice.. only downside was pool was closed due to renovation however, staff was nice and quick to check me in.

It was a cheap and easy one night stay at a motel when we were in town for a festival. Could it be cleaner, sure! Could it be dirtier... absolutely. The bed was uncomfortable, but the toilet and shower were clean. They let us check in early and parking was free. Solid experience for a very basic stay.

This place looks ran down . A lot of activity rooms are nasty and filthy not dirty filthy and when I bring it to The front desk attention glan Said that I shouldn’t be worried about the toilet because can’t nobody see it didn’t deny that the room was filthy no made service. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had with a Travelodge by Wyndham.

Nothing on the bed was changed out or washed. Lipstick marks on the covers and dirt on the pillows from someones skin.

There was a hard bed no tv no pool no snack bar/ deli all were advertised. Room was so dirty my feet turned black from walking to the bathroom at night.

First thing we saw that there were broken windows on the second floor. Then we saw signs that they were doing construction. We tried to accept that we were in a transfer or improvement. From the street view it seemed well kept and newly painted. Yet, when we entered the back it felt run down with broken down cars in the parking and a dirty pool. Our room was on the first floor and the door was spray painted while on its hinges which left marks on the wall behind it. There was hair on the floor and quite a few spots of sticky residue. The beds were well made, but there were not towels in the room. We did not turn on the air-conditioned because cigarettes butts were sticking out from under the vent. The laundry room was next door and was extremly loud all night but so was the freeway that was noticable only after we checked in. The mounted TV on the wall was capable of only 3 channels and extremly blurry. I have a feeling this was there nicest room, but it was not what a No one was present at check in or check out we had to ring for service. The
