They have a lot of renovations going on and there was no hot water in the room. They first tried to give me a room with no working TV, then they gave me a room with no hot water.

We checked in and I went to work at 11:00 am. By the time I got out of work at 8:00pm we had been removed from the room because while I was gone my boyfriend was dropped off by two of his siblings who came to the room and used the restroom. I called and was told there wouldn't be any change in the managers mind regarding the decision of being g kicked out and that I could get my key deposit the next day.so the next day I went afterwork and was told no key deposit would be returned because the room was messed up and it took the maid two hours to clean up. I argued that we never even used the room except for the restroom which was used by the two siblings really quick. He disagreed and we ended up getting only $10 back. Very rude service, can't have any guests AT ALL, ROACHES even with the lights on, torn comforter, bathroom had soaps that were opened by previous guests, paper thin towels, and floor with tiles missing so tripping is inevitable. Might have been a better comment had I actually gotten to use room with boyfriend but bad management doomed the entire experience.

The room was dirty, the floor had dead bugs ever where, a big table, no chairs. Adequate lighting was needed in the parking area. And tv did not work.

I reserved online and I got there my Uber left and they said that half of the building was closed for maintenance and the other half was rented out so I was screwed I had to call Uber again and go to a different hotel terrible

Walls and flooring of the hallway were discusting!!!the whole entire place is old!! It smelt like someone peeed in the hall way! The walls inside the room are gross u wouldn’t let met kids to dog sleep there!! The pics of the room are very deceiving to the eye. If your in desperate need of a place last minute and it’s cheap please save your money and just sleep in the car rheee were bugs too on the floor in the bathroom! I never left a hotel so fast before in my life! I wish I took photos but please believe me when I tell you stay very far away from this place also the guy shorten and pocket 35 dollors!! This hotel should be taken down asap!!

The place was very dirty and I mean as far as though walls inside the room the restroom was dirty there was here all over the shower walls and I had unwanted guests in my room and what I mean by that is roaches there was a hole in the ceiling covered with tape bathroom didn't have curtains over the windows so if you walk by you could look straight into the restroom overall this is just not a good place to stay unless there is no other rooms in the state of California

I wanted to pay with my new card but they already booked another client. In the end i'm glad they did cancel. Because this motel is the most unsavory dive I've ever encountered. I didnt care about the age of the structure (1950s ?) But it did look severely run down and there was homeless/drug addicts loitering in the front as i pulled into the parking lot. Needless to say, i didnt feel safe. I was able to book a motel 6 within minutes of my cancelation. But in the future of hotels.com. I wouldnt put the super inn on your roster of places to stay.

Got into the room...tv was smashed in screen and didn't work. No blinds on bathroom window. Had working microwave and mini fridge. There was prostitution going on next door all night. Rough area. Heard loud traffic all my stay. Only 1 towel for two people. Exposed wiring in ceiling. Smoke detector broken. Roaches.

チェックインの際のフロントのインド人は愛想の良いインド人でした。この部屋は良い部屋ですか？と、聞いたらとても良い部屋だと。部屋に入るとタバコ臭く Gが5匹程。 フロントに戻り、あの部屋は喫煙可なのか？と聞くともちろんどうしてだ？と。部屋がとてもタバコ臭いと言うと、すまなそうに多分掃除の人がタバコを吸ったんだろうとの事。部屋の変更は申し出ませんでした。 とりあえず部屋に戻り Gをやっつけシャワーを浴びようと、そこにも4匹。とりあえず全部やっつけシャワーを。時差ボケもあり22時くらいには就寝。ただ外でガンガン音楽を鳴らしてる輩がいてうるさくて目むれない。ウトウトしながら2時位には静かになり就寝。もう泊まらないでしょう。これでも1万円。。。安さで選びましたが仕方ないのでしょうか？

Terrible motel! Would never go back or recommend. 4 of us in a room with only 1 towel and half a roll of toilet paper. Soiled sheets on one bed. Homeless hanging outside the room with noise all night. Filthy conditions all around. Would like a refund. Ugh!

I had reserved a room for 3 nights. I went to check in during my lunch hour and they could not check me in due to “online problems”. Since I was on a timeframe and decided to check in later. When I had gone back to check in they told me there was no vacancy and sent me somewhere else where they told moved the reservation. I show up to that motel and they had no idea of anything and of course they also had no vacancies. I will never book here again and would recommend that no one else book there either. Bad news all the way around.

This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been and me and my wife are supposed to have a really good night. Hang out time away from the kids finally and it was just rode by this place. The bugs are just hideous couldn’t sleep comfortably we need sleep, whidn’t sleep.

I asked for an immediate refund within 15minutes of booking manager said he would let expedia know nothing has happened since then. Roaches were running everywhere with cigarette burns in the blanket.

its very peaceful not loud and there is some food places around which is nice. The service was amazing the manager is very friendly and social. It was more than I expected when I arrived at my room where I found it to be far more spacious and clean than other accommodations I have stayed in in the past. It's up when I first got there it looked like I was in a third world country and then this old man comes out I check in he writes everything down manually there's no computers anywhere he gives me a key and says you're in room 14 so I go in there hang out for a little bit and then the owner comes to my door he says I need to leave I said why he said I didn't pay I said I sure did I paid through hotels.com you should have you know something confirming that my payment went through I called my bank even and the lady over the phone I had on speaker confirmed that I paid right in front of him and he still wasn't denial he still wanted me to leave I said I'm not leaving anywhere until I get payment from you I paid I'm not going to double pay I said you want me to leave you're going to pay me to leave and then well maybe about 15 minutes later he comes back he tries to apologize but the apology was not genuine it was just it sounds so meaningless I just ignore him and not to mention I got sick in the room and it was filthy

The room didn't have any towels or toilet paper. The shower was broken and the room also had roaches. I was sent to multiple rooms and they all had roaches one room wasn't clean and the bed wasn't made. Then I was sent to two other motels and both of the motels had roaches.

I really tried giving this place a chance, but honestly after the third time staying there I must say I was very disappointed. Every time I had to ask for toilet paper, towels and the TV remote. Which by the way it would take me hours to get a pair of towels. For my most recent stay checking in was a disaster. If it wasn't because I had reserved online I would've left somewhere else. Waited over 20 minutes just for someone to assist me. Let's just say it took about an hour just to get checked in a key to the room. Overall I was very disappointed.

The hotel was very dirty, the door did not lock, there was no toilet paper or towels ,,there was hair everywhere ,and holes in the walls ..The toilet and the shower were both overflowing ,and this is just too name a few things.. we left after 2 hours!!

Once i got there the problem began the older guy went from English speaking to speaking in a different language i knew then it was a problem its unfair they come here and then they false advertising and its unfair that hotel.com don't check them out. The rooms were clean and they were spacious. they had good parking for two cars and they didn't charge me. The management was very nice.

The owner charged me for a double bed and when I arrived to checked he denied he had one available and wouldn’t refund me my money.. he gave me a single bed and wouldn’t even give me the single bed rate.. the place has tons of roaches and the shower didn’t work.. the owner is a crook he would charge people different rates based on who was dumb enough to pay what he asked ..

I have never wasted my $$ like I did with th them no towels tissue or soap dirty sheets on the bed I demanded my $$ back but the hotel 2 blocks away accommodate me but they had no towels or soap never again I didn’t even get a shower😩😑I never complained before I’m very understanding but this was so wrong😔

I showed up to check in and the man from the front desk told me all the rooms were booked. I told him I had a confirmation number for the stay, but all he said all the rooms were taken. Hopefully I get my money back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the most disgusting place I have ever been in my life! I arrived at this Super Inn and waited 10 mins at the front desk ringing the buzzer, it wasn’t until I called that Henry said he would be arriving at the premises within the next 5 mins to check me in. The first thing I noticed when walking into the room were the burn holes and the cut up comforter on the bed. I pulled back the comforter and the sheets were extremely dirty as well as the pillows, they definitely were not washed. There were blood stains on the sheets, hair and black dirt streaks. Under the bed, there was pizza crust, a roach (small blunt) in th shower, dirty toilet, broken door, a refrigerator unplugged and smelled horrible, and broken chairs. I told Henry about the room and I was switched to a different room that looked identical! Extremely dirty and just trifling! I left immediately and kept the pictures to show Henry, his response was “I just work nights”. Henry wouldn’t have slept in either rooms himself, so why would it be ok to give that to someone else in a disgusting manner it is in. I will NEVER stay here and I recommend you sleep in your car before you ever book a night here, I was lucky enough to find a hotel that worked on perfectly and didn't have to worry about bed bugs or feeling disgusting my entire stay.
