Royla Motel

Starting with Staff not finding my reservation made online. I received a room that was not suitable for guests. I was later charged extra $20 for having a friend over for dinner. Amenities were not clean and full of graffiti. Fridge, outlets covers and bathroom door lock missing. Had to place the 2 towels over the bed to try to get some sleep. Brought it up to the staff and moped the floor (dirty mop) really quick and that was it. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Never coming back here!

This a terrible place to stay their roaches crawling everywhere mold in the toilet an stains on the sheets.

There were multiple roaches, running around the room. On the walls, on the bed, on the counter, on the floor. The bedsheets look like they hadn’t been changed in months and were stained disgusting coloration, and then I had to argue with the front desk to get a refund. This was after I made my reservation and they told me they couldn’t find it so they charged me an extra $20 more than what the reservation was quoted.

This place was disgusting. Graffiti on the head board, sticky mess on desktops, roaches, hair on bathroom floor, tape on walls, holes in walls, dirt, grime, gross.

Has my room ready check in early and i leave it clean it very convenient thank you.

The room was disgusting, there were roaches, graffiti,the bed had stains and looked like it hadn't been washed.no microwave. Holes in the wall. The manager was rude when asking for directions and told me "it's not my problem you can't understand me" the walls had unrecognizable stains on them. The fridge had food crumbs and stains on it. This place was utterly disgusting. The BBB and health department need to be notified about this place asap!

It was a terrible stay. Tiny bed and super dirty. Roaches all over. I was afraid my car was going to get broken into. Check out time is extra early. And i didn't recieve my cash deposit back.

The bedding was dirty, the towels were dirty, there was roaches and bed bugs, and the manager was very rude and kept banging on my door at the crack of dawn asking questions.

Place was in bad condition, has roaches, room dirty, horrible customer service, really unsafe, really scary and homeless people walking around the property. I ask for another room, the attendant said all the rooms have roaches, i asked for a refund then, he refuses, and made a bad comment, horrible Place!

Terrible room had graffiti and had no towels . Staff was not willing to give me a refund. Tried to charge a 500 dollar deposit.

No clean towels were in the room…only one that looked dirty…sheets were not cleaned enough…no soap to shower was found

This place was disgusting! Roaches, old lenins with cigarette burns, stale cigarette smoke smell, and gang graffitti tagged in various parts of the room. We had a sketchy guy knock on our door late at night begging for money and a lighter. The staff refused a refund after we saw the conditions and were forced to have to endure the place through the weekend. Don't stay here!

man almost didn’t let met check in, I’m pretty sure because my boyfriend was standing by the car on the phone. Room came with 4 cockroaches, one was already smashed on the wall, walls also covered in graffiti including my favorite “worst one here” which I think meant the room. My socks were black after the first night because the floor was not clean, sheets had pipe burns and hella stains. homeless people also let us know they were kicked out of the motel for people like us going to the event for the weekend. I should have just slept in my car.

On top of being horrible they overbooked so when you arrive even if you call it's still on a first come first serve basis so got booted during an event that I had booked weeks in advance just awful then Expedia did nothing to help except reimburse money had to sleep in car on other side of country hotel bad as well as expedia

The main reason I picked this was closeness to my destination and that it had a pool and free wifi. Well two out of three was correct. No pool, if they had wifi it was not offered. It stated basic room and that it was.

Foreign indian owners have mest up culture from there old country i checked in and did not stay preferred to sleep in my car

Well not for high class. Over all , they had a room for the night, quick check in, nice gentleman in front desk. The place needs attention (remodel) outside mostly and inside. I give it a 4 for the service they provided. Thank u

Didn't change sheets on bed, this people leave the same sheets we use when we left , there was bed bugs in one of the rooms, the floor was so dirty like they didn't mop the floors for so many days and they didn't respect the reservation of a 2 bed room so they make me pay more for 2 one bed rooms

AC worked. And this was unique for the property. Everything else was terrible. Oh, yes!, no rats inside the room which is also good. (But I’ll use anti-flee shampoo for week when I get back home, just in case.)

Disgusting... Roaches everywhere. The parking is by the room door which is convenient but there was people hanging out in their car, listening to music at 1am. The people in the room next to us were not being loud yet we could hear their whole conversation. Everything from the walls to towels looked dirty.

The most disgusting place I have stayed. Right when I stepped outside, a man with a hooker walked right past. It just got worse when I went in. There was PLENTY of hair on the pillows. The blanket was SO dirty, there were holes in them. Moreover, the bed sheet was filled with yellow stains and burnt marks. You could tell they did not put any time in cleaning the place as dead roaches literally littered the floors and there were also live ones crawling too. I don't understand how this place is rated 7.0 and how the health department has not investigated this place and shut it down. A total waste of money, went straight to another hotel after seeing how disgusting the place was.

Rooms where nasty I left didn’t stay in them

Roaches! Okay I understand price wise it's something to expect and with places like this maybe one here or there. Not everyone is clean. This was a whole new level I had food in a tied bag and I fell asleep and woke up to 5 roaches in my food. I couldn't believe I fell asleep. Then countless baby roaches. I had to pay a $5 deposit for a key and when I went to go get it back the girl up front said there was no deposit. I said, yes there was, noticed a camera and told her to check her cameras of me paying it. She the. Uses her phone to call someone and then hesitantly hands me a $5. Taking a shower had roaches. I slept with the lights on and went and bought hug spray.. Never again. There's no way that this hotel should be charging 90-120/nigbt on some days I've seen it for. I highly do not recommend.. There was also broke electrical switches and the AC had a broken display.

The male at property was the most helpfull. Couldn't understand female. The room was questionably a safe room, very un clean functional room. Car port unsafe, as someone must have hit post and a makeshift post put for support. A hooker opposition all night, was woken multiple times with comings and going allllll night. Glad to get out of the place.

The room had a severe cockroach infestation. They got inside my luggage and were in the bed. The motel refuses to give refunds and Expedia refused to relocate me. The manager moved me to a different room that was also infested with cockroaches. When i informed tbr fron desk the manager told me not to come bckto the motel again because i complained too much. This place is a health hazard.

The owner was very rude, he didn’t accept my reservation from hotels.com quoted me a completely different price plus deposit, the rooms the area looked so sketchy , prostitutes walking out or rooms.

Just because of the kind of car we were driving they didn't want to provide a microwave, there was fridge in the room we started 7 days ant not once did the offer to clean the room. Roaches the tv never worked.. and was traffic so uncomfortable and my kids was so disappointed. Then when I checked out the manager didn't want to give me my key deposit back first he said i never gave him one then he asked to keeping it for a tip.. smh..

The property was a pile of trash, hookers, drugs, and homeless. The manager refuse to give me a towel, tv was broken, burn holes all over my blanket. Filth! Someone stole stuff out of the back of my truck at night the entire place is an overpriced nightmare.

The motel is in a very like bad neighborhood it is completely disgusting dirty you don't want to walk in the rooms honestly there's roaches there's black mold the owners or the managers at that hotel are completely awful people I was threatened bullied and almost physically assaulted when I asked for my refund because there is roaches coming out of everywhere it was a horrible experience I would not stay at this hotel it's not like safe at all health-wise

The whole time from beginning of my check in until the end of check out time period was very horrible and unsatisfying experience. First when I arrived to the spot it looked like a ghetto project slums type of property. It was like 13 rooms but instead they put that they have 113 rooms total. Second next to a soda vending machine and the office there was a homeless guy with all his luggage and trash just sitting there and the look on his face expression just makes me feel like he up to no good. Third everything about the office just don't look right because everything is like shut and locked just a small little window with a bell that says ring. Fourth the man that came to the window and he has a very moody and very unprofessional. He tried to say that I didn't have a reservation cause he don't see it on his computer system so he started to say give him $80 plus $5 more for a key deposit that will be return once check out tomorrow morning Then when I showed him my reservation on my phone screen that when he says on I see your reservation now and started to joke about my last name which I felt was very rude and also disrespectful towards me. Then he even started to make a comment that you are china and you came from China. Which I also felt very discriminated and very offended. Then he starts to change the price of room from $80 and went down to $75 plus $5 key deposit total is $80. I was like haha ur funny it says on here that I only have to pay $72 dollar( to be continued)

This place was horrible. The owner was super rude, there were people yelling right outside till late night. The owner woke us up yelling at us to checkout when we still had 2 days left. The next morning a stranger not the owner! Somehow unlocked our door and came into our room! Even though we had locked the door! There were people arguing and screaming till almost 1 am. Definitely don’t recommend staying here. The bed was awful and dirty! The sheets were ripped and had holes. There was no shampoo no hand soap, only one towel. No napkins and only one small trash can.

Nothing was good about the property. Showed up on time and we couldn’t check in for over 3 hours because they didn’t hav any room ready for us. Don’t ever stay here

One of the worst places I've ever stayed! Stay at this motel on your own risk. The bed covers were stained with blood stains. Then taking off more of the blankets there was some pieces of trash. It wasn't clean. Holes in the wall, crooked lamps

Booked a 2 bed non smoking, was given 1 bed. Smelled like cigarettes. No clean towels. Roaches on the floor. Microwave with extremely dirty. Lots of screaming from other rooms.

This place is a dump my shower did not work my sheets and pillow cases were filthy I took all the sheets off to take them to the washer the lady got mad like I was going to steal her sheets I had to explain to her that I was not sleeping on that I'm going to the laundromat which is across the street to wash it the TV did not work the microwave did not work my windows had no screens roaches everywhere the window had no lock she got mad because I asked her for a stick to put it in the window this was a mess to top it off this was the second room that they gave me the first room had bed bugs and they have been renting it out to people and people were coming in and leaving the first room had bed bugs the bed was not made up the blankets was on the floor it smelled like someone had just came in there and took a dump like people go in and out of the windows and those rooms go use the bathroom go shower and go back out the window it's a mess

Very dirty!! Place needs alot of repairs. Roach infested! Doors don't close completely. They don't provide towels. They do not change their bedding proprerly. Tv's don't work. Limited parking. Their checkout time is not 11am as it says, it is 10am. He will rudely bribe you to whatever cash you have for only one more hour of extended checkout. Property manager allows a homeless camp on property and the activities they cause. No police is called in any case. Definitely not safe here! Didn't sleep much at all with all the commotion and noise of regulars who stay long term at this hotel. I do NOT recommend this place. Put your money to better places! I am never coming back here again!

Do not ever, im ever go to this place. Stains on sheet and they wouldn't replace them. Toilet was dirty and didn't flush. Try to avoid going there it's noisy all night, you can actually hear people talking in the other rooms. Not good at all.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no soap no shampoo the towels had dirty fingerprints on them. The bed also had dirty sheets it was disgusting.

The A/C didn’t work and the shower was broken

It was a bad motel very little space in the rooms they leave the refrigerator unplugged walking in to a puddle of water in the room the smell of the rooms are disgusting . The owners lie to you about the wifi password they laugh at you too for asking questions they have no hospitality whatsoever they are money hungry just like every other Indians that own motels

Awful hotel. Claimed that they had my friend's booking but they didn't have my booking reservation, yet we booked both rooms at the same time and I was charged for it upon booking. The staff tried to send me to another nearby hotel. After 20 minutes, suddenly a room became available and I was accommodated. Then we regretted it, filthy room, hypodermic needle found under the bed, it was such a gross experience, it was inexpensive and we stayed as it was very close to a local concert...but I would NOT recommend this location nor do I plan to return.

It was nice but Ichecked in at 3:30am and had to check out at 10am next day, just 7 short hrs later.

This property was disgusting not only were the carpet all dirty with gigantic stains all over them there was cobwebs on the walls there wasn't very old mildew smell to the entire room the area around the motel was very dangerous with drug addicts hanging around the motel the room had been cleaned and yet some drug paraphernalia had been left behind in the bedside table

Property was so filthy. Bed/mattress torn linens was not clean, poor/ damaged furniture, burnt holes is shower curtain, carpet filthy with dirt spots all over, side table scratch as if it was taken from the trash can. All the noise that was coming from the room next door, hearing all common conversation and there tv. due to the walls been so thin. So i was unable to even sleep. As i was leaving expressing the disastrous night and poor condition of the facility, she told me that she is aware that the facility was in bad condition and that they're planing on replacing an renovation the facility soon. This was the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel/motel. I should have been refunded all my money paid.

Place smelled like an ashtray. Not a single trash can inside the room. The tv remote didn’t work. And the bed felt harder than the carpet floor. Absolute garbage of a place.

There appeared to be something like milk or vomt spilled between bed and nightstand. Only 1 trashcan in room and that was in the bathroom. Water leaked from faucet in bathroom. TV remote would not turn TV on. Towels were small and thin. Soap was small. Leaned my lesson for staying in 2 star.
