I like the location, and it looks like a safe place. The woman who assisted me was rude from the very beginning; she was in a bad mood and showed no interest in explaining the room details. When I spoke to her in Spanish, she replied—rudely and dismissively—that she didn't speak that language. Later, upon arriving at the room, I found the bed broken and numerous cockroaches in room 335.

The property was clean enough. The room and furnitures were dated. There were only soaps and toilet papers in the bathroom. Also there was only one set of towels. When we went downstairs to ask for more, there were no clean ones available.

Staff is always nice, Barbie is super quick and great at checking in. Staff does their best considering the area

Close to food and freeway I asked for smoke free room, although sign outside said it was... it was not. The room instantly smelled like smoke when we opened the door. My 10 yr old was asking why it smelled bad. I was going to ask for a different room but was pretty sure they all smelled this way and figured I'd get the run around or told there wasn't anther room. We just stuck through it but was pretty gross

I appreciated the staff's helpfulness. It did not offer a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine in room, breakfast-complimentary, nor a gym-work out area. At least a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator should have been included. I was told to go across the street to use the gas station's microwave.

Staff were warm and welcoming. There's an In and Out nearby. Walking distance to a plaza with great food options. Not the greatest neighborhood. It didn't bother me. Easy to get a ride share. They have free coffee in the mornings. The pool was nice.

The campus was relatively clean. The bed was awful. No fridge, no microwave, toilet seat was coming off and one particular concierge had an attitude when requesting ice or clean towels. Not a good look.

Though I heard the second floor is more clean.

I didn’t sleep most of the night because someone was setting off fireworks and gunshots in the parking lot and I had to call the police. People were walking around all night.. i think people on drugs but it wasn’t the best area. Staff was not friendly but it is what it is. It was cheap and the room was pretty clean. Parking was easy. There’s an in’n’out right accross the street. Easy fwy access.

Maybe I was expecting too much but the only towel was a hand towel. The shower had no door or curtain so I had to clean the floor with the two rags they kindly left for my use. No water glass. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable even though I could not sleep much due to the noise. There was plenty of good parking near my room. I walked away three days into my 5 day reservation. It was just too bad to stay.

No breakfast. Coffee was not available until after 6 am. TV was good and lots of available channels. Fenced property and abundance of lighting made us feel secure. There was no cleaning of the room. I was told they only clean every 3 days. I had to return the bath towels myself to the office for fresh ones every day. We were only allowed 2 small bath towels. There was dog poop all over the property. I mean it looked like the property landscape crew never picked a single pile. I know it is the dog owners responsibility but the small area of lawn were absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them and you could feel the springs in the bed nearest the TV. I will not stay at this motel ever again.

There was bugs; the front office never seemed to have clean towels; dogs barking constantly. Got woken up a couple fighting and arguing early in the morning. We could our the people above us stomping back and forth all night. The property smelt like cigarettes as people just smoke right there

Staff was super friendly, management was accommodating when I added my dog. Shower was hot. Bed was clean. Tv was TV-ing. Air conditioner was broken (really the only thing Im mad about), the bathroom light was flickering like it was on its last life. There was a burn hole in the shower curtain. Sounded like a fight occured outside my door and there's a dude chilling in his car definitely selling drugs in the back corner of the lot.

The beds were comfortable and close parking spaces. The smoke detector alarm went off in a vacant room next door at 4am. I was woken up repeatedly throughout the night because it kept going off. When I called the front staff she said maintenance is not on site but she will do her best to turn it off but it didn’t solve the issue.

The property is in a great location next to the freeways, easy access. The grocery stores are not too far. Gas stations are right there. The staff here is awesome.

Our room didn't have a TV remote and after trying two remotes and not working properly, I resorted to changing channels and volume manually. Homeless people were present on the property and sleeping under the staircases. Bed and pillows were comfortable though and noise wasn't a problem. Location was good. Staff was friendly. Simple attention to the details could've made our stay so much more pleasant and relaxing. Making the necessary repairs could make this place more enjoyable.

It is a fair place considering the price in California but guests should know that the rooms do not provide much more than a sleeping place. It was a pretty decent stay the only problem that I had was the room we got only had one working light which was the one by the sink. The main room light didn't work or the bathroom, had to shower in the dark. And the tub looked a bit dirty. Other than that the stay was pretty good.

The only thing about this Motel 6 is that they don't have a fridge like most Motel 6 hotels. The staff member named Barbie was helpful and friendly. Later, I went to ask for towels because they only had two in the room, but there was someone else at the front desk. That lady was rude when I asked for the towels. Also, they do ask for your ID and for whoever is with you. Other than the rude lady which I didn't get her name. I enjoyed my stay. It was quite, nice and clean. I'm glad I got checked in and greeted by Barbie. Thank you.

When arriving to the room we noticed that the room wasn't swept, the tub had yellow stains, the next day we went out for most of the day and whdn we came back we found the room unclean, and i went to the front desk and ask why the room wasn't clean, and the person in there said that i have to request it, so we've stayed 3days and 2 nughts with a dirty room, and if you need toilet paper and clean towels you also have to go to the front desk and ask for it and they took a long time, and had to go to the fron office 3 times to remind them for the things i ask for. And also alot of homeless people leaving at the motel, junk cars parked in there too. I like that they let pets stay there for free but the other renters had pets and would not pick up theire pets poop and a lot of cigarret butts all over the floor. Remember that this is a family motel and it needs to be kept a clean environment.

The room only had 2 outlets (one by the sink in the bathroom area and one under the TV) - none by the bed which is very inconvenient. The shower was multicolored (white, beige, etc) due to age and wear and only had a fabric shower curtain (i.e., no liner). This led to water pooling outside of the shower on the floor and there were limited towels provided so it was difficult to soak it all up. I booked here based on the recent reviews which were very good but I wouldn't rate it highly. It was ok if you are looking for somewhere to stay for one night and won't have much time in the room, but would recommend going somewhere else if you want more than the VERY basic room with significant limitations.

It was ok. Not what I expected. I didn't sleep well at all, due to the people above us. I thought I reserved a room that faced the pool. Considering the main reason I was there was going to a church I've been wanting to go to, I just needed a bed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone though 😞.

The wooden floor in the room was sticky. Broken ice machine. Reserved room for 3 persons but only 2 bath towels, one hand towel, and one wash towel were available. Towel rack by the sink was dirty. But the night staff was helpful getting ice for me.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, did their best. However - the room was terrible. Bath continually dripping a lot, tub leaking water on bathroom floor, main room wall lights not working, water leak on main room floor, AC only worked some of the time, towel rail falling off the wall. Basically falling apart.

The motel is kept up pretty well considering the area that it’s in. Not the best place but if you need to sleep and shower up then it’ll do. The staff were always nice and considerate.

The place was respectable. Generally quiet. Everything worked. I would go again.

Worst place I have ever stayed and way over priced for what you get. We needed a place to stay at the last minute, and this was a huge mistake. I have stayed at Motel 6’s in the past and this was well below average. My room was very old, the bathroom seat was old and the tub had a wood seat that was old and gross, and should be removed. There was no shampoo or conditioner and the hotel said they did not supply those items. There were two small bath towels supplied and they could not supply more without first turning those in. However, my daughter and I needed two towels to dry off-one for hair and one for body. The night stand lights were old, broken, and stained (nothing like the photos). Curtains were old and dirty, walls had holes and stains, outlets were cracked, bathroom was a sink alone without a counter to place anything. I should have looked on Yelp for more accurate reviews as the reviews I checked were 7.5/10. The room smelled like smoke and the walls are thin. We had to sleep with headphones as the room next to us engaged in late night (until 3AM) and early morning activities that included loud noises and the adjoining wall shaking for hours. Would not recommend staying here.

No frills, clean room. The rooms have been recently updated. Would stay again if in the area. There is a small shopping center with a couple eateries within walking distance and in n out across the street.

Room had a horrible cigarette smell could hardly sleep

The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

The room smelled clean when we first entered but smells can be deceiving. The floor was sticky. I had to kill a bug when we first got there. There was hair on the sheets and the towels. We found hair in the shower. The toilet seat was broken. They didn't have an iron and ironing board. Only one outlet to plug in a phone charger. The other guests were extremely noisy during the night. The only thing good about this place is they did have hot water. My family and I will never stay here again.

A very unclean room, black cigarette burns on pillows of non smoking room, absolutely nothing like the pictures. Even though it was after 9pm when we arrived, we left and found another hotel.

I stayed for one night seemed safe and the staff was very helpful

The hotel has a bad conditions, in 9 days I don’t have housekeeping for clean mi room. The keys needed reload at front desk often. Before my travel I’ve been trying to contact the staff but their phone doesn’t works.

We had a handicap accessible room which was mediocre cleaned. It's like the cleaning staff didn't think it matter it should have clean floors just because wheelchairs use it not thinking able body people walk on the floor. Also, very stingy with the towels and washcloths. Not everyone steals.

Room are very big and comfortable I love how it’s quiet all staff are very welcoming and friendly the manager is very friendly and always accommodate me the best way possible

The room where we stayed had peeled paint, and some of the furniture was run down. The guests upstairs were active all night, making it difficult for us to have a good night's sleep. The room smelled like cigarettes. The room was clean, but since it was too run down, it looked messy.

Pricing was good, and check-in was quick. Extended our stay 3 more nights easily
