The property was clean and the room comfortable but the mini fridge in the room did not work and the hot tub (one of the main reasons I booked our stay here) was out-of-order, so to say the least we were disappointed in the amenities. Otherwise, breakfast was great and the staff were extremely helpful and nice.

This place is clean and felt safe. Although, I would call ahead and ask if they are still renovating. It wasn’t a bother to us because we were up early getting ready, but I could see that being an issue if you’re trying to get some sleep. Also, the room I was in on the first floor had a rod iron gate outside our patio door that the employees came in and out of all morning with a constant slamming of the gate.

When I checked in it was late I arrived to my room to find no toilet paper. Called the front desk, it took what seemed like an eternity (20 m) the security guard brouther the toilet paper. Next time I’m going to the Hilton next door.

Very nice, comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. Would definitely stay there again. There was some kind of noise coming from above and behind that ran consistently for an hour or so, stopped, then started again. Sounded like some kind of motor.

When asked for supplies it was not a problem Not enough towels in the room, no Kleenex in the room , bottles with shampoo and conditioner not filled up, one of the containers in the bathroom came off the counter wall, while taking shower

Staff was friendly and nice. Issues was with the room- smelled terrible, beds were squeaky, rest room door didn’t lock, shower drain appeared to be clogged when we showered water would stay backed up and the gel wash was empty when we arrived for check in.

Despite undergoing a remodel of the front lobby, the much smaller temporary lobby was adequate and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and checked me in an hour early. Room was roomy and clean and they also offered a breakfast for guests.

The company just took over this property and is in the middle of renovations. So half the property is unavailable, however the rooms are very nice and cozy, the breakfast was pretty good, the water temperatures are good, and the pool looked very nice. The spa was out of service and having the carpets in the center of the hall with hold down s on either side isn't ideal, but hopefully after renovation it will be living up to its potential fully.

Is okay for a night or two, but I wouldn’t plan to vacation there. Property is old but they do a great job with keeping the rooms clean. The rooms are spacious. We just needed a close place to stay for 1 night, The price was fair.

The location was convenient for my needs -- close to the freeway and CPP. I have stayed at this hotel many times the last few years since it is close to my child's college. The other issue was finding a nail and screw in my tire while staying, likely due to construction at the hotel. I ended up having to stay an extra night. I set up the extra night with the staff member on duty when I checked in. Later, there was no record of the extra night booking. I was forced to pay a higher rate than I was initially quoted for the extra day booking since fewer rooms being available.

The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly. The location is excellent as it was close to the Claremont colleges where we spent our time during the trip to California.

The breakfast was so poor. The bagel so cold (no oven to heat it up). Banana only few ( only few first people come can have).

I would not stay here again. The hotel was under renovation, which I didn't find out until I drove into the hotel. The staff member who checked me in was quite unfriendly and charged me to park in a regular parking lot. I didn't see this mentioned when I booked the hotel. When I questioned this, he was very unhelpful. The rest of the stay was okay. The complimentary breakfast was good as was the dining room, but the rest of the hotel was a bit run down.

Not a super high quality hotel. The drain for shower, sink and toilet were all not working. Had to call staff in to fix. Location isn’t bad but road and train noise can be problematic. Bedrooms are ok. For the cheap price I guess we got what we paid for

Had a pleasant stay here at La Quinta in Pomona. The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit in the area. Also, close to restaurants and gas stations. The staff were helpful. Rooms were clean, and spacious. A few things though, the phone inside the room was not working, had to use mobile phone to call assistance from front desk. And, I really hope there is a way the management or staff find a way to remind guests to be mindful of the quiet time and how they walk around their rooms, not to be jumping (not kids, can hear grown up voices) especially if they are on top floors and past 10pm. Other than those, it's a nice place to stay in when you visit the area.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel I was on the first level which it was quiet and the bathroom the bedroom for it to be a facility that host pets it was clean as a whistle and that is very important. Also the beds were extremely comfortable the room that I had that bed was very very comfortable and I was grateful for that after you've been on a flight for almost 12 hours straight to be able to get into a nice comfortable bed is very important. There's some times where they close down the breakfast buffet a little bit earlier than the scheduled time frame but I think it was because the person that was working the breakfast buffet was just tired.

It was under construction (a surprise) ,and the power was out until 7pm. After we checked in, the key didn't work, so we got another one. Then, the toilet was not connected in the tank , so we had to have it fixed. It was reconnected only to stop working again. It needed a new flapper, so it never fully worked. Lastly, the noise from the top floor kept us awake throughout the night.

Dirty & rundown. Granted they are renovating it but there is no mention of that when you book. Pictures are deceiving and not accurate. Bathroom Dirty upon arrival. Phone didn’t work. Hard time finding a direct number to call the front desk from my cell. No linens for pull out bed. No mention of wifi or breakfast at check in. Gap around the door was so large so much light that came through it was hard to sleep. I will never stay here again and it wasn’t cheap.

Had a great one day stay Monday - Tuesday. The room was very clean and we got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. There was also a great selection for breakfast. Eric at the front desk was quick, thorough and friendly.

We stayed just one night but it was a nice room and we felt comfortable. Breakfast was good enough and what you'd expect so we thought the price was great for what we needed.

It's a sheer waste of money and time I won't recommend this terrible experience to anyone!

Nothing about it. Property was under construction; Debris in back of property. Main lobby door was locked with very poor signage directing to temp front desk. 45 minutes after check in (3:45) rooms were not ready - asked to wait 30 minutes. Rooms were canceled.

The power was out for one of the days, but there is also construction going on and it just was loud.

On the whole I was quite satisfied. However, the oatmeal machine was broken. They had some oats, but the hot water from their coffee dispenser wasn't hot enough to make it into actual oatmeal. Also the coffee in the breakfast was from cartons rather than brewed. Those would be my only critiques.

Everything The only thing I didn’t like is that online they offer a longer stay and when checked in there was no communication whether they offer it or not.

Wouldn’t recommend. Could barely sleep because the a/c was so loud and kept shutting off and then back on, plus there’s a train that comes by pretty regularly blowing its horn.

There was an altercation in the room next to us , the security guard came and took care of it . I understand it’s I saw I could hear the guys next door arguing here three different voices and all of a sudden we were rolling on the floor wrestling each each other and then and then I guess the third guy he was talking to him and then they’re arguing they’re arguing and I can tell that they’re not local southern accent for a concert or something and then I guess one of the guys so I texted The and then the security guard and then I was like but before he came up, they were arguing. I could hear him arguing but then other sudden they were probably wrestling and then they went against the wall next to our side and then then I told yourself I could hear the chemo like the doorbell seems seems like those guys are fighting in the door, then I’ll open my door. You moved two guys and they just left one. There seems to be that guy that was speaking high so this room that we’re one of those rules I have in the morning.

Stayed here on a business trip last week. Besides the shower gel being empty, the stained carpet, the loud talking by cleaning staff and a guest early in the morning, my bluetooth speaker was stolen from my room. It was forgotten in the room during checkout and when i called later to recover it i was advised that nothing was left in the room. Who would turn in a brand new Bluetooth speaker? Certainly not this place...ill never trust them or stay there again. I will say the receptionist was very nice and professional.

- The hallways walls were pretty beat up, carpet was dingy. - The elevator walls were cracked (scary walking into the elevator). - We approached our room and we could see a gap between the doors and from the inside you can see the light beaming through from the hall way. - We usually bring Sanitizer spray to disinfect the room, I wiped down the door handles, walls, and light switches basically anything we would touch and the wipes had a good amount of dirt on it. - The bathtub caulking was separating and there was mold on it. The tub had a concave dip in the middle so you had to be careful you didn’t slip. - the toilet Ran all day and all night - The tile that was in the entry way was visibly worn you could see the grout was missing, plus when you walked on it you could hear the tile adhesive cracking ever time you walked on it. - The sitting couch was super stained, who knows which what. - the refrigerator was not cold at all. - All night we heard a clicking sound that was coming from the ceiling all night. - This Hotel needs serious attention.

Rm had broken tiles on floor in entrance, carpet was torn and tattered in main path. To get to said rm you had to go off oath into muddy dirt as there was broken pipe water being diverted and draining/flooding the path the whole stay. Breakfast was mediocre at best as half the machines making the food were broken. All of this after being charged hidden fees at check in !! With explanations of it’s the owners. No recommend, it sucks and not in a good way

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, the bathtub was clogged, the toilet flush was broken, the TV remote didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t functioning, which caused our food to spoil. The following day, the water stopped working entirely. To make matters worse, the front desk staff member, Roger, was very rude and unhelpful throughout the situation.

Overall lack of upkeep, stains on towels and sheets, pool needed a cleaning, 2 treadmills, both out of order, and one elliptical that grinded made up the cardio in the “gym.” Top it off with elevator that inspection dine 6/18/24 that expired 6/18/25. Oh and just happened to not have plates at breakfast or enough food.

The room was dirty and moldy, there were cigarette ash everywhere and we had to get stuff like air sanitizer to get rid of the cigarette smell.

Fit the bill for an easy night’s stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pomona La Quinta Inn. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! The free breakfast is one of the perks that I enjoy, and being able to check in and out online is very helpful.

It's a mid hotel. I came here for my 24th bday. The staff is super nice the ladies at the front desk are sweethearts one gave me ketchup lol. but it's kind of a dingy hotel. You can see it in the walls and the elevator creaking. Our room wasn't that clean when we first came. There was weird stuff on the chair. A hand print on the sink. Some of the drawers didn't work too. The fan making a weird clicking sound sometimes. The bathroom supplies weren't stocked either. Didn't have any shampoo or conditioner and barely body soap. The Hot Tub was super nice. All and all it's an alright hotel. Great staff? Kind of run down building but all and all I had a decent time

This is a great no frills hotel just a short drive from the Pomona Fairplex. I go here every year during anime impulse, and it is always my go-to place. Abundant food places just down the street, and they have a free hot breakfast. To get to the rooms, a keycard is needed, so it gives you a feeling of extra security. They have a pool and hot tub right in the center of the hotel grounds, making it close to everyone. The lobby has a little shop to where if you want snacks, drinks, or even forgot a something from home, you might find it. The staff is always extremely welcoming and I like the late check out option!

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was very limited but the room was a complete fail!!! The floor had missing grout cause your foot to get caught, and the door would not lock it looked like someone had previously broken in and it had big gaps you could see through (room 417) did not feel very safe. When I left I did tell them that the room was oped because it would not lock I was only able to lock it with the little lock on top from the inside.

Overall, the stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pomona in Pomona, California was enjoyable. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. However, there were a few issues that should be addressed: the room did not have a hair dryer, and there was a broken floor tile, a small piece of which came off and hurt a foot, and many of the surrounding tiles felt loose.

There was a nasty stain on the side of the mattress, toilet ran non stop unless you jiggled the handle, so super old the walls had gross stuff on it in the bathroom, the halls had trim taped up, our towels had hair wrapped in them. Staff was nice, but it was just a gross stay.

Parking was good, check in was quick, breakfast was busy, it’s tight in the messhall but 3/5 stars on food as well. Hotel itself was a bit dirty, cracks on the tile floor, no shampoo, and one roll of toilet paper for three people. Either than that, the staff was friendly and the atm fee isn’t bad, the sheets and towels smelled clean, Plus the little store by the front desk comes in clutch at night. I would stay here again, but they do need to renovate a bit.

The bedroom size is great! The bed and pillows are super comfortable! The staff is very friendly! The drawback is that the elevator makes a loud noise/alarm every time it gets to the floor. So basically I can hear every time the elevator gets to the floor. Is there a way to turn off that alarm or at least lower the volume to the minimum possible? It is really annoying all night long. Also, the train passes by frequently and honk a loud horn, all day and night I think?!? On top of that, we were unlucky that the hotel also had checking in a bunch of teenage girls staying on our floor which was a nightmare. They were very loud, yelling out, slamming the doors all the time, very unpolished kids. My husband and I had an early flight next day and it was a nightmare. Lastly, the breakfast was okay for the price paid for the room, but I think some plain yogurt, fruits and cheese would be a great addition if possible.

During my one-night stay, I was woken at 2:48 a.m. by neighboring guests yelling and cursing at each other. I contacted the front desk, and security responded promptly. The remainder of the night was quiet thankfully. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre and offered limited options. I gave the hotel two stars instead of one because the check-out receptionist apologized for the disturbance and offered a 10% discount (although it has not yet appeared in my bank transactions), and because a staff member kindly brought me scissors to help me prepare my suit for my interview. I would recommend paying a little more to stay at a nicer hotel for better hospitality and safety.

Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was obnoxiously loud in the mornings outside our room, waking not only myself up but my family. During our stay, one of the staff members actually opened our door in the morning, waking everyone up but claimed it was “the wrong room.” Not only do you get woken up by the staff members you also get woken up by the elevator. Overall 4/10 experience will not come back.

The whole building needs major work. Many doors of the rooms had noticeable openings above the doors. The place looked run down. The room was the same. My curtain was as old and stained. When we walked in it smelled like someone had smoked in there and they tried to mask the order. I reserved a second room for some friends before staying there and was embarrassed if they got the same condition of room I did. They do not offer daily room cleaning unless you ask. Won’t stay at this Quinta ever again.

I actually didn’t stay at the hotel despite having a reservation for three rooms. Due to rain canceling the event we were to attend. La Quinta Inn made both the reservation process and cancellation very easy and with no hassles . As a result, I will be coming back in April with another group and staying at La Quinta.

Their websitw says no parking fee and then charge $10 for parking.... Their bathrooms are always out of soap. This happened twice. you would assume when they check someone in the soap needs to be filled. also the front desk ppl are rude.

The hotel interior is clean and upgraded but the outside stair areas could use cleaning and an upgrade. Overall, very nice stay.

Check with the young lady behind the desk was excellent and she was very helpful, however, the cleaning staff on the fourth floor were very loud and noisy, they must be told that some guests sleep during the day and this was beyond terrible!

I stayed there for two nights. The room was next to the cleaning staff's workroom. Every morning the cleaning staff would chat and laugh loudly and wake me up. I didn't even need to set the alarm=.=. In addition, the bathroom drain was clogged.

Property was clean and quiet. Breakfast that was "included" was non existent which was a bummer. There wasn't any fruit or yogurt. It's a small galley area that has two waffle machines and on the other side they had a hot item that was potatoes. 3 people were in there and they wouldn't move for me to try and get a waffle so I gave up. If breakfast is an important part of your stay this might not be your best bet.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned but the rest of the property was great.

The hotel itself looks fine from the outside, but the rooms were not very clean and the out side of the rooms was filthy. There is a carpet runner in the hallways and the strips installed to hold the edges down we beat up and the tacks were coming out. Both my daughter and I fought the toe of our shoe on it and tripped. There was stains on the furniture and on the carpet in the room. The breakfast was also really bad.

Staff when we arrived were not helpful. We had the reservations for a couple of months but refused to give us anything we asked for. We were traveling with my sister and they said they didn't have adjoining rooms. They had three bus loads of people they catered to. We had to ask twice for towels. There was no bath soap in the dispenser. There was a cockroach in our room. The grounds on the outside needed to be attended to.

I used two dryers on the property and it did not dry my clothes and they charged $4.00 to dry clothes when I addressed the situation with staff they informed me that they do not give refunds as well as my room was half cleaned when I checked in never again will I stay at this property it was the worse La Quinta I ever lodged at

When we got there the person and check out told us that we couldn't get the rooms that we wanted which was third floor or above away from freeway side because they had a large group of people. So not happy about that since we had done our reservations ahead of time then my niece checked in later and she got a room on the 4th floor away from the freeway???

Very dated and not very clean, as far as upkeep. It needs a lot of work and very surprised that La Quinta would put their name on it. The only good thing about the room was the bed, very comfortable. The room itself was ok but the bathroom needs some work. The toilet had a lid on it from a different style, made me chuckle when I saw it. The caulking around the tile in the tub was pealing, The tub itself is slippery and stained.

I stayed for one night in order to attend a nearby family reunion. It served it's purpose well. The building seems a bit dated, but the room was quiet and in a safe location. They charge $5 for parking, which seems like a way for them to earn extra money. It is not in a congested urban location. That's my fault, the website says parking available. But I think if it is free it will say "free parking" instead of just "parking available." If you read the find print it does say parking is $5. It's just disappointing because Expedia has a big advertising push saying "what you see is what you pay" and then you have to pay extra about what you see.

Dirty, broken shower rod, smelled like mildew and mold on the bathroom ceiling

The room is filthy! Mold all over the shower, bugs and dust in the light. AC is clogged with dust, window seal has bugs and dust. There is grime on the wall of the shower. Lipstick on the bedsheet. The elevator inspection certificate is expired by almost 8 months. The runner runner is ripped off a portion of the carpet.

We enjoyed our stay - our room was clean and comfortable and we slept well - the breakfast was delicious.

You could see the dirt around the inside top of the bowl. Also on the 3rd night there, I asked to have the room cleaned, and the 2nd bed was never made up? The first night the towels were not very clean and looked like they were stuffed in the bins. After I asked for the room to be cleaned, I was then supplied with many clean towels. This hotel was not bad for the price, but it needs to have many features upgraded because it looks run down.

When we got there we notice our mini fridge wasn’t really working and we were there for 2nights so we needed it to work , we called up the front desk and they had it replaced right away. I would definitely recommend this place my family and I enjoyed the stay and felt safe and the parking felt safe too .

The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was decent but didn't offer many options. There were eggs and potatoes one day, then just ham and eggs but no potatoes the next. Breakfast area was a bit cramped and crowded as well. Overall we had a nice stay.

It was convenient, since the freeway was near by. Room was clean and spacious. Did not like that the AC in the room was very loud and the sofa couch looked over used with some stains.

You have to request housekeeping, but I wouldn't, given the clause about stuff disappearing from your room. -Paid parking. We were made to park behind the building and had to pay to stay in this weird, unfinished lot. That alone isn't a huge con, necessarily, but it did lead to my biggest issue -No security? If they had security guards, they were very hard to find. A man with a crack pipe was outside our window, then hovered around our car as we tried to load it up. I had to break out my rusty Spanish to ask for some help from housekeeping. She was very kind, encouraging, and helpful, but the issue wasn't, and shouldn't be, her job. Still, she brought a maintenance guy to escort me to the car, and he even helped me load it up. Really, the staff was great, but I still found it odd that there were no people actually assigned to security. -Overall, the employees we dealt with were very nice and helpful, but the people making the policies seem much, MUCH more concerned about themselves than their guests.

The hallways were dirty and uninviting, with visible debris that clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. On the first floor, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage that lingered throughout my stay. Inside the room, I noticed lifting tiles on the floor - not only unsightly but also a tripping hazard. To make matters worse, there was no room service available unless you called and requested it bywhich made the already uncomfortable experience even more inconvenient. For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness, proper upkeep, and functional services. Unfortunately, this property failed in all these areas. I will not be returning and strongly recommend that management address these serious issues immediately

This was just a business trip. The price was great. The virtual check-in made the check-in at the counter super easy. The hall carpets were kind of dingy. The room smelled a little like cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable. The area was quiet and safe. Breakfast was decent. Typical self-serve waffle station with scrambled eggs, muffin/bread selection, oatmeal dispenser, yogurt and fruit.

Had to pull out the bed to run an extension cord behind so I can use my own extension to plug my CPAP... begind the bed was disgusting. Dirty underwear and Qtios back there. Hairs on shower walls, empty bodywash, ripped threadbarentowels... hard squeaky beds. I wouldn't stay Wyndham again.

There appeared to be some broken down cars parked in the back next to our window from our first floor room. Not a deal breaker but a concern whether they were just trespassing.

The staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient. However, the room was old, dated, smelled like disinfectant. The air conditoning unit was older and kept turning off. We were on the 1st floor which felt like a basement. Our window looked out at the front parking lot and we could just see car headlights. The beds were uncomfortable and so noisy. The fabric headboard had a big pink stain on it. The bath tub had rust stains and the door had some damage. Overall, it was so noisy. We could hear doors slaming and people walking above us.

This was dirty and poorly maintained. An exterior door would slam shut and rattle the building. I cleaned unknown goo off the walls, couch, and mirrors. It was brown. Blood maybe? BBQ sauce? Who knows.

Food options are limited in the area. Free brrakfast was good. Bed was very comfy. Water pressure is great.

There was some sort of security and walkie talkie situation in the hallway late at night. The doors could sometimes be pushed open even if locked.

The property is definitely showing wear. The bathtub and bath towels were dingy and the doors had been repainted so many times. Our balcony had chunks of missing stucco. There were no instructions on how to access the 4-digit channels. There was also no hand soap by the sink.

I booked a handicapped room. The shower spigot diverter did not work so at least half the water still came out of the spigot when you tried to turn on the shower and all it did was dribble on you. The handicap bar at the toilet was disconnected from the wall. Not a very handicapped capable room.
