Our room was very clean. However, the mini fridge in the room did NOT work, which was a shame because we chose this hotel for the mini fridge as I breastfeed and needed to keep milk cold. We went down to the restaurant for the breakfast buffet, and it was a basic continental breakfast. It was NOT worth $22 per person. I will say the staff was amazing and friendly! The waitress overseeing the morning buffet was on it (refilling everything and cleaning) and she was so friendly.

The top sheet is some synthetic material, not cotton. Its gets very hot to sleep under.

When I arrive, there was construction. And no easy way to access for handicapped we found out later we could park in the lower garage and we could take the elevator up. There was no shower chair for handicapped. I had to call twice to have them arrive with a shower chair. The shower chair was very rickety when I took the shower water drained out of the shower onto the tile floor in the bathroom toward the door, I had to pay for the water which I was not expecting so I bought one bottle while I was there so I could take my medication. They did have a nice breakfast and they offered coffee up until 10 in the morning, but I wanted to see about having coffee later in the evening. They did not have anything out in the lobby. I whisper was surprised they’d also did not have any kind of writing pad or offer. Anything to leave a note you matter at bring your own paper and pen the water from the pipes in the sink in the bathroom you could smell a musty smell so maybe they’re either they need to add more chlorine to the water or maybe they need to have somebody run the water in the room when not in use. Housekeeping came in every day. Is it a great job of cleaning the room and making the bed the bed itself was wonderful as well as the pillows. in comparison to other hotels that I have stayed in, this was not the best experience I was disappointed.

I had a very nice quiet stay at Doubletree Pomona! The front desk staff were great at check in. I was in town for a concert and this was the perfect place to stay.

Terrible!!!Toilet wasn't working, water pressure low taking showers, sink was clogged and not draining. This is not a good hotel to stay at. I've stayed at many hotels but for a Hilton it's not worth it. They gave my son free parking. Never again!!!!

The carpet and the bed sheets did not smell clean. The shower grout was not clean (brown).

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree. It is very clean, nice staff, great amenities, adequate parking, convenient location, good price.

The location is nice and the hotel has a wonderful view. Unfortunately not all rooms share that view. My room faced the parking lot which was not ideal. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Overall it was an OK stay. The room was clean, accommodations were abundant. I could hear everything that the people in the room above me were doing, and one morning the hotel staff walked into the room to clean, despite us having hung the "do not disturb" sign on the handle. It may have been worth the normal rate but was not worth the Valentines Day price surge.

The staff Breakfast was horrible. Food looked old and reused. One day the scramble egg was green in the center which was spoiled egg!!

The staff was very helpful in particular. Colin was able to check in with me via cell phone text and I was able to let him know that we couldn’t figure out our AC unit and by the time we got back from our outing, the AC was fixed and we were very pleased

No a/c in the lobby or through out the hotel corridor. The elevator was unbearable to use, freaking steam boxes, so used the stair way to access the 3rd floor each time to go and from our room. The stair way also didn't have any a/c

Garbage left everywhere, including the elevator and elevator waiting areas It’s very obvious so I didn’t feel the need to tell front desk cause it looks like they really don’t care Bathroom was grimy worst sleep on my life Cherry on top with the screaming and running outside of our door until 12 AM I was spending the night as I had a hockey game - I am a cheerleader for the and I needed good sleep. Everything looks like it’s falling apart, including the parking garage, which the architecture of it makes no sense and you can tell where cars have hit the jagged edges on the exits a million times The elevator was very broken with a piece of tape holding the button together on our floor Overall, a very comical stay and I definitely won’t be staying in Pomona ever again. I’ll just stay in Ontario by the airport disappointing for a Doubletree. I thought those would be the nicer stay in the area. This place honestly needs to be completely renovated or just closed.

One of the beds sheets were not completely dry so we had to have those exchanged as well. We attempted to go swimming the next day, but the pool is very small, there were no towels and my husband had to actually clean leaves and debris out of the main pool. We did not try the hot tub as it was very dirty. There was also a strong damp odor in the gym. The cleaning staff was very nice and that is why I am giving this place a 3 star rating for staff. Will not be back.

The room was not properly clean… I found ants in the bathroom walking along the walls, shower floor, and bathroom counter. I found a dog treat on the room’s floor and a pair of eye glasses. I called the front desk and they just said thanks for letting them know. I left that same night.

Front Desk staff EXTREMELY poor customer service skills. A simple "Good morning " when eye contact was made and blatantly ignored and NO response given, this is 2 days in a row!! I don't even know if they have teeth because they never cracked a smile 😐

This property was great! Privately nested on a hill with a great aesthetic and security. My family and I loved this place and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel felt run down, noisy. Walking to our rooms, there's only one staff and pretty slow checking us in. Furthermore, the room was horrible. There were hairs everywhere. In our bed, the shower, the shower wall and sliding glass. It was by far the worst hotel experience I had even encountered.

The room was excellent! House keeping everyday made our room nice. Amenities were good. Bathroom and room quality were great, not outdated. Only downfall was there was no on site laundry. Other than that staff was friendly and the cookie that they give is good! Would stay here again.

I loved everything about Doubletree Pomona. The views are breathtaking. The hotel is on a hill with a shell petrol station nearby. The rooms were very large. modern, and clean. Breakfast was good. Because I travelled with my family and baby grandson we were given connecting rooms. I have no complaints. Even though the hotel was by a freeway you couldn’t hear the traffic. The staff were good too. I’d definitely come back if I was in the area.

Selected this property as a last-minute decision to visit CalTech's open house. It was pricey for a 12hr visit, but conveniently located next to the campus. Rooms were very clean, staff very responsive, parking of $10/night but I saw hotel patrol. It was a quiet location. Breakfast was not free but hot and tasty.

One of the elevators was done and it just happened to be the one closest to our room which was on the 3rd floor at the other end of the hall. We had to lug 5 suitcases with 4 kids in tow down the corridor to the other end and than up to the 3rd and go to our room which was down 2 hallways. I paid extra for the room that included snacks or something of the sort and never once seen a snack in our room or anything to indicate what we had paid for.
