The property was clean even though it rained the entire time we were there. The restaurants and bars were excellent. The service provided by the staff was amazing. We plan to visit annually.
-
The beds are 5 star! My spa experience with Bridget Smith was world class!
-
what a great place to go visit
-
Loved the Jazz Brunch, and the options at the other restaurants and bars. The carpet in our room needed to be cleaned. My fiance walked around bare footed and his feet were dirty on the bottom.

All in all a very well maintained facility. But for the price, the rooms are good but not great and the bath shower combination in the bathrooms was very slippery and dangerous for seniors.

Great experience. Beautiful surroundings.

This resort is amazing.

This place is always perfect for our family. Technically you don’t need to leave the property for an entire week unless you want to shop downtown!

Staff and flood were amazing.

Everything you could ask for in a spa resort. The grounds are lovely and the food and bar choices are excellent. Seems very popular with families with children.

Beautiful resort. Friendliest staff

The grounds, staff, restaurants were great. Only issue was the room wasn't cleaned very well (trash wasn't removed, beds weren't really made).

The Breakdown Valuation Source Value Per Point Value of 7,000 Points Average Valuation ~0.8 cents $56.00 Conservative (Low) ~0.5 cents $35.00 Optimistic (High) ~0.9+ cents $63.00+ This all started due to errors encountered on their website when trying to register for a room for a conference. Over the course of a week the site would not book a room for the full time at the conference. I finally booked through a third party (Hotel.com) and got a price just over the conference rate. However, the conference rate did not include the hotel's daily fees and neither did mine - the hotel tacked on the charges and will not return my money. The complete lack of empathy or concern for doing the right thing and simply steamrolling their customers seems to of more interest that keeping customers.
