Dining options are acceptable and some are open late. Prices for food and drinks are very reasonable. Room.rates are excellent. I will definitely come here again. Lastly if you need a rideshare, use Lyft. For whatever reason, Uber is worthless in Pocola.

The room was clean, linens clean. Curtains adequately blocked outside lighting at night. Staff were friendly. Plenty of amenities for taking care of yourself in terms of access to food and refreshments. Grocery and other stores within a couple of minutes' drive. Valet team was one of the best I've experienced. In true casino fashion, the smell of smoke hits you upon entrance, but the hotel part was smoke-free. Elevators were quick. Enjoyed an evening of gaming entertainment during the stay.

First-no room service Second the drinks cost an exorbitant amount and you have to pay for every drink- ridiculous - especially after I spent so much money! Third- the restaurant in the back- made me a martini that was just water-I called them out on it and they said of it had gin in it. No it didn’t! And then I waited 35 minutes for a half a sandwich and finally got up and left after I still paid my $40 bill- for nothing-and yes I told them. Fourth- the gaming- specifically blackjack! It took 25 minutes to deal each round because there was so much goofing off-even the dealers were involved and then 25 minutes later- even allowing buying chips in the middle of the hand to make a double down bet- the dealer works get black jack- and then another 25 minutes of f’ing around! It was the absolute worst blackjack table I’ve ever been seated at. So much chaos and goofing off- illegal and unethical in the gaming world. Fifth- the poker- what a joke! Sixth- every hand of poker and blackjack you have to tip the dealer- cause they take every ante for themselves- this is truly unethical!!!

So when she brought our food I asked for the check so I could take care of it now. I hate it when you don't see them again after food gets there. They will check on us once then always have to flag someone else down to get a check. Not just here tho. That happens all the time to us. When I'm done I'm ready to leave!

Beautiful casino and hotel however, the beds were hard and caused a lot of tossing and turning. Also, if you are a non smoker, find a casino that doesn't allow smoking or has smoking sections.

Nothing on choctaw, but we came to play the slots and I wasted a lot more money than I put in and I'm used to a more balanced experience. I tend to have better luck with Cherokee and indigo sky.

Great weekend get away! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and the free valet parking was a nice touch. Only part of this stay I would not recommend was the fine dining restaurant. The service was very good but the food couldn’t compare to other fine dining restaurants we’ve been to. That said, we would book this again!

Rooms were just run of the mill, thought they would be nicer, and the showers felt like something from a nursing home. Wasn't impressed, but for the area it was at least a clean room without any bugs.

My wife had a medical emergency the day before check in so we canceled I notified hotels.com. The hotel , Choctaw casino pocolo Oklahoma will not issue a refund Rules are rules I guess. Meanwhile , we are awaiting surgery at Mwc hospital to remove kidney stone

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was beautiful and the staff amazing. We didn't dine there or use the casino. Our main reason for travel was to spend time with family.

Front desk staff as well as the gaming floor was awesome, friendly, and helpful. Super clean rooms and complimentary valet parking was convenient as well!

We had a weather scare, the staff handled it great!!

Only negative was amount of cigarette smoke on property. Signed say no smoking in lobby or areas of hotel like casino, but saw multiple people smoking everywhere. Room thankfully didn’t have smoke smell…otherwise I would have had to move or change hotels. Will likely book again when in the area, as price was comparable to other hotel chains in the area with similar amenities

This stay was our last hurrah before I start my battle with the big “C”. My mind was very muddy and I scheduled the stay for the next night accidentally among other issues… the front desk was having issues due to their internet being down and we didn’t realize my mistake until morning. The front desk manager was such a sweet person. I never told her my issues but I believe she knew I was struggling. She resolved my issues with such compassion and kindness. Didn’t get her name but am very grateful to her and her staff!

First we arrived the day after my fly was deferred to Amarillo Texas instead of Dallas Texas the fly left Texas the next day later that night 11:00 pm.when we arrived at the hotel they give me a very small room the bathtub was defective the water won’t drain ask for another room so I pay xtra because I need it to rest. So I lost my reservation and I pay xtra money because I stayed till Sunday. So I don’t know who to ask for a refund maybe you could help me with this dilemma.

The cigarette smell is horrendous and you have no option of checking in without being exposed to it! We were not there for the casino, but rather just a stay in the local area for a concert. The walls are paper thin with every noise and conversation heard from the neighbors. Awful!

First of all, stop using “Resort”. It’s not even close. No pool, sauna, whirlpool. Not a small treadmill area. And worse, no laundry for guests. Secondly, food prices were WAY too high. You’re making enough money on the gambling it isn’t necessary to gouge your guests. And the player’s club? lol. You don’t get much, if anything. $10 for a 7 day stay. Whoop-Dee-doo. No credit for eating the less than good expensive food. Next trip I will look at fort smith. The 15 min I saved getting to my horse trainer wasn’t worth it. The staff was AWESOME. The lack of amenities isn’t their fault. You need better finance managers.

Staff wa very friendly. Room was nice and clean and comfortable andquiet even though we were by the elevator. I would and will definitely stay there again. The only thing that needs attention is the parking, even though they offer free Valet parking, which we chose not to use. We will definitely use it next time.

The good: The room was large. The mini-fridge was deep. The check-in was quick. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I've seen reviews of noise in the room. We were next to the vending machine room and around the corner from the elevator. We didn't hear anything. The bed was comfortable enough. The pillows are large and fluffy. The towels, while limited, are large and fluffy. The TV worked well. The bad: The bathroom, despite the description on this website, is not private. The sink is in the room itself (and tiny), the toilet and shower are closed off. The bed sheet had stains. There's nowhere near the sink to hang a hand towel. No matter where we set the thermostat, the room was freezing. I've been in many, many casinos. I expect the smell of smoke (I'm not a smoker). The smell of smoke was almost overwhelming in the casino! It's not like there was a cloud of smoke, quite the opposite. But the smell of smoke? Wow! As far as the slots, the first half hour I was up. The next half hour wiped that out and then some. We pretty much quit after that. Worth mentioning: you have to drive some pretty sketchy roads and neighborhoods to get to it. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants or utilize the valet parking. Bottom line: this was a one-and-done. We won't be going back.

Beautiful place, very clean rooms, easy access to the casino, only thing I didn’t like was I opted to pay later at the casino to find out on my way there that they had already charged my credit card, my intention was to pay cash at the casino but because they did that I wasn’t able to, but would I stay again most definitely, would I recommend most definitely and it was a very reasonable price for a lovely beautiful stay!

It is a freezer in your casino.It's awful. I would not bring a guest to this casino as it is unbearable cold and not worth walking around the entire time looking for somewhere warm to play. You need to take care on this on going problem. There was not one person I talk to in your casino that did not mention the unablerable cold. Take care of a major issue and I will return. Can you explain why you keep it so miserable there.

My hotel experience. My neighbors decided to keep their tv on all night. You could hear right through the walls. My bed was ok. Pillows were to much so I will travel with mine next time. No breakfast for the price of the hotel sound have a least got a jelly donut. Overall I would say it's a three star cause it was average.

The property is well kept however there needs to be more food options.

The room was very noisy, heard the cars all night leaving it coming. Air conditioning was really loud could hear it coming on and shutting off from outside . Our room was right by the parking garage, and the top of the casino fifth floor. Bed was very uncomfortable hard. The room was very dusty on top the refrigerator you could write your name. Easier make up or hood stain on the wall by the sink.

They do not answer the room service for breakfast delivery..I called over 3 times.. different hours like after 8 a.m...nowhere does it say no room service through the week if that's even the case..all problem having while staying in hotel went to CALL CENTER!! Not the hotel itself!! I rented room for my birthday for that day an night.

I had booked with Hotels. com, when I tried to check in, it was in my husband's name, i told her I had booked room, she wanted my husbands ID I showed his Military Id she said he had to come in, I sent him in, she was rude to me and also my husband, we had requested a room on front side, she said there was none although Hotel was not filled. we stay there several times a year but will not stay there anymore!!
