Room was clean but Front door seemed like it had been kicked in before or something and the only thing holding it together was the exterior was the sheet metal exterior skin door flexed in the middle extensively when opening and closing the breakfast ran out before the end of bfast time and staff was rude about it! My wife and I love staying at Hyatt house in pleasant hill but it was booked so we tried the pleasanton location we didn’t spend much time at the hotel tho so we didn’t complain much but definitely won’t be going back to this location!!!

We are Seniors. Stayed on the third floor. Nobody was available to help with our luggage at 6:30 AM. I have never heard of a Hotel that doesn’t have front desk staff 24/7. People were waiting to check in and the front desk staff doesn’t start until 7AM. Unbelievable.

The hotel was very clean, room well stocked, family oriented, amenities. Everything was great in a grea area with shopping near by.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming and professional. She had excellent customer service skills. Her smile and warmth were contagious and she made the check in process smooth and comfortable. The only issue I saw was that there was a lot of dust on top of the refrigerator. The room was very comfortable, the furniture is a little worn but that was not an issue. I felt safe there and even in the parking lot when I arrived late at night returning to my room. A nice and quiet property. Thank you for a great stay.

Miriam at the front desk was a pleasure! Very courteous and she always had a smile on her face, she would greet us by name every evening when we walked by. Which is very rare nowadays. You felt noticed... she's an exceptional asset to your team. Kimberly the cook was amazing as well, very detailed and eager to help to get your order ready. There were at least 3 college basketball teams and she fed all of them on time! Great job ladies.. you made our stay enjoyable.. will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Check in with Monique was great! She made us feel welcome and got us to our spacious, corner room fast. The complimentary breakfast was good. My only complaint is with housekeeping. For 4 nights we received one room clean and dishes were left in the sink unwashed and we noticed the sheets had not been changed and the carpets were not vacuumed.

I want to say that my 4-Star review is for Mariam who worked the night shift on our second night and the person who checked us in. She was very kind and helpful. I did have an encounter with one staff member that I was going to give a lower rating over. The property is older. I think things like the carpet needs to be changed to give the rooms a fresher feel. Overall, a decent stay. We stayed in a 2-bedroom and it was quite spacious.

The hot tub was great. The breakfast was good although the coffee wasn’t great so we went to the Starbucks across the street.

Checkin clerk was very helpful in getting us on 1st floor. Room had a very strong cleaning or freshener smell. The heater did not work right…cold air came out unless you turned up past 74 then it was to warm. We ended up turning off.

The set-up of the room was fantastic for our family of five to spread out (two bedrooms with a king bed in each, and a pull-out couch in the living room). The breakfast the next morning was also delicious- a lot of options, including omelets! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt House and would look to stay again.

The rooms are good, but this is a motel and no elevator to all the floors. I lifted my suitcase up to third floor myself. I won’t recommend it.

The lady at the front desk was really rude to me . I’ve been to this hotel twice and never had issues with the staff . But this lady was really grumpy , I didn’t like the tone she was using . Or how she spoke to me . It’s an older lady with glasses . She also switched my deposit price . How did the deposit go from $100 to $250 when I’ve gotten this same room twice already for $100 deposit .& I recently been at this hotel so how did the price just change like that ?She didn’t even give me a clear response when asked about it either . She also didn’t give me clear instructions on where my room was she just said it’s on the second floor so I had to walk all the way around the hotel just to find my room . She also was way nicer to the white ppl that came in Vs how she treated me . She even scolded me multiple times when I would ask questions . I don’t know what her problem was but she seemed very mean and very racist . That’s not how you should greet people at all . Regardless of their skin color . It literally took me almost 10 mins just to check in !!! It shouldn’t be so much work to just check me into my room how they always do . Overall I had a 4/10 experience this time around . It could’ve went way smoother if she would just be welcoming & nice .

Parking was easy and secure. Staff was not helpful when we asked for a pack and play. They said it was put away in storage and I later found out that it was there all along at check in.

My flights were changed by the airlines. I had no control over that. Due to the change I could not make it to the hotel the night of my booking. I called to change my reservation, nothing was available for the night I needed a room and I was still charged for a room for the night that I couldn’t make it to due to my flight change.

The receptionist Donald was extremely rude,mean and racist. He told us that we can leave the hotel when we asked him for some assistance. I asked him what kind of service is this and he told us that we should leave and go somewhere nice because we are not welcome there. We left right away even after paying for the hotel. I need someone from the corporate to contact me before i take this further

Parking was perfect. Easy access to our room. Improvements could be made for breakfast. Adding hot protein and real rags would be great. Orange juice was very thin.

My room smelled like ciggarette so bad it hurt my mothers chest she had no pre-existing conditions it was that bad i went to the desk informed them and they asked if it was okay someone went in there to verify to change me rooms but thrn changed how they preceded to contact me to phone instead. Without me knowing to wait on a call they told me it v was myvfault for not answering my phone and that i would have no leanacy. By night two she could not handle it anymore. I went down to the front desk again they gad us clean out our room at 6 am just to sit in the lobby 30 mins to change rooms. They did not want to accommodate us at all so i went to corporate and im expecting a call back soon. Terrible customer service when making a reasonable request that was out of their ordinary requests.

The room was clean and staff was nice. The bed and couch were both uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder that was supposed to be attached to my wall was completely broken, so it was constantly falling off. The bathroom door slides and is so loud. I was charged a $250 deposit even though I stayed on a Sunday and there is a sign at the front desk that says “stays Sunday-Thursday require a $100 deposit”. Room was way too expensive for the quality. There’s a Townhomes suites like five minutes away that is way nicer and cheaper.

A bit pricey for what you get.

We have stayed here before and it was great! This time around we didn’t enjoy it. The room itself was great. The pool area had a bunch of kids with two families.. they are splashing, jumping, yelling and throw plastic bottles in pool. One of them broke the plastic glass on entrance door. That wasn’t great hard to enjoy pool area. We also called for extra blanket and pillow but no one ever brought it. Probably won’t stay again

Room was large and spacious. I wish the bathroom fan and ceiling light were on separate switches. Bed was firmer than a typical hotel bed, but I like my bed very firm so I wish it was firmer. Complimentary breakfast was good, lots of choices for unhealthy/healthy options. Good coffee. I didn't notice if there was an elevator to get to my room on the third floor. If there was an elevator, my room was nowhere near it.

Only one member of the staff was helpful I think her name was Melissa , she was a pregnant lady there she was so accommodating . She made the experience there great . What I didn’t like is the oool area was unsupervised and they had over 30 kids there that I don’t believe where staying at the location . And once of the kids throw up in the pool

First time staying here, the check in was great I showed up a little early and I was checked in immediately, the parking was close, the room was a good size mostly clean but I was a little disappointed with the couch bed it had old trail mix and dust on it witch made me believe the they do not clean thoroughly, over all an ok place to stay I mite give it another try on our next trip

The property looked nice, but unfortunately we found a cockroach in our room, so we vacated the room and cancelled our stay. The front desk staff was very understanding and helped process the refund after a little bit of difficulty (I got the runaround between the hotel and the third party, but eventually succeeded in getting a complete refund). The only reason for my 2 star rating was because the staff was so nice and helpful, and the room looked clean, cockroach aside.

The rooms are clean and the lobby area is nice. The pool outside was clean and in a centralized area. It was also heated, which was a great touch. My family really enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, everything was fresh and the staff was kind and welcoming. To top everything off, the hotel is in a nice area and there is plenty of parking. The only thing I would suggest, is updating some of the rooms. Overall, great property and wonderful experience!

I messaged the hotel via Expedia but never ever heard back from the hotel at all, first time was 5 days out requesting possibly early check in, 2nd time 2 days out, never got a response from the hotel.

Disappointed that advertised transport within 5 mile radius, but told they have no drivers. Cost us a number of Uber trips not planned. Disappointed that advertised bar and throughout our week stay it was only open 1 night. You need to take these off your advertisements.....as they were perks that drove us to your hotel. Staff for the most part were friendly!!

Very nice property

I was pleasantly surprised by the stay. A tremendous value and a comfortable setting. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. They come with a full kitchen and all the items you need for an extended stay.

Great stay! The double bedroom suite was almost the size of an apartment! Showers were nice, and there was enough space for everyone. The only downside was that there are three floors but no elevator.

Only complaint is NO ELEVATORS (3 story buildings)! Not a big deal for me, and luckily I had a small suitcase, but something you should know if you have big/heavy suitcases, have issues climbing stairs, or little ones. Overall, will stay again if I'm up in that area again.

I loved the property and the room and am rating it so. I am aware that you can’t please everyone and just wish the mattress for the room wasn’t so firm…. Maybe medium firmness mattresses would be a compromise?

What a fantastic property. The grounds and the rooms are clean and spacious, and we were very comfortable staying here. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind and they even had a hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Check-in was easy, staff were courteous, and room was clean. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and small kitchen had the right amenities. Neighborhood around the property is safe and you can walk over to a small strip mall area where there is a Starbucks and a couple of other restaurant options. Other options are also close by many within half mile or less

Everything I needed was within 5 to 10 min away. Very quiet, clean and nice professional staff. Would def. stay there again and refer friends and family.

I liked the two room accommodation. However the bed was much to hard for a comfortable sleep. I quickly developed pain in my low back and hips. I had to sleep on the couch the first night. The next night we got a heavy comforter from housekeeping and used it for additional padding. It helped but was not ideal.

Maybe I missed that this was more of an extended-stay hotel, which in itself would not be a problem as the room itself was nice and spacious. But my problem with this hotel is that is was extremely noisy, so if you are looking for a location for a business trip, I can not recommend this location if you may need to work in your room. Note the following, there are no elevators, so if mobility is an issue, keep this in mind. There may be a school or field of some sort across the road from the hotel and all afternoon you can hear children and someone on a loudspeaker for several hours. The woman who initially checked me in was pleasant, but the woman after her and who was at the checkout was indifferent to what good customer service might be. Om Friday morning, it sounded like dumpsters were being emptied around 6:30 AM. And last but not least, I had a hotel worker (I assume that's who he was) knock on my door at around 8:15am asking me "what time are you leaving". Sir, check out was not until 11, why are you even bothering me. I would not recommend or stay at this location again.

The room was not great. Carpet stains, water damage in bathrooms, not super clean. We needed a big space for 5 and it served that purpose, but wasn’t great.

The rooms were clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything thing we needed. It was very hot and the air conditioning kept the room cool and the staff was very helpful.

Anytime we go back to California and stay in the area. We stay at this hotel because they allow our dogs and they are very accommodating when we need the lower level. Staff Has always been friendly and accommodating, knowing that we Do not need to have our room cleaned because of the dogs and allows us to swap out our linens as needed. We love the spaciousness of the room because we normally stay more than three days and having the dogs with us it’s nice to have the space.

Nice property with free parking. Free breakfast was pretty good, but not fantastic.. There are not double beds rooms in this property, that is one of the things that I don't like. I didn't like that they still serve those plastic creamers for coffee, time to get rid of it, not good for the planet.

The property itself is old. Rooms are outdated and need to be redone. We had the 2 bed and 2 bath, so the space was great but that was about all.

Didnt clean the room, just xhange towels after 2 days, the room smell reallt bad, not worth to stay, also they charge 2 time for a 250.00 deposit.

This is not a typical Hyatt House. It's an older motel that has been converted. Exterior entrances to rooms. Food selection at the bar is limited. Still, nice sized rooms and the staff was friendly.

However, the breakfast needs an upgrade. The quality of the hot food was very ho hum.

The hotel didn’t have lifts and my room was only cleaned twice and sheets changed once in all the time I was there. Apart from that, the surroundings were safe and ample parking spaces available. The hotel was like a mini flat with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher and small walk-in closet. I will stay there again and the staff were helpful and courteous.

Fantastic breakfast with omelettes made to order included with a free breakfast. Also large two bedroom two bath unit at a very affordable price.
