The bed was very soft along with the pillows. And the breakfast was pretty good and filling.

Great location and close to stores and restaurants. We only had one bath towel and washcloth to use. The sheets had a strong bleach smell and were a little rough feeling.

The property was nice. Room clean, but, had a bad smell in it. We had to open the window so the room would air out. This took several hours. The breakfast was not that good. Someone was playing “shenanigans” and turned off the waffle maker. The person in charge of the kitchen / breakfast accused me of turning the machine off. I didn’t like that accusation. The waffle she made me take was very tough. I did Not eat the waffle!!!! I remainder of the breakfast was mediocre.

Front desk person was very pleasant and got me checked in quickly. My room was next to the office which I appreciate as a single female. The facilities provide shampoo,conditioner,bath soap and facial soap so that's nice. Unfortunately, the location of the facility is just off the 580 freeway and it was quite loud. I wondered why ear plugs are provided in a sealed bag next to the bed! I used the room fan as white noise and that helped. Also, there was a collection of gnats gathered in the corner of the bathroom ceiling, harmless but icky.

We stay here 2 to 3 times a year. This place is fantastic. Food is great. Staff is amazing.

The room was clean and spacious. Parking is good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The only unfortunate thing I have to say is the room smelled liked a smoking room. Other than that the stay was very nice.

Very basic facilty. Just a motel. I thought it was overpriced for the money. But it is in a great location in Pleasanton if that is important.

Water pressure is not so good. The noise is a problem, and they give you earplugs, but it still is a problem. You’re lucky if you get a room where it is minimized as we did.

Also, the area to access the elevator is a bit shabby. Room was great as was the breakfast.

The room is clean and pet friendly. Plenty of free parking is available in the back. The only negatives are: 1) The breakfast is low standard, and 2) The constant loud noise from the nearby highway (though not noticeable inside the room).

The lobby and elevator were a little bit dirty and need a face-lift.The apples were not very fresh. But the bed was very comfortable and clean and I slept well.

it is fine for a short stay. it is a budget hotel- not a luxury place to hang out. Right off the freeway so a lot of traffic noise. The TV was not very good. Old carpet.

The receptionist was fine but if you’re a light sleeper then this place is not for you. There were also several cute silver bugs in the bathroom. After I left I had several bites on my ankles. Fleas? I complained about the noise and they said they’d give me 35% off if I stayed another night. Not worth it. RIGHT NEXT TO THE NOISE FREEWAY

More fruit choices would be great. Addind fried potatoes to go with the eggs would be great also.

Location is convenient. Breakfast has some good options and one of the breakfast staff always greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful. Room is adequate. Booked an accessible room and it was convenient on the ground floor, had a very large bathroom for wheelchair accessibility and a shower seat. No frills but good option for the price.

Great and friendly staff. Comfortable bed amd clean room. It did have a faint old musty smell that we could not put our finger on, though. It is close to the freeway, so it has noise but that is doable. To women were speaking in outdoor voices right by my door at 2 a.m. I knocked on the window, and they went away. Definitely a motel rather than a hotel. All in all, it served its purpose well.

The hotel is next to the freeway. So the traffic noise is loud. We aren’t used to that. But the motel provided ear plugs and that helped. Otherwise, the room was very clean and maintained well. The staff was friendly and professional.

Rooms was ok but my truck was stolen from parking lot. They claim to have overnight security but I never saw them. Must sleep in there car. I suffered a 30k loss at this place. I will never stay here again. Staff was not helpful. I’ve considered contacting a lawyer. If you value your car or property look elsewhere.

Rooms need updating, WiFi was throttled after reaching a certain GB. Not viable as a place to work from.

Very pleasant staff and mostly clean property. However, it is right next to the freeway and gets very loud at night. The facility should also invest in blinds that close fully. With the noise outside fdom the freeway and the crack in blinds, its impossible to sleep at night.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom faucet was opposite so watch out for hot water to the left! The fridge didn't work very well if at all. My little pie from Nations burger was ruined 😔. The air conditioner had to be turned down to 61 to get cool. The cooler itself was filthy inside. It looked like caked dirt or something. The previous occupant shoved tissue paper in the smoke detector. We're stayed here many times when going to sfgiants games and it was never like this. Unsure if we'll go back to be honest.

Water and electricity was out for hours. No manager on duty to advise when water would return.

Upon arrival, there was a man running the front desk who was completely intoxicated. He was struggling to stand, unable to speak in a coherent manner, and acting highly unprofessional. There were two people in front of me waiting to check in - and I asked them if they thought he was intoxicated, to which one said "most definitely". When the regularly scheduled front desk clerk came in, she apologized profusely for him, and said "yeah, we need to talk to him about that". Needless to say, I didn't feel safe after witnessing this mans behavior, nor did I want him having access to my personal info, room #, etc. The hotel mgmt. refused to refund my $500+ dollars when I explained the situation - and this was even after Expedia tried reaching out several times as well to explain the situation. Save your money - and go to the Four Corners across the street - which is where I ended up going. It's MUCH nicer, and just slightly more money per night. Small price to pay for a little peace of mind.

This hotel is close to the freeway, so our room was very noisy from traffic. There were packets of earplugs in our room. So that was our clue of what to expect. The AC that cycled on/off also was noisy. As soon as we entered our room, we noticed the very nauseating odor of cigarettes. This is supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel. If it had not been so late when we checked in, we would have asked for a different room. I really wished this hotel had dispensers for soap instead of the bar soap. Such a waste. Staff at front desk and in the dining area were friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs maybe powder? Sausages were crunchy, and the color of them didn't look natural. A posted sign said there was bacon; but there was no bacon.

The FULL breakfast was just that - many options, worth the stay! The gym was a plus, though we didn’t get to use it due to our schedules. There are casual & fast food restaurants, a mall & general shopping nearby. It's an older bldg (definitely not upscale), but it met all our needs. Staff was friendly, it was clean, comfortable with nearby amenities. We'd book here again.

The lo ks on the door didnt work (we got locked out) and the frint desk staff said this is normal. That they have told management, but they arent fixing them. The maintenance got us back in rather quickly. The pool was great and the rooms were very clean, but the other residents would not stop smoking weed on outside their rooms. Made for a very smelly night.

Shower control was not user friendly. No grip bar on wall in shower. Pillows were very hard to lie upon. Trash cans were not in plain sight. Elevator first floor button was broken. Had to walk downstairs carrying suitcase.

I came due to home renovations. I did not stay because it was cancelled. I was there less than an hour and they wouldn’t refund me or at least give it for half price. Wasted money. They didn’t seem to care. Shouldn’t be that hard.

Guests and staff were equally loud noisy and disrespectful breakfast served nothing healthy, I had to choose between diabetes or heart attack...the parking area probably never been cleaned

All was good except the hwy noise. Even ear plugs did not help. Similar experience on both sides of the hotel.

The staff was wonderful. I liked the proximity to a Safeway. They offer earplugs, but we didn't really need it. The parking lots surrounding the property (that aren't for hotel staying guests) is a bit confusing, but otherwise, all was good.

The hotel is located just off the highway, so the traffic noise was disruptive.

First off, the hotel room was clean, minus the smell of cigarette smoke and freshener to try to mask that. It is very loud because it’s right next to the freeway, so if you’re a light sleeper not your place. Customer Service was a little bit lacking when we were trying to find a lost item.

The day I arrive. The door of the reception was locked. They unlocked the door after 5 min. The person was behaving strangely, look like he might be under a substance. Also it’s been a month I cracked out and my deposit still not returned on my credit card.

Overall the property was clean and nice. The two members of the staff I worked with were AWESOME. The only issue i had was the AC in our room. It literally did NOT work it was a million degrees in room 113 - and i should have complained to get another room but it was one of the concierges first or second day and i was exhaaaaaaausted from 12 hours driving. And it was only gonna be 2 nights. We ended up opening the window and jept the lights off it was cool enough. I would definitely stay there again for sure. Just not in that room. I hope they get the AC fixed.

Filthy carpet, sticky uncarpeted areas, broken shower faucet, sink faucet dripped, wallpaper peeling, mold. Reminded me of a motel you could rent by the hour.

The front office gentleman on 05/17/2024 @6ishpm was extremely rude to me and my family, and seemed to be extremely fidgety and couldn’t sit still. I was in town for a dance competition with my daughter and a misunderstanding through hotels.com about price and fees. I was willing to pay cash! And was refused. I was upset and he said he would call his manager and instead cancelled my reservation. it was last minute and I couldn’t find another hotel due to availability from the competition, so me and my 4 children slept in our vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked on Expedia nothing was said about 35$ per night pet fee. 140$ for 4 nights .

Breakfast was free and was very good and the room was clean. The freeway is with in a few hundred yards and each room comes with ear plugs as a consolation. only one elevator in the middle of the building, but Denny's was right next door. Saturday Mgr. said they had no staff to deal with the broken microwave, but did not offer a different room either.
