I've stayed at this hotel numerous times. Very convenient. Great staff. Nice rooms. Easy parking.

Room 128 is in a terrible location immediately near the exit door that slams shut loudly at all hours of the day and night. Very disturbing. Also, the parking fee is an unnecessary additional expense for this property.

We chose this hotel based on reviews. This stay was part of a special treat to my sons. We liked the location, the beds, the breakfast and the pool. Our low overall rating is attributed to the lack of AC or functioning window in the room and 3 nonfunctional pieces of gym equipment. The room was godawful hot and made for poor sleeping conditions.

Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a homewood suites or hampton inn. Lots of variety and staff is constantly replenishing. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and plentiful. Appreciate the EV chargers.

Great parking, a space was always available. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Several staff were working it and keeping the area immaculate. Well done. Room nice, water pressure a little light. Overall well done.

Great stay, the whole vibe was really relaxing

The room was beautiful, spacious, but frankly the bed was too soft and the edges felt worn down. If you have a bad back and need a firm mattress, this won't do. Not sure if any alternative would be available - I confess I did not ask. Nice selection at breakfast, but the quality of some items was severely lacking. Bread and bagels seemed stale, and I'm not sure how one messes up bacon, but the first problem was probably that it was paper thin. I did not try the other hot items, but the eggs looked like they might have been substitutes or powdered.

Breakfast is great! But the parking is not free

Quite a good breakfast for a hotel buffet. Much better than most. It was nice and quiet in my room. Smell of Marijuana in the halls here and there. That seems to be a norm in our society these days. I don't blame the hotel for those guests' lack of concern.

Overall, our experience was good. The only problem that we had was with the room key. The digital key feature on the app never worked and the physical key cards that they kept giving us kept failing and we were locked out of our room multiple times during the 3 nights that we stayed there. The staff just kept making new keys for us.

I loved our stay here! Everything was very clean and even kitchen items (plates, utensils, etc.) were provided in our room. The free breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Homewood Suites in Pleasant Hill! Our entire family booked suites here and everyone agreed that this hotel will be our go-to for family visits. We received exceptional service and enjoyed the amenities, especially gathering in the cafe/meeting area together. So grateful for a Home-Away-From-Home!!!

We were there visiting grandkids. It was roomy, comfortable & well-equipped. Set-up worked well bc my husband has sleeping issues due to a medical condition so having the 1-bedroom made it possible for me to get some rest while he was trying to settle in at night. The area is good also for walking our dog--very safe neighborhood.

I like the actual rooms they were big and spacious The people running it were extremely rude!!! Had it not been for the holidays I would have picked up and went elsewhere.

There was standing water in the kitchen area and other issues that were disappointed.

Room was clean, very spacious and had a kitchen and large bathroom. Shower was a little confusing to turn on but thats normal in a-lot of hotels. I wish the tv had apps like Netflix or youtube to watch my own shows but the stay itself was very comforting.

Clean and quiet

Checking was easy and quick. Stel checked me in on arrival and was super sweet and nice. The suite was clean and spacious and the bed was ultra comfortable. Breakfast was really good too and they had many choices to choose from. Even though my stay was only for one night it was relaxing and much needed. I will definitely be back for a longer stay next time around and would recommend Homewood suites to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel.

Didn't have breakfast. By 9:00 it looked a little picked over.

We’ve stayed here during at least two other visits. This time, we were annoyed to have to call down to get bedding for our kids to use the pullout sofa. And we were very thankful to have earplugs to blockout the loud freeway noise in room 406. The staff was helpful, the full kitchen is handy, the included breakfast was plentiful, and the location is convenient. We’ve liked it better before, but will probably return when we’re visiting family again.

Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, safe area free EV charging station. Friendly and courteous staff. The issue was the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep well at all and had to be up early. If we didn’t check in so late I would have asked for a different room.

Rooms very tidy and comfortable. Front desk staff not so warm and friendly and there was no acknowledgment of being a “gold” member of Hilton and I had to ask for bottled water. Also, young 12-year old girls running up and down the halls and slamming doors at 11pm is not only terribly rude but staff should’ve been on top of this situation and endorsed quiet time policy at 10pm

This is one of THE best, most customer focused staff, we’ve ever experienced. The rooms are great, we can accommodate us and our puppies. There are an amazing number of walking tracks around the hotel to walk our dogs. There are restaurants, grocery, etc close to the hotel. The breakfast is basic but plentiful! We love this hotel and have continued to book all our Bay Area stays here!

Overall, the stay was nice. The staff was very friendly. My only concerns were that the flat sheet and shower/bathtub were not as clean as one would expect. Also, the kitchen has an oven, but no oven mitt to remove items from within. They allowed me 30 extra minutes to check out, which was nice.

The staff, especially Sean, were very welcoming and made me feel that they were concerned that my stay was enjoyable. Everything’s was exceptionally clean. The ladies in charge of breakfast were solicitous about my dietary needs. It was an exceptionally good experience!

The only complaint is the toilet paper bring your own if like soft paper lol

Staff goes above & behond- I usually avoid Hilton because I HAVE PROBLEMZ EVERYTIME with them overcharging me...last time I had stayed 3-4 seperate time and not only was I overcharged they did not give me a night free or my points .. & corperate was rude about it... I am weing but a customer should always be right.. especially when you can see they are spending ALOT .. anyhow.. this place needs its own name a, if yall want to talk about getting a new name & taking all thise extra proceeds to benifit YOU??? We stayed one night, as a half way point to another destination and it was a great experience. Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was attentive. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping.

Very large spacious room, and in a quiet area. The complimentary water and cookies were a nice touch. My one issue was that the shower did not work. I mentioned this at checkout and apparently there is a ring you need to pull from the spout to get the water to come out of the shower. I got in very late and had to leave early, didn't have time to call for service. It would have been nice to have directions on this.

Hotel was fine, housekeeping, front desk and the general manager, Dorothy Green are awful. No communication at all. You can call, leave all the messages or text all the messages and never get a response. We were there for 22 days and they cleaned once! And we asked multiple times. Had to always ask fro toilet paper, sink was clogged all the time. Sheets were never changed. Washer and dryers were broken.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast spread was truly awesome, with so many delicious options ... we especially appreciated the healthy choices available! Our room was spotless and very spacious, which made for a really comfortable stay. It was great to have utensils for eating and cooking right in the room, and housekeeping kept everything sparkling clean by coming every other day. We also enjoyed the clean pool, and the whole hotel had a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!

Wet nice serene environment around waterfalls and birds. You can nearly hear the freeway as the windows are very thick. Breakfast gives many options including building a breakfast burrito. Kitchens are functional and the rooms were beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this site. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was great and there was a verity to choose from. The only aspect that o would give a negative 10 is my experience with the call center. The assistants read of a script and couldn’t answer questions. Plus they spoke so fast that it was hrs to understand what they were saying over the phone. The manager I ask to speak

It was ok, maybe I expected it to be nicer. Hallways were warm and stuffy and smelled of food maybe? There was an old wood, scratched up coffee table over a long bench ottoman (modern) loose the old wood table. Shelves in bathroom were dusty, the carpet was stained and looked dirty. Bathroom counter should've had 2 sinks it was long enough. Needs some TLC, more efficient air system, re-design, just saying from a visual design perspective

Price was a bit high, view was just okay, and we had to ask for additional towels and TP. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast options the first morning were amazing!

Overall place was ok, rooms were comfortable but literally 2 seconds after entering the room the first night we spotted a cockroach on the floor...the room did look clean though. But my girlfriend was unsettled after that and had to clean everything we touched because of it.

This was the perfect stop over for my family - nice sized rooms, very clean and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Place was super dirty. No water in the rooms, charge seven dollars for parking which is absolutely ridiculous for a suburb hotel. Breakfast was also equally awful. No coffee two days in a row so many better options.

PLEASE OPEN A WINDOW TO LET AIR COME IN!!!

We did have an issue upon arrival to our room. When we entered, we were greeted by a oven-like blast of air. The room's thermostat was cranked up to the maximum heat setting so the internal temperature was recording 98 degrees. After fiddling around with the thermostat settings for about an hour, we were able to maintain the ambient temperature at an acceptable level. Other than this, our stay was awesome.

Housekeeping open my room door without knocking around 9am , telling me that he was told that I have checked out the room. Called manager she took his side saying that he knocked but it was only 9am not check out time which is 12pm.
