My go-to hotel whenever I am in the Fort Lauderdale area! The rooms are always clean and the hotel lobby smells amazing. Complimentary breakfast every morning is a huge plus as well.

It was close to most places I went, which was convenient The original room I requested which was for handicapped was a very old room. Then they switched us to a more modern room but there was ants on the floor and by the nightstand so we couldn’t leave food around. The bathroom door nob was very lose. The pool was filled with dead bugs and a bunch of leaves. Was not clean. Breakfast was very bland and not a lot of choices

The staff was great from checking in, in between and checking out. The breakfast bar wa ok. The room layout was very accommodating, including comfortable bed, pillows and couch. My only concern was the sink faucet water pressure. The shower pressure was great!

If you need to be in this area, this hotel was very good. Close to Wawa for late night snacks and Einstein Bagels is right on the property. Free breakfast was meh at best. But Einstein is yum.

They didn’t clean the room before and suddenly they wanted me to leave before check out to clean… on my way out I tried to talk to the hotel manager and she did not even give me the courtesy of looking at me. She just kept typing on her computer and paid no attention to my complaint. I travel to SFL every other week and this was the first time staying here. It is just not worth being treated like that when you have similar hotels everywhere else.

overall great property and 5 minutes away from the mall, Target, Macys etc. 15-20 minutes from the FLL airport.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and was not feeling well, and they were able to accommodate me with a very early check-in. Although a fee was charged, I did not mind, as they were very helpful.

The gym was in terrible shape. The one treadmill was out of service. The one stairmaster worked, but the screen was cracked and the screen was not functioning. Other than that, the hotel was perfect.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was amazing and professional. Breakfast was served each morning, and that is a must have service for my family and I when searching for a hotel. I do not have any dislikes

The property was clean, organized, and comfortable throughout my stay. Staff members were helpful and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The location and amenities made the experience very convenient for travelers. The parking lot felt safe, spacious, and easy to access, which made the stay even more convenient.

The outside of this property was nice but the inside did not match. It is definitely an older hotel but it’s about time some updates were made. There were stains on the carpet and furniture, the room had a musty smell, the back of the bathroom door was dirty and the shower wasn’t the cleanest. The breakfast was lack luster, the was a sign for scrambled eggs but it was a platter of pancakes. Coffee was also very weak and watered down. I’m gluten-free so I’m use to not being able to eat out, but some more options would have been nice. I can at least have potatoes at hotels when they offer breakfast. We were only here for one night so we dealt with it all, but will not stay here again. I’ve had good experiences at Hyatt in the past so this as a big let down. The positive thing about this stay was the front desk ladies, both of them were lovely and so friendly. The other perk was free parking, which is hard to find nowadays!

Overall our stay was wonderful. The room was very large and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately we got a room next to the elevator so the noise was a bit much. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was very limited and not appetizing so went out to breakfast instead. It’s odd having breakfast so early (630-9) especially when trying to enjoy vacation and wanting to sleep in.

Hotel needs a renovation and please tell housekeeping to check white sheets in date light to see how distribucion they are, need to throw them away and get new ones this hotel is not cheap!

Breakfast was OK, but sometimes they took long to replace depleated food; Parking was OK, Rooms were not that clean, needed better vacuming, and surfces were not that clean; bed linenes were dirty; Staff was rude and dismissive.

Breakfast buffet had a very limited selection and staff could not kept up with volume of customers. There was visible stains on sheets and many “dark spots” within the duvets when viewed in light. Pool area was not maintained and overflowing with leaves/dirt.

This was a great place to stay before heading to Port Everglades to get on our cruise ship! The property could use some updates, but it was clean, the pool was great, breakfast was delicious, and staff was friendly and accommodating!

Hotel was busy and car park was pretty full - found a space round the back. Room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast - hot and cold. Handy location for airport and cruise port.

The sofa bed was very unconfortable. The internet service was out for the time of our stay (from Wednesday to Friday). They said it was due to a faillure in the area.

The room was clean shout out to them. the front staff all the men were nice and friendly and the one lady checking in the other women night staff all had attitudes but worst off all no WiFi for three days unacceptable especially for persons traveling out of country. There was no way to keep in contact with family and no apology given no estimate time staff acted as if it was normal

The location was good. A lot of places to eat within walking distance. Staff was friendly. The smell of cleaning supplies in room and hallways was a little overwelming for someone who may be sensative or having breathing issues. The breakfast I found was not good. Scrambled eggs were overcooked with burnt pieces. You practically burn your fingers trying to lift the tops off the pots. I would consider maybe staying again if in the srea.

This was a great place after we spent one night at a place that was absolutely gross. We checked out after one night and found Hyatt . Wonderful staff and rooms were great.

It needs renovation; it looks very old. The shower is stained, the edges have poorly applied caulking, and there is mildew. There is no safe, and the mini-fridge nearly tipped over because its wooden base was rotten. My daughter suffered from allergies during our stay due to the dust in the carpets. Our experience was quite unpleasant; I couldn't wait for you to ask for our feedback.

The hotel is under renovation. They email you 2 days before arrival offering to cancel if you wish. At that time all other hotel prices have increased. The breakfast is mediocre compared to other hotel chains. No microwave in the rooms. The water doesn’t get hot. It’s warm. I booked to relax and was placed on the side of the elevator. I asked for a room change and was denied. All hours of the night I could hear guests to and from the elevator. It was horrible. The ice machine had no bottom when refilling. Never again. Duct tape covering the elevator buttons. A hot mess.

Furniture in lobby was all dirty and peeling. Same thing with the bedroom. The sofa was ripped and stained. The rugs were old, stained and dirty especially in the room. This is something maintenance needs to change update. Drapes were dirty. Very surprising for a Hyatt hotel. I wouldnt want to recommend this hotel to anyone. For what we paid i was expecting a more exceptional quality but was very disappointed.

The hotel itself is not in a great condition but rooms have been renovated and they look good (except for the painted bath that was peeling). We could hear every conversation from rooms nearby until 11pm. Breakfast was ok but very crowded.

Was very clean, staff was great especially Rita- did not use the bar or laundry. Glad to see the property will be renovated needs a little updating of wear and tear. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We would stay here again- especially loved the Italian restaurant Jacaranda’s up the road too!

The proximity to the competition pool we were competing at, the dark rooms, quiet atmosphere, and cleanliness . We needed a feather free room and they took care of it right away. Going through renovations some areas are a little dated, but renos so far great. Refrigerator in room was small.

Their was no complimentary water in the rooms, which is something I am used to getting when staying at hotels, the duvet had holes so feathers were coming out, the towel had some holes in it as well. Nice hotel. But doesn’t have a real restaurant or bar like advertised.

The breakfast was good, however the drain of the sink was broken and fixed the next day. Cleaning service was slow.

Rooms very dusty, bedsheets quite old and soiled even after we complained to have it changed, they just put back the old sheets on the bed. Breakfast quite limited and nothing much.

Our room itself was nice remodeled and fresh. Major complaints was you could hear everything outside cars people at pool. The pool was ice cold didn’t end up using. Staff was super friendly at check in they let us check in 30 mins early!

First off I'm like to say that the three front desk people I met on my trip were extremely friendly and were able to answer everyone of my questions. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and it was kept clean. Parking was plentiful and the included breakfast was beyond the standard continental fair, it was a real breakfast and the perfect for start to my trip. I was beyond pleased with my experience.

The staff at the front desk were very polite and friendly. The hotel itself was a little hard to find,my gps got us to the general area but finding the hotel was tough, its aort of hidden. The hotel was undergoing renovations which we knew in advance. We did get one of the newer rooms but had issues with sink clogging and a foul smell in the bathroom which could have been due to renovations. Overall it was fine for a 1 night basic stay.

Overall the hotel was wonderful! The staff, common areas, and breakfast were great. The room was spacious and the main bed was comfortable.

Then I was charged a $50 fee because they said we had a party in the room that never happened. We left early evening and didn't even stay in the room over night on the last night.

Day 1. Issue with AC dripping from above and hitting our unit's drain. Sounded like the remodel was going on all night. Bad night sleep. Day 2 Room phone sounded like a alarm at 2:30am. Could not fall asleep after being woken thinking it was fire alarm. You could not pay me to book there again.

This property was under renovations which is clearly needed. Old hotel. Peeling paint, rusted corners on doors. Stains on carpets. Construction noise begins at 8am even on weekends. Very inconvenient. If I had known before booking, I would have stayed elsewhere. Not up to the Hyatt standard for cleanliness. Not impressed with the stay.

Our room was spacious and clean. Everything was brand new as it was very recently remodeled. Staff were friendly and there were a lot of good choices at breakfast. Renovations were underway during our stay, however, we were not affected because we were out during daytime construction hours. I would stay again.

I visited the property when they were underway new construction. Unfortunately the first one I was placed in 207 had mold and a lizard. I was quickly moved to a different room because in addition to the Lord in a horrible smell. We slept on the 5th

The Staff was Excellent/Personable! Upon arriving -the Manager informed us about the Hotel Renovation/Construction! We appreciated the information. Whenever we stay at a Hotel - we will “always leave the room cleaned. We removed our “garbage/food/etc.,” We placed all the Towels in one pile. The Fridge is cleaned.

During my stay the room was not well cleaned(considering there was an infant in the room). However we decided to keep the room and report the uncleanliness the next day to have the room cleaned. After returningback to the hotel after 3pm the room was still not cleaned. i am highly upset with this hotel, despite the renovations, the rooms should still be well kept. I would appreciate a full refund or some sort of compensation for my unpleasant stay.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Overall a good stay

Everthing about our stay was amazing the room was cold. The food was amazing and service was top tier.

Overall nice place. Room to move around the beds was small. The bed closest to the window has to listen to the a/c run and cycle. Bed closest to the door has a straight view to the toilet. It’s not bad just letting y’all know what I didn’t when I booked. I would book again for a short stay.

However this time there were a few. 1. The TV kept reverting to comcast, even after calling the technician to fix it. It would also turn on randomly during the night. (No sound just the Comcast’s screen - very bright light so it was annoying) 2. The bedding is lacking. There were no appropriate quilts or comforters and the mattress felt like it had its time. We got in pretty late so we just wanted to crash. 3 the roll in shower looked incomplete and you can see the gunk around the drain where it wasn’t fully tiled. I just expected better based on the standard that I’m use to having from them. I will probably try another resort for my next trip. I did notice in the lobby there was a Coming soon sign which looked like renovations will be happening… so I’ll wait for that before I book again.

The entire front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was excellent. The cleaning crew did not do a good job on the cleaning of the room. They did not change our sheet or even made the bed. The water in the sink was stopped up. Other than that The Hotel is awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom needs to upgrade the tub was filthy how old it was. The Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work at all.

Everything is good but provide microwave in the rooms.

The room had a noticeable mildew smell, and both the carpet and furnishings felt outdated. The hallway carpets were also in need of vacuuming, and I often saw piles of trash left outside guests’ doors each night. The pool area was equally underwhelming—worn-out lounge chairs, an unpleasant odor (possibly from a nearby trash area), and an overall lack of upkeep made it uninviting. Despite posted signs prohibiting food, drinks, and glassware, I saw guests bringing glass wine bottles and cups into the pool area. I also witnessed a naked child entering the pool, which raised safety and hygiene concerns. The exterior grounds could benefit from significant maintenance and attention. On a positive note, the hotel staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay. Overall, I expected a much higher standard from the Hyatt brand. Unfortunately, this particular location didn’t meet those expectations and felt more like a motel than a hotel. I do not plan to return.

The place was clean but the there was loads for damage to the room. Spots on the ceiling and everything was beat up except the linens. Very clean but just poor condition.

The staff was pleasant but the facilities were incredibly outdated and dirty. The toilet tank was cracked and broken, the bath tub was rusty in some spots and dirty. The linen was dirty

A little renovation should be done in the future

Very very dirty. Many people leave piles of garbage outside of their rooms and it is disgusting. Iron ruined my clothes. Carpet was very dirty. Staff were friendly.

Perfect for a quick or 1-2 week stay. Perfect also there is a Wawa and an Eistien Bros right across the parking lot, Walking distance!

Great stay ! A lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel . Wouldn’t mind staying again
