Everything was great, we really renjoyed our stay.

We didn’t have are room clean the entire stay had to request towels and have them pick up the dirty ones.

Angelo checked me in a bit early due to an unexpected hiccup in our trip & was the most delightful Hampton enployee I've ever come across in spite of coming off an overnight shift. He was so courteous & helpful to us that we knew we were at the right place! This property stops breakfast early so if you're there only 30-45 minutes before it ends, they've already cleared away everything. I had to have someone from the back bring some milk out so I could eat the cereal they hadn't put up yet. We also had some long magenta colored hairs allover our bathroom that really stood out against the white shower & tile floor.

Booked an assessable room with shower but they didn’t have one for me. Them bathroom door was broken and my mom was stuck in the bathroom until maintenance came.

This property charges premium prices for an old, musty smelling room, that looks like it was designed and created in the 1970's. The lack of any hint of modern facilities, except the TV, was disappointing and caused a lot of regret in choosing this place. Glad to have gotten out of there, but the pain in the wallet was felt knowing that the fees charged were not worth what was received in value in this property and room.

There is an undisclosed upcharge ($75) for pets. I have no problem with paying a fee, but it should be clearly stated when pricing is shared. The hotel was great for our needs- clean, friendly and conveniently located for us. The breakfast was slightly different each day, with some form of eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, sausage of some sort, and various beverages. We enjoyed our stay and will use Hampton Inn in Plant City next time we visit.

Very clean and pleasant gal at the desk in the evening. Gave us a cookie and bottle of water and in the morning had a snack bag. Unavoidable, but noise from the street kept me awake.

Location was good so we could walk to the Strawberry Festival to avoid all the traffic and parking fees. Kids were very bummed about that and so were we. We payed a lot for just one night and wish we could have took advantage of using the pool.

We booked a king bed, got into the room & it was 2 queen beds. Called front desk & they said they overbooked king beds so because we booked through a third party( Travelocity ) there is nothing they can do. Tv would not work in the morning for the longest time, then it started working. Only lukewarm water for the showers.VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Everything was super great. Very comfortable and clean. The shower and soaps were fantastic but the water was way too soft. It felt like you could never rinse the soap off. Also, because of the soft water, the towels were so SQUEEKY clean it was like fingernails on a chalkboard !

We arrived about 2:30 am. Could not get in. Doors were locked with a message to press a call button to be let in. The button did not work. We knocked on the door several times. Nothing. Waited roughly 15 minutes and a lady finally walked to the check in desk and heard me knocking. Told her the button didn't work. She said it was fixed the previous day. Obviously it still didn't work. Then upon checking in, the credit card machine wouldn't work. We tried 3 cards from two of us and none would work. She kept saying the machine was fine. Obviously she didn't care or even try to work the problem. Everything else was fine.

Very pleased with my stay. Front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. Room was much nicer than other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Very clean and updated. Breakfast staff very nice and helpful also.

We had connecting rooms and the noise of the doors opening was so loud- had to be propped open so we wouldn't hear the noise. Very loud and annoying.

Leaving the 30th charges open. Approximately $600 to stay one night. Never using Expedia again.

We traveled from out of town to go to the strawberry festival for the day. They let us check in early, which was super convenient so we could get settled before being out all day at the festival. The room was clean, the shower big and the water super hot. The breakfast was good too. Check out was super easy. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Everything was good except when we got into our room the other bed was wrinkled, it looked like somebody laid on it and there was a toilet paper in the toilet that wasn’t flushed and one hand towel and wash cloth were both used. I didn’t say anything because we were going to an event and plus we are just staying overnight.

Strawberry shortcake during strawberry festival was a wonderful surprise, and delicious. Friendly staff at check in made sure it was available for all guests. What a treat!

Cockroaches found in the room. They immediately sprayed. I asked that the room be cleaned. They said there was a door sign do not disturb in place. However, I had removed the door sign before I went down and asked the room be cleaned. They charge 249 and 269 dollars per night. A lot of money for cockroaches and no room service. They did finally clean the room the next day.

The walk in shower is potentially very dangerous for slips and falls. The floor is smooth, no texture. When wet, it becomes very slippery. Since it is a half door shower, the floor gets wet and is also very slippery. Both of us slipped while showering, luckily no falls.

It's a very nice hotel, clean and in excellent condition. Rooms are spacious and modern. However, the road noise from the highway next to the hotel is very loud. I recommend trying to book a room on the other side of the hotel, not facing the highway. Might be less loud over there.

Alexia was a ham! To say the least! So arrogant, loud. The rest of the staff was very nice. Alexia does not need to be at the front desk if she can't treat all of the guests the same. Charging me a hundred bucks for no reason! Loud and rude! Uncalled for! Best Kathy

We stayed for a football tournament. We asked for a late checkout so we could come back after playing and shower before the long drive home. They were awesome and accommodated to our request!

Stayed 3 nights with 2 kids & a dog. Everything & everyone was perfect until the last night of our stay. Around 9pm the a/c quit working. I gave it some time, tried turning it off & back on - nothing! I called front desk & they had no more rooms available. She even called hotel across the street & they only had 1 bed rooms. So we spent from 9pm til 10am with absolutely no a/c. We propped our door open most of the night just to get some air. (Worried Fido might run away). The whole reason we were staying at hotel is because our house is being remodeled & currently has no a/c.
