Kids and I loved the pool and hot tub! I appreciated the small outdoor area behind the pool too, where I could get some sun and the kids could dry off .before heading up to the room. My older son and his team enjoyed the basketball court. The card entrance and court yard layout made me feel pretty safe overall traveling by myself with younger kiddos. Breakfast was just above your average continental buffet (I really enjoyed it) and the staff very helpful and I also appreciated their attention to detail. Our room was very spacious in my opinion (with a nice kitchen set up, better than most I've had) and the shower area was very pretty! There was a small questionable stain on our comforter and a few strains of hair on bathroom rug. But overall experience really outweighed the two negatives.

The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was next level incredible. The beds comfy, the suites gorgeous. Unfortunately my sister and I experienced a tragedy on this trip and lost both of our husbands in an accident. The staff of the hotel was so kind & compassionate. They bent over backwards to serve us as best as they could. Thank you so much friends. His mercies are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22-23.

When you 1st walk in you receive welcome each time. One on one communication with you. We enjoyed ourselves in search a cleaned room.

Didn’t bring it for another hour and a half. All were sleeping, and she knocked on the door many times until someone woke up. Shower was zero entry and not pitched correctly so water went everywhere and needed to use all the towels to keep it from getting to the carpet.

Our room was spacious and we had comfortable beds that were clean. The bathroom sink had enough counter space to use my bathroom tools. The kitchen amenities were well stocked and we were able to use what we needed to make our coffee and oatmeal. Overall a really good experience.

Dryers do not work. I put my clothes in 3 different dryers and none of them worked. I had to take my wet clothes with me in my suitcase.

I especially thank the help they gave us in the morning I had an interview with a construction company very early and they helped out my family members without hesitation... We got a room with one bed and fold out couch No problems Asked for additional bedding for the other two guest. Acted as if it was a big deal. We got two towels in the room. Asked for two more towels. Again acted like it was a big deal. I would only recommend for construction workers who just need a place to sleep. Breakfast okay. Would probably not stay again.

There was a “floss pick” on the bathroom sink from a prior guest when we arrived. It grossed us out. Additionally, it was extremely noisy as the people above us stomped around and dropped stuff loudly until almost 12am. We called the front desk and they stopped stomping for the night, but resumed again, waking us up at 8am. We could hear every time a door to a room in our hallway was closed. It seemed they had a tough time managing spring break travelers. We skipped the free breakfast because it was entirely ridden with children and we feared that this meant it was unsanitary. The AC was very poor and we woke up clammy and sweaty.

The hotel was completely unprepared for the amount of customers they had. It is NOT the front desk’s fault but a failure from top down. The room we got had a pull out couch, but we were only provided sheets, no blanket. Went to get a blanket and there were a bunch of others also needing blankets . The desk peeps. Kept having to leave to go to housekeeping so a lot of waiting happened. The pull out couch

The room is pretty good. It could have been cleaner. The bathtub was draining very slowly when we got there. The maintenance guys got it fixed pretty quickly - it was probably just clogged with hair (it happens). This room would be significantly better with two queen beds even if they were sort of squeezed in there. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast is just ok.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and a decent breakfast in the morning. They are a bit stingy with towels and wash cloths and the A/C did not work well at all. It was hot in the room the entire time and had to go buy a fan to get by.

This was my first time at this property. Very clean hotel. Amenities are very important to me, and there’s literally everything here. You won’t have to leave unless you want to. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I will be returning again for another stay. I hope everything remains the same, unless they upgrade. Thank you!

We stay here often. Daughter is at UT Dallas and this hotel is right around the corner from campus. They have breakfast which is great! Having a small kitchen with a mid sized fridge is also a bonus when traveling to Dallas.

The location is great, the bed was very comfortable. My issue was that it was a suite with a kitchen, but there werent any cleaning supplies there. We had to buy dish soap, sponges, etc. We had to ask for a skillet to cook with. All those things should be in the room already. Also the water pressure was very low in the shower.

I thought when i booked the room it was for two queen beds but it was actual two full beds. As well as the fact my spouse forgetting her wedding ring. We came back not even 15min later after check out and they lied about not seeing the ring or knowing its were about after my spouse checked herself. Just to bring it to her not even a minute after being upset and wanting to escalate matters.Nonetheless breakfast was not worth anything only thing convenient was the location of the hotel.

There was a mix up with our room at check in, I can’t remember her name but check in Friday May 9th around 9 pm. She called her manager and made sure that my family was comfortable. Thank you so much!! Awesome job!

This was my second stay at this property in 2 weeks. Medical travel overnight. The room was well appointed and comfortable. However, there was an issue with lack of heat. Even with the thermostat set to 75F, the room temperature only rose to 59F overnight. Good thing I grew up in Wisconsin!

This is an amazing hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub is a HUGE bonus. The breakfast is great. Fitness center has adequate machinery. We just happened to be in the only room on the ground floor right by the elevator and lounge...so we heard everyone else at the hotel...Other than that, Staybridge is a solid choice...just ask for a room further from the front.

This was an overnight for medical reasons and I am very pleased with this property! Great room and the check in ws smooth and quick. The breakfast buffet selection is limited, but I was happy with the offerings.

No handicap room available, pet fees not on website. I had a service animal and was charged 75$ I was not aware of the charges. The noise wasn’t handled? There were kids playing in the hallways, like 15 kids from some football team. Of course they placed us on the same floor as them. I was in 404 they were in 402. Front desk doesn’t care about the complaints they just basically say oh ok.

The front desk clerks did not care and did not want to be bothered. A Refund is EXPECTED!

The double beds are full and not clean and the breakfast is acceptable. Other than that the property was great and clean and safe.

Walls must not have any soundproofing. People in room above us were very loud and the hotel staff did little about it. Breakfast was free but not good at all. Hotel does have a very nice indoor pool and outdoor grill area.

You needed to be a rocket scientist to figure out the TV. The internet kept going out. The elevator was not working so had to carry our bags 3 flights of stairs. They were working on the floor above or the people that stayed upstairs had concrete boots. Will never come back the price was not worth it. We wish we stayed somewhere else.

The treadmills I. The fitness center did not work, which is disappointing for someone who works out daily and only chooses hotels that have fitness centers. Also, we were there for a baseball tournament and our boys didn’t get to take advantage of breakfast because it didn’t start until 730 am and that’s when we had to leave for our first game.

Staff is fabulous! Very conscientious and helpful. That being said, rooms are in need of some work. There is mold on the A/C vents. Bath tub surface is worn out, drain plug broken, rust around the drain, mold in the caulking, shower head broken and stuck on 1” pulsing setting. Light switches pushed in. Only two bath towels provided (of course you can ask for more but that is one more stop at the front desk). Pool area is beautiful but we were unable to use it as 30-40 people were in it at 9 pm. Again, every staff member we encountered was above and beyond making me want to come back if the rooms were better. Next time I’m in the area (I go monthly) I’m going to stay at the hotel across the street and see how it compares.

Highly recommend for families

We rented a one Bedroom suite as we were travelling with a baby. The layout of suite was great with washroom off the bedroom suite.

The staff here is excellent and the property well maintained. They were quick to shut down the kids playing on the sport court at 1:30 am.

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable. Great amenities. Family friendly.

Having the front door locked at all times was a bit strange. Made it seem like the area was unsafe even though businesses around were upscale.

Clean, Quiet, and Roomy. I had my 2 teen twins and 5 grandkids with me, the only adult, this is the only place that respectfully had room for all of us. The staff was so polite, professional, and helpful. A definite 5 star establishment!

Beds and pillows! Suites had 2 rooms, bedroom separate from living The breakfast buffet Cons- Comforters were so slippery they slipped off during the night multiple times. I have never had this problem anywhere else. -Service- the ladies at the breakfast buffet were talking behind the backs of the hotel guests and extremely rude complaining about people taking too many pieces of meat, and a child eager to get their waffle out. Lots of complaining. Wasn’t in English but when you are bilingual and white they assume no one else understands. They were also arguing loudly together in an employee room.

Last weekend I came to see my granddaughter in a play. I had my dachshund with me. I had a zipped popup portable playpen with her bed and blanket inside. She remained in the playpen for the entire night. The hotel made me pay $79.50 to let her stay with me. That is the price for a dog staying 1-6 days. I paid $119.00 for the room and $79.50 for the dog to stay from 10pm Friday until 8am Saturday inside the zipped playpen. I had paid for a non-refundable room so I stayed that night. I won't do so again.

I had a great stay back in August, so I was excited to return. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the same this time around. Check-in was not as welcoming, a family with what felt like 10 kids was above my room and breakfast was overcrowded. I didn't feel valued.

We had a great girls weekend to Staybridge Suites in Plano. The hotel was very clean and nice. There are some cosmetic issues here and there but nothing that effected the cleanliness. We loved all the space of the two room suite.

Horrible room thermostat stuck on heat room at 83 degrees and unable to fix given new room at 4 am to move into after 12 hour drive and having to leave in morning for another 12 hour drive NOT WORTH $180 a night to NOT even get a nights sleep!! Canceled my next room less than two weeks out - Never again!

There are pet hair like little hairs all over the carpet. I like they did not do any vacuum at all before we arrived.

Great property, clean and updated rooms. The guest areas smelled lovely and were always neat and clean. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and updated. My only issue is that the pool and jacuzzi were not available. Other than that I would definitely book again with this brand and location.
