non-smoking rooms have slight smoke smell. Great for a place to crash and bed is comfortable but make sure you bring soap if you didn't think about that!

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. My room was extremely clean when I arrived and everything was perfect.

The entire visit was pleasant! The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable! I did intentionally requested a fan while booking online and it wS never addressed however, I did sleep well eventually!

When I booked it, I thought that we would have a "Grab and Go" Breakfast, but at the property where we stayed, this breakfast was non-existent. I understand that not having a breakfast keeps the costs down, but since it was mentioned and then did not exist, is disappointing. Booking. com told be that a crib was available, so I messaged the property and received a confirmation that my message had been read and that a crib would be waiting for me. When I checked in, the front desk staff person said that this kind of thing happens regularly when a third party is involved. Although some properties may have a crib, the Plainfield, IN one does not. The moral of the story is that I should have called the property and made sure instead of reading the message and believing that a crib would be there. My advice is to bring your own pack and play crib or you will have a sleepless night trying to get a one-year old to go to sleep in an adult bed that is unsafe without rails.

Absolutely the worst hotel I ever could have picked!! This place is FILTHY! Every employee lives on site and is very hateful! They do not answer the phone. They charge for registered service animals. They say they will refund and do not!! The place reeks of onions and trash. The floors are black using a Lysol wipe. They only allow 2 towels per room even if you have more. You have to turn in the towel to receive a clean one. They also come do a room check during your stay. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
