The bad. The room was tiny! The shower wasn't clean and was cracked. The sheets on the bed were piling. The furniture was old.

This is the only place i stay when i come from vegas with my kids for our knots and Disney trips. Excellent all around.

The beds were pretty comfy. Had a few small dingy components (stain on the floor, drip in the tub) but overall it was comfortable and mostly clean. Most hotel beds hurt my back and I did not wake up in pain so that was really nice. We did not utilize the continental breakfast so I don’t know how the food was but it was nice that it came with the room. I did have a cup of coffee from the lobby and that was a good cup of joe. The room was a little on the smaller side but it wasn’t too bothersome. We only stayed 1 night and for the price it did us well for our visit. I would stay here again for a short visit as long as the prices don’t go up.

The Housekeeper was very nice

A Great place on weekend. No airplane noises no freeway noises no rail noise and no city services noise and no mfg noise. Not to many places in California like it including the value you get Clean Rooms, Maintained landscaping , Refreshing clear water pool. And nourishing breakfast.And friendly and helpful staff. (I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like.)

Check in person was dismissive and unhelpful as if I had interrupted her from her cell phone. Price is right and room is very clean.

There was a sewage smell in the room

The staff and the breakfast were great, however the hotel is a bit older than others in the area. My only real complaint though was how far it was from LAX. It took us 1.5 hours to get to and from the airport and we tried to change out reservation the last night so we could be closer to the airport but weren’t allowed. Overall this was a good place and I would consider staying there again.

The room was clean and quiet. We stayed on the third floor of the Quality Inn. The waffles at breakfast were really good. We liked the location of the hotel and the staff was good. The hotel would be better if they renovated it and put flooring in the guest rooms and removed the dirty old carpet. Nice hotel overall for a couple of nights.

I went in the lobby to get key and they automatically assume i was a worker working in the establishment. Though kind of funny but at the same time offended. Must be the way i look. TV didnt work and my key was having problems. But other than that, it was okay. You get what you pay for. Price is awesome but not nice enough. Room was clean, staff was great. I just didnt feel comfortable. Just me im sure.

The room had a smell when walking in- likely the carpet.. could equate it to a dog smell. It went away after a day (or we didn’t smell it anymore) so we didn’t ask to change rooms. Also on last morning, found an unknown men’s dress sock in the bed between the pillows and headboard- it was not one of ours. Told front desk. Very disappointed in cleanliness of room this time.

Everything I can say it over all great and the name represents them very well, however me and my three year old are in transition and loved staying here due to the comfort, convenience and nice staff however my last stay here was interrupted due to a policeman knocking on my door about a 9 year speeding ticket I felt completely uncomfortable, I am no criminal and to be treated as such is heartbreaking I understand that’s out of this hotel’s control however if would be nice if they gave me a call to the front desk and I could’ve walked up there being completely ambushed and caught off guard I honestly won’t be coming back :)

The room was adequate and clean. The gym is small and has a few cardio equipments, some dumbbells and all-in-one resistance gym equipment but no free weights. The breakfast is okay. The parking is free. The room, the gym and the lobby/breakfast area has some funny smell. There’s also a small pool and a small laundry room. Overall, no frills.

Property is a little older but the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, had a good night sleep and the included parking was a big plus.

The property itself was well maintained and clean and safe. And it was a good location for us to Disneyland. There wasn’t anything that comes to mind that we did not like about it.

I had several issues none of them the hotels fault and they were very accommodating.

Friendly employees, good price point, good breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc. The only thing that was an issue was our key didn’t work on a daily basis. It seemed liked it didn’t work every 24 hours, even when keeping it away from cell phones or anything that might have demagnetized it. Our room was close to the lobby so we didn’t mind it. Plus, all the employees were super friendly so it was ok. We’d stay again!!

The rooms were not clean. There were visible stains on the carpet, and I discovered a roach in the restroom in the morning, which was disgusting. Room service/housekeeping was unclear - I expected daily cleaning, bed making, and fresh towels, but none of that happened. No one communicated what services were or weren't included. The amenities are very dated and run down - they have old-school TVs with DirecTV that feel completely outdated. The overall condition of the hotel does not match the inflated ratings on this site. I was disappointed given the positive reviews here. The cleanliness issues and pest problem are serious concerns for any traveler.

I’ve stayed here several times and usually it’s ok, but the room I stayed smelled like animals had been in the room. The shower curtain rod was not very secure to the wall so the curtain kept sliding open. So annoying. Staff is nice and breakfast is usually decent, but this stay wasn’t pleasant.

Interesting stay due to the first night being without power due to construction in the area. While the staff had contacted me the day before to inform me of the planned outage, found it odd that management didn't make any concessions to all staying at the hotel. As for the room and amenities, it was exactly what one would expect at a Quality Inn. The highlight of the stay was the self serve snack/drink kiosk, so convenient 24/7 instead of waiting for someone to emerge from the back! Would definitely stay here again however, proximity to taco trucks, freeways and restaurants a huge plus!

Spent 4 night at the hotel and as soon as i got there Zuriel was the one checking me in and he was not cool, being rude with both me and another costumer that was also checking in, first room they checked us in smelt like a strip club, and i asked for another room and had to pay an extra $20 a night, they also don't have enough tables breakfast, a lot of people had to grab the food and go back to their rooms to eat, and last but not least one night we had a power outage? had to sleep with no A/C and cold showers. Won't come back!

Overall a fantastic stay, good staff, good people. Everyone is pretty courteous about noise levels. The room we checked into was very clean just some slight dust here and there but I assume because it was a 2 queen room it probably wasn’t touched in a hot minute. Other than that I wish the shower had an inner curtain it only had the outer curtain which led to water spilling on the floor when showering. Still tho great stay and will be checking in again if I’m in the area

We had a 1st floor room and do not recommend if you’re a light sleeper. You can hear every car in the lot as well as people above you. Shower was not great.

This is by far the nicest Quality Inn we have stayed at. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows as well as a nice shower. We were impressed with both the selection and all the nice extras provided with the free breakfast. Eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. They even provided salsa and shredded cheese for the eggs and whipped cream for the waffles. An employee was constantly replenishing the food as well as cleaning the tables immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

My hotel room was not what I expected, it seemed designed for a different type of clientele. The mattress was very low, almost on the floor, and the lobby was not clean. I would not recommend it.

For the price it’s a great option. It’s a brand new property but at this price point it’s better than most.

I never got the chance to experience staying at your hotel. Enroute, I was in a major car accident that resulted in being taken by ambulance to a local hospital ER and I had to remain in that area for several days to recuperate. No, I never stepped foot in your hotel, but I respond with 'terrible' because although I reached out by phone from my ER bed, to let those on site at your hotel know that I was severely injured and unable to be there. I requested a refund. It was swiftly denied. I then reached out again and was told it was under review. I emailed photos of my totaled vehicle and pictures of my injuries. I was again denied a refund. This experience and lack of compassion and empathy cause me to share that I will never ever again choose to stay at any Quality Inn, anywhere. Not only am I shocked at this resonse, but I'm massively disappointed.

No elevator, wasn’t informed of that til I checked in, had to use stairs for second floor room. Would have been fine if I wasn’t 70 years old and partially disabled.

We first got a room on the 1st floor. The room had a big bug, so they changed our room to the 3rd floor. The room key didn't work twice, so we had to go up and down 3 times to get the key. We asked for 2 blankets, but they only gave us 1. The guy who works at night was very rude. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Nice area, very quiet, sort of warehouses around you, so no homeless or sirens. As always, the AC a little loud but that is at every hotel. Not bad place to spend the night.

That part was very inconvenient. I wish that would’ve been more clear.

I would have rated this 5 stars, but the front office guy wasn't very friendly. Very bluntly he said, "You're gonna have to use the stairs because the elevator isn't working". Then he gave us the key without telling us the approximate direction of the room and didn't tell us where the stairs were either. We had to walk around for a bit until we figured it out ourselves. He also didn't tell us the time for breakfast so we just went down there the next morning hoping it was ready. We travel quite a bit and we've never had an experience like this before. Usually, the front office staff tells you all the information you're going to need and are friendly.

Usually good stay but this time there was a man openly smoking marijuana in the parking lot on 2/14 morning. Later that night the entire parking lot smelled like weed. Also at 3am major partying occurring. I used the text messaging options the hotel provides but crickets and no response. Disappointed!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I will say cleaning and kitchen staff have been nothing but wonderful. I returned knowing i would have graat service. I will say that on my second visit here was okay. I would like to complain about not being informed the water being shut off which was a big of an inconvenience. Secondly, the elevators were down throughout my stsy due to maintenance and that was another inconvenience. The Person who check me in was not as welcoming as the first person i had encountered in my first visit. Also, I was unable to get a refund on a second room that i requested. There were some unexpected events that was out of our control and the pair unfortunately could not come to the trip.

Staff was very kind, courteous, and efficient. Great quiet location, rooms are clean with a microwave, small fridge, desk to work on and a VERY comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. They allowed early check in after a long flight. The breakfast was great, area was clean and honestly I can’t stress enough how important it is for staff to be welcoming and helpful. I will be staying there every time I am in town.

The good: Bed was comfortable and clean. Toilet and shower worked. Ground floor rooms for easy access. Front desk was nice. Free parking. The bad: AC was weak. couldn’t get cold enough. Bugs were in the bathroom, on the tile and in the tub. TV was hilariously tiny for today’s times. Looked like my Pc monitor. Worst of all was this weird smell that never went away in the entire room. Couldn’t even mask it with deodorizing spray Regretfully, at the price point I paid for, 20 or so bucks more would’ve gotten me a much higher quality experience.

The elevator wasn’t working which was such an inconvenience traveling alone with a 2yr old. The bed was dirty with weed buds all over it, it was not something I wanted my toddler sleeping in. Lastly the outlets were broken and the front desk staff made it seem like I was an inconvenience because I needed it fixed as we had a reservation at Disneyland I needed to get to, which we missed.

The front desk then gave me an “upgrade” which was worse than the room I booked. I wanted a king bed as I was traveling alone and they gave me 2 queens and said they were out of Kings

Overall this was a good place to stay and it is only 15 minutes from Disneyland. There was a sheer curtain that let in all of the light even at night so if you have trouble sleeping I would recommend a sleep mask.

Upon checking in it was a good experience. We were able to bring all of our bags up on the elevator. They put us on the third floor even though the parking lot did not look very full. We went to have breakfast and coffee the next morning and realize that the elevator was broken. But there was no sign on the elevators on the third floor from them. The elevator was broken. We have tried to move rooms but they didn't have anything available or the front desk person would say we needed to speak to the manager who would be here tomorrow.

Staff was very courteous and professional. Room was clean with fluffy pillows and comfortable beds. The shower had great water pressure and water temperature was good. The air conditioning unit will probably need to be upgraded as it was loud. We stayed two nights and heard the train horn the first night but not the second night. Their breakfast was excellent and well stocked. They have a different protein menu daily with a wide selection of hot breakfast, juices and coffee. This alone made up for the train noise. I enjoyed their Epoch Times newspaper provided at the front desk. Overall, the entire site was well maintained and looked renovated. I highly recommend and will stay again!

I stay at this hotel every time I visit the LA area. It's very clean, the beds are nice, friendly staff, free breakfast, free Wi-fi, free parking and clean pool. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is low but I've noticed that in every hotel. The price is great too

Stayed here for a family trip to Disneyland. Disneyland was within driving distance (15-20 min). Breakfast was convenient and helpful. Rooms look and feel kind of old and outdated but overall, it was in a quiet location and not very busy.

We didn’t get up early enough to enjoy the breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Shower had lots of hair in it but the rest of the room was clean

This was a great choice for our Disneyland trip. It was only about 15 mins away which was nice. The hotel is clean and quiet. I enjoyed coming back here after a long crazy busy day. It was relaxing. The beds were super comfy too! Nothing at all to complain about.

Quality Inn is tucked away and we had a good experience there. It worked for our family vacation as a mid-point between Disney, Universal and the beaches we wanted to visit. Staff was friendly, breakfast was always good, accommodations were fine - nothing super fancy, but a good place to sleep after a day of fun!

Staff was friendly, surrounding areas were nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. (Waffles, cereal, egg, sausage, ornages and apples, yogurt, bagels, muffins, biscuits and gravy) Room was clean but our room 232 was pretty warm. I think AC was not working. AC unit was pretty loud. Room had a microwave and a refrigerator which was convenient.

Cleanliness was the worst.

Love the big wide parking spots and they have lots of parking available . Room was ok although it did have a big stain on the carpet when you walked in. No laundry bag. To far from Disney though. 15 min drive would like to be a lot closer . Hotel on the outside looked a little run down. We go to Disneyland a lot so next time we need to stay closer to the park .

Bed was comfortable!

Property was good for the price. Hot breakfast was ok, could have had another hot protein besides just eggs and sausage, maybe some potatoes. But definitely better than a continental breakfast. Also have waffle maker, toaster, muffins fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. Room was clean and area was safe walkable to a Sam’s club and Farmer Boys burgers. Close to freeways.

We stayed here for our Disney trip. I didn’t want to pay a nightly parking fee so we were fine driving 20 mins to the parks. The breakfast was good and saved us a ton! Definitely would book again.

For a quick, last minute, overnight stay, it was great. The bed was comfortable. I slept well. The room was clean. Breakfast was better than expected. I marked down a star because when i opened my room, the wall switch didn't work. The room was completely dark. It really creeped me outas a single female traveler, to have to enter the room without any lights.

The room is neat and quiet. The breakfast is great. The staff is friendly.

It was just a two night stay for us and we really don't stay in the room but we were out painting the town.

At first I really enjoyed this property. The room was spacious, the bed was a king, there was wifi, television and good water. For the price I was very happy with my stay. But unfortunately what ruined the trip for me was the noisy nights. After a long day of driving and sightseeing, the last thing you want to hear is people talking and laughing til 2 in the morning. Everything was great, this was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Location was pretty good very safe. Our only gripe this time was the shower didn't drain so we had to shower in water up to our feet. We only started the one night so we didn't care to let front desk know about it. But overall was a good stay. We did miss out on the breakfast though.

We booked this hotel through Hotel.com and had some rewards, so I'm not sure if they allocated us a terrible room because of booking the room through a Third party. First I'll start with the Attendant, who was really unpleasant. They also took the security deposit, something I did not see in other hotels. The room that was allocated to us was unclean, and the bathroom was little broken. The closet door was broken. I saw the air conditioner was also quite ancient. Some of the plug outlets did not operate. The only advantage was that breakfast is included, as is parking, which allowed you to save money otherwise I will not recommend this place.

Vivi has created such a great experience once again I love coming here they always do their best to go out they’re way to create a comfortable and safe environment for everyone to enjoy a quality stay I bring my friends family and I always recommend this property for a 10/10 stay to anyone who asks for recommendations!! Love the staff and more importantly they’re too tier service don’t have much to tip after paying costs for the room however I love to leave reviews it’s the least I can do for the great service. Breakfast serves in the am everyday good food and great coffee for sure, the cleanliness and convenience of amenities and toiletries are always a plus!!!!!

I would not recommend staying here. The hallways were dirty and we even saw cockroaches on the walls. The reviews online were very misleading compared to our actual experience. There were no noise ordinances, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom was run-down and in need of updates. On top of that, there was something wrong with our door—every time someone knocked or opened another door nearby, ours would rattle and sound like someone was trying to come in. Although it’s marketed as a hotel, it feels much more like a motel in terms of quality. Overall, this was a disappointing stay and I would not return.

I really enjoyed my stay and honestly, I would stay again for a quick trip. The area felt safe and it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I love the fact that they had a microwave and refrigerator. I didn’t have enough time to swim in the pool or use the laundry, but it’s nice that it’s an option. My only complaint is that two beers were left in my refrigerator so I don’t think my room was fully serviced. Also, the towel placements were pretty strange so I don’t think they were cleaned or replaced however, that is just my suspicion. Also, the free breakfast was pretty gross. The only saving thing was a sausage patty and the yogurt the eggs taste like they were drenched in water, the biscuit was as hard as a rock, my blueberry muffin was mushy, etc. So if that is a factor when looking for a hotel, you’re better off going to us surrounding restaurant. The staff I interacted with were friendly.

The property was fine but we discovered a bad outlet at night. The attendant at the desk (Zuriel) was rude and condescending so basically we had to make do.

Location by freeway

The pool area is on a smaller side but decent (apart from an incident involving a couple arguing right outside the pool area to the point of wallets and phones being thrown into the pool when I was in it). Breakfast is complimentary, so could be better. Okay for the overall price.

And originally booked for two days ended up staying for four. This hotel was wonderful and very accommodating.

Typically we have stayed her on several occasions with no problems but I was shocked how un clean this place was roaches and bugs around the room beds still had hair as if the sheets had not been cleaned it was a last minute stay since we whew traveling but idk if I would book here agin

What we liked about our stay was the housekeeping was always leaving our room cleaned and preparing our beds neatly everytime we come back from our activities. But on our 3rd night of stay our ceiling in the bathroom started leaking from above dripping in the restroom that it drip on our child while she was using the restroom, the card reader was also temperemental that it doesn’t work properly in the first room they gave us. We were moved to another room which is a better room, however in the last few nights that we stayed, we can smell cigarette smoke and pot from another room. we had children with us and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Though the area of the hotel is safe, the hotel need some good maintenance and some measures to prevent people smoking in the establishment. I was ready to ask for a refund with the leak and unpleasant smoking smell, but we considered the good work of the cleaning personnels preparing our bedroom daily. Definitely a lower “Quality” stay in terms of experience with the exception of cleaning personnels.

The breakfast was very good with a nice, big dining area. Pool was small but fine. The rooms were decent sized and about what you would expect. Bed was comfortable, wi-fi worked very well, and the air conditioner was cranking and made the room nice and cool. It offered everything I needed. Shower wasn't great, but whatever Location is outstanding. Not Beverly Hills or anything, but safe with plenty of restaurants and retail very close. Less than fifteen minutes from Angel Stadium and DisneyLand. Took about half an hour to get to downtown Los Angeles Definitely recommend this place. We'll stay here on our next baseball trip

My boyfriend and I went to Disneyland for the day, resulting us in doing a late check-in at around 9p. The drive from Disneyland to this inn was not so bad. The staff made it so easy to check-in. It was quiet and we were able to get a good rest before we drove 5 hours back home the next day! Breakfast was simple but was satisfying nonetheless. We would definitely stay here again!

stayed 5 nights. had to switch rooms. came back around 9 PM one night and found 2 gigantic cockroaches....one on the wall and the other near the headboard. this room was on the 1st floor......moved to the 3rd floor....all good after that

this hotel was nice. hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. there was a new girl there and she did so well i mistook her for the manager! very clean but honestly could not get into my room 90% of the time. the hotel keycards were always not working or would never read properly and everytime id have to go down to the front desk to make a new key. such a huge inconvenience especially when coming from work at 2-3am or when my partner couldn’t get in when i was asleep.

This stay was just for the night, so I went for a cheaper spot. We could not adjust the temp in the room so it was muggy at first, then super cold. The bathroom was gross: dirty floor, dirty shower walls. Over all room lighting was poor. The window covering was basic pull down shade, but we didn’t open it because others could see straight into the room from the parking lot. ,
