The property is beautiful, staff is professional and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, a great size, with great bathrooms. I was very happy with the selection of this property. And, the breakfast selections were wonderful- including the addition of Greek yogurt - not just the sugary ones😁

Everything about our stay was top notch! The staff were courteous, informative and very friendly. The location of the property was great. We were able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants and there were several other eateries, grocery store and gas station very near by. Everything was extremely clean and we greatly enjoyed the gym and pool. Also nice to have a hot breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend this property! We’ll definitely be back.

Was right next to the apartment where our friends live.

Besides the low water pressure from the bathroom sink, it was a very enjoyable stay. Checkout day we had to make 5 trips to the car to load belongings because there were no luggage carts available.

The hotel was in the perfect place for us. It was very well taken care of and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The type of shades in our room did not allow you to "black out" the room. More of a sun blocker. Therefore, the outside lights came into our room all night. Made it very difficult to sleep if you are at all light sensitive. Also, I prefer bar soap over a pump located in the shower. Otherwise, a really nice place.

We checked in for an evening wedding. As we entered the room, we heard a dog barking. The dog continued to bark and howl. We showered, dressed and left for the wedding with the hope that the owners would return and dog would be quiet. No luck. Also, there was pink slime in a corner of the shower.

This property is absolutely beautiful. We went there for a wedding and everything was absolutely perfect from the cleanliness to the comfort of the bed. The staff was extraordinary and making sure we were provided with the best service. The breakfast was also good and the hotel has such a beautiful view. We were so pleased. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good breakfast choice. Many places that say, breakfast included with room, leave a lot to desire. But this hotel was a complete breakfast. Really enjoyed it. If you’re used to getting housekeeping every day, then this is not it. They offer housekeeping on the third day. Staff was super friendly.

The facilites are great but the staff is even better. We hosted a wedding welcome party in the indoor/outdoor meeting space and it was fantastic. Our wedding party all stayed here and they felt the same. Great job!

I did not use the bar. Parking was secure but doesn't seem large enough when there are big trucks in the lot. I get that they are staying at the hotel but some took up 2 or 3 spaces. Hotel was excellant! Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay!

courteous staff, no room cleaning during stay, shade came off its track and couldn't be rewound, building ventilation system was so loud ear plugs were necessary for sleep. Breakfast variety was good and generous. Wasn't able to adjust my reservation since I hadn't made it through the hotel.

Newer property. Hallways were nice and wide. Decor in lobby and rooms very pleasing. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Walkable to area restaurants and easy parking! Overall a very nice stay!

Wonderful stay! The staff is very friendly and the hotel is in pristine condition. Great gym for a hotel with dumbbells up to 75 lbs, a cable cross machine, resistance bands, TRX, and cardio equipment. Great breakfast with a beautiful lobby. Highly recommend!

The room was spotless and bigger than expected. The bathroom was so modern and spacious. The walk-in shower was huge. Breakfasts were delicious.The beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

Called 2 times in advance to reconfirm it would be handicapped accessible The front desk did not know anything about it and did not have any available This is not only poor service but put me in a dangerous situation I could not take a shower the two nights I was there This is totally unacceptable

The staff and room were very nice, as we expected at a Hampton Inn. The dining area contained limited seating for a group of 4. There were several tables that could be p[ut together for 4, and there were 3 people at a table for 4. There was a mix of lounge chairs (unfortable/awkward for eating) and table chairs..

Handicap parking is still a fiar distance from the entrance. The snack options did not include zero sugar no caffeine options. You have to pay for snacks at the front desk -- no self-service option -- and the desk was vacant for about 10 minutes so another traveler left a note; I waited for the person to return. The bathroom floor was not entirely clean.

For the price, it is sub par. Maid service was not good. Room had a funny smell. Not sure if it was one of the cleaning products, or it was coming from the A/C. Enough that we will not stay here again. The water in the sink did not have enough pressure. Came up to the room to get in one day and couldn't open door. Went all the way downstairs to get new keys, and THEY did not work. Finally, the maintenance man got it working after 30 minutes. No sincere apologies from front desk clerk for a terrible inconvenience. Ran out of toilet paper, tissues, would not replace towels or washcloths until we notified them. TWICE. Refrigerator was set on too cold, so our water froze solid after first night. Shower gel would not dispense, told maids about it, and they did not fix the problem. Told manager the 2nd day and finally fixed. Some of the stuff could be overlooked, but NOT when you are paying nearly $200 for a room. This is our 2nd time staying here in the last 5 weeks. It is extremely close in proximity to our daughter's house, but will look for a hotel that's cheaper and better, even if it's further away.

The room was huge! It was immaculately clean. I loved all the lights, the comfortable sheets, blankets, pillows… I couldn’t ask for more. All the staff were super friendly, beginning with check-in and throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was new and spectacular! Love the hooks in the bathroom and the hooks in the hallway was a dream come true!! Howevere, we were very disappointed the pool area was not open!! We sure would have enjoyed that feature after a very hot graduation ceremony. Maybe next time,,

Would stay here again. Some interior areas are still under completion, but covered from viewing and quiet. Breakfast service offered numerous options everyday we were there. Staff were professional and very friendly.

Very misleading.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. Unfortunately, there are ongoing issues with the smoke alarm system and both nights we stayed we were woken up in the middle of the night by the smoke alarm going off. The second night, the entire hotel had to evacuate. We wont be coming back until these issues are fixed.

Loved our stay! Second time there while visiting family. Every worker is friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Very clean & a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

This hotel is superb! From the moment we entered the lobby, we were greeted with a smile. Reagan, Jose and Michael were very pleasant. During breakfast, the staff were also very attentive. We definitely plan on returning.

Overall great experience. Late night food wasn’t accessible after 1am and pool was still closed was the only downside.

Charging outlets and electric plugs did not work on room.

This is a new Hampton Inn with spacious rooms. It was very quiet and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was definitely the best one we've had at a Hampton Inn.

I needed to utilize a printer and the staff were very accommodating. Lastly, we had a super early flight and the front desk got all 3 of us breakfast go bags! They included a water, fruit, and bagel with toppings. I've never had that offered at any other hotel before and was blown away. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel and great size rooms. Breakfast service was fantastic and the staff was top-notch. Cannot give it an overall 5 star because the bed and linen are not of good quality. Mattress was lumpy and the sheets were hard and uncomfortable. The friendliness of the staff and breakfast service is enough to have us return, with hopes for softer sheets!

This hotel is new in Pittsboro. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well.

I love my STAY! I will pick it again when I come back.
