The room was fairly clean. Bathroom out of shampoo in shower. No bottled water in room. Air conditioning very noisy. Thermostat would not permit adjustment when needed higher or lower temperature. Maids did not clean room and make bed overnight into second day. Breakfast selection terrible. Out of decaf coffee and refused to make more. Would never stay there again.

It was fine but the toilet clanked all night. The curtains wouldn't close properly and there was a light outside. I couldn't sleep at all. Also why is there no MSNOW available. I note Fox is available. The staff however was super. I very much appreciated them. And the place was clean. Not likely to choose this hotel again with so many other options

There was a floor lamp in my room with a brass base which was visibility caked with dirt. I enjoyed the morning breakfast but the sausage was undercooked every day of my stay and the eggs were very salty each day.

The property is in a great location. Breakfast was on point with a huge variety of food, always full and clean on Friday morning, the lady attending the area was amazing and friendly. Now Saturday and Sunday breakfast area was a different story. The area was dirty, barely any food to eat, food was cold, a complete disaster. My stay was amazing- the staff were engaging, and anyone you spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and their continental breakfast was always on time and full of verity. It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff were great. I just wish the hotel would up grade the bathroom toilets to higher heights It was like we were back in elementary school basically sitting on the floor. Overall exceptionally accommodations!!

The staff was exceptional here. Two checked us is ( one was in training) that were very friendly and hospitable and efficient! The women running the breakfast was a joy ...she kept everything filled and nicely presented and clean. She greeted people as they joined, she talked so respectfully to group of teen boys ...one was taking more than his fair share of bacon ...and she respectfully reminded him others needed some, as well. She was very good at her job! The gentleman tending facilities was cleaning the elevator and was so kind and friendly.

Top Notch in every respect. Staff exceptional and gracious. Dining area clean and breakfast was bigger and better than expected. Should we ever return to Pineville, it's a no-brainer that this would be the place where we'd stay. Five Stars!

We had two night stay with no major issues. The room was clean the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast gave us a few options. Enough to satisfy our needs. We definitely will stay at Fairfield Inn again.

This Fairfield Inn & Suites location transcends Southern hospitality provided by the entire staff as they delivered cheerful, welcoming & courteous services. The Ballantyne Commons location offered excellent shopping & dining experience, and was just 30 mins from the airport and downtown Charlotte. I plan to make future reservations at this location.

This quaint little hotel may seem plain on the outside but the room was really nice and spacious for the price , room and bathroom were very clean , staff was friendly , check in and check out a breeze. Better time here than the more expensive "luxury" hotels.

Wifi was running 2 mbps most of the night. Called the front desk and asked for help. Rep just said it is working fine and there is nothing they will do. Had to use hotspot with my cell to get my work done. If you are on a biz trip, do not go there. You can not get any work done if you need wifi service.

It was a nice stay. I stayed on the third floor but smelt like sewage some days due to the water facility across the street. Front desk ladies were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast coordinator was extremely friendly and attentive to everyone during breakfast hours. Breakfast is pretty simple but you can alway order out if it’s not enough food. Housekeeping came on time to tidy up my room however I did notice the shower wasn’t clean properly, there was hair from past guest on the wall. I do wish you could use the tv freely to plug in your own items such as a firestick or laptop. Overall my stay was comfortable and easy. 9.3/10 stay!! Thank you!

I loved staying here! I didn’t know (or realize) it was a pet friendly hotel because I probably wouldn’t have booked it, but the hotel was very clean and I never would have known pets were around. The rooms was clean and the floor I stayed on was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and stayed fully stocked the whole time period. The staff was very attentive to get items out and keeping areas clean. The only negative thing I could say is we noticed a horrible smell throughout the building that smelled like sulfur/sewage. But that was only noticeable for one of the days we were there.

This is a go to property. Pristine building and grounds. Landscaping is most pleasing and pool area with fire pit was splendid. Staff was engaging and most affable. Breakfast offering was plentiful and diverse. Would go back in a skinny minute.

We arrived around 11:30pm and were greeted immediately by a lovely woman at the front desk. Check-in was quick and easy. Location is great as it's near many amenities (shopping, Carowinds, coffee shops, etc) and the highway. Everything about the property was clean and comfortable. The room was a good size, beds were comfortable, A/C unit worked, and temp was adjustable. We could not hear anything from the other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast had a nice selection of food and was very good. We were only here for one night on our way down to Florida, but will definitely book again for our drive back up.

Stay here often for work. Centrally located and easy access to restaurants. So clean!

Staff was kind and customer focused. On arrival, there were two women at the front desk. The room we booked was somehow not available but the kind lady made sure she accommodated us in another room. Did not appreciate comments from the other woman who said there were no rooms for us. Besides her, the staff is amazing, attentive, and professional. Would recommend to friends and family. We frequent NC often but first time in Charlotte and will definitely stay here again!
